Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM), servant leadership, job satisfaction, work engagement, and rule breaking on adaptive performance among millennial-generation production employees at PT XYZ. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 85 respondents through an online questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.1.0.8. The results showed that SHRM had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but no effect on rule breaking. Servant leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction and work engagement, but no significant effect on rule breaking and did not act as a moderator between SHRM and job satisfaction or rule breaking. Work engagement and job satisfaction were shown to have a positive effect on adaptive performance, with significant mediation found only in the path from servant leadership through work engagement to adaptive performance. The conclusion of this study is that SHRM is more effective in increasing job satisfaction, while servant leadership plays an important role in building work engagement, and both indirectly support increased adaptive performance.   Keywords: Strategic Human Resource Management, Servant Leadership, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The performance of health workers is one of the main factors influencing hospital improvement. The better the healthcare personnel's performance, the more patients will feel satisfied and this can influence the patient's interest in returning to the hospital. There is a decrease in the number of patients at the xyz military hospital from 2017-2023 and the number of complaints is 5-10 cases every month. This research aims to determine the influence of clinical leadership and organizational climate on job performance which is mediated by quality of work life. In this research, the cross-sectional method was used to obtain quantitative data from physical questionnaires. This research is a census study which takes the entire population as the research sample, namely health workers at the XYZ military hospital who have worked for 3 months with a total of 150 people and then the data analyzed using SmartPLS. The research results showed there is a positive and significant influence between clinical leadership and organizational climate on the quality of work life, organizational climate on job performance, and quality of work life on job performance. Quality of work life has also been proven to mediate clinical leadership and organizational climate on job performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resources Management Practices and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance with Employee Development as a mediating variable at PT XYZ in Jakarta. The method used is quantitative research with Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. Data were collected from 50 respondents who are permanent employees of the company. The results of the study indicate that Human Resources Management Practices do not have a significant effect on Employee Development, while Knowledge Management has a positive and significant effect on Employee Development. Furthermore, Human Resources Management Practices and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while Employee Development does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Mediation analysis shows that Employee Development is not able to be a significant mediating variable in the relationship between Human Resources Management Practices and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance. This finding indicates that human resource management practices and knowledge management have an important role in improving employee performance, but employee development does not always have a direct impact on improving performance. Therefore, companies need to optimize employee development strategies to be more effective in improving individual performance.   Keywords: Human Resources Management Practices, Knowledge Management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Demands and ICT Resources on Job Satisfaction, with Work-Family Balance as a mediating variable, among employees in the beauty industry, particularly at PT XYZ. As digital transformation accelerates, the integration of ICT into daily work operations has significantly altered employees' work dynamics, including their work-life balance and Job Satisfaction. In this context, ICT Demands refers to the pressures and expectations caused by the use of technology, while ICT Resources represent the available support such as training, infrastructure, and access to adequate digital tools. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 active employees at PT XYZ who regularly engage with ICT in their job roles. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess the relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that ICT Demands has a significant negative impact on both Work-Family Balance and Job Satisfaction, whereas ICT Resources have a significant positive effect on these outcomes. Furthermore, Work-Family Balance was found to be a significant mediator in the relationships between ICT-related factors and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Bacground: A radiology report is a medicolegal document and formal communication between a radiology radiologist and referring physician/clinician. The failure of radiologists to communicate good quality reports often occurs in the process of patient diagnosis. This study aims to determine the clinician’s view on the importance of radiology reports in patient management of their daily practice in Papua and West Papua. Method: One hundred and eighty-four general practitioners and internship doctors answered an online questionnaire distributed randomly. Forty-five indicators assessed the accessibility to radiology reports, the importance of radiology reports, attached clinical information, clinician satisfaction, structure, and content of radiology reports. This study has seven variables with six paths tested using the Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method based on Partial Least Squares based using SmartPLS. Result: Data analysis showed that radiology reports, clinical information, clinician satisfaction, and structure of radiology reports had a positive and significant effect on patient management, while accessibility and content of radiology reports had no significant effect on patient management. Conclusion: Clinicians thought the radiology report was an important medical document that has a role in patient management of their daily practice.
