Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one aspect that influences the country's economic growth. Indonesia's entrepreneurship rate is still relatively low compared to other ASEAN countries, especially during the disruption period after the Covid 19 pandemic. The research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education, family environment, and entrepreneurial motivation media on entrepreneurial intentions in students of the Faculty of Economics in Jakarta and Tangerang. This research method is quantitative, with a questionnaire to collect data from 160 students selected according to the criteria. The data was processed using the SEM Algorithm with the SmartPLS 4 application. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest and motivation for entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial motivation is able to mediate the positive influence of the family environment and entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship. The family environment has a positive influence on entrepreneurial motivation, while a negative influence on entrepreneurial interest. This research has important implications for educational institutions and the government to improve entrepreneurship education and a supportive environment for students who are interested in entrepreneurship in the era of disruption.

Abstract

This research explores leadership behavior development through the interaction of transformational leadership, motivation to learn, innovative work behavior, and employee performance. Previous research findings have shown a positive correlation between transformational leadership, motivation to learn, innovative work behavior, and increased employee performance. This research explores leadership behavior development through the abovementioned three factors. The data used in this research was collected from 75 employees working at PT XYZ in South Jakarta from September to December 2023. The statistical method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with bootstrapping analysis. Statistically, it is proven that transformational leadership significantly interacts with motivation to learn, innovative work behavior, and employee performance. Motivation to learn has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior and employee performance, and innovative work behavior has a significant positive impact on employee performance. It was found that motivation to learn and innovative work behavior mediate between transformational leadership and employee performance. The research results suggest the importance of developing leadership attitudes through transformational leadership and motivating employees to continue learning to produce innovative ideas for the company's progress. Leaders recommend training and development programs that enhance transformational leadership, managerial leadership, and innovative work behavior for improved employee performance. Abstract

In a progressively competitive global environment, employer branding has emerged as a vital element in talent retention, especially among millennials who constitute a significant portion of the workforce. Higher education institutions contribute to knowledge advancement and the establishment of an appealing work environment for their personnel. The elevated turnover rate among millennials presents a difficulty for businesses, especially institutions. This study seeks to examine the influence of corporate branding on talent retention, utilizing employee engagement and affective commitment as mediating variables. The study used a quantitative methodology including a sample of 50 permanent staff members at XYZ University. The employed sample method is purposive sample, with data gathered using a questionnaire. Data were examined utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results demonstrate that employer branding positively influences employee engagement and affective commitment. Employee engagement substantially affects talent retention, although affective commitment does not directly influence it. Furthermore, employee engagement is established as a crucial mediator in the correlation between company branding and talent retention, although affective commitment does not function as a significant mediating variable. This study underscores that effective employer branding must prioritize the enhancement of employee engagement to bolster talent retention within higher education institutions. Organizations are encouraged to cultivate an inclusive workplace, implement supporting policies, and provide career development opportunities to enhance employee engagement and loyalty.

Abstract

21st century education faces complex challenges due to technological disruption, social change, and demands to improve the quality of learning. Unfortunately, many educational institutions still apply a partial and less adaptive approach to leadership. This research aims to build a holistic leadership framework that is more integrative and contextual. A PRISMA-based meta-analysis method was used to review 150 Scopus Q1–Q2 (2018–2024) articles, with a final selection of the 10 most relevant articles. The results of the analysis show that a combination of transformational, instructional, digital, and distributed leadership can increase learning effectiveness, teacher participation, management efficiency, and institutional adaptability.  The proposed Holistic Leadership Framework model combines transformational vision, academic focus, technology utilization, and organizational collaboration. A key contribution of this study is the integration of various leadership approaches into a single strategic framework that is applicable to principals and policymakers. The study also encourages further validation in different contexts to test the effectiveness of its implementation. Abstract

As the number of primary care clinics increases, competition to be patients' first choice intensifies, with service quality playing a crucial role in influencing patient satisfaction and loyalty. In such a competitive environment, customer loyalty is vital, closely tied to customer satisfaction. This study analyzes the influence of brand image, perceived value, perceived service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty at Clinic A Tangerang. Data were collected from 147 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.1.0.8 software with PLS-SEM. The results indicate that brand image does not affect customer satisfaction (p = 0.823 > 0.05), while perceived service quality (p = 0.000 < 0.05) and perceived value (p = 0.000 < 0.05) significantly influence satisfaction. Brand image (p = 0.000 < 0.05) and perceived value (p = 0.004 < 0.05) positively impact loyalty, but perceived service quality does not (p = 0.496 > 0.05). Customer satisfaction significantly influences loyalty (p = 0.018 < 0.05). These findings underscore the importance of enhancing service quality and perceived value to boost patient satisfaction and loyalty, providing actionable insights for Clinic A Tangerang to strengthen its competitive position.
