Qualitative data were analyzed by Miles & Huberman. Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the research were an Healthy Child Leaders training e-module product that met the Very Valid criteria (> 80%) from 3 expert validators;  training participants' responses to the quality of the e-module was “Very Good” (>80); response to the implementation of the training was “Very Effective” (>80%); and inferential statistical analysis with Paired T Test showed sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < a(0.05), meaning that the e-module had a significant effect before and after training. So, the Healthy Child Leaders training e-module that was created met the criteria of Very Valid and Highly Effective to be used to train mentors. The implication is that mentors have the foundation, skills and opportunities for independent learning to build healthy child leaders.

Abstract

Two-dimensional repetitive and symmetrical patterns are found in everyday life, such as in cloth motifs, decorative art, road pavement design, and floor tiles. The repetitive and symmetrical patterns are formed by geometric transformation, which comprises translation, rotation, reflection, and glide reflection. In mathematics, the study of repetitive patterns on a plane, formed by geometric transformations, belongs to the plane symmetry group. This plane symmetry group is often referred to as plane crystallographic group or wallpaper group that comprises 17 known patterns. The purpose of this research is to generate various patterns from a basic pattern by applying the concept from the wallpaper group. Furthermore, this research also identifies four cloth motifs and categorizes them to the wallpaper group. This research was conducted by: (1) determining and creating a basic pattern that will be used to form other patterns, (2) generating 17 patterns from the basic pattern based on the patterns in the wallpaper group, (3) identifying some existing motifs downloaded from the Internet and categorize them to the wallpaper group. The basic pattern used in this research is a spiral pattern. The results obtained from this research are the 17 different spiral motifs as well as the identification of four motifs obtained from the Internet to one of the 17 patterns of wallpaper group.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the service quality of Kanaan Christian Elementary School in Banjarmasin. Type of research is evaluative research with descriptive qualitative methods using SERVQUAL model which measures the gap between consumer perceptions and expectations based on dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility. Data were collected by interview, also using a SERVQUAL and school’s input, process and output aspect questionnaire. The results showed that the perception of service from customers is quite good and able to meet the minimum expectations although it has not reached the desired expectations. The order of SERVQUAL's five dimensions from most satisfying to least satisfying is: tangibility, reliability, empathy, assurance, and responsiveness. It can be concluded that the dimension of responsiveness is in the most unsatisfactory position because currently the management of Kanaan Christian Elementary School in Banjarmasin seems like there is no one taking a leader role. Things that can be considered by Kanaan Christian Elementary School are to keep and prove the promise that has been delivered so that customers are not easily disappointed and also involve parents in a word of mouth marketing strategy due to the character of target customers are critical, like to gather and chat together. Keywords: educational service; school quality; SERVQUAL Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas jasa di SD Kristen Kanaan Banjarmasin.
