Abstract

Education is one of the fields affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic. In online learning there are problems, one of which is a lack of motivation to learn. Efforts that can be made to overcome these problems can be through the work program of tutoring activities in the 2021 UNY KKN activities. KKN activities are carried out from 5 August 2021 to 23 November 2021. The implementation of this KKN is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The flagship program of this KKN activity is an educational program in the form of tutoring assistance to increase children's learning motivation during the Covid 19 pandemic in Kemorosari II Hamlet. The aim of this activity is to foster motivation to learn, help parents who cannot accompany their children in participating in online learning, and help children do school assignments enthusiastically and correctly during the Covid 19 pandemic. The target of this activity is school students both at elementary to middle school levels live in Kemorosari II Hamlet. Activities are carried out face to face in accordance with health protocols. As a result of this activity, children felt helped by the tutoring program and showed an enthusiastic attitude and were more motivated in learning.

Abstract

Community Service Activities or commonly abbreviated as (PPM) is a form of means of applying the theory that has been obtained in higher education. PPM activities train students to develop social skills by being directly involved in society. This activity can also increase the human resource capacity of the community targeted by the activity. PPM activities with activities to improve the ability to read poetry for elementary school children in Tawarsari Hamlet. The implementation of this PPM uses limited observation methods, analysis of community needs, preparation of work programs and activity plans, determination of time allocation for work program consultations, and limited socialization. This program is carried out with poetry learning activities, namely writing poetry, practicing poetry reading, and poetry reading video competitions. Overall, the implementation of the PPM work program can run well. The community responded well to the program run by students.

Abstract

The reported community development program aimed at increase the ability of tourism awareness group in managing the karts area tourism area; and build group awareness to exploit karst region tourism potential. This activity was held for 24 people involved in tourism awereness group namely the "Mudal Wisata" group located in Gebangharjo, Pracimantoro, Wonogiri. It used  education and training which is includes stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation using adult-learning and experience-based approaches. The program have brought advantages in term of the target group able to increase awareness to utilize all potentials in karst area, possessing attitude, knowledge and skills of the target group in managing karst tourism service area, able to recognize the tourism potential that can be developed, and able to see innovatif program development efforts in the karst area. Nevertheless, unfortunately result of activities in the form of awake tourism groups that are able to make an effective and superior tourism program can not be achieved because of, in addition to technical factors, differences of interests exist between group members and group administrators. Therefore, another development action is needed that enables the target group to apply the attitudes, skills and knowledge possessed in the tourism implementation activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pemberdayaan perempuan, hasil pelaksanaan pemberdayaan perempuan, faktor penghambat pemberdayaan perempuan KWT Sri Kanthil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pemberdayaan perempuan melalui KWT Sri Kanthil terdiri dari, ketercapaian tujuan dari segi manfaat anggota memiliki keterampilan, anggota mampu membuka peluang usaha, anggota KWT menjadi lebih aktif berpartisipasi pada kelompok, perbaikan peran dan status anggota KWT mampu mengembangkan peluang usaha, dari segi kemandirian anggota KWT pada bidang produksi/pengolahan hasil tani, bercocok tanam, dan pengolahan. Faktor penghambat dan cara mengatasi, faktor penghambat meliputi: rendahnya kesadaran anggota, ketersediaan peluang pasar, kurangnya motivasi, diperlukan revitalisasi kepengurusan, dan cara mengatasi meliputi: mencari peluang dibidang pemasaran, memberikan motivasi kepada anggota KWT Sri Kanthil, manajemen diri, peningkatan kesadaran, dan keterampilan, mobilisasi sumber daya, pembangunan dan pengembangan jejaring

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemitraan yang dilakukan oleh PKBM dalam pengelolaan pendidikan nonformal di Kota Yogyakarta, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kemitraan sangat penting dilakukan sebagai suatu fungsi pengelolaan lembaga untuk mendapatkan sumber daya dari luar lembaga yang mendukung keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey eksploratori. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket tertutup secara online dengan google form yang disebarkan kepada 28 pengelola PKBM yang melaksanakan kemitraan selama 5 tahun terakhir. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengelompokkan kategori jawaban, mencari presentasi tanggapan dan menginterprestasikan jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam lima tahun terakhir PKBM melakukan kemitraan dengan baik dengan lembaga-lembaga terkait dalam rangka melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan nonformal walau masih perlu dioptimalkan baik dalam bentuk, cara, dan hasil kemitraan. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan menjalin kemitraan perlu dioptimalkan oleh pengelola PKBM dengan menyelenggarakan upaya pengembangan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

AbstrakLembaga Pelatihan Kerja (LPK) memiliki peran strategis dalam mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang kompeten, khususnya instruktur sebagai penggerak utama proses pelatihan. Dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar kerja dan perkembangan teknologi, LPK dituntut untuk memiliki model bisnis yang inovatif dan adaptif. Penelitian ini mengkaji rancangan Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang diterapkan pada LPK di bidang instruktur. Dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sembilan elemen utama BMC: Segmen Pelanggan, Proposisi Nilai, Saluran, Hubungan Pelanggan, Arus Pendapatan, Sumber Daya Utama, Aktivitas Utama, Mitra Utama, dan Struktur Biaya.  Rancangan ini diharapkan dapat membantu LPK mengidentifikasi peluang strategis dalam meningkatkan nilai layanan, memperluas jangkauan pelanggan, dan mengelola sumber daya secara efisien. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BMC dapat membantu LPK dalam menyusun strategi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri, seperti pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan, dan kolaborasi dengan mitra strategis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi LPK dalam meningkatkan daya saing serta mendukung upaya mencetak instruktur berkualitas yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pasar kerja. Business Model Canvas Design for Instructor Job Training InstitutionsAbstractJob Training Institutions (LPK) have a strategic role in preparing competent workers, especially instructors, who are the main drivers of the training process. LPK must have an innovative and adaptive business model to face the job market dynamics and technological developments. This study examines the design of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) applied to LPK in the instructor's field. Using qualitative methods, a literature study approach, and descriptive analysis, this study identified nine main elements of BMC: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partners, and Cost Structure. This design is expected to help LPK identify strategic opportunities to increase service value, expand customer reach, and manage resources efficiently. The findings of this study indicate that the application of BMC can help LPK develop strategies that are by industry needs, such as competency-based training, relevant curriculum development, and collaboration with strategic partners. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for LPK in increasing competitiveness and supporting efforts to produce quality instructors who can meet the needs of the job market.

Abstract

Quality improvement activities culinary services for women in tourismis one to build awareness of culinary services in tourism and hygienic quality;and provide knowledge and skills in the provision of services and the hygienicquality culinary supporting the community in Bejiharjo. This is due to the lack ofcompetence of the provision of services to satisfy customers' culinary tourismand the presence of the economic potential that has not been widely used. Thetraining activities carried out by the adult learning approach to the 25 women inHamlet Karangmojo, Bejiharjo, Karangmojo, Gunung Kidul. Learning is donein four stages which include: awareness of the group, identifying the needs oflearning, vocational learning and culinary services, and a reflection of the implementation of activities. The results showed that the activity enhancement activities capable of providing meaningful learning experiences in which therehas been a change in the behavior of the target group. The target group can understand the importance of services and the optimal culinary master productive skills in the culinary field. Therefore, the development of the target group needs to be more continuous and involves all parties involved

Abstract

This study examines the impact of organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB), self-efficacy, and compensation on teacher loyalty within the context of non-formal education in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research design with a descriptive approach, data were collected from non-formal education teachers working at Learning Activity Studios (Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar, or SKB) across Indonesia. Structural Equation Modelling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was used for data analysis, processed through SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that both OCB and remuneration have a statistically significant positive effect on teacher loyalty. Additionally, self-efficacy also positively contributes to teacher loyalty, although to a lesser extent. These results highlight the critical role of internal psychological and organisational factors in fostering commitment among non-formal education teachers. It is recommended that SKB managers enhance supportive work environments that promote citizenship behaviour and self-efficacy. Furthermore, government policies should reinforce fair and sustainable remuneration systems to strengthen teacher loyalty and ensure the continued quality of non-formal education services in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility of developing a deductive training model for tour guides in Pindul Cave. ADDIE is the research approach used during the development, implementation, and assessment stages. Data were obtained through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and then examined quantitatively by comparing the FGD results to the results of the implemented training. The research results showed that 1) deductive training materials were developed using two main approaches, namely inclusive tourism theory and practical simulation, 2) training implementation was applied to 20 tour guides for two days, with the result that 85% of the guides were able to apply inclusive scouting skills effectively, and 3) training evaluation was carried out using tests and was also carried out directly, with the results that the guide's knowledge increased.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk menggambarkan: 1) permasalahan pendanaan pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kalimantan Barat sebelumnya, 2) pengelolaan pendanaan masyarakat pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kalimantan Barat, 3) strategi pengelolaan pendanaan masyarakat hingga survive pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kalimantan Barat yaitu: PKBM Gemilang, PKBM Bubor Paddas, dan PKBM Prokindo. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah ketua PKBM, pengelola PKBM dan masyarakat yang terlibat.  Teknik pengumpulan data  yang dilakukan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan uji kredibilitas dan uji depenability. Analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini melalui pengumpulan data, kondensasi, penyajian data perkasus, dan pada tahap terakhir peneliti melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: 1) permasalahan pendanaan masyarakat yang terjadi pada PKBM Kalimantan Barat sebelumnya sangat beragam. Permasalahan tersebut meliputi terbatasnya dana pemerintah, perubahan kebijakan dan pergantian kepemimpinan, hubungan yang kurang baik dengan pemerintah serta sulitnya persyaratan administrasi yang harus dipenuhi. Meskipun demikian, PKBM telah berupaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah yaitu: mengupayakan dana luar, pengelola memberikan dana hibah, melakukan upaya inovatif serta membangun usaha bersama masyarakat, 2) pengelolaan pendanaan masyarakat pada PKBM Kalimantan Barat telah berjalan. Namun pada prioritas penerima dan pelaksanaan penerimaan dana masyarakat belum optimal. Selanjutnya, adanya pengelolaan pengembangan pendanaan masyarakat telah memberikan manfaat pada semua PKBM baik dibidang sosial, ekonomi dan pendidikan. 3) strategi pengelolaan pendanaan masyarakat hingga survive pada PKBM Kalimantan Barat telah berjalan namun belum optimal. Strategi ini meliputi: pengembangan partisipasi masyarakat, pengembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), kerjasama dan kemitraan, special event. Pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi partisipasi masyarakat belum berjalan optimal. Kemudian, pada pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) melalui aplikasi fundaraising dan internet banking juga belum optimal. Selanjutnya, kerjasama dan kemitraan bersama pemerintah, lembaga swadaya masyarakat (LSM), swasta belum optimal.
