Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kapasitas (capacity building) pada pengurus dan anggota karangtaruna dengan memanfaatkan modal sosial yang dimiliki dalam rangka mengembangkan desa wisata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan dengan tahapan pengkajian isu, perencanaan, pengimplementasian tindakan, dan refleksi. Tindakan berupa pembelajaran wawasan dengan modal sosial melalui model permainan dan outbond training kepada pengurus dan anggota karangtaruna di desa Bejiharjo, karangmojo, gunungkidul. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan observasi dan dianalisis secara kualitatif yaitu direduksi, disajikan dan ditarik kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan perpanjangan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan yang diberikan kepada kelompok sasaran memberikan perubahan positif berupa mereka dapat memiliki kesadaran untuk lebih inovatif dan memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengembangkan gagasan yang inovatif yang dapat diterapkan dalam organisasi karangtaruna dalam ikut mengembangkan desa wisata. Oleh karenanya, tindakan berkesimbungan dan relevan perlu dilaksanakan kembali di masa depan dengan menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai.AbstractThis study aims to build capacity (capacity building) for management and members of Karangtaruna by utilizing social capital owned in order to develop a tourist village. This research is an action research with stages of study about the problem, planning, implementation actions, and reflection. The action took the form of learning insights with social capital through game models and outbound training to management and members of Karangtaruna in the village of Bejiharjo, Karangmojo, Gunungkidul. Data collected through interviews and observations and analyzed qualitatively reduced, presented, and drawn conclusions. The data validity technique is done by observing extensions and triangulation. The results showed that the actions given to the target groups gave positive changes in their forms and could have an awareness to be more innovative and have knowledge and skills in developing innovative ideas that could be applied in the Karangtaruna organization in participating in developing tourism. Village. Therefore, relevant and relevant actions need to be implemented again in the future by providing adequate facilities.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan diversifikasi produk olahan berbasis potensi local bagi perempuan pengrajin emping melinjo sebagai upaya untuk memberdayaan kelompok dan warga masyarakat. Kemampuan diversifikasi ini perlu dikembangkan karena kelompok belum mampu mengembangkan produk bernilai jual tinggi dan meningkatkan kebermanfaatan usaha kelompok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan dengan tahapan pengkajian isu, perencanaan, pengimplementasian tindakan, dan refleksi. Tindakan berupa pembelajaran vokasional kepada para anggota kelompok di Desa Kalirejo,Kulon Progo. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan observasi dan dianalisis secara kualitatif yaitu direduksi, disajikan dan ditarik kesimpulan. Teknik keabsaha data dilakukan dengan pengamatan perpanjangan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan yang diberikan kepada kelompok sasaran memberikan perubahan positif berupa mereka dapat memiliki kesadaran untuk lebih inovatif dan memiliki pengetahuna dan keterampilan dalam produksi diversifikasi produk olahan berbasis potensi local. Oleh karenanya, tindakan berkesimbungan dan relevan perlu dilaksanakan kembali di masa depan dengan menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai.Kata kunci: pembelajaran, diversifikasi, perempuan, produk AbstractThis study aimed to develop the ability to diversify processed products based on local potential for women “emping melinjo” craftsmen in an effort to empower groups and community members. This diversification ability needs to be developed because the group has not been able to develop high-value-selling products and increase the usefulness of group businesses. Abstract

Penelitian tindakan peningkatan kapasitas pengelolaan program pendidikan literasi ganda bagi pengelolaan TBM Teras Baca Guyub Rukun yang telah dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para pengelola TBM mengenai pengelolaan program pendidikan multiple literacy dan implementasinya dalam pengelolaan TBM guna memberdayakan masyaakat. Pelatihan ini dilakukan terhadap para pengelola TBM mitra tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran orang dewasa dan berbasis pengalaman melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, dan permainan yang difasilitasi oleh tim peneliti. Pelatihan yang dilakukan dapat berjalan sesuai harapan dan dapat memberikan hasil belajar yang positif bagi warga belajar. Oleh karenanya, pelatihan yang relevan perlu dilaksanakan kembali di masa depan dengan ketersediaan fasilitas yang memadai. Kata kunci: multiple literacy, TBM, pelatihan, pendidikan

Abstract

The research objective to evaluate the On-the-Job-Training (OJT) program organized by Vocational Higher Education with a particular emphasis on the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) Study Program at Aviation Polytechnic of Makassar. The evaluation has three parts: design, implementation, and learning program outcomes. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach and used the descriptive analysis method. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation by the On the Job Training Instructor (OJTI), the ATC Study Program, and OJT Participants. The results of this study, were: (1) The evaluation of learning-program design asserted that the competency plan to be developed, the learning strategy, and the learning program were by the competency needs and the Graduate Learning Outcomes of the ATC Study Program (2) The evaluation of the learning program's implementation indicated that the program's implementation, which includes the implementation of learning activities, the implementation of learning by OJTI and OJT Participants, and the interaction patterns established during the program, were all in line with the prepared plan. (3) The evaluation of learning program outcomes indicated that the results of the learning program were as planned, and the OJT program had a positive impact on the cadets. Nevertheless, in terms of achieving objectives, the OJT program still needs redevelopment to execute the program objectives.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berusaha memberikan pemahaman mengenai pembelajaran transformative untuk meningkatkan kapasitas inovasi pengelola PKBM dalam rangka mewujudkan lembaga PKBM menjadi lembaga yang professional memberdayakan masyarakat. Pentingnya kapasitas inovasi pengelola dikembangkan sebab perubahan lingkungan yang cepat telah menuntut kemampuan adaptasi lembaga pendidikan. Tulisan ini dilakukan dengan analisis literatur, dan disusun mendasarkan pada kajian substansi literatur baik dalam bentuk buku referensi maupun artikel jurnal yang dipublikasi. Pembelajaran transformative sebagai instrument penting perlu dilakukan dalam rangka membentuk kapasitas inovasi pengelola PKBM dengan memfokuskan pada perubahan pandangan secara kritis kelompok sasaran dan dilakulan dialogis dalam proses pembelajarannya.

Abstract

Tanaman serai merupakan tanaman yang mudah tumbuh di berbagai jenis tanah yang merupakan potensi lokal yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan warga masyarakat. Akan tetapi, banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui kebermanfaatan tanaman serai ini, padahal jika diproses melalui pengolahan yang benar dapat menjadi minyak astiri yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Guna membangun kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengelola potensi tanaman serai, maka kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini didasari pentingnya kesadaran mengenai berwirausaha memanfaatkan potensi lokal. Kegiatan ini melibatkan kelompok masyarakat di dusun Samen, Kelurahan Sumbermulyo, Kecamatan Bambanglipuro bekerjasama dengan Shafaluna, rumah produksi minyak atsiri sebagai narasumber dan mentor pelatihan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diantaranya 1) Analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran; 2) Pelatihan Budidaya dan Pengolahan Tanaman Serai; dan 3) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menghasilkan kesepakatan bersama untuk melakukan kegiatan wirausaha perempuan di dusun Samen. Adapun hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah 1) adanya peningkatan kesadaran akan potensi lokal, 2) munculnya antusiasme dan motivasi menjalankan kegiatan usaha, dan 3) adanya kesepakatan untuk menjalankan usaha budidaya dan pengolahan tanaman serai. Dari hasil kegiatan ini tentu dibutuhkan pendampingan dan mentoring agar proses kegiatan kelompok wirausaha perempuan ini dapat berjalan dan mampu memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Tutoring is one of the efforts to solve problems in a guided manner to achieve maximum learning goals. During the pandemic, learning activities cannot be carried out optimally. This is caused by changes in student learning which were carried out offline at school to be online or carried out independently from home. The application of independent learning is seen as ineffective because the phenomenon is that students, especially at the elementary school level, use their free time more by playing and doing activities outside of learning activities. This has an impact on the less than the optimal process of material absorption and students' cognitive development to be able to accept learning. Therefore, it is necessary to have a guided tutoring effort to maximize the process of student teaching and learning activities that are carried out independently from home.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the needs for Sekolah Sungai development in the communities around the Winongo River. As an institution engaged in the social sector, Sekolah Sungai needs various developments to increase the existence and usefulness of institutions in the communities around the Winongo river in an effort to reduce disaster risk. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that there are several development needs that must be followed up by Sekolah Sungai in order to increase the usefulness of the institution. The Sekolah Sungai development needs include the following: 1) development of an innovative Sekolah Sungai program; 2) Development of learning methods; 3) improving the quality of Sekolah Sungai management resources; 4) procurement of facilities and infrastructure; 5) increasing public awareneSekolah Sungai; and 6) partnerships. Without any development efforts carried out, it will certainly cause Sekolah Sungai to have no power in educating the public regarding disaster risk reduction and increasing public awareneSekolah Sungai of river management. Meanwhile, with the development carried out, it will have a good impact on the sustainability of Sekolah Sungai in the community which in the end can be an alternative for the community to become a vehicle for learning related to disaster mitigation and river management.

Abstract

This article aims to present a literature review on nationalism education in Elementary School in the latest literature because there are still few who research it. This research applies the systematic review literature method with the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) protocol. The research stages include identification, screening, eligibility, inclusion, and analysis presentation utilizing the help of the Publish or Perish 7 application, VOSviewer, and NVIVO 12 Plus. The results of searching for articles according to the theme in Scopus through the Publish or Perish 7 application there are 226 articles which are filtered into 50 selected papers. The topic findings are character education, education, architectural education, democratic parenting, nationalism attitude, character building, international education, digital citizenship, acculturation, literacy, citizenship education, traditional games, national education, de-colonialism, ethnicity, implementation of character education reinforcements, ethno-nationalism, and curriculum. The research findings mention that nationalism education in elementary schools is a conscious effort of educational institutions to instill students’ understanding, knowledge, and attitudes to love and defend the country implemented through civics, social studies, and character education, which has an impact on character building, students’ love for language, culture and the integrity of the country. Future research needs to examine nationalism education in elementary schools according to approaches, strategies, media, materials, technological developments, and research trends.

Abstract

The “sekolah sungai” is an effort to make the community aware of preserving the environment. It is necessary to have a guide book for the implementation of the  sekolah sungai Winongo  so that it is easily understood by all members of the river school. This study aims to produce a guide book for environmentally conscious education models at the sekolah sungai Winongo. This research is a development research with the ADDIE model, which is carried out until the development stage or model development. Data were collected using interviews, observation and assessment of design and product feasibility. Analysis of the initial condition data was carried out descriptively, the feasibility of the product was carried out by the opinion of the river school material expert, the learning media expert was statistically quantitative using the percentage of success of the model. The results of the study were in the form of a guidebook for the model of environmentally conscious education at the Sekolah Sungai Winongo. The results of expert validation and material validation are in very good criteria and are ready to be tested.
