Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how financial knowledge, the use of financial technology (fintech), and product innovation influence the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. A purposive sampling technique was applied to select 100 MSME actors in Sukoharjo Regency as the respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression.The results reveal that financial knowledge, fintech utilization, and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. These findings highlight the importance of improving financial literacy, leveraging financial technology, and enhancing product innovation as strategic efforts to strengthen competitiveness and improve the performance of MSME.

Abstract

Strategi keragaman produk yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan salah satunya adalah dengan mengikuti trend media sosial, dimana suatu trend media sosial tersebut dapat di kenal semua kalangan sebagai target pasar dengan menghandalkan perkembangan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan keragaman produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak diketahui dengan sampel 100 responden. Teknik accidental sampling merupakan “Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan terhadap responden yang secara kebetulan secara acak saat live streaming ketika penelitian sedang berlangsung dan tepat menjadi sumber data”. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi.. Hasil uji t menunjukkan Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada penjualan Toko Daster Syifa Fino di aplikasi Tiktok live streaming. Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada penjualan Toko Daster Syifa Fino di aplikasi Tiktok live streaming. Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada penjualan Toko Daster Syifa Fino di aplikasi Tiktok live streaming. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) untuk model ini adalah sebesar 0,503 atau 50,3% yang artinya besarnya sumbangan pengaruh independen dan sisanya 49,7% diterangkan oleh variabel lain diluar model.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the business world has driven trading companies to utilize inventory information systems to improve operational efficiency and stock data accuracy. However, along with the increasing dependence on digital systems, serious challenges related to data and system security have emerged, especially in facing cyber threats. This study aims to analyze the implementation of cybersecurity in the inventory information system of a trading company, in order to evaluate the extent of protection applied to data and infrastructure. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies at a trading company. The results show that the implementation of cybersecurity in the inventory information system is still not optimal, characterized by weak access controls, the absence of an intrusion detection system, and a lack of documented security policies. This study provides recommendations such as the implementation of role-based access control, strengthening data encryption, as well as the development of security policies and regular training for system users. With improved cybersecurity implementation, companies are expected to minimize the risk of system disruptions and protect critical data from both external and internal threats.

Abstract

Computer-based Accounting Information Systems (AIS) have become a vital element in managing organizational finances in the digital era. To explore the role and benefits of computer-based AIS in increasing efficiency, accuracy and transparency of financial reports. By integrating information technology in the accounting process, AIS enables real-time data collection, processing and analysis, thereby supporting faster and data-based decision making, while also identifying challenges faced in implementing AIS, such as user training needs and issues. data security. That computer-based AIS not only speeds up transaction recording and information management, but also increases collaboration between departments and allows for more accurate and timely reporting. Therefore, computer-based AIS has proven to be an important strategic tool for organizations to improve financial performance and competitiveness in increasingly competitive markets.

Abstract

Kopi Janji Jiwa is one of the local coffee brands that has successfully won a prestigious award from Top Brand. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether brand image, product quality and store atmosphere have a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa Manahan Solo. The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of brand image, product quality and store atmosphere on product purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa Manahan Solo.This study uses a survey method conducted on consumers of Janji Jiwa Manahan Solo Coffee Shop. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The population in this study were all consumers of Janji Jiwa Manahan Solo Coffee Shop. whose number is unknown. Sampling in this study used a accidental sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The study used instrument testing and classical assumption testing. The data analysis technique used in this study used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2).The results of the statistical test show that the instrument test for all variables is valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables pass the classical assumption test. The results of this study obtained a regression equation, namely Y = 2.750 - 0.646 X1 + 1.128 X2 + 0.157 X3. The results of the t test show that the variables brand image, product quality and store atmosphere have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Janji Jiwa Manahan Solo Coffee Shop. The results of the F test show that the model used to test the effect of brand image, product quality and store atmosphere variables on purchasing decisions is correct. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) = 90.5%. The rest (100% - 90.5%) = 9.5% is explained by other variables outside the model, such as price, product quality, and product innovation

Abstract

Face-to-face technical instruction is subject to the existence of instrumentation and room. The fee, security, and listing can manner blockade to the administration directly in the laboratory. Virtual analysis can be adopted to increase the scholar's expertise by combining pre-laboratory for live analysis and serving approach to implementing that cannot be used securely personality. Virtual learning is applied in many areas, but questions are left over about how it should be used in engineering, this is an area that is mainly dependent on face-to-face laboratory and classroom settings. The purpose of this research is to adapt the common virtual laboratory idea to special demands, Virtual laboratories are not intended to change face-to-face discipline but to add to class time and offer a useful reserve as required. In addition, the experimental development method in this study was carried out by 3 virtual platforms: “Lab-VIEW”, “MAT-LAB”, and “Unity”. The 1st form of the Helicopter-machine Virtual Laboratory was advanced at Lab-VIEW. Virtual laboratories offer a semi-hands-on experience in college learning that might overlook physical learning. It means a type of active learning method to be adopted in university. The result of this research is a brief investigation of development possibilities in Unity. So that in the future, Unity exploration can be done further and in more detail. Scope This research consists of themes plated by Engineering Measurement Laboratory 1 learning. Engineering lectures might reflect these topics to carry out Virtual analysis in their laboratory and traditional classroom learning. The points that might advantage of the method consist of Mechanical Systems Laboratory, Energy Systems Laboratory, Thermodynamics, and Dynamics. It is hoped that this research will cocked the expansion of more Virtual analysis that increase engineering education in the future.
