Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of online learning for autistic children at SD Negeri Kadudampit, Pandeglang. This research was conducted through narrative method with interview techniques. The subjects of this study were fifth grade teachers at SD Negeri Kadudampit 3, Pandeglang Regency, Banten. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of online learning for children with autism was still ineffective due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Learning process refers to the principles of 1) structured; 2) patterned; 3) programmed; and 4) consistent. The implementation of structured learning covers all four principles mentioned. The teachers can do some efforts to overcome these barriers by lowering knowledge indicators into lower levels and taking some individual approaches.Keywords: Online learning, Autistic Children, Individual Approach

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbaikan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom action Research) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat peraga Gambar tentang mahluk hidup , alat peraga hewan dan tumbuhan seperti cicak, daun putri malu, cocor bebek yang ada dilingkungan peserta didik.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan (action research) yang dikembangkan oleh Model John Elliot . Tindakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus . Setiap siklus  terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan,  observasi, dan refleksi. subjek penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran ini adalah anak – anak  SDN Karang Satria 05 Kecamatan Tambun Utara Kabupaten Bekasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan  cara yaitu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kecerdasan interpersonal  mulai dari pra-penelitian sampai siklus 2 yaitu sebesar 86% Berdasarkan kesepakatan peneliti bersama kolaborator keberhasilan tindakan dapat terjadi jika ada peningkatan Kemampuan Peserta Didik dalam Mendeskripsikan Hubungan antara Ciri Khusus Mahluk Hidup terhadap Lingkungan Hidupnya mencapai 71% Pada penelitian ini, peningkatan Hasil Belajar dan Kemampuan Mendeskripsikan Hubungan antara Ciri Khusus Mahluk Hidup terhadap Lingkungan Hidupnya sudah berhasil melampaui 71%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode demonstrasi serta penugasan  dapat meningkatkan Hasil Belajar dan Kemampuan Peserta Didik dalam Mendeskripsikan Hubungan antara Ciri Khusus Mahluk Hidup terhadap Lingkungan Hidupnya . hal ini terlihat dari perubahan sikap anak sebelum menggunakan metode demonstrasi serta  penugasan.

Abstract

The Departement of The Special Education is a unit in The School of Education, State University of Jakarta which has to be developed to meet its objectives and to serve the need of society. This study conducted a survey to know how this Department as an organization to develop itself by practicing the learning organization theory. The study found out that although The Department is making some changes to improve its quality, a further study is needed to get more data and to enrich the findings to ensure that this Department has been practiced learning organization principles.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to produce a mathematic instruction model for the children with learning disabilities in multiplication. This research was conducted at the elementary school implementing inclusive education. This research performed as from June 2013 through November 2014 was categorized as a research and development with the stages starting from preliminary study by analyzing potentials and problems, collecting and analyzing all information related to the problems, designing the model, validating the model, revising the model, testing the model, revising the model, trying out the model, improving the model, and finally producing the model. The research produced instructional model consisting of several components appropriate for the students with disabilities in learning multiplication.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of social skills in grade IV students in the IPS load in SDN Cikeusi II Sumedang District using the simulation method. This research uses research method of action of Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart with 4 stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instrument used in this research is questionnaire, observation and test. The result of simulation method research can improve students' communication skill, student communication skill improvement of cycles I compared to prasiklus is 30%. In addition, the improvement of students' communication skills in cycle II actions compared to cycle I was 52%. The improvement of student communication skill of cycle III action compared to cycle II is 72%. Fifth, improving students 'communication skills can be seen from the increasing dimensions of students' communication skills. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan sosial pada siswa kelas IV dalam muatan IPS di SDN Cikeusi II Kabupaten Sumedang menggunakan metode simulasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dengan 4 tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket, observasi dan tes. Hasil pennelitian metode simulasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa, peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi siswa tindakan siklus I dibanding prasiklus adalah 30%. Selain itu, peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi siswa tindakan siklus II dibanding siklus I adalah 52%. Peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi siswa tindakan siklus IIIdibanding siklus II adalah 72%. Kelima, peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi siswa dapat terlihat dari meningkatnya dimensi-dimensi keterampilan komunikasi siswa. Abstract

Bimbingan pranikah adalah pemberian bekal pengetahuan, pemahaman, keterampilan dan penumbuhan kesadaran kepada remaja usia nikah tentang kehidupan rumah tangga dan keluarga. E-Learning memfasilitasi pembelajaran dengan menyediakan berbagai sumber belajar dan dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan e-learning untuk bimbingan pra-nikah dari Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam di Kementerian Agama. Analisis kebutuhan yang digunakan untuk menggali informasi tentang kesenjangan dan kebutuhan penyuluh dapat dijadikan dasar acuan dalam mengembangkan e-learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan cara mengedarkan angket berupa online forms lewat platform google forms yang disebar pada responden yakni Calon Pengantin sejumlah 50 orang ataupun 25 pasang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran e-learning diharapkan bimbingan pranikah berlangsung secara efektif dan efisien. Berbagai kendala yang terjadi selama ini dan permasalahan lain terkait fasilitas pembelajaran dalam bimbingan pranikah dapat diselesaikan sesuai dengan langkah dan prosedur pelaksanaan yang tepat.

Abstract

One of problems in inclusive schools is caused by there is no inclusive school management information system. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a management information system in inclusive schools that can help schools, the government and the community to create inclusive schools that can be accessed by everyone. This study aims to produce a product from the development of a website-based education management information system in inclusive schools. The research method used in this research is Research and Development (RnD) with the Borg and Gall model at stages four to ten. The process starting from the stages of data collection, planning, development, stage I expert validation, stage I expert revision, stage II expert validation, stage II expert revision. Product trials in inclusive schools, revisions to product trials in inclusive schools, and the final product of an education management information system in inclusive schools. The subject of this study involving inclusive schools parties such as teachers, and school committees from parents and some expert. The results of this study can be concluded that the development of a website-based education management information system in this inclusive school has been successfully carried out based on the Borg and Gall development model. The development of a website-based education management information system in this inclusive school has also obtained a very good eligibility level. So that it can be used by inclusive schools in managing education to provide the information needed by the community, government, and the school.

Abstract

This research aims to develop graphic design learning videos for interactive digital books for deaf students. This development is intended to complement visual material in digital books as teaching materials specifically designed according to student characteristics. The subject being developed was graphic design at the high school level in special education schools. The method used in this study was research and development with SAM (Successive Approximation Model). The validation included media, material (content), learning, and language. This data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive research. This research data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive. The study results showed that the learning videos that had been developed could aid in the understanding of theory as an abstract for the deaf with explanations of text, infographics, and sign language in the video. Sign language expressions made students interested and motivated to learn. The results of the validity evaluation by experts from the media aspect were 76%, Very Feasible, no need for revision and content 76%, Very Feasible, no need for revision; learning aspects 79%, Very Feasible, no need for revision; language 82%, Very feasible, no need revision. The summary score of experts and students was 78%, which was Very feasible, and did not need to be revised.

Abstract

One of the student fostered areas of several departement at FIP UNJ is Rusunnawa Jatinegara Kaum. In this area there are many children who are indicated in the category of children with special needs. Parents' treatment of their sons / daughters with special needs is still not appropriate, they often ridicule them with insane children, stupid children, idiot children and so on. In an effort to provide parents with a correct understanding of children with special needs, it is necessary to carry out community service activities in the form of technical assistance and guidance for Rusunawa residents regarding the concept and identification of children with special needs and their services. Community Service Activities aim to provide parents and community members with the correct understanding of how to recognize and treat children with special needs correctly. Assistance is carried out on the basis of observations, input, direct information from students that many residents in the Rusunawa are indicated by children with special needs, assistance is carried out in technical guidance activities for parents and other community members and carries out the identification process for children marked with special needs. The results achieved were the formation of a correct understanding of Rusunawa residents about children with special educational needs and were able to recognize the types of barriers and their needs, so that they treat children with special needs properly. Produce published articles in community service journals and activity videos on YouTube. Abstrak Salah satu wilayah binaan mahasiswa beberapa Program Studi di FIP UNJ adalah Rusunnawa Jatinegara Kaum. Di wilayah ini banyak ditemui anak-anak yang diindikasikan dalam kategori anak berkebutuhan khusus. Perlakuan orang tua terhadap putra/putrinya yang berkebutuhan khusus masih belum tepat, mereka sering mengejeknya dengan anak kurang waras, anak bodoh, anak bego dan sebagainya. Dalam upaya untuk memberikan pemahaman yang benar pada orang tua tentang anak berkebutuhan khusus, perlu dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis warga masyarakat Rusunawa tentang konsep dan identifikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus dan pelayanannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan memberikan pemahaman yang benar kepada orang tua dan warga masyarakat tentang cara mengenali dan memeperlakukan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus yang benar. Pendampingan dilaksanakan atas dasar hasil pengamatan, masukkan, informasi langsung dari mahasiswa bahwa banyak warga di Rusunawa yang diindikasikan anak berkebutuhan khusus, Pendampingan dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan bimbingan teknis pada orang tua dan warga masyarakat lainnya serta melaksanakan proses identifikasi pada anak-anak yang ditandai ABK. Hasil yang dicapai adalah terbentuknya pemahaman yang benar warga Rusunawa tentang anak berkebutuhan pendidikan khusus dan mampu mengenali jenis hambatan dan kebutuhannya, sehingga mereka memperlakukan anak- anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan benar. Menghasilkan artikel terpublikasi pada jurnal pengabdian masyarakat serta video kegiatan di youtube.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data on the role of music on the cognitive abilities of children with mild intellectual disabilities. Children with mild intellectual disabilities have intellectual characteristics which include: thinking skills that tend to be low, difficulty in paying attention and remembering things. So that they experience obstacles to work on and complete tasks related to mental and intellectual functions, lack of vocabulary, and lack of ability in abstract thinking. Therefore, a special way is needed to train the cognitive abilities of children with mild intellectual disabilities, namely with one type of art that is easier for children to accept and easier to learn, namely music.The research method used in this study is a literature review or the collection of library data obtained from Google Scholar who has a relationship and connection with the identified problem. Research analysis is done by collecting, analyzing and concluding the data obtained. The results of this study are music has an influence and plays an important role in improving the cognitive abilities of children with mild intellectual disabilities. Music can improve children's cognitive abilities with intellectual disabilities such as stimulating children's brain abilities with mild intellectual disabilities, training children's memory or brain memory, increasing brain intelligence, training language skills by remembering, understanding, and mastering vocabulary, influencing social and emotional development, training concentration and focus on children so that they can develop the potential that exists in children with mild intellectual disabilities.
