Conclusion: All components of Ability Management positively influence Job Satisfaction and Employee Commitment, which in turn increase the Intention to Stay. The strongest relationship was between Employee Commitment and Intention to Stay, while the weakest was from Recruitment & Placement to Job Satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of employee satisfaction and commitment in talent retention. Limitations: This research included only 62 employees from PT XYZ, which might not accurately reflect the complete employee base of the organization or the broader manufacturing industry. Abstract

Background: Transformational leadership styles and digital innovations are widely conceptualized as linear, positive predictors of institutional efficiency. However, the unidirectional enforcement of a change vision frequently bypasses the boundaries of an organization's structural capacity. Objective: This study aims to deconstruct the structural relationships between Transformational School Leadership (TSL), Digital Innovation Capability (DIC), and Indigenous Culture Approach (ICA) toward Sustainable School Performance (SSP), positioning Teacher Development (TD), School Management (SM), and School Culture (SC) as mediating variables. Methods: The research design employs a quantitative causal approach utilizing variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected using standardized questionnaires from an institutional saturation sample of 370 respondents across West Nusa Tenggara Province. Results: The structural model successfully demonstrates superior predictive capacity (R2 = 0.712). The testing results reveal a unexpected negative relationship: TSL exerts a significant direct yet negative impact on SSP β = -0.800; t = -2.066). Conversely, specific indirect pathways confirm that TD fails to bridge the contributions of TSL (Z = 1.440) and DIC (Z = 1.775) toward sustainable performance. In stark contrast, the indigenous governance mechanism of the Sasak tribe, codified through the philosophical trilogy of "Tioq, Tata, Tunaq," establishes significant mediation effect via the formal School Management corridor (Z = 5.989). Conclusion: This study concludes that radical, top-down transformations risk triggering daily operational disruptions. Long-term school resilience absolutely requires a structural safety valve in the form of robust bureaucratic management governance alongside organizational compliance aligned with local cultural identity.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality, insurance system, and sincerity of medical personnel on the level of satisfaction, trust, and loyalty of outpatients at XYZ Private Hospital. This study involved 450 outpatient BPJS patients. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires containing 45 questions with a Likert Scale of 1-5 based on the judgmental sampling method. Data were analyzed using the SEM PLS method. The results showed that empathy, insurance system, and sincerity had a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction. Reliability had a significant negative effect on patient satisfaction. Assurance and responsiveness did not affect patient satisfaction. In addition, patient satisfaction and trust had a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. Patient satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on patient trust in XYZ Private Hospital, while tangible assets had a negative and significant effect on loyalty. Assurance, responsiveness and reliability are further evaluated to ensure that resources are not over-utilized on aspects that are considered less important by respondents. Future studies can take a larger population including other Private Hospitals as well as Government Hospitals and record the diagnosis of diseases experienced by participating patients.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital and Market Sensing Capability (MSC) on business performance, with innovation capability serving as a mediating variable. This research examines fashion brand enterprises that function online in Indonesia. The conceptual framework employed is a novel model derived from previous research, highlighting the role of intellectual capital and MSC in enhancing business performance via the strategic mediation of innovation capability. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology employing the PLS-SEM technique to examine the causal links among latent constructs. Data were collected by the dissemination of closed questionnaires to online fashion brand enterprises represented by owners, directors, or managers. Through purposive sampling, 124 respondents were acquired and deemed valid for analysis. This study has seven hypotheses to evaluate the direct and indirect impacts of the constructs on organizational performance. The results affirm that innovation capability significantly mediates the relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance, as well as between MSC and firm performance. This study enhances the academic discourse on organizational capabilities and provides pragmatic insights for the management of strategic resources within the digital marketplace, specifically in the fashion sector.
