Abstract

Background: Physical activity and diet are one of the factors of nutritional problems that will affect the growth and development of adolescents. In Indonesia, the prevalence of overnutrition and undernutrition in adolescents aged 16-18 years has increased. The role of nurses as educators and implementers of nursing care can improve health status in adolescents. Objective: This study is to determine the relationship between diet and physical activity with body mass index of adolescents at SMAN 9 Jakarta. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with correlation analytic design using cross sectional approach. Results: The results of the study from 102 respondents showed that the majority of body mass index was categorized as healthy weight 60.8%, moderate physical activity 59.8%, and poor diet 50.0%. The results of the Spearman's rho correlation test of dietary variables obtained p value = 0.000 so that p < α then, there is a relationship between diet and body mass index at SMAN 9 Jakarta with a strong closeness value of 0.507 and positive direction. The physical activity variable obtained p value = 0.511 so that p> α then, there is no relationship between physical activity and body mass index at SMAN 9 Jakarta with a very weak 0.066 and positive direction. Diet and physical activity are important to pay attention to in order to achieve a normal body mass index, especially for adolescents.

Abstract

In order to develop literature studies on this research, solar panel monitoring systems to track the efficiency of solar energy conversion processes into electrical energy have been developed. The aim of this study was to build an IOT monitoring system on a mini solar panel to examine the impact of storing data in a microcontroller or IOT manner on the Thingspeak website. However, in this study, the same research was conducted, the difference being the use of a mini solar panel with a voltage capacity of 5V and a current of 60mA with a series or parallel assembly to obtain a voltage in the process of charging a 12V battery and a current of 5Ah. When using circuit design techniques, creating connectivity testing tools, data comparison, data processing, and finally, the test results, data is generated in the form of voltage, current, and power. The test results show that data storage using the microcontroller is faster than data storage using the IOT, which is due to the slow wifi signal speed. The error trend between the IOT and microcontroller from 10:00 to 11:00 o'clock decreased from the difference of 0.563 watts to 0.011 watts, indicating that the storage error between the IOT and the microcontroller is not too bad.

Abstract

Clean water is a vital requirement for children at the primary school level as it supports their learning process. The availability of clean water not only facilitates learning activities but is also an important aspect in supporting a lifestyle that is responsible for natural resources, especially in the context of using renewable energy. The emphasis on an appropriate lifestyle in the utilisation of clean water became the focus of the community service conducted at SD Negeri 2 Rantau Pulut. Through this socialisation activity, students were given an understanding of the importance of a clean lifestyle that utilises clean water sources wisely, while integrating the use of renewable energy. The results of this service showed positive progress. Students' understanding of the importance of a clean lifestyle and the utilisation of clean water with renewable energy has increased significantly, reaching an understanding level of 91.67%. From this, it can be concluded that this socialisation successfully achieved its goal of raising students' awareness of the importance of clean water and a sustainable lifestyle.

Abstract

The budget planned and approved in the company's work plan and budget is the budget that the company will spend for its work program in the future. For this reason, this research aims to determine the effectiveness of the planned budget and its implementation in 2019-2022. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, where the nature of the discussion is to describe, compare, and explain the data so that conclusions can be drawn. In the period 2019 to 2022, research results were obtained that showed that the budget and its implementation were almost stable at a "Highly effective" level. This shows the success of company management in implementing the budget according to plan and is a form of corporate responsibility for social and environmental problems. Abstract

Building materials that emit pollutants, are non-renewable, and generate environmental waste require attention. Wood, a popular and natural material, is facing increasing scarcity, necessitating a substitute. Laminated bamboo emerges as the most akin and natural alternative to wood. Research into laminated bamboo encompasses diverse cross-sections, joint types, and field applications, demanding further investigation.This study aimed to ascertain failure types and damage patterns in laminated bamboo hollow section beam-column joints modified with glue-in rod-bracket connections, using petung bamboo (dendrocalamus asper). The research employed an experimental approach with descriptive analysis. Joint failures were evaluated based on moment-rotation relationships within prescribed rotational limits per standards, while joint damage was assessed through visual inspection of joint components.The study's dependent variables included thread rod diameters of 6 mm, 8 mm, dan 10 mm, and 4 dan 6 embedded thread rods, while the independent variables were failure types and joint collapses. Results revealed serviceability failures in samples 8.6, 10.4, and 10.6. Joint damage across all test specimens primarily manifested as broken thread rods. The highest joint strength observed was 6.28 kNm in sample 10.6, with the lowest at 2.25 kNm in sample 6.4.Based on the findings, increasing thread rod diameters to achieve ductile joints resulted in longer rotations but did not meet the planned strength due to bracket-induced prying effects causing bolt head failure. Despite this, the collapse type aligned with the research plan. Addressing the bracket's fulcrum effect during field applications requires solutions, potentially involving enlarging the bracket's base and increasing the number of thread rod points. The tests did not damage the laminated bamboo components, emphasizing the need to consider laminated bamboo cross-sectional dimensions and thread rod fulcrum effects in subsequent tests to ensure uniform component performance.

Abstract

PT. GBSI is a company that operates in the security services business (outsourcing) and serves its customers based on work contracts per certain period (project), it’s classified in Project Based Organization (PBO) category. Project Management Maturity Model (PM3) is a tool widely used to measure project management performance by looking more broadly at 10 knowledge areas in project management. This research aims to perform an analysis by PM3 maturity level in PT. GBSI. PM3 is used to measure PBO performance in the construction, IT, biotechnology sectors, and currently, it has begun used in service sector, education, and public administration, but there has been no research using PM3 in the provider of security services sector. This research tries to use qualitative approach through interview, document analysis, focus group discussion in diagnosing conditions at PT. GBSI, and use PM3 assessment analysis. The assessment results show the average maturity level achievement in all areas for project management organization is 30% from target maturity level 2. The assessment result can identify the maturity level in the organization and therefore identify development needs in 10 knowledge areas PM3, also provide alternative human processes, technostructure, and human resource interventions to cover the gap maturity level for organizational development.

Abstract

The application of bacterial endotoxin test (BET) using TAL reagent on radiopharmaceutical kits is very important to conduct. The radiopharmaceutical kits that will be tested are macro aggregated albumin (MAA), tetrofosmin and ethambutol kits. Endotoxin testing stage was TAL 0.25 EU/mL verification test, inhibition/enhancement test, and endotoxin test for sample. Pyrogen testing using rabbits was also performed as a comparison test. The results of the TAL reagent verification test were all samples showed values corresponding to the standards of 2? = (+), 1? = (+), 1/2? = (-), 1/4? = (-), and negative water control (NWC) = (-). Furthermore, inhibition/enhancement tests for MAA, tetrofosmin, and ethambutol products show non-inhibiting or gel-inducing results, which are in accordance with acceptability standards, so that the samples can be tested using TAL reagents. The pH measurement results in each sample were MAA of 6.0, tetrofosmin of 7.0, and ethambutol of 8.0. The results of MAA, tetrofosmin, and ethambutol product testing were a sample = (-), positive product control (PPC) = (+), positive water control (PWC) = (+), and NWC = (-). In addition, the results of pyrogen testing also showed negative for MAA, tetrofosmin, and ethambutol.

Abstract

Pesantren At Taubah, sebagai pondok pesantren modern, mempunyai visi “menjadi Lembaga Pendidikan Islam berbasis life skill unuk menyiapkan generasi Indonesia yang maju, berkarakter/adab, dan memiliki keterbukaan wawasan iptek yang bermanfaat bagi lingkungan”. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah dilakuakn dengan tujuan untuk penambahan pengetahuan para santri di pondok pesantren tersebut tentang energi terbarukan, khususnya panel surya, merupakan salah satu upaya dalam menggapai visi pesantren, dimana mereka akan mempunyai ilmu dan pengetahuan (iptek) terkini. para santri juga memahami bahwa sumber energi surya (matahari) mempunyai dampak yang lebih baik bagi lingkungan dibandingkan dengan energi yang bersumber dari fosil. Pengetahuan tentang manfaat sumber energi surya telah mampu dibarengi dengan keterampilan para santri tentang bagaimana cara untuk merangkai peralatan panel surya hingga dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi sumber energi listrik. Para santri juga telah diberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan merangkai panel surya yang diiringi dengan pengetahuan penghitungan daya, tegangan, dan arus yang dihasilkan dari rangkaian panel surya yang direncakan atau yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Information systems are needed in every company to facilitate fast and accurate data processing. One of them is a sales information system currently used at PT. MARKTEL still has processes that have not been computerized. To meet these information needs, especially to deal with data processing problems, report generation and systems that have not worked as expected, companies need a computer-based information system. The system development method in this study uses the waterfall method which has a systematic and clear flow so that the system development is more detailed. The waterfall method is a structured modeling-based method consisting of Flowmaps, Context Diagrams, Level 0 Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). In designing and implementing the program, the author uses the PHP programming language with MySQL database. The existence of a web-based sales information system at PT.MARKTEL is expected to simplify and speed up data processing and report generation and can minimize errors so that company goals can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Nilai tambah pengolahan buah nangka menjadi keripik nangka; (2) Pendapatan pengolahan buah nangka menjadi keripik nangka; (3) Kelayakan usaha pengolahan buah nangka menjadi keripik nangka di Desa Kelurahan Kecamatan Jambu Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian survei ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, yang menyajikan gambaran lengkap mengenai fenomena usaha pengolahan nangka menjadi keripik nangka. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sensus yaitu semua pengusaha sebanyak 27 pelaku usaha dijadikan responden. Penelitian dilakukand pada bulan November 2020 – Februari 2021. Metode pengambilan data melalui wawancara yang dipandu kuesioner, pengamatan langsung, dan studi literatur. Lingkup analisis penelitian meliputi biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, kelayakan finansial, dan analisis nilai tambah. Hasil penelitian penelitian: (1) nilai tambah yang didapatkan sebesar 40,61% termasuk kategori tinggi; (2) Pendapatan pengolahan keripik nangka adalah Rp52.298.581,00/4 bulan dengan produksi dengan produksi keripik nangka sebesar 577.913 kg; (3) Nilai kelayakan R/C: 1,83 dan BEPProduksi = 316,42 kg, BEP Harga = Rp 109.505,00/kg; dan ROI: 82,64 %. Kesimpulan: Usaha pengolahan nangka menjadi keripik nangka memperoleh nilai tambah yang tinggi, menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan.
