Abstract

Initially, the registration process for the Covid-19 vaccination still used a manual system which resulted in long queues, data redundancies, identity input errors, schedule rescheduling, and an increase in the registrant quota. The purpose of this study was to design a website-based online registration information system so that it can be accessed anywhere by inputting the data of vaccination participants independently so that the data obtained is more accurate and stored in a computerized manner and makes it easier for administrative staff to re-register. Is a qualitative method based on objective aspects in identifying problems in order to find solutions and implement them in a system design. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. While the system method uses the waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is a classic sequential life cycle starting from analysis, design, coding, testing, and support stages. With an online vaccination registration information system, it can increase effectiveness and efficiency and produce the expected output.

Abstract

Post-earthquake development in Indonesia is a complex challenge that requires cross-sectoral efforts and support from various parties. Indonesia is prone to earthquakes due to its location on the Pacific Ring of Fire, an active area of earthquakes and volcanic activity. The use of precast concrete has a number of important advantages in earthquake-prone areas but the connection between joints can be a weak point if not done properly. This study will discuss the connection system, connection location, and details. The research method used is numerical analysis using finite element-based software. It is concluded that the connection system used has not been able to reach the capacity of the monolith beam without connection, while the addition of bamboo does not have a significant effect on the bending capacity of the beam.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT Competency development is an effort to fulfill ASN competency needs. Every ASN has the right to obtain competency development. ASN competency standards are an embodiment of a description of the knowledge, skills, and behavior needed by an ASN in carrying out their duties. This competency includes 3 elements, namely Technical Competence, Managerial Competence, and Socio-Cultural Competence. The aim of this study is to describe Managerial competencies (Integrity, Teamwork, Communication, Orientation on Results, Public Service, Development of self and others, Managing Change, and Decision Making) and Social-Cultural Competence (Perekat Bangsa) to then be analyzed in order to obtain appropriate competence development results for employees. The research method used is Quantitative Descriptive. The sample in this study were 29 respondents with total sampling technique using inclusion criteria. Data were collected using the questionnaire method from the 2017 Permenpan & Rb competency dictionary. The analysis used in this study was univariate analysis. The results showed that there were employees who had not reached the good criteria in Managerial Competency in the category of cooperation with 1 employee, communication with 2 employees, orientation towards results 1 employee, public service with 1 employee, self-development and other people with 2 employees, managing change with 1 Employees and several recommendations for competency development for these employees are training for work team development, training for effective communication, training for organizational performance through learning, training for public services for government agencies, training for self-development and ASN professionalism, and training for adaptability.Keywords:

Abstract

Pengelasan adalah salah satu proses utama dalam industri manufaktur yang digunakan untuk menggabungkan dua atau lebih material logam. Salah satu metode pengelasan yang umum digunakan adalah Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding. TIG welding merupakan teknik pengelasan dimana terjadi pembentukan busur listrik antara elektroda yang tidak meleleh dengan material kerja. Pengelasan TIG antara baja galvanis (SGCC) dan baja karbon rendah (SPCC-SD) sering digunakan pada industri otomotif karena kedua material tersebut memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda sehingga bisa digunakan pada kondisi operasional yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Taguchi dengan tiga tingkat percobaan dan tiga faktor yang berbeda, yaitu Arus listrik, Laju aliran gas argon, dan diameter kampuh las. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa flowrate adalah parameter yang paling penting karena memiliki perbedaan nilai S/N ratio yang paling besar. Hal ini menunjukan flowrate memiliki nilai yang signifikan lebih tinggi daripada arus dan diameter kampuh las sehingga berperan penting dalam menentukan kualitas kekuatan sambungan pengelasan TIG pada material SGCC dan SPCC-SD terhadap tegangan tariknya. Hasil analisis rasio S/N menunjukkan bahwa parameter yang paling optimal adalah arus listrik 55 A, laju aliran gas 18 lpm, dan diameter las 5 mm. Sementara itu, analisis ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa laju aliran gas memiliki kontribusi paling signifikan dalam mempengaruhi beban tarik pada pengelasan TIG bahan SPCC-SD (JIS 3141) dengan SGCC (JIS 3302) yaitu sebesar 23,24%. Selanjutnya disusul oleh diameter kampuh las dan arus pengelasan masing-masing memberikan kontribusi sebesar 19,82% dan 8,34%.

Abstract

The deep drawing is a complex steel forming method involving blank dimensions, dimension/height ratio (D/H ratio), and clearance between die and punch (D/P allowance). Failure to identify proper blank dimensions and D/H ratio can lead to production defects such as tears, while failure to recognize the correct clearance can cause wrinkles. This article discusses technology dissemination to Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for the deep drawing process in producing R-ornament components #3D40x40, considering these crucial parameters. R-ornament #3D40x40 was manufactured using SPCC-SD material with a thickness of 0.65 mm. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method was employed to collaboratively optimize blank dimensions, D/H ratio, and dies/punch (D/P) allowance with partners. The optimization of blank dimensions successfully eliminated the need for the trimming process, resulting in reduced investment costs in dies and die setup by IDR 15 million and 2.16 million, respectively. Identifying a D/H ratio of 1.32 successfully eliminated tear defects and determining a D/P allowance of 0.87 mm on each side eradicated wrinkle defects in the product. This article contributes to Goal 9 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically focusing on the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) sector.

Abstract

Cancer is one of the causes of death in Indonesia and even the world. Nuclear medicine techniques with radiopharmaceuticals and SPECT are one of the ways to treat cancer, but their use in Indonesia is not yet popular. Radiopharmaceuticals marked with radionuclide emitting beta (β) radiation are proven to be used for cancer therapy, one that has been developed in PTRR-BATAN is 90Y-EDTMP. Yttrium-90 is used in nuclear medicine by utilizing β radiation (E max 2.28 MeV). The β energy which is produced from the decay process of 90Y radionuclides to 90Zr can kill cancer cells. This study aimed to provide information about the substances biological effects so that preventive measures can be taken to protect humans. This study conducted evaluation of the 90Y-marked radiopharmaceutical (90Y produced from a 90Sr / 90Y generator which is 90Y-EDTMP) encompasses clearance test, pyrogen test, and dose safety test in experimental animals. The clearance test utilized mice, the pyrogen test utilized rabbits, and the dose safety test utilized mice. The results of the clearance test showed that 90Y-EDTMP compound which was excreted in 192 hour was 49.70% through urine and 14.59% through feces. The total excretion of 90Y-EDTMP within 192 hours was 64.57%. Based on the results of clearance tests with calculations, 90Y of 90Sr / 90Y generators in 90Y-EDTMP dosage form had 84.2 hours of half-life, 36.5 hours of an effective half-life and 52.7 hours of a residence time. Pyrogen test results showed pyrogen-free. The 90Y-EDTMP dose safety test showed that the dose is safe and not deadly. The development of 90Y-EDTMP is expected to be improved to produce radiopharmaceuticals for cancer therapy in order to make a real contribution in public health services.

Abstract

JIG merupakan sebuah komponen yang sangat penting dalam dunia industri baik industri manufacturing dan industri lainnya, JIG adalah sebuah komponen yang akan digunakan dalam penempatan atau dudukan untuk sebuah proses dalam industri. JIG digunakan sebagai media membantu dalam penempatan komponen-komponen produksi yang akan di manufacturing, permasalahan yang timbul adalah pada saat pembuatan JIG memerlukan ukuran yang sesuai terhadap benda yang akan ditempatkan, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menetapkan sebuah toleransi untuk pembuatan JIG menggunakan mesin 3D Printing. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dimulai dengan pengukuran benda manufacturing yaitu jackcable pada pin 16 dan pin 10. Setelah dilakukan proses pengukuran maka penentuan toleransi sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan, ketika perhitungan toleransi terhadap hasil pengukuran maka selanjutnya dilakukan proses desain. Hasil desain akan diubah menjadi format G-Code untuk dicetak menggunakan mesin 3D Printing. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan simbol “i,j,n,m dan e” memiliki toleransi yang sama yaitu 0.5-0.7mm hal tersebut karena pada bagian tersebut toleransi hanya menerapkan tingkat suaian yang longgar atau suaian kasar. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian ini pada JIG pin 10 menggunakan suaian sedang dan pada JIG pin 16 menggunakan suaian kasar.

Abstract

Using high-pressure and high-temperature laser light emission techniques, laser cutting works to cut materials in such a way that components at the laser cutting point produce cutting results. However, the current problem is that laser cutting often produces material defects including protruding parts, burnt surfaces, and pores on the laser-cut parts. Given this problem, the purpose of this study is to develop a camera capable of identifying material defects caused by laser cutting . The research method is the preparation of 6061 aluminum material, the preparation of the ESP32CAM camera, and the preparation of laser cutting parameter settings. In order to run the ESP32CAM program, C and OpenCV programming languages ​​are needed to identify items with material defects, color images, histograms, and FPS are needed. The results of the study showed that detecting defects at the highest FPS reading of 15.57 and a histogram value of 250 at the x coordinate and 950000 at the y coordinate. Eight defects in the material were found using Open CV detection on the ESP32CAM camera sample 3. From this technique it can be concluded that ESP32CAM is capable of identifying material defects caused by laser cutting.

The study concludes that aligning advanced technologies with proactive safety protocols fosters a more resilient and productive manufacturing environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh sarana dan prasarana sekolah terhadap prestasi siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Abdi Karya Kota Bekasi. Sarana dan prasarana yang diteliti meliputi fasilitas fisik seperti ruang kelas, laboratorium, perpustakaan, dan sarana olahraga, serta aspek non-fisik seperti ketersediaan buku dan teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan siswa dari kelas VIII di SMP Abdi Karya Kota Bekasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengevaluasi persepsi siswa mengenai sarana dan prasarana serta nilai akademik mereka. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya investasi dalam infrastruktur pendidikan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Bekasi. Besaran pengaruh Sarana dan Prasarana terhadap prestasi belajar Siswa SMP Abdi Karya Kota Bekasi adalah sebesar 14,3% yang dinyatakan pada nilai R Square = 0,143.
