Abstract

Introduction: The clinical education program offers students a chance to gain practical experience, enabling them to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to provide safe and effective nursing care. However, During COVID-19, modifying clinical education programs is essential to ensure continuity of nursing training while adapting to safety protocols and limitations on in-person interactions.  This study aims to investigate how educational institutions modify and innovate nursing clinical education during pandemic situation. Method: The study employed a descriptive exploratory design. The informants included ten mentors from various nursing education institutions in Indonesia who guide professional nursing students. The data were collected through in-depth, unstructured video call interviews. The data were collected through in-depth, unstructured video call interviews.  Data analysis was conducted using content analysis. Results: The research found themes with 15 subthemes. These themes are: 1) learning constrain, 2) student challenges, 3) clinical educator challenges, 4) teaching and learning opportunities. Conclusions: Professional education processes during a pandemic require better preparation in developing educational content, mastering various information technologies to support enhanced learning and the periodic evaluation of student competencies. This evaluation is necessary to ensure that students achieve the minimum competencies set by professional organizations.

Abstract

Pesantren At Taubah, sebagai pondok pesantren modern, mempunyai visi “menjadi Lembaga Pendidikan Islam berbasis life skill unuk menyiapkan generasi Indonesia yang maju, berkarakter/adab, dan memiliki keterbukaan wawasan iptek yang bermanfaat bagi lingkungan”. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah dilakuakn dengan tujuan untuk penambahan pengetahuan para santri di pondok pesantren tersebut tentang energi terbarukan, khususnya panel surya, merupakan salah satu upaya dalam menggapai visi pesantren, dimana mereka akan mempunyai ilmu dan pengetahuan (iptek) terkini. para santri juga memahami bahwa sumber energi surya (matahari) mempunyai dampak yang lebih baik bagi lingkungan dibandingkan dengan energi yang bersumber dari fosil. Pengetahuan tentang manfaat sumber energi surya telah mampu dibarengi dengan keterampilan para santri tentang bagaimana cara untuk merangkai peralatan panel surya hingga dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi sumber energi listrik. Para santri juga telah diberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan merangkai panel surya yang diiringi dengan pengetahuan penghitungan daya, tegangan, dan arus yang dihasilkan dari rangkaian panel surya yang direncakan atau yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Information systems are needed in every company to facilitate fast and accurate data processing. One of them is a sales information system currently used at PT. MARKTEL still has processes that have not been computerized. To meet these information needs, especially to deal with data processing problems, report generation and systems that have not worked as expected, companies need a computer-based information system. The system development method in this study uses the waterfall method which has a systematic and clear flow so that the system development is more detailed. The waterfall method is a structured modeling-based method consisting of Flowmaps, Context Diagrams, Level 0 Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). In designing and implementing the program, the author uses the PHP programming language with MySQL database. The existence of a web-based sales information system at PT.MARKTEL is expected to simplify and speed up data processing and report generation and can minimize errors so that company goals can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Nilai tambah pengolahan buah nangka menjadi keripik nangka; (2) Pendapatan pengolahan buah nangka menjadi keripik nangka; (3) Kelayakan usaha pengolahan buah nangka menjadi keripik nangka di Desa Kelurahan Kecamatan Jambu Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian survei ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, yang menyajikan gambaran lengkap mengenai fenomena usaha pengolahan nangka menjadi keripik nangka. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sensus yaitu semua pengusaha sebanyak 27 pelaku usaha dijadikan responden. Penelitian dilakukand pada bulan November 2020 – Februari 2021. Metode pengambilan data melalui wawancara yang dipandu kuesioner, pengamatan langsung, dan studi literatur. Lingkup analisis penelitian meliputi biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, kelayakan finansial, dan analisis nilai tambah. Hasil penelitian penelitian: (1) nilai tambah yang didapatkan sebesar 40,61% termasuk kategori tinggi; (2) Pendapatan pengolahan keripik nangka adalah Rp52.298.581,00/4 bulan dengan produksi dengan produksi keripik nangka sebesar 577.913 kg; (3) Nilai kelayakan R/C: 1,83 dan BEPProduksi = 316,42 kg, BEP Harga = Rp 109.505,00/kg; dan ROI: 82,64 %. Kesimpulan: Usaha pengolahan nangka menjadi keripik nangka memperoleh nilai tambah yang tinggi, menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan.

Abstract

This study investigates the optimization of tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding parameters for joining dissimilar metals, specifically ST37 low-carbon steel and SUS 304 stainless steel, using the Taguchi L9 experimental design. The welding parameters evaluated include welding current (45-65 A), tungsten electrode diameter (1.6-2.4 mm), and shielding gas flow rate (12-18 LPM). The aim is to enhance joint integrity and mechanical properties by systematically analyzing the influence of these parameters on hardness and tensile load (TS loads). Hardness testing revealed that the weld zone exhibited the highest hardness, followed by the heat-affected zone and base metal. Tensile testing showed that the highest TS loads of 341 kgf were achieved at 45 A, 1.6 mm electrode diameter, and 12 LPM gas flow rate. Signal-to-noise ratio analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA) indicated that welding current had the most significant influence on hardness and TS loads, with contributions of 39% and 41.27%, respectively, followed by electrode diameter (17% and 36.42%). In comparison, the gas flow rate had the least impact (45% and 22.31%). However, ANOVA results showed that none of the factors exhibited statistical significance (P > 0.05). The findings contribute to the field of welding engineering by providing optimized TIG welding parameters for ST37-SUS 304 joints, enhancing their reliability in various industrial applications such as automotive manufacturing, oil and gas, and power generation, where durable and corrosion-resistant welds are crucial.

Abstract

RPM measurement is a crucial measurement tool for assessing a machine's rotation quality and ensuring that it meets the DC motor manufacturer's specifications. The quality of rotation of electric motors and combustion motors can both be observed through RPM measurements. The precision with which the LM393 sensor measures the rotation of a DC motor engine is the problem formulation in this study. Thus, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the rotation measurement accuracy of the LM393 Microcontroller sensor and compare it to a traditional tachometer. In order to conduct rotational variations on the DC motor, the following voltages will be applied: 0.93V, 2.83V, 4.25V, 7.05V, and 9.07V. Next, a tachometer and an LM393 microcontroller are used to measure the DC motor rotation. The gathered data will be made available for verification. Based on the measurement results, the corresponding data differences are -5.560 RPM, -1.577 RPM, -2.182 RPM, -3 RPM, and 0.334 RPM. Therefore, measurement validation was done based on the disparity in readings, yielding results of 0.252%, -1.45%, 0.12%, 0.038%, and 0.0725%. Based on validation results showing a presentation of no more than 10%, the LM393 measuring tool for DC motor RPM measurement is deemed valid and suitable for use.

Abstract

A floor-cleaning robot requires a stable and consistent movement to ensure effective cleaning. This study implements a Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control system using Arduino Uno to regulate the DC motor’s speed and rotation. A well-tuned PID system ensures smooth and constant motion, optimizing the cleaning process. Without PID control, the robot’s movement can become inconsistent, reducing its cleaning efficiency. The research focuses on designing and implementing a PID system to achieve constant speed and rotation through programming. The selected PID parameters are Kp = 0.2, Ki = 50, and Kd = 0, effectively making it a Proportional-Integral (PI) controller. Experiments were conducted under two conditions: (1) unloaded motor testing—where the motor’s rotational stability was assessed without external load, and (2) loaded robot operation—where the robot was tested while cleaning a dirty floor. Results showed that the DC motor's unloaded speed was initially 5 RPM, stabilizing at 10.62 RPM. Under load, the robot's speed started at 0.2 RPM, peaked at 6.85 RPM, and maintained an average velocity of 4.85 cm/s. The robot demonstrated consistent motion in forward, left-turn, and right-turn maneuvers, achieving 13-degree rotations in 30 seconds. The robot was able to operate for 30 minutes, maintaining a stable speed between the 3rd and 22nd minute, before declining as battery power depleted. The findings confirm that the implementation of a PI controller effectively stabilizes motor rotation and enhances floor-cleaning efficiency. Additionally, this control method can be adapted to larger-scale robots and various DC/AC motor systems.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a sales accounting information system at PT Corbec Communication Bandung. After the research was carried out, there were problem factors, namely the data management process which was still simple so that it was possible for errors to occur in recording sales data and errors in the process of calculating sales transactions so that they had to double-check this which made the process of information about sales reports slow. These problems can be overcome by creating a sales accounting information system that will simplify the process of managing sales data so that the information needed will be easily and quickly obtained. This accounting information system is designed using the PHP programming language with MySQL as its database and the development method used is the RAD method. Testing this sales application using blackbox testing. Based on the design results and the results of testing the sales application of PT Corbec Communication Bandung, it can be concluded that the Rapid Application Development method greatly assists the processing of making sales applications more accurate and faster

Abstract

Industrial businesses have employed various robot cars to execute tasks related to goods movement, such as the Warehouse Robot Car, which utilizes a line follower sensor system. However, the substantial electricity consumption poses a challenge due to excessive energy use in robot cars. In light of this issue, the research aims to assess the utilization of mini solar panels in robot cars equipped with 3.3V Li-ION 18650 batteries. The primary objective is to calculate the electricity required to operate a line-following robot car within the designated sector. The approach involves designing robotics and solar panel systems for generating input and output power, including charging measurements. According to the findings, solar panels can charge at a maximum rate of 0.206358 watts for 45 minutes, while the robot can operate at a minimum rate of 0.26 watts for 29 minutes, resulting in a charging efficiency to robot performance of 43.5 percents.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan mengukur Pengaruh Literasi tentang Riba dan literasi Produk Perbankan Syariah terhadap Minat menjadi Nasabah Bank Syariah pada Masyarakat di Kelurahan Sayang, Cianjur. Jumlah Populasi 32.983 jiwa. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Serta teknik analisis hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Berdasarkan hasil uji t dan uji F. Dari Hasil uji t dan Uji F diketahui bahwa variabel literasi mengenai Riba dan variabel literasi Produk Perbankan Syariah berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Minat menjadi Nasabah Bank Syariah. Besaran pengaruh ditunjukkan oleh nilai Koefisien determinasi sebesar 61,7% sisanya 38,3%, dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.
