Abstract

Although many research has been conducted on interactive learning, there is still little that describes interactive learning of Arabic grammar in course institutions. Thus, this research aims to provide information about interactive learning of Arabic grammar at the Al-Azhar Pare Kediri, East Java course institute. The type of research carried out was qualitative research (Jailani, 2023) which was revealed by writing descriptive data reviewing several reasons for the implementation and interactive learning process of Arabic grammar at the Al-Azhar Pare Kediri course institute. Data was obtained through three techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data validity, source triangulation, data interpretation and conclusions. The results of the research show that there are several reasons for implementing interactive learning of Arabic grammar at the Al-Azhar Pare Kedi institution in East Java, namely, learning Arabic from native speakers, teachers who are graduates of the Middle East, having a pleasant learning class atmosphere, strategic location, there are superior programs and dormitories. The interactive learning process of Arabic grammar at the Al-Azhar Pare Kediri course institute includes reciprocity, balanced contribution, more than one way of solving problems, involving various sources, involving various skills, reading and writing and challenges. Learning Arabic in listening, reading, speaking and writing skills with an active receptive approach in informal and non-formal institutions can be carried out for further research. Recommendations from researchers are expected to be able to research in the Yellow Book Village of Pare Al-Azhar Kediri, East Java related to Balagoh science and the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum program for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the application of the drill method in Arabic language learning at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Pesantren Ummusshbari Kendari. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive approach using data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis method used by the author through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the application of the drill method in Arabic language learning at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Pesantren Ummusshabri Kendari that teachers have implemented the drill method well in the learning process in the classroom. There are several stages that must be carried out by the teacher, namely the preparation stage, implementation of learning and evaluation of learning. Supporting factors are the availability of adequate facilities such as television and textbooks and a whiteboard. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of interest in learning for students. Further research can examine Arabic language learning based on differentiation as an effort to understand each student's ability in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian produksi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah literature review, data dikumpulkan dengan cara melakukan analisis pada penelitian sebelumnya dengan judul yang sama. yaitu terkait dengan Pengaruh Kedisiplinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja terhdap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, nilai ? value sig < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 yang berarti Kedisiplinan dan Lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian produksi.

Abstract

Currently, there are still many children who have difficulty learning to count. So, learning media that is interesting and not monotonous is needed in order to develop student interest and improve students' ability to calculate. This research aims to describe 1) Implementation of the use of a mathematical calculation board. 2) obstacles and challenges in using mathematical calculation boards. 3) Teacher perceptions of the effectiveness of the mathematics calculation board. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach. This research was carried out at Siwi Peni Grobogan Kindergarten with subjects including Siwi Peni Kindergarten students aged 5-6 years with a total of 15 students and teachers participating, namely the Siwi Peni Kindergarten homeroom teacher, and also the principal of Siwi Peni Kindergarten. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation.  The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman theory, namely data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be stated that: 1) The use of counting board media is carried out through three stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. 2) Obstacles and obstacles in using counting board media, namely the teacher's lack of knowledge regarding learning media, lack of facilities and infrastructure, and students not knowing how to write numbers, which hinders learning activities.  3) Based on the teacher's perception of the effectiveness of using counting board media, it can be said to be effective, because it is able to increase student involvement in class and improve students' numeracy skills..

Abstract

Although much research has been conducted on the representation of religious moderation values in textbooks, there are still few who study it from the perspective of Arabic textbooks. Thus, this research aims to examine the representation of religious moderation values in the Madrasah Aliyah Arabic language textbook for class XI: insights from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This research uses a library research design with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the content of the Arabic textbook consists of 6 chapters covering shopping, health, travel, Hajj and Umrah, information and communication technology, and religion in Indonesia. The values of religious moderation in the class XI Arabic textbook are on page 57 with the theme "Umrah with my family" on listening skills and page 59 on reading skills. Tolerance is found on page 90 of the theme "religion in Indonesia" in reading skills and page 99 in speaking skills. Anti-violence is found on page 31 of the theme "health" in speaking skills and page 63 of the theme "Hajj and Umrah" in grammar rules skills. Accommodating to local culture is found on page 38 of the "travel" theme in reading skills. This textbook shows that the Madrasah Aliyah Arabic language learning materials for class XI represent the values of religious moderation namely national commitment, tolerance, non-violence, accommodating to local culture as shown through illustrative images, Not only is the material presented but elements of Indonesian cultural values are also depicted in the textbook. So Arabic is not just learning the language but also learning the cultural values in textbooks. Analysis of Arabic textbooks on moral issues, other Arabic books using thematic context analysis research and morphological analysis can be used for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android Mobile Game Based on Edutainment Strategy for class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak who reach the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness with the borg and gall model. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII SMP as many as 30 students and 3 media and material experts. The instruments used in this study were media expert validation sheets, teacher responses and student responses, and problem solving ability test questions. The results of validation research on Android Mobile Game Based on Edutainment Strategy are media validation with an average value of 94.28% from the three experts in the very good category. The second is the value of practicality, seen from the value of the questionnaire filled out by the teacher and all students who are accumulated so that a percentage of 92.40% is obtained with very practical criteria. Furthermore, the effectiveness, seen from the value of the results of student posttest work with the number of students who completed as many as 20 people out of 30 people and the average value of students calculated by the formula for the average score and percentage with in the overall student score so that a score of 85.20 was obtained based in the school's KKM score of 75, then the average student test results have complete criteria and are classified as very effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan integrasi pengetahuan siswa pada konsep usaha dan energi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI  SMA Negeri 1 Sindue berjumlah 16 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes pada materi usaha dan energi yang menggunakan tes berwujud esay, kemudian 3 siswa dipilih menjadi responden dengan kategori yang memiliki hasil jawaban dari yang tertinggi, sedang dan terendah, selanjutnya akan dilakukan wawancara kepada 3 responden untuk mengkonfirmasi integrasi pengetahuan konsep siswa terhadap soal yang telah dikerjakan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mencari persentase integrasi pengetahuan siswa dari masing-masing soal yang telah diberikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik dalam integrasi pengetahuan konsep usaha dan energi masih tergolong rendah dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 52,41 %. Persentase pemahaman terhadap soal pada butir pertama yaitu 78,12%, pada butir soal ke dua yaitu 41,1%, pada butir soal ke tiga yaitu 43,75%. Kesulitan integrasi pengetahuan konsep usaha dan energi disebabkan adanya miskonsepsi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Dewasa ini kita sedang diresahkan dengan penyebaran wabah Covid-19. Hal ini mengakibatkan semua aspek kehidupan manusia terganggu baik dari aspek Intelektualiatas maupun Spiritualitas. Mayoritas siswa siswa di kelurahan dinoyo yang sedang menimba ilmu mengalami kesulitan pada saat menerima materi yang diberikan, sehingga membuat peserta didik lama kelamaan merasa jenuh dan tertekan dengan materi-materi serta  tugas-tugas yang diberikan. . Selain itu Covid-19 ini juga mengakibatkan kegiatan anak-anak TPQ Al-Muhajirin tidak berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dari permasalahan diatas dapat diatasi dengan beberapa metode yakni pendampingan belajar online dan mengajar mengaji yang dipandang cukup efisien untuk peserta didik dalam meningkatkan nilai intelektualitas serta spiritualitas. Kegiatan KSM-TEMATIK Universitas Islam Malang dilaksanakan secara langsung pada tanggal 02 Agustus 2021-14 September 2021 di Kelurahan Dinoyo RW 06 Malang. Mengukuhkan kemampuan pengambdian masyarakat melalui penguatan intelektualitas dan spiritualitas yang dapat berperan dalam menunjang keberhasilan yang merupakan salah satu program kegiatan KSM-TEMATIK Universitas Islam Malang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen terhadap pengalaman belanja dan kepuasan pelanggan di Toko Dwi Cell. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap interaksi antara pelanggan dan sistem informasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi yang efektif antara pelanggan dan sistem informasi dapat meningkatkan akses informasi produk, mempercepat proses transaksi, memungkinkan personalisasi layanan, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengoptimalan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belanja dan membangun loyalitas pelanggan di pasar ritel elektronik.
