Abstract

Today social problems come back in the main spotlight in this country, especially during the pandemic hasn’t a meeting point. Since pandemic Covid-19, it has officially entered the motherland. Social problems are increasing, especially in economic problems. This leads to reduced welfare of people's lives and creates social inequalities, especially in smaller domains such as resilience. The results of this study revealed that there are three points conceptualized by Ajengan Romzi in fulfilling neighborly matters. First, there are consequences that are obtained when treating neighbors badly. Second, treating neighbors well will also reduce social problems among neighbors and can also eliminate gaps that occur. Third, a good form of interaction with neighbors, as well as how to deal with neighbors who treat us badly, should not only be applied not only with neighbors who are fellow Muslims but also neighbors who are non-Muslims.

Abstract

Mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mempelajari fonetik karena penggunaan media ajar di kelas yang minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat pengembangan bahan ajar web funetic.id. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RD) mengadaptasi model 4D. Dalam penelitian ini hanya digunakan 3 tahap, yaitu tahap pendefinisian, tahap perancangan, dan tahap pengembangan. Hasil penelitian pada tahap pertama, yaitu kesulitan mempelajari fonetik disebabkan oleh perbedaan sistem bunyi bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia sehingga menyebabkan mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengingat cara dan tempat menghasilkan bunyi. Hasil penelitian tahap kedua yaitu perancangan media ajar fonetik menggunakan website funetic.id. Hasil penelitian pada tahap ketiga yaitu media ajar funetic.id layak untuk dilakukan uji coba kepada mahasiswa.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEducation has an important role in showing national civilization. The goverment is required to concentrate to improve and advance the quality and quantity of education continuously. Therefore the authort are interested in examining the interest of adolescents in continuing their education to higher education in terms of the family economic conditions in the manyabar village of panyabungan sub-district. The aim to be achieved in this study is to determine the economic level of parents wits interest in adolescents continuing their education to college. The approach taken in this study are three teenagers who did not continue their education to college. Data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the economic cindition of the family strongly influenced adolescents in this village to continua their education to college.Keywords: Teenage , Education, College, Economic

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MIPA di SMA N 1 Kota Jambi pada mata pelajaran fisika; (2) hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika kelas X MIPA di SMA N 1 Kota Jambi ; dan (3) hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar fisika kelas X MIPA di SMA N 1 Kota Jambi. Metodologi: Metode penelitian ini adalah Mix Methods untuk mencari hasil deskriptif kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji korelasi sederhana. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 57 siswa kelas X MIPA di SMA N 1 Kota Jambi. Temuan utama: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) motivasi belajar siswa memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 98.5063; (2) hasil belajar siswa memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 70.1754; dan (3) terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.977 yang masuk dalam kategori cukup kuat.. Keterbaruan penelitian: Penelitian ini memperkuat adanya hubungan antara motivasi terhadap hasil belajar, terkhusus pada pelajaran Fisika.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare student understanding levels before and after the implementation of web-based learning. This research is crucial to maintain the focus of learning media development on CLO achievement, which is the core objective of learning. This qualitative study aims to provide descriptive accounts of the findings of variations in students' scores before and after using web-based learning. Thirty students in the Auditing 2 class were subjected to the implementation of learning at one of the leading universities in East Java, Indonesia. The test consisted of six parts, ICQ, confirmation of accounts receivable, subsequent test, test of detail, accounts receivable working paper, and sales working paper related to the sales and collection cycle. The findings indicate that due to students' active involvement in learning, there is a very large increase in the average student score before and after the web-based learning implementation.

Abstract

This research will ascertain PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia's financial performance before the IPO. The NVivo 12 application is used to examine the qualitative research approach employed in this study. The findings revealed that EVA before the IPO was below zero, indicating that the company cannot add value for shareholders and cannot meet its debt obligations. In 2020, the MVA value was positive; in 2021, it was negative. According to these findings, the corporation did well in 2020 but poorly in 2021. These two findings show that the company's financial performance was poor before the IPO. As a result, the company's choice to go public was rushed and bad for stakeholders. This study is anticipated to offer stakeholders a reference method for measuring financial performance.

Abstract

Investor sentiment arises when there is an event or event that affects people's lives such as pandemics, terrorism, wars, and economic conditions. The Covid 19 pandemic is an outbreak that has emerged and its spread is very fast around the world, so it requires people to stay at home to reduce the rate of transmission. This research was conducted to find out the positive and negative sentiment of investors towards the return of Jakarta Islamic Index shares. Positive and negative sentiment is induced from medical terms that appear on the google trends page. The method carried out is to use quantitative with a descriptive approach. The results obtained in this study are that investor sentiment, both positive and negative, partially and simultaneously has a significant positive effect on stock returns on the Jakarta Islamic Index. This shows that if there is a trust issue that is happening such as covid-19, war, data breaches, it can make investor sentiment change in choosing companies that issue stocks with data evidence taken from Google Trends to analyze the popularity of queries with keywords entered into search engines.

Abstract

Persentase pemberian ASI eksklusif di perkotaan sebesar 37,8% sedangkan di perdesaan sedikit lebih tinggi yaitu 46,9%. Dalam proses menyusui terdapat dua hormon penting yaitu hormon Prolaktin yang memproduksi Air Susu Ibu (ASI), dan hormon Oksitosin yang berperan dalam pengaliran ASI. Beberapa ibu mengalami permasalahan dalam produksi ASI sehingga mencari alternative dan beralih menggunakan boster ASI. Ada banyak jenis booster ASI di masyarakat baik dalam kemasan obat maupun dari bahan herbal dan bahan alami seperti sayur dan buah. Jus ALAMAK adalah jus hasil kreatifitas inovasi yang berbahan pangan local buah Alpukat dan Kurma. Alpukat mempunya manfaat menaikkan produksi ASI sekaligus menjaga kesehatan tubuh secara keseluruhan. Sedangkan kurma kaya akan nutrisi, antioksidan, dan senyawa yang dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI, dan dapat membantu ibu menyusui untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh, mencegah kelelahan, memperkuat tulang, dan mencegah kegemukan. Memberikan edukasi kombinasi buah alpukat dan kurma sebagai booster ASI untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI. metode yang digunakan : penyuluhan, diskusi, demonstrasi dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 peserta ibu hamil dan ibu nifas. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan pertanyaan dan Doorprize. Peserta undangan yang hadir terlihat antusias menyimak dan bertanya, kemudian mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan paska penyuluhan dan diskusi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, yaitu Program Berbagi Kasih Anak Yatim di Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan dana melalui gerakan Sedekah ODOT (One Day One Thousand) dan penyaluran santunan kepada anak yatim. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 Juli 2021 di Kelurahan 2 Ilir, Kecamatan Ilir Timur II, Kota Palembang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa santunan yang diberikan berhasil meringankan beban anak yatim dan mendukung pendidikan mereka, terutama di masa pandemi COVID-program ini efektif dalam memberikan bantuan langsung kepada anak yatim dan meningkatkan rasa kepedulian sosial di kalangan dosen dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Purpose –This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work environment together and individually on the performance of J&T Express employees, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. Design/methodology –This type of research is associative, using a saturated sample of 50 J&T Express employees, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination.  Findings - The research results show that work discipline, work motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of J&T Express employees, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency.
