Abstract

The aim of the research was to analyze the index model of PPG FKIP Unwidha student satisfaction from the quality of online learning services by analyzing the gaps in each element of service. The research method used was in the form of quantitative research to test the gap between expectations and perceptions of service quality. Respondents in the research were 60 students. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Quantitative tests in research were in the form of validity test, instrument item reliability, Servqual model gap test. Research findings show that all dimensions tested have a positive satisfaction value with the largest positive value on the empathy dimension. Lecturers and education staff at the Unwidha PPG Program must be able to improve service quality with priority improvements starting with the lowest positive value respectively on the next positive value.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a multivariate test of the dependent variable on the intention of learning Unwidha’s students for Social Psychology are influenced by two independent variables, namely religiosity and local genius values. The research object as the sample is students from Department of Psychology Universitas Widya Dharma around 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis in this research is in the form of reliability and validity tests of items, and variable correlation tests which are useful for providing a map of perception in the people's mind regarding the proof of intention of students for learning Social Psychology. Quantitative multivariate test using The AMOS Software. The test results found that the religiosity and local genius values variables are proof which influenced the intention of learning, From the research findings of the model evidence, a strategy is needed for stakeholders to develop human resources strategies towards the competitive advantage of departement of Psychology towards to increase for students motivation for Social Psychology learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the position of excellence of each teacher professional education program in the Soloraya region so that it can determine the right marketing strategy to satisfy and increase public interest in trusting the quality of PPG education services presented by several public and private universities that organize PPG programs. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach through multivariate multidimensional scaling statistical tests. The novelty of this research combines the concept of competitive advantage of the quality performance of PPG education service institutions in the Soloraya region through position mapping using multidimensional scalling. The population in the study were all people who had understood the quality of PPG program services in five universities. Sampling respondents using purposive sampling technique as many as 115 adult respondents. The attributes in the questionnaire were adapted from Hasanah et al including the dimensions of the quality of service of educational institutions tangibles, reliabilities responsiveness assurance and empathy. The final stage of the research has formed a map of the position of each PPG program in five universities. This activity is the beginning of efforts to create the competitiveness of each PPG program in the Soloraya region to welcome the era of achieving SDGS' goals. All of which leads to the achievement of optimal economic growth of teacher human resources in 2045.

Abstract

This study aims the position competitive exellence tourism destination in Pekalongan. The research method used quantitatvive model. The sampling model used purposive sampling with 120 respondents. Research atribut adopt from Cooper’s with attraction, accesbility, amenity and ancilliary. The tes model used MDS Multivariate. Kampoeng Batik Pesindon and Kampoeng Batik Kauman is in a relative exellent quadrant position compared to the other three tourism destination .Pasir Kencana and Wisata Bahari occupy a challenger position. The research activities is to propose marketing strategy solution s to win competition among tourism destinantion exellence in the future.

Abstract

This research develops a model through measuring the quality of educational services towards the competitive excellence of SDIT (Integrated Islamic Primary Schools). This research aims to test the gap scores for each dimension of each SDIT, thus it can determine the right marketing strategy to satisfy and increase the interest of new students’ parents who believe that their children will receive an education at an excellent Islamic Elementary School. The research was using a quantitative approach through respondent description, item validity and reliability, and ServQual model statistical tests. The population in the research was all people who believe in Integrated Islamic Primary School education in Klaten Regency. This research used a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. The attributes in the questionnaire were adapted from the ServQual concept which is suitable in the realm of educational research including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Quantitative tests include validity tests, item reliability and ServQual confirmation tests. The test results of validity and reliability were valid and reliable. The confirmation test score has a positive average value of 60.27 with the lowest positive value in the reliabilities dimension of 28.45, followed by tangibles 34.28, responsiveness 72.58 assurance 88.44 and empathy has the highest value of 127.60. Improvement efforts must continue to be made by the SDIT management with an emphasis on improving the value that still has the lowest positive dimension followed by the next positive value. Increasing the quality of SDIT's educational services by implementing the Total Quality Management concept optimally will lead to increased community satisfaction and strengthened SDIT's competitive performance in the future.

Abstract

Learning tools must support teacher and student learning to achieve learning outcomes. The absence of teaching materials will be a barrier to good learning outcomes. Educators are asked to actively participate in creating inventive learning tools, including interesting teaching materials, with this free curriculum. Students who enjoy learning will help teachers in the learning process. The aim of this research is to analyze how much influence teaching materials have on the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. The method used is quantitative. The instruments used were observations, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include reliability testing, validity testing, analysis prerequisite testing, and hypothesis testing. The sample consisted of 32 students who were in class V of elementary school. The results of this research showed that the influence of teaching materials was 61% on student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, 39% was influenced by factors outside this research. It was concluded that the use of teaching materials that use learning models influences student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the position of excellence of each tourism village so that it can determine the right marketing strategy to satisfy and improve the tourist experience. The study was conducted using a quantitative test approach (positivism) through multivariate multidimensional scaling statistical tests with SPSS package. The population in this study were domestic tourists and the public who visited the six tourism villages of Purworejo Regency. Sampling used purposive sampling as many as 112 respondents. The attributes in the questionnaire adapted from Vassiliadis include attractiveness, accessibility, facilities, community empowerment, marketing-promotion and institutional resources. The final stage of the research has formed a map of each tourism village so as to create village competitiveness in facing the era of creative economic growth through sustainable tourism after the Covid-19 pandemic in Purworejo Regency

Abstract

This research study aimed at revealing perception on public’s satisfaction index to the service quality of Indomaret Retail X Surakarta from the dimension of tangibles, reliabilities, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The population is all community members living in the Surakarta areas who have reported the research samples are 95 respondents that have been established using Cronin and Taylor’s Weighted Servqual formulation. The sampling applies the purposive sampling. The data are collected by means of quetionnaire with 6-scale of confirmation index to obtain the data of customers satisfaction index-tangibles, reliabilities, responsiveness , assurance and empathy each instrument has been examined and has fulfilled the validity and reliability standard through the Hoyt program, SPSS of 21. Servqual has started with the concept of services quality and has demonstrated the model of services quality gaps. This research tries to identify the most important dimension and perception of external customers towards the Indomaret Retail X Surakarta. The result shows that most servqual model factor, reliabilities are less satisfied than it should be

Abstract

In particular, this study aimed to test the value of the gap and efforts to close the gap through the Servqual test. The population in this study were housewives who had children under five receiving Posyandu (Integrated Healthcare Center) services. Sampling used purposive sampling of 20 respondents in the Posyandu area of ​​Jogonalan Village, Klaten. Attributes in the service quality questionnaire included tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Quantitative tests carried out included item reliability validity test, Servqual confirmation test. The test results show that the confirmation value has a positive value with the lowest positive value on the tangible dimension. Improvement efforts must continue to be made with the emphasis on improvement on the value that has the lowest positive dimension followed by the next positive value. The increasing quality of Posyandu KB (Family planning )services in Jogonalan Village leads to community satisfaction so that it can become a stronghold against cases of stunting infants under five years of age in urban areas.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe the tenth grade students’ numeracy literacy ability in solving contextual-based story problems at SMK Negeri 4 Klaten in the 2022/2023 academic year. Taking research subjects using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques are documentation, tests and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained: students' numeracy literacy ability in identifying and understanding problems for students in the upper group had very good criteria (100%), students in the middle group had less criteria (50%) and students in the lower group had very poor criteria (0%); students' numeracy literacy ability in understanding and using symbols and numbers for group students with very good criteria (91.7%), middle and lower group students with very good criteria (87.5%); students' numeracy literacy ability in selecting and applying problem solving methods for students in the upper group had very good criteria (87.5%), students in the middle group had good criteria (79.2%), students in the lower group had good criteria (70.8%); as well as the ability of students' numeracy literacy in drawing and explaining the conclusions of the final results obtained from solving problems for students in the top group with very good criteria (91.7%), students in the middle and lower groups with good criteria (66.7%). In solving contextual-based word problems, students made several mistakes due to students' lack of accuracy and thoroughness both in reading the questions, writing answers and the calculation process.
