Abstract

The word of construction is no stranger to rework. In the course of the implementation of construction, rework work may occur which can cause delays in the work process and swelling of the project cost budget. This can be influenced by several problems or factors that are often encountered during development work such as human resourse factors, documentation and disign, managerial with this can be from sevaral that have been mentioned that must be considered when planning construction development. In this study using descriptive research that directly takes data in the field by means of interviews, documentation, observation in order to be able to answer the research objectives properly and correctly according to the data obtained from the aforementioned data collection process. So that it can be seen the most frequently encountered rework jobs in the field. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the dominant factor causing rework was managerial factor. The type of work that often experiences rework work is the finishing work of the second floor column casting. With the details of the causes of rework, the results obtained are design and documentation 22.5%, managerial 40.4%, and human resources 37.2%. The process of rework in the construction of the R S Roemani Semarang building can be concluded that there are several problems or identification of rework, namely porous columns, column slopes and column centring.

Abstract

Accessibility related to public transport is a means of advancing the economic welfare of the community, creating and increasing economic degrees, as well as a precursor sector of other sectors. Therefore, people with disabilities are also entitled to the same service to the public transportation as an effort to realize similarities, the equality of citizens and the enhancement of the role of disability. This research aims to analyse disability access and the role of the transportation service of Semarang and PT. Trans Semarang on Bus Rapid Transit in Semarang City. This research uses a type of qualitative approach that is implemented through interviews, observations and documentation. The conclusion of this research shows that from the regulatory aspects, the government of Semarang should be appreciated because the government of Semarang has tried to fulfill the rights of the disabled. But from the implementation aspect, there needs to be an improvement because the accessibility of disabled people running optimally can be seen through the condition of public facilities in the city of Semarang. Public facilities in the city of Semarang do not completely ignore the reference accessibility means there are public facilities that have been good enough but many more are not optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the preparation of BUMDes financial reports that do not comply with the SAK ETAP. This research is qualitative research with a comparative descriptive. The research object is BUMDes which manages the service and trade sectors. The data collection technique involve conducting documentary interviews with eight informants related to service and trade business units, observations were made at the location of business units. Based on interviews we conducted with informants from each administrative unit and the BUMDes treasurer, those who prepare financial reports have not been able to fully implement them in accordance with SAK ETAP. Constraints are limited competent knowledge of accounting, not yet understanding, educational background in scientific disciplines not from the field of accounting and never taking part in training related to accounting processes for preparing financial reports. The analysis techniques use provide understanding and guidance on accounting policies in the accounting process supported by the use of the Microsoft Excel computer application based on SAK ETAP, Village Regulations, and the Memorandum of Association/ Articles of Association of the BUMDes. The results show that the socialization of understanding and accounting policy guidelines for BUMDes are enthusiastic and motivated, increasing knowledge about the procedures for preparing financial reports in accordance with SAK ETAP which is supported by the use of Microsoft Excel computer technology applications to understand Accounting Information System design models, making BUMDes potentially have skilled human resources in classifying accounts, making financial management more detail, efficient and able to prepare financial reports in accordance with the SAK ETAP.

Abstract

Abstrak Perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk bangunan gedung sangat diperlukan sebagai konsekuensi kondisi geografi Negara Indonesia yang sebagian besar memiliki resiko gempa yang tinggi. Penelitian ini membahas kinerja struktur gedung laboratorium 5 lantai eksisting terhadap gempa kuat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi non-linier statik pushover dan non linier dinamik riwayat waktu (time history). Rekaman gempa yang digunakan digunakan adalah gempa kuat dengan percepatan spektrum 0.2 detik dengan rasio redaman 5% untuk periode 2500 tahun. Hasil analisis pushover level kinerja struktur saat performance point arah X termasuk kategori Immediate Occupancy dan arah Y termasuk kategori Damage Control dengan parameter sistem struktur hasil analisis non linier yang memenuhi syarat terhadap parameter desain SNI 1726-2019. Drift ratio terbesar pada analisis riwayat waktu menghasilkan level kinerja struktur dengan kategori Damage Control. Disimpulkan dengan kategori level kinerja struktur tersebut, saat terjadi gempa kuat (periode 2500 tahun) struktur akan mengalami kerusakan struktural yang ringan dan masih dapat diperbaiki untuk difungsikan kembali. Kata kunci: Desain berbasis kinerja, analisis non-linier, level kinerja struktur  Abstract Due to the geography of Indonesia, most of which has a high seismic risk, seismic design of buildings is necessary. This research discusses the structural performance of an existing 5-story laboratory building against strong earthquakes.  The methods used include nonlinear static pushover and nonlinear dynamic time history. The earthquake record used is a strong earthquake with an acceleration spectrum of 0.2 seconds and a damping ratio of 5% for a period of 2500 years. The results of the pushover analysis of the structural performance level at the performance point in the X-direction include the Immediate Occupancy category and in the Y-direction include the Damage Control category with the structural system parameters of the nonlinear analysis results that meet the requirements of the SNI 1726-2019 design parameters. The largest drift ratio in the time history analysis results in a structural performance level with the Damage Control category. It is concluded that with this category of structural performance level, during a strong earthquake (2500 year period), the structure will experience minor structural damage and can still be repaired to function. Keywords: Performance Based Design, Non-Linier Analysis, Structural Performance Level

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe museum is an institution entrusted by the government to store and preserve cultural heritage that is rarely known by the general public. 19 of 1995, a museum is an institution, a place for storing, maintaining, securing and utilizing material evidence of human culture as well as nature and the environment in order to support efforts to protect and preserve the nation's cultural wealth. The "Structure Planning of the Traditional Children's Game Museum in Bringin, Ngaliyan District" has a problem formulation of how to analyze the structural calculations in "Structure Planning of the Bringin Traditional Children's Game Museum, Ngaliyan District". This thesis is planned in accordance with the regulations that apply to buildings including Procedures for Calculation of Concrete Structures for Buildings (SNI 03-2847-2002); Earthquake Resistance Planning Standards for Buildings (SNI 03-1726-2002) and Loading Planning Guidelines for Houses. And Building (PPPURG 1987). In this plan, data analysis uses manual calculations assisted by EExcel and SAP 2000 programs. This plan uses a sand metal roof covering, 12 cm thick floor plate on the 2nd and 3rd floors, while the 4th floor is 15 cm thick, with beam dimensions 35 x 60 , 35 x 50, 35 x 55 cm, and columns using SAP 2000 obtained column dimensions K1 (50cm x 50cm) and K (60cm x 60cm), using 20 D 19 reinforcement for K1 and 24 D 19 reinforcement for K2, Pile foundations, the dimensions of the pile are 30 cm x 30 cm, the depth of the pile of hard soil is 5.4 m and the length of the pile is 6 m.Keywords: building planning, reinforced concrete planning, SAP 2000

Abstract

Perkembangan pendidikan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia begitu pesat baik yang dikelola oleh pihak pemerintah maupun pihak swasta. Banyaknya perguruan tinggi yang berada di bawah naungan pihak swasta yang dapat membantu pemerintah dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa salah satunya Universitas PGRI Semarang memberikan fasilitas bagi mahasiswa berupa asrama. Skripsi dengan judul “Perencanaan Gedung Asrama Putra Universitas PGRI Semarang”, memiliki rumusan masalah bagaimana analisis dan perhitungan struktur serta berapa nilai Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) pada struktur. Tujuan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis dan perhitungan struktur serta nilai Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) pada struktur tersebut. Teknik analisis data pada skripsi ini untuk perhitungan manual menggunakan program bantuan yaitu Microsoft Excel dan sebagai kontrol menggunakan program SAP 2000. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang didapat dari instansi terkait yaitu Universitas PGRI Semarang. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dihitung, diperoleh kesimpulan jenis atap yang digunakan untuk perencanaan gedung yaitu baja. Dimensi ring balk yaitu 250 x 500 mm. Tebal plat lantai yang digunakan 12 cm. Balok B1 dan B2 dimensinya 200 x 150 mm. Balok B3, B4, B5 dan B6 dimensinya 500 x 250 mm. Balok yang ditinjau untuk portal dimensinya 300 x 500 mm. Kolom K1 direncanakan dengan dimensi 50 x 50 cm dan kolom K2 yaitu 45 x 45 cm. Tie beam direncanakan dengan dimensi 250 x 400 mm dengan tulangan 5D16. Pondasi yang digunakan yaitu  tiang pancang dengan 6 titik pemancangan pada kedalaman 20 m. Dimensi pile cap yaitu 4,2 x 2,7 m.

Abstract

Volume lalu lintas merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kerusakan pada jalan. Dengan jumlah kendaraan yang semakin bertambah dimungkinkah jalan akan mengalami kerusakan dalam waktu yang relatif pendek.  Jalan  Raya Semarang  Boja menggunakan  tipe perkerasan  lentur  atau  flexible  pavement  dan  menurut wewenangnya jalan tersebut termasuk ke dalam kategori jalan provinsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kerusakan yang terjadi di ruas jalan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Bina Marga, untuk mengetahui Lalu lintas harian rata-rata (LHR) pada jam-jam puncak, serta mengidentifikasi jenis kerusakan yang terjadi di ruas jalan tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi atau pengamatan secara langsung. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) nilai kerusakan perkerasan jalan (Nr) untuk arah Semarang – Boja (timur ke Barat) yaitu 89,2, sedangkan nilai kerusakan jalan (Nr) untuk arah Boja – Semarang (barat – timur ) yaitu 76. (2) Nilai LHR pada ruas jalan tersebut yaitu 2382,5 smp/jam, dan jam puncak pada kondisi pagi terjadi pada hari senin pukul 06.00 – 07.00 sesesar 1664,3 smp/jam sedangkan kondisi sore terjadi pada hari senin pukul 16.00 -17.00 sebesar 1134,6 smp/jam. (3) Berdasarkan survei kondisi jalan jenis kerusakan jalan pada ruas jalan Raya Semarang Boja KM 38 – 42 antara lain: retak memanjang, retak kotak – kotak, retak kulit buaya, alur, lubang, amblas dan kerusakan pada sisi jalan. Dari sekian banyak jenis kerusakan yang terjadi, jenis kerusakan retak yang paling banyak terjadi di ruas jalan tersebut.

Abstract

Penggunaan beton semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Penggunaan beton sebagai salah satu pilihan disebabkan karena beton memiliki sifat kuat tekan yang tinggi. Core drill adalah suatu metode pengambilan sampel beton pada suatu struktur bangunan. Sampel yang diambil (bentuk silinder) selanjutnya dibawa ke laboratorium untuk dilakukan pengujian seperti kuat tekan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kuat tekan beton dengan perbandingan 1PC:2PS:3KR pada ukuran silinder 15 x 30 cm, dan perbandingan 1PC:2PS:3KR pada ukuran silinder 10 x 15 cm, 10 x 18 cm, 10 x 20 cm, dengan agregat halus (muntilan, kali bodri, dan singorojo). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan beton keras dengan mengganti agregat halus pasir muntilan, kali bodri, dan singorojo. Pengujian menunjukan nilai kuat tekan beton dengan perbandingan 1PC:2PS:3KR dengan ukuran silinder 15 x 30cm dengan agregat halus umur 14 hari nilai kuat tekan beton (muntilan : 10,19 Mpa, kali bodri ; 8,90 Mpa, singorojo : 8,90 Mpa) dan umur 21 hari (muntilan : 11,22 Mpa, kali bodri : 9,73 Mpa, singorojo : 9,34 Mpa). Pengujian menggunakan cetakan variasi geometri silinder (10 x 20cm, 10 x 18cm, 10 x 15cm) mempengaruhi nilai kuat beton dan pemakaian agregat halus yang berbeda (pasir muntilan, kali bodri, dan singorojo) juga mempengaruhi nilai kuat tekan beton. Dari hasil perbandigan 1PC:2PS:3KR penggunaan pasir muntilan lebih disarankan untuk material kontruksi beton karena nilai kuat tekan beton pasir muntilan lebih tinggi.Kata Kunci: Pasir Muntilan, Kali Bodri, Singorojo, Kuat Tekan
