Abstract

ABSTRACT            This research was conducted in July 2019 at the Sibolga Archipelago Fisheries Port. he purpose of this study is to calculate the productivity of purse seine vessels and fishermen, as well as determine the factors that influence fisheries productivity at the Sibolga Archipelago Fishery Port. Productivity of capture and annual purse seine capture units on 10 vessels has increased and decreased each year due to settings, weather and season. Productivity of capture and annual purse seine capture units on 10 vessels has increased and decreased each year due to settings, weather and season. The productivity of fishermen in the purse seine line has increased and decreased 10 units of vessels in the Sibolga Archipelago Fisheries Port because the number of fishermen does not match the weight of the ship. Factors that affect fishing productivity are the weight of the ship (GT) and the number of crew (fishermen). By obtaining the results of multiple regression equations is Y = -18221 + 728X1 – 48,8X2 + 0,00014X3. Keywords: productivity, purse seine fisihing gear, fishierse port Sibolga

Abstract

This research was conducted on March 31 until 4 April 2014, which took place in the waters of thePambang’s Gulf Bantan District Bengkalis regency Riau province. The metode used in this study isexperimental and survey methods with case studies, namely by direct observation to look the variouslongline fishing activities. The pupose of this studi is to analyze of the catch rate with effectiveness of different sizes oflongline hooks, showing fish catches by different hook sizes, analyze the feasibility of longline effort. Theresults of this research can be an information for researchers, especially for the waters of Pambang’s Gulfon longline gear and longline feasibility effort. The results of this research show that hook rate measuring value of the hooks 7a: 11.1, 5a: 8.9, 7b:10.7, and 5b: 7.6. Based on statistic test One Way ANOVA (Analisysisi of Variance) obtained sig. 0.805 isgreater than the value of α = 0.05 level (p-value> α), its means that there is no difference in fish hook rateby hook. The results of the feasibility calculations for some criteria indicate that longline fishing effortworth forwarded, it can be seen from the value of BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) of 1.013, FRR value(FinancialRate of Return) by 2.823%, PPC Value (Payback PeriodofCapital) of 35.422 years. Keywords : mini longline, analyze, effort feasibility, Pambang’s gulf

This research was conducted in October 2013 in Pematang Sei Baru village Tanjung Balai Asahan sun district Asahan regency in North Sumatera Province. This study aims to determine the level of environmental friendliness sembilang gear nets using tuasan, feasibility as well as factors related to the arrest of environmentally friendly technologies. The method used in this study is a survey method with direct observation and interviews and discussions with fisherman. Observation made by FAO (1995) shows that fishing gear including nets sembilang use tuasan into environmentally friendly fishing gear. The results of the feasibility analysic calculations indicate that nets fishing effort Sembilang using tuasan provide benefits for fishermen and deserves to be developed because of the value of BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) retrieved of 1,3 FRR (Financial Rate of Return) is 28,78% and PPC (Payback Period of Capital) is 3 years 4 monthsKey words : Jaring Sembilang, Technology, Selectivity, Business Feasibility, Pematang Sei Baru

Abstract

ABSTRACTPelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Bungus has provided and determined the same amount of clean water every month but a strategy is needed to predict the supply of clean water by the port using the fuzzy logic method so as not to experience a shortage in providing clean water for fishing supplies. The results of the study show that the predicted results of clean water supply have increased compared to the clean water supply in 2019.The total supply of clean water in 2019 is 1150 Ton  and the prediction results obtained are 1179,63 Ton.Prediction results for clean water supplies are obtained by month, namely from January to December, the results are the same or only in August.Based on the MSE results obtained, it produces a fairly large error in the prediction results, which is 630.0103. Although there is a fairly large error, the prediction results can be accepted and used to determine the supply of clean water for fishing supplies. Keywords: Clean Water Supply Prediction, Fishing Supplies, Fuzzy Logic
