Abstract

Development of web-based monitoring and evaluation systems is required to overcome the obstacles and shortcomings in monitoring and evaluation of the academic and non-academic Bidik Misi students so that tasks and responsibilities of university that manages Bidik Misi become more optimal. In this research, the development of system is done using agile method with DSDM model with case study at  Sriwijaya University. Stages of agile method includes planning, risk analysis, engineering and evaluation, while the model DSDM performed on the stages of engineering and evaluation, which includes a DSDM model activity i.e. Backlog, Sprint, DSDM Meeting and Demo. The result is a monitoring system application of academic and non-academic Bidik Misi students which includes features of students management, management of students academic and non-academic as well as monitoring students academic and non-academic to be proposed in a case study Keywords: agile method, DSDM model, monitoring system, system development

Abstract

In this 4.0 industrial revolution, teachers are currently guided to have skills in the field of technology in making online learning media, especially the Miftahul Jannah Islamic Boarding School in the observation village. In the survey village, they did not know how to make online-based learning media, namely google classroom and google form. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of teachers at the Sanawiyah and Aliyah levels in making google classroom-based learning media so that it can improve the learning outcomes of santri at the Miftahul Jannah Village Islamic boarding school by using online media. The benefits of this training activity are: Increase understanding of the creation of learning media, especially Google Classroom and Google Forms, Can or can create Google and Google Classroom and Google Forms accounts and can create classes in Googlee Classroom and Google Forms so that they can be applied and implemented in the learning process teaching, the method of implementing this training is to provide and explain material, question and answer, discussion and practice of making online-based learning media

Abstract

Salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi adalah jumlah dan kualitas alumni yang dihasilkan. Sistem pengelolaan atau penelusuran alumni berbasis komputer dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan dokumentasi alumni. Akan tetapi, dokumentasi alumni tersebut menjadi kurang optimal jika tidak dapat menghasilkan informasi-informasi bagi pengelola dalam memonitor dan mengevaluasi kualitas alumni. Penerapan Electronic Business Intelligence System (E-BIS) dalam pengelolaan data alumni di tingkat fakultas suatu perguruan tinggi menekankan penerapan BIS dengan media Internet sehingga mengedepankan aspek aksesibilitas dari manajemen seperti dekan, ketua jurusan dan bagian kemahasiswaan untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait alumni. Pengelolaan data yang baik dan penyediaan informasi yang maksimal terkait profil alumni, masa tunggu alumni untuk mendapatkan kerja, institusi pengguna alumni dan lain-lain. Selanjutnya mengoptimalkan proses monitoring kualitas alumni untuk peningkatan kualitas alumni secara berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dianalisis tentang perlunya BI dalam proses pengolahan data alumni tersebut. Analisis BI pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Sriwijaya menggunakan business intelligence roadmap meliputi fase justification, planning, dan business analysis mengusulkan solusi BI yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pihak eksekutif untuk monitoring data alumni. Kebutuhan informasi meliputi jumlah peserta untuk setiap periode wisuda berdasarkan program studi, angkatan dan jenjang; tren IPK dan masa studi alumni per setiap periode wisuda serta laporan relasi atau keterhubungan antara IPK dan masa studi alumni untuk melihat langkah-langkah dalam meningkatkan kualitas alumni.

Abstract

Semambu island village, Ogan Ilir regency, south Sumatra has been used as an agricultural and livestock education tour destination since November 2017 and there has been no customer data management since then. The use of social media as a promotional tool has not been done to its maximum potential. This can be seen from 189 people who liked its Facebook page or 11.05% out of the reached users, 192 followers or 11.23% and those who interacted as many as 114 people or 6.67% from the total users. Meanwhile, there were 709 followers on its Instagram which consisted of 48% men and 52% women at the time of the study. This research applied social customer relationship management (social CRM) in a website-based system. The waterfall model development method supported the customer relations management by utilizing Facebook and Instagram to improve customer relationships in providing travel information, knowing interest and listening to complains as well as their suggestions based on interactions with the social media users as existing and prospective customers.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAktivitas pengelolaan pengetahuan dan berbagi pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan infak dan sedekah perlu dikembangkan dengan menggunakan sistem manajemen pengetahuan dan memanfaatkan teknologi dengan tujuan untuk pemerataan pengetahuan pengelola serta pengambilan solusi yang tepat atas kasus-kasus yang ada di lapangan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penerapan Case Based Reasoning (CBR) dengan algoritma Nearest Neighbor untuk mendukung pengelolaan masalah dan solusi pengetahuan berdasarkan pendekatan retrieve, reuse, revise dan retain atas solusi atas masalah pengelolaan infak dan sedekah. Hasilnya didapatkan bahwa Penerapan CBR pada sistem manajemen pengetahuan pengelolaan infak dan sedekah berbasis web dapat mendukung pengelolaan solusi masalah berdasarkan pendekatan retrieve, reuse, revise dan retain atas data pengetahuan, masalah dan solusi yang ada pada basis data pengetahuan pengelolaan infak dan sedekah berbasis web.Kata Kunci: sistem manajemen pengetahuan, case based reasoning, algoritma nearest neighbor, infak dan sedekah, web

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menekankan pada penerapan Metode Fuzzy Sugeno dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil pada tempat studi kasus Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Penerapan metode fuzzy sugeno dilakukan dengan tahap pendefinisian input dan output, pembentukan himpunan fuzzy dan penyelesaian dengan metode fuzzy sugeno. Hasilnya adalah metode fuzzy sugeno dapat membantu mengatasi masalah Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil di tempat studi kasus. Selain itu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Berbasis Komputer untuk Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil menggunakan Fuzzy Sugeno menghasilkan persentase kelayakan masing-masing konsentrasi jurusan teknik sipil dan memberikan rekomendasi konsentrasi yang paling layak bagi mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy SugenoAbstractThis research emphasizes on the application of Fuzzy Sugeno method in Decision Support System for Determining Concentration of Students Civil Engineering at Case Study of Civil Engineering Department of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. The fuzzy sugeno method is done by defining input and output stages, fuzzy set formation and completion using fuzzy sugeno method. The result is fuzzy sugeno method can solve problem in Determining Concentration of Students Civil Engineering at Case Study. In addition, Computer Based Decision Support System for Determination of Civil Engineering Student Concentration using Fuzzy Sugeno resulted in the percentage of eligibility of each concentration of civil engineering department and give the most appropriate concentration recommendation for the students.Keywords: Decision Support System, Fuzzy Sugeno

Abstract

In this paper, we discuss the problem solving of village food barn management using Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. This research was carried out by adopting the stages of the CBR cycle and the nearest neighbor algorithm. The results of the study show that the application of CBR and K-nearest neighbor algorithms can support the resolution of knowledge problems in village food barn management using technical problem solving based on the symptoms and solutions to existing problems. Based on the test results, the problem-solving accuracy was 92%.Keywords - case-based reasoning, K-nearest neighbor, food barn, problem-solving

Abstract

Saat ini sistem infomasi memegang peranan penting dalam sebuah organisasi. PT. XYZ telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Service Desk TI  yang digunakan untuk mencatat dan memonitor keluhan atau permasalahan user (pegawai) PT. XYZ. Namun layanan yang diberikan oleh sistem informasi ini belum berjalan dengan optimal karena masih sering terjadi keluhan atau permasalahan sehingga perlu penilaian kualitas layanan. Pada paper ini akan dibahas tentang penilaian kualitas layanan pada  PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan COBIT 5 PAM dan ITIL V3 2011. Penilaian kapabilitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat layanan agar layanan dari Sistem Informasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif agar dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Hasil dari pemetaan menggunakan COBIT 5 dan ITIL V3 2011 didapatkan empat proses yaitu DSS01 (mengelola operasi), DSS02, (mengelola permintaan layanan dan insiden), DSS03 (mengelola masalah) dan DSS06 (mengelola kontrol proses bisnis). Hasil penilaian kapabilitas dari keempat proses tersebut didapatkan rata-rata berada pada level 2 (managed process). Adapun rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk keempat proses tersebut adalah naik ke level 3 (established process) yaitu tujuan bisnis yang telah dibangun harus diimplementasikan dengan terdefinisi agar tujuan proses tersebut mendapatkan hasil yang dituju.

Abstract

The Infant Mortality Rate and Toddler Mortality Rate are still relatively high in Indonesia. Data from the South Sumatra Health Office shows a relatively high number of infant and toddler mortality cases in Banyuasin and Musi Banyuasin Regency, with about 68 and 51 cases in 2017. Through the Program Kerja Sama (PKS) of the Family Health Directorate of the Health Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia and the Public Health Faculty of Sriwijaya University, it was found that the problems related to these were triggered by the absence of an instrument in digital form to conduct reviews about infant and toddler issues of mortality at Health Facilities, which were expected to assist in recording and reporting the review process runs more effectively and efficiently. This research uses the User-Centered Design (UCD) method because it optimizes the application prototype according to the needs and desires of the end-user, which in this case is the health worker in the Health Facilities in Banyuasin and Musi Banyuasin Regency. The UCD method phases include understanding the context of use, specifying the user requirements, designing the solutions, and evaluating against requirements. Based on the research that has been done, the results obtained that the average usability score is 94, which means that the prototype of this application has been made according to the needs and desires of the end-user, also the prototype of this application is feasible to be implemented.
