Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the writing errors in the use of punctuation marks, commas, hyphens, exclamation marks and quotation marks in narrative compositions in Class IV of Manjalling State Elementary School and And aims to find out how the errors in the use of punctuation in students' narrative compositions totaling 12 student narrative compositions. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data and data sources in this study are narrative essays of grade IV students of Manjalling Elementary School, Gowa Regency. The instruments used in this study were observation, interviews, and data from students' narrative essays. The results of the study showed that the results of the essays analyzed using descriptive analysis were still found to contain errors in the use of punctuation. This can be seen in the percentage of errors in the use of period punctuation 35.13%, comma punctuation 48.65%, exclamation punctuation 2.70%, hyphen 8.10%, and quotation marks 5.40%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are still errors in writing regarding the use of punctuation in students' narrative essays, especially in the use of periods and commas.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran puisi masih belum efektif digunakan sehingga keterampilan menulis puisi siswa masih kurang serta kreativitas dan kerjasama siswa belum kompak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada pembelajaran menulis puisi siswa di kelas V SD Inpres Taeng-Taeng Kabupaten Gowa.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu atau eksperimen semu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, tes tertulis dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan menulis puisi siswa sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara umum berada pada kategori kurang dan hasil belajar pada pretest dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 49,20. Sedangkan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis puisi siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek berubah menjadi kategori memuaskan dan hasil belajar siswa pada posttest dengan nilai rata-rata 90,00 hasil pengujian analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan SPSS 27.0 untuk windows. Uji normalitas data pretest dan posttest telah berdistribusi normal dengan sig 0,17 > α = 0,05 dan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji One sample t-test dan diperoleh nilai p (sig. (2-tailed)) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti model Project Based Learning efektif digunakan pada keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas V SD Inpres Taeng-Taeng Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kemampuan menulis teks drama yang perlu ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran berdiferesiasi yang mampu menyebabkan siswa untuk berpikir kreatif dalam menulis. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana kemampuan menulis teks drama siswa ketika menggunakan model pembalajaran berdiferensiasi dan tidak menggunakan model pembalajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pembalajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap kemampuan menulis teks drama siswa kelas X. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode quasi experimental design atau ekperimen semu. Data penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif dengan sumber data yakni dalam melakukan penelitian, peneliti memberikan perhatian penuh terhadap perlakuan yang diberikan pada posttest perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu model pembalajaran berdiferensiasi. Data tersebut dikumpulkan dengan mengikuti prosedur: tes awal, perlakuan, dan tes akhir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni siswa kelas X SMA Unismuh Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah pretest dan posttest. Pada tahap awal pretest siswa tidak diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembalajaran berdiferensiasi. Sedangkan,pada tahap akhir posttest siswa diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembalajaran berdiferensiasi untuk menentukan kemampuan menulist teks drana siswa.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis statistik inferensial dengan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan menulis antara hasil kemampuan membaca peserta didik pada posttest dengan kemampuan membaca siswa pada pretest yang menggunakan model pembalajaran berdiferensiasi. Sehingga penarikan dengan hasil nilai uji-t yakni N       30 Df 28 thitung7.539 Ttabel    1.701. Jadi kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh mengenai hipotesis adalah ditolak dan diterima. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara nilai menulis teks drama pada materi unsur intrinsik cerpen dan pengamatannya pada pretest sebelum melakukan perlakuan dan posttest setelah diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the errors in the use of punctuation in the explanatory text composition of class V students of SD Negeri Tombolo. K and aims to find out the description of the errors in the use of punctuation in the explanatory text composition of class V students of SD Negeri Tombolo. K. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The data and data sources in this study are the explanatory text compositions of class V students of SD Negeri Tombolo. K, Gowa Regency. The instruments used in this study were observation, interviews, and data from the results of students' explanatory text compositions. The results of the study showed that the results of the compositions analyzed using descriptive analysis were still partly found errors in the use of punctuation. It can be seen from the percentage of errors in the use of period punctuation 59.09%, comma punctuation 21.21%, hyphen punctuation 12.12%, quotation marks 4.54%, and quotation marks 3.03%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that errors in writing the use of punctuation in students' explanatory text compositions are still found errors in writing the use of punctuation, especially in period and comma punctuation.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of an adaptive learning system based on the flipped classroom model on the learning outcomes of ninth-grade students in Natural Sciences at SMP Negeri 3 Ma'rang. Using a quasi-experimental design, the research compared an experimental group employing adaptive flipped learning with a control group using conventional methods. The results showed a significant increase in posttest scores for the experimental group (mean = 84.83) compared to the control group (mean = 69.25). The adaptive learning model encouraged personalized learning experiences and fostered student engagement. The normalized gain (N-Gain) of 43.6% for the experimental group indicates high effectiveness of the method.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of psychological well-being on students' speaking skills at elementary school level. The research method used was a survey involving a sample of students from SDN Samata. Data was collected through correlational research specifically designed to measure the influence of psychological well-being on students' speaking skills. The population in this study were fourth grade students at SDN Samata, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all 23 class IV students. The instruments used in this research were observation, speaking skills test, and psychological well-being questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between psychological well-being and students' speaking skills. Students' psychological well-being greatly influences students' learning achievements, especially speaking skills, such as the atmosphere in the classroom, students' play environment, students' family environment, students' mood, a pleasant atmosphere in the learning process, so that students can achieve better learning outcomes. These findings support the importance of psychological well-being in the learning process to increase learning effectiveness and efficiency. This research has important implications in the context of educational development. Educators can consider psychological well-being, in this case the psychological well-being of students, in determining strategies in the teaching process so that learning is more effective to improve student learning achievement, especially in speaking skills. In addition, educational institutions can pay more attention to students' psychological well-being to develop education. In conclusion, the results of this study highlight the positive impact of psychological well-being on student learning achievement, especially on speaking skills. Psychological well-being as one of the pillars of student learning achievement. Ultimately it can improve the quality of their academic results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan membaca nyaring melalui media teks berita pada siswa kelas V di UPTD SDN 42 BARRU Kecamatan Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu PTK, yang artinya penelitian yang terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk memperbaiki atau meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini yaitu populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas V UPTD SDN 42 BARRU yang berjumlah 14 orang, dan sampelnya yaitu keseluruhan siswa kelas V UPTD SDN 42 BARRU yang berjumlah 14 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi dan juga tes, data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan pretest dan posttets. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil keterampilan membaca nyaring sebelum diajar menggunakan media teks berita tingkat penguasaan berbeda pada kategori sedang, setelah menggunakan media teks berita mencapai kategori tinggi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media teks beritadapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca nyaring siswa, beberapa keuntungannya yaitu dapat mengaktifkan siswa pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung, menarik perhatian siswa dan mempermudah pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan media flashcard dalam meningkatkan motivasi membaca permulaan pada Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas  I UPT SD Negeri 24 Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan uji validitas data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penggunaan media flashcard, siswa kurang termotivasi, dan mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca. Setelah penerapan flashcard, motivasi membaca siswa meningkat, ditandai dengan antusiasme yang lebih tinggi dan peningkatan kemampuan membaca siswa. Wawancara dengan guru dan siswa mendukung temuan ini, dimana flashcard terbukti membantu keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa dalam belajar membaca. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media flashcard efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi membaca permulaan pada Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas 1 UPT SD Negeri 24 Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of local proverbs as a strategy for learning Indonesian in elementary school children. This type of research is qualitative in this study there are types and approaches to research, place and time of research, data and data sources, research procedures, data collection techniques, research instruments, data analysis techniques and definitions of terms. Data Collection Techniques Observation/observation of activities is carried out by researchers by directly observing the learning process carried out by teachers and students using observation sheets. Research interviews use interviews with teachers and students to use interview guidelines that have been prepared by research related to the use of local proverbs in schools. Documentation of this study uses documentation techniques in collecting data. This technique aims for researchers to obtain documents in the form of a list of local proverbs, several uses of local proverbs and photos of the learning process. Data Analysis Techniques Data analysis techniques aim to analyze data that has been collected in research. After data from the field has been collected and arranged systematically, the next step is for the author to analyze the data. The results of the study on the use of local proverbs in learning Indonesian are shown in the aspects of language, culture, character and cognitive. The Language aspect is found in student activities in listening skills, namely listening to stories containing the proverb Reso temmamgingngi. The Cultural Aspect is found in the existence of learning activities in the use of local proverbs as a preservation of culture, especially in South Sulawesi. The Cognitive Aspect is found in student understanding related to the knowledge or meaning of each local proverb used. The Character Aspect is found in the activity of instilling character values ​​in local proverbs.

Abstract

Language is the sounds emitted from the human speech apparatus and must be meaningful. Language has important functions for humans, especially communicative functions. By communicating, humans can fulfill their desires as social creatures who are interconnected to express their thoughts and opinions and collaborate (Ibrahim, 1993: 159). This research is descriptive in nature because the data obtained cannot be expressed in the form of numbers or statistical figures, the researcher presents a description of the situation being studied. This research method is used to describe the function of conversational implicatures in interactive dialogues with public officials on Trans7. The data from the research is in the form of host speeches, namely, Andre Taulany, Wendy Cagur, Surya Insomnia, Andhika Pratama, Ayu Ting Ting, Hesti Purwadinata, Kiky Saputri, and Gilang Gombloh. and guest star, Anies Baswedan. The focus of this research is conversational implicature utterances and speech acts carried out by the Host and Guest Stars when the interactive dialogue takes place. There were 18 data collected. The results of this research found four functions of conversational implicature and speech acts, the function of conversational implicature, namely, representative implicature speech (statement of a fact, affirmation, conclusion, and description), commissive implicature speech (denying, rejecting), directive implicature (ordering), and expressive implicatures (apologizing, thanking, congratulating, insinuatingly criticizing) as well as for speech acts there are locutionary, illocutionary and perlocutionary speech acts in the interactive dialogue Report Pak on Trans7. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the conclusion of this research is that the researcher found a function form of conversational implicature in Laporpak Trans7's interactive dialogue with public officials
