Abstract

Salah satu tuntutan kurikulum mengharapkan siswa memiliki kecakapan kognitif . Oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan riset untuk mengetahui profil kemampuan kognitif siswa. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis kemampuan kognitif siswa kelas XI IPA Madrasah Aliyah YIIPS Sebatik Timur pada mata pelajaran Biologi topik Jaringan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik analisis kuantitatif penskoran dengan koreksi terhadap jawaban tebakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas XI IPA MA YIIPS Sebatik Timur memiliki kemampuan kognitif yang sangat tinggi sebesar 61,11%, tinggi sebesar 33,33%, dan kemampuan kognitif  sedang sebesar 5,56%.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan sarana untuk meningkatkan kualitas manusia, dengan memperbaiki sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan pula kinerja dan daya hasil organisasi. Banyaknya pegawai yang tidak disiplin yang tentunya akan mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja pegawai itu sendiri sehingga untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai diperlukan penelitian terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan dari para pegawai diantaranya adalah terbentuknya budaya organisasi yang baik dan terkoordinasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini adalah pegawai di PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar dengan 138 responden. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dan observasi. Lalu, teknik pengolahan data, yaitu uji validitas dan realibilitas dan teknik analisis data, yaitu regresi sederhan dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari uji t, variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan kedepannya kinerja pegawai lebih ditingkatkan demi tercapainya kinerja pegawai yang berkualitas sehingga memberikan pengaruh yang positif kepada instansi. Pegawai yang lebih muda dapat mengadopsi nilai-nilai positif yang nantinya akan dilanjutkan kepada generasi penerus organisasi pada PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the influence of Pentagon Fraud on Fraudulent Financial Reporting using the Beneish Model. Pentagon fraud is an independent variable in this study. Proxies that can be used for this research include pressure which is proxied by financial targets and financial stability. Opportunity (opportunity) which is proxied by ineffective monitoring and quality of external auditors. Rationalization (Rationalization) which is proxied by change in auditor and auditor's opinion. Capability which is proxied by the change of the company's directors. Arrogance is proxied by the frequent number of CEO's picture and CEO politician. The dependent variable uses Fraudulent Financial Reporting which is measured using the Beneish Model. This model uses 8 (eight) calculation ratios, namely, Days Sales in Receivable Index (DSRI), Gross Margin Index (GMI), Asset Quality Index (AQI), Sales Growth Index (SGI), Depreciation Index (DEPI), Sales and General Administration Expenses Index (SGAI), Leverage Index (LVGI), and Total Accrual (TATA). The object of research is a company that is included in the LQ-45 index for the 2019-2020 period listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the sample taken for the study is 33 companies based on the Purposive Sampling method. The results of this study are (1) Financial stability (ACHANGE) has a significant effect on Fraudulent Financial Reporting. (2) Financial target (ROA), Ineffective Monitoring (BDOUT), Quality of external auditor (KAE), Change in auditor (AUDCHANGE), Opinion auditor (AO), Change in Board of Director (DCHANGE), Frequent number of CEO's picture (CEOPIC) and Politicians (OSHIP) have no significant effect on Fraudulent Financial Reporting.

Abstract

Application of problem-based learning model using scientific approach to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students of class VIII.2 on light material at SMPN 03 Bengkulu. The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in student activity and learning outcomes in four cycles in light matter. The subjects of this study are all students of class VIII.2 with the number of 40 people. The instruments used are activity observation sheets, attitude observation sheet, skill observation sheet, and knowledge test sheet. The results of this study indicate that student learning activity in cycle I is categorized well with the average score of 35, increased on the second cycle of 37.5, again increased in the third cycle of 39, and on IV cycle of 41. Student learning outcomes on aspects Attitude increases in each cycle. In cycle I average score obtained 12,625 good category, cycle II 13,01 good category, cycle III 13,15, and cycle IV 14,06 category very good. The learning outcomes in the skills aspect also increase in each cycle and are categorized well. Average score on cycle I is 81,03, at cycle II 82,60, 84,58, and 91,25. The learning outcomes on the average value of knowledge in the first cycle is 76 and the completeness of classical learning is 75% (unfinished), the average value in cycle II is 75.375 and the completeness of classical learning is 80% (unfinished), the average value in cycle III is 77.75 And classical learning completeness 85% (complete), and the average value in the cycle IV of 79.125 and 90% complete (90%) classical learning completeness. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of problem-based learning model using scientific approach can improve student activity and learning outcomes. Keywords: problem-based learning model, scientific approach, student learning activity

Abstract

Berdasarkan Pengamatan awal peneliti, Perusahaan Batu bata di Desa Laringgi Kecamatan Marioriawa sudah memiliki sistem kompensasi yang baik, namun penerapan sistem kompensasi belum maksimal, hal tersebut terlihat dari masih ada karyawan yang merasa kompensasi yang diberikan belum sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan, hal ini membuat karyawan kurang termotivasi untuk melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan baik, sehingga berimbas pada penurunan kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Batu bata di Desa Laringgi Kecamatan Marioriawa. Pokok permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah apakah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pabrik Bata Desa Laringgi Kecamatan Mariyava. Penelitian dilakukan di 4 (empat) lokasi perusahaan yang seluruhnya berada di Desa Laringgi, Kecamatan Marioriawa, Kabupaten Soppeng, Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Perusahaan Bata Heifeng di Desa Laringgi, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode convenience sampling, yaitu istilah umum yang mencakup berbagai prosedur pemilihan orang yang diwawancarai. , dan mudah diukur. bekerja sama. Oleh karena itu sampel penelitian ini adalah 20 responden. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana mengenai pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Batu Bata di Desa Laringgi Kecamatan Marioriawa Kabupaten Soppeng. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah disarankan kepada pihak Perusahaan Batu Bata Di Desa Laringgi agar untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan sebaiknya melalui pemberian kompensasi yang layak dan bila perlu ditingkatkan, dalam hal ini pemberian gaji pokok yang layak bagi karyawan Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan penguatan ruang terbuka hijau sebagai upaya menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada siswa SMA Negeri 18 Makassar melalui program pengabdian mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik angkatan II Universitas Islam Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi identifikasi area ruang terbuka hijau, perencanaan pengembangan, pelibatan siswa, dan evaluasi hasil implementasi. Langkah-langkah tersebut dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas, inovasi, tanggung jawab sosial, kerjasama tim, dan pemahaman tentang konsep bisnis berkelanjutan pada siswa. Hasil dari implementasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada siswa SMA Negeri 18 Makassar.

Abstract

Young women are said to have entered the puberty phase, one of which is marked by menstruation. Menstruation is actually a natural, progressive and positive biological symptom as a biological sign of sexual maturity. So this incident should be accepted with a reasonable attitude. However, menstruation usually has disorders, one of which is premenstrual disorder which is usually called Premenstrual Syndrome. The impact that arises due to PMS symptoms is that female students lose interest in doing activities and sleep more during class. The female student explained that the stress she experienced was usually due to a large load of lessons and school assignments, interactions with peers, and personal problems. Providing good knowledge to support their readiness in dealing with PMS to increase the knowledge of young women. The results of the t-test carried out showed that the value increased after the introduction and prevention of pre-menstrual syndrome. From these results it can be proven that counseling or providing education has a positive impact, namely increasing the average knowledge of teenagers about Premestrual Syndrome

Abstract

Anemia is one of the health problems, especially adolescent girls in developing countries. The World Health Organization (2021) shows that the prevalence of anemia in women of reproductive age (15-49) in the world in 2019 is around 29.9%. Balitbangkes 2018 states that in Indonesia anemia in adolescent girls ranges from 27.2% in the age group 15-24 years. The cause of anemia is generally due to lack of knowledge about anemia, lack of iron, folic acid, vit B12 and vit A. One of the government's efforts in preventing anemia is the consumption of blood supplement tablets. However, there are still many adolescent girls who are not compliant with consuming them, which have been distributed free of charge, this is due to the lack of awareness and knowledge of adolescent girls about the benefits of taking blood supplement tablets. So it is necessary to provide alternative solutions that are able to increase awareness and knowledge for adolescent girls about the benefits of consuming blood tablets. This activity is part of the Tridharma Community Service of Almarisah Madani University. This activity was carried out in November 2023. The method used in this service is counseling. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge and compliance for adolescent girls at MAN 2 Makassar to routinely consume Blood Addition Tablets to prevent the incidence of anemia. Thus, it is hoped that the program run by the government can run accordingly

Abstract

The shortage of availability and increasing prices of Liquefied Natural Gas (LPG) encourage some people to use firewood as an alternative to traditional cooking fuel. The utilization of conventional stoves for combustion results in the generation of carbon monoxide (CO) emissions which can be dangerous to human health. Gasification stoves produce less CO emissions than conventional stoves and produce thermal efficiencies up to 35%. The shortage and high expense of LPG can be avoided by using biomass waste, such as twigs, wood chips, and palm fronds, as fuel for gasification stoves instead of kerosene or LPG. The gasification stove used in the socialization was designed based on the dimensions of the Champion Stove Top-Lit Up Draft. Wood logs that have been cut to a size of 6–9 cm and a width of 1 cm are utilized as fuel. 1.5 liters of water were successfully boiled for nine minutes by KOMAS gasification stoves. This socialization activities attracted the attention community of Batu Belah Village and at the end of this socialization, the team gave gasification stoves to the local community as an effort to apply the technology.

Abstract

This study aimed to comprehend and unfolding the reality of the independence dilemma faced by auditors of the Internal Control Unit at the Alauddin Makassar Islamic University. In achieveing the objective of the study, the reasercher conducted observation and interviews in collecting the data, while the exploration of the understanding and awareness of the informant is done in depth using epoche. Data were analyzed by qualitative method interpretively with phenomenology as a research design. The results of the study revealed that the reality experienced by the auditors of SPI UIN Alauddin Makassar showed an ethical gap. There was a "distance" between the expectations and reality of the auditor's self to the relationship with the chancellor, as well as the auditor's relationship with the auditee. This study also revealed the meaning of independence from the perspective of the auditor's spiritual awareness.
