Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the internalization of religious character education through school culture at SD Suarna, Serang District, Banten Province. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were school principals, teachers, and students of SD Suarna, Serang District, Banten Province. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate the internalization of religious character at SD Suarna, Serang District, Banten Province, using school culture and the school's vision and mission as platforms. Obstacles that arise in the process of internalizing religious character come from external factors which include a lack of supervision at home and limited time while at school. While internal factors include students' desires, beliefs, and instincts. The conclusion of this study is that school culture takes place continuously which without realizing it can foster religious character in students. Internalization is not coercive.

Abstract

In line with the development of science and technology, the Indonesian nation's education began to lose its identity. Indonesian education seems to be tossing and turning, not having clear directions and goals where to go and tends to imitate a lot from the education system in other countries. Therefore, this study aims to describe how the education system created by Kıe Hadjar Dewantara is dissecting in an effort to restore national identity through education based on cultural values. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis design. Indonesian strength becomes an energy in shaping Indonesia as a great nation. A great nation is realized through a strong human character. If national values are not continuously instilled, it will have the potential to become a capital of division and conflict against a nation. Therefore, multicultural education places great emphasis on the importance of accommodating the rights of every culture and society to maintain and maintain national cultural and community identity. So that later the Indonesian people will have good character and be a respectable nation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). mengetahui Penerapan Pola Asuh Orangtua 2). mengetahui Disiplin anak usia 5-6 tahun 3). mengetahui Penanaman Kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun.  metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Setelah data didapatkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data,dan pengambilan kesimpulan. temuan penelitian : 1). Pola asuh orangtua untuk pola asuh otoriter hanya ada sedikit yang menerapkan  pola asuh otoriter dan  pada umumnya yang tidak menerapkan pola asuh otoriter 2).Untuk pola asuh permisif  hanya sedikit saja orangtua yang menerapkan pola asuh permisif dan sebagian besar  tidak menerapkan pola asuh permisif 3).Untuk pola asuh demokratis pada umumnya orang tua  menerapkan pola asuh demokratis   dan sisanya sedikit sekali yang  tidak menerapkan pola asuh Demokratis 4).Sebagian besar anak sudah  disiplin dan sisanya hanya sedikit yang belum disiplin. 5).Untuk kemandirian anak  dapat diartikan bahwa ada sebagian besar peserta didik paud usia 5-6 tahun sudah mandiri dan sisanya hanya sedikit saja yang masih membutuhkan bantuan orang tua ataupun guru atau belum mandiri. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian diatas bahwa kemandirian pada anak usia dini 5-6 tahun dapat terbentuk dengan adanya pola asuh Demokratis dan Disiplin pada anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang perumusan pengembangan pembelajaran PKn melalui pemanfaatan media film documenter diharapkan dapat menghasilkan peningkatkan hasil belajara siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri I Cilegon. Penelitian ini berusaha memberikan sumbangsih dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan media film dokumenter serta mempermudah pemahaman pembelajaran PKn sehingga akan berdampak pada meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yaitu jenis penelitian yang menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dengan pembelajaran menggunakan media film dokumenter menunjukan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PKn, hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya nilai hasil tes evaluasi. Hal ini terjadi karena dengan menggunakan media film dokumenter dalam proses pembelajaran PKn siswa dengan mudah memahami suatu peristiwa bersejarah, penokohan, peristiwa masa lalu yang bisa menimbulkan semangat kebangsaan yang tinggi dari pada siswa hanya membaca buku cerita dan mendengarkan guru ceramah. Dari temuan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media film merupakan sarana yang relevan dan efektif yang dapat memberikan pemahaman dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PKn, dari pada hanya membaca buku dan mendengarkan ceramah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah sekolah yang sudah memiliki fasilitas multimedia room untuk melakukan pembelajaran tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to explore lecturers’ perceptions of the use of e-learning in supporting performance in the English Language Education Study Program. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to lecturers at several universities. The research results show that the majority of lecturers have good knowledge about e-learning and recognize its benefits in supporting the learning process. However, problems related to accessibility and quality of internet networks are a major concern, with most lecturers stating that e-learning is ineffective for students in areas with limited internet access. Despite facing technical challenges, the majority of lecturers still feel happy and satisfied in using e-learning as a learning medium. In conclusion, efforts to improve technological infrastructure, training and support related to e-learning must be strengthened to improve the quality of learning and performance of lecturers in the English Language Education Study Program.

Abstract

Abstract : The character of responsibility is an important character for a student to have because it is a basic character, a form of commitment and consistency in all behavior carried out. In the learning process at school, there are many ways that can be done to foster the character of responsibility, one of which is by using the recitation method in learning activities. The recitation method is considered to be able to foster the character of responsibility through the process of carrying out assignments. This research aims to describe the process of planning learning activities using the recitation method, to explain the process of implementing the recitation method and to analyze the implications of the recitation method process in cultivating students' responsible character in learning activities. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observation and documentation. This research was conducted at SDIU Cahaya Al-Fatih, Pandeglang Regency as a place for collecting data, findings and results. The results of the research found that the implementation of learning using the recitation method at SDIU Cahaya Al-Fatih, Pandeglang Regency runs in accordance with the existing syntax starting from the assignment phase, assignment implementation phase and assignment responsibility phase, and has implications for the growth of students' responsible character as seen from Some indicators include students respecting time, not cheating, being active in learning activities and doing what is asked. Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of an interactive learning video based on the Wondershare Filmora application in art and culture subjects in painting material to increase learning effectiveness and make it easier for students to absorb the material. Researchers use the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg and Gall model as a guide for developing an effective product. The research procedure is to analyze the needs of students, design the required teaching materials, develop teaching materials that have been designed, implement them on students and evaluate the results of implementing teaching materials. The results of the development show that interactive learning videos based on the Wondershare Filmora application can increase student motivation because they provide an attractive appearance with content inserted in the form of video tutorials and are accompanied by solid and clear backsounds and narratives to support the interactive learning media being developed and can help students understand real form of the material being studied. Increasing educators' knowledge regarding the development of teaching materials, increasing learning effectiveness and growing motivation and interest in learning students are the results obtained. However, on this occasion the researcher only focused on developing teaching materials.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a key factor in achieving educational goals, because teachers are required to be able to realize the expectations of various parties, especially the community who entrust their children's education to the school. However, reality shows that there are still many teachers who show that their performance is not optimal. This is due to the low professional competence possessed and the lack of conducive organizational climate in the school environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of professional competence and organizational climate on teacher performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The subjects in this study are all teachers at SMKN 7 Pandeglang which totals 54 people. Data collection is carried out through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to test the relationship between independent variables (professional competence and organizational climate) and bound variables (teacher performance). The results showed that professional competence contributed 50.48% to teacher performance, while organizational climate contributed 23.18%. Simultaneously, professional competence and organizational climate contributed to teacher performance by 30.82%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between professional competence and organizational climate on teacher performance. The implication is that improving professional competence and creating a positive organizational climate need to be the main focus in efforts to improve the quality of education in schools.
