Abstract

Artikel ini berjudul “Operasionalisasi Laboratorium Komputer di Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Bumi Agung Ogan Komering Ilir”. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui operasionalisasi laboratorium komputer di Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Bumi Agung Ogan Komering Ilir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis pendekatan penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi metode dan trianulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa operasionalisasi laboratorium komputer di madrasah aliyah darussalam bumi agung ogan komering ilir bahwa terdapat 3 bidang yakni: 1) operasionalisasi laboratorium komputer di madrasah aliyah darussalam bumi agung ogan komering ilir ini dapat membantu peserta didik dalam memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi, peserta didik diharapkan mampu mengolah dan menerapkan konsep yang telah dipelajari untuk meningkatkan “skill” nya dalam mengoperasikan alat-alat informasi dan komunikasi. 2) operasionalisasi laboratorium komputer di madrasah aliyah darussalam bumi agung ogan komering ilir dalam proses operasionalisasi laboratorium komputer ini masih ada beberapa kendala yang sering terjadi, seperti kurangnya jumlah komputer untuk proses bimbingan belajar peserta didik, sehingga jika melaksanakan bimbingan belajar komputer, peserta didik tersebut diberi jadwal atau sesi untuk memasuki laboratorium komputer, hal ini dapat mencegah terjadinya kekurangan jumlah komputer yang ada dalam laboratorium. 3) operasionalisasi laboratorium komputer di madrasah aliyah darussalam bumi agung ogan komering ilir masih adanya komputer yang tidak bisa digunakan saat praktikum, seperti kerusakan komputer, perangkat keras, maupun perangkat lunak, serta kurangnya kelengkapan peralatan yang ada dalam laboratorium komputer. Adapun yang menjadi faktor pendukung yaitu personalia dan metode. Adapun yang menjadi faktor penghambat yakni alat perawatan yang tidak tersedia dan minimnya fasilitas yang memadai dalam laboratorium komputer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengadaan sarana pendidikan di SMP Negeri 3 Makarti Jaya. Objek penelitian terdiridari:(1) menganalisis kebutuhan, (2) pengelompokkan, (3) membuat proposal, (4) penilaian dan (5) penenentuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha dan waka kurikulum. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui tiga cara yaitu: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengadaan sarana pendidikan melalui analisis kebutuhan (evaluasi diri sekolah) yaitu dengan melakukan pengecekan secara berkala, menentukan jenis sarana yang akan diadakan, menyesuaikan antara kebutuhan dengan biaya, mempetakan sesuai kebutuhan. (2) pengadaan sarana pendidikan melalui pengelompokkan barang dilakukan oleh waka sarpras dan petugas inventaris barang baru kemudian buat laporan ke pimpinan sekolah.(3) membuat proposal, yang perlu diperhatikan dalam membuat proposal adalah judul dari proposal dan proposal harus memiliki tujuan yang jelas sehingga pihak yang dituju seperti akan dengan mudah memahami maksud dari proposal tersebut.(4) penilaian dilakukan melalui pengukuran baik yang menggunakan instrumen tes maupun non tes, kemudian hasil dari keputusan tersebut disimpulkan sudah baik atau belum. (5) penentuan kepala sekolah dalam melakukan pengadakan sarana sekolah sudah sesuai dengan prosedur pengadaan sarana.

Abstract

This article discusses the Reform of Indonesian Islamic Education in Facing Globalization. In the era of globalization, Islamic education has a number of difficulties which are discussed in this article. Islamic education reform as an effort to change or improve the Islamic education system with the aim of improving the quality of education, updating the curriculum, teaching methods, and increasing human resources involved in the process of Islamic education. Islamic education reform is an important part of sustainable education development, so that the goal of improving the entire education system can bring great benefits to the whole society and the whole country. Islamic education reform is very important in the era of globalization, because the era of globalization has brought new challenges to Islamic education. The aim of education in the context of globalization is always to achieve a state of harmony between needs and results by reforming programs and actions, activities so as not to lose their relevance to the needs of local, national, regional and international communities.

Abstract

Artikel ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk dapat menganalisa Kepemimpinan Kepala MA Nurul Muhajirin Dalam Mengembangkan Mutu Sumber Daya Tenaga Pendidik. Jenis penelitian yakni kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Sedangkan dalam pengecekan keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan empat kriteria yaitu: kepercayaan, keteralihan, kebergantungan, dan kepastian. Hasil penelitian bahwa kepemimpinan Kepala MA Nurul Muhajirin dalam meningkatkan mutu sumber daya tenaga pendidik telah dijalankan dengan baik, mencakup Penyusunan Program Pengembangan Profesional, kepala madrasah telah berhasil merencanakan dan melaksanakan program pengembangan profesional yang relevan dan berkelanjutan untuk tenaga pendidik. Melaksanakan Evaluasi Kinerja secara berkala terhadap tenaga pendidik. Kepala madrasah mendorong Pengembangan Inovasi Pendidikan dengan mendorong tenaga pendidik untuk mengembangkan inovasi dalam metode pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Memberikan Dukungan dan Penghargaan kepada tenaga pendidik, mengakui kontribusi mereka dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Ini dapat berupa penghargaan, insentif, atau pengakuan publik. Juga aktif mendorong kolaborasi antar tenaga pendidik dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pertukaran ide dan praktik terbaik.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of learning outcomes and child psychology at MI Al-Awwal Palembang, focusing on first-grade students. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used in this study included interviews, documentation, and observations. Data analysis techniques involved data collection, data presentation, and data verification stages. The research results indicate that the development of learning outcomes and child psychology is influenced by various factors, including parents, the student's personal characteristics, and the child's environment, both formal and informal. These factors are interconnected and can impact the well-being and success of teaching and child psychology. The role of educational institutions, parents, the community, and teachers in supporting the success of teaching and child psychology is crucial. The importance of collaboration between schools and families in creating an environment that supports the holistic development of children's learning outcomes and psychology is emphasized.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the comprehension of emotions in the learning process at MI Al-Masrhi in Pangkalan Balai, Banyuasin Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods involve interviews with 12 respondents, including educators, school principals, students, and parents of students. Data collection also includes observations and documentation, while data analysis techniques encompass data collection, data presentation, and data verification. The research findings demonstrate the importance of emotional understanding for teachers in relation to students' learning. Teachers play a crucial role in being sensitive to students' emotions, helping them deal with stress, anxiety, or negative feelings that can disrupt the learning process. Emotional understanding can aid teachers in identifying emotional factors that can affect students' learning motivation. Teachers who understand their students' emotions can build positive relationships with them, and emotional comprehension contributes to the emotional well-being of both students and teachers, enabling teachers to engage students in the learning process through participative methods

Abstract

This research is related to the role of the family environment in the cognitive development of children at Public Elementary School 160 in Palembang. The type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection methods used include interviews, observations, documentation, and discussions. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the analysis, it was found that the role of the family environment in supporting children's educational development has been well executed. The family plays the primary role as the first environment where children grow and learn, and it has a significant influence on shaping children's educational development. However, it is important to remember that a child's education in the family environment is not solely the responsibility of parents but involves the participation of all family members, including grandparents, siblings, and other family members. Cognitive development in children plays a crucial role as it forms the foundation for learning abilities, interaction with the environment, and academic and intellectual achievements. There are differences in cognitive development between boys and girls, where boys may be less active than girls, but this does not rule out the possibility that boys may have different ways of understanding the material

Abstract

This study aims to understand the Marketing Planning of Educational Services at SMP IT Mufidatul Ilmi Banyuasin. The research is a qualitative descriptive study, with 6 research subjects, including the school principal, curriculum vice-principal, administrative head, educators, parents, and students. Data is collected through three methods: interviews, observations, and documentation. Subsequently, the data analysis technique begins with data collection, data presentation, and data verification. The research results indicate that: (1) Goal Setting involves holding meetings twice a year in January and June and establishing a special committee for student admissions. (2) Formulating Current Conditions is based on the school's profile, vision, the number of educators, educational quality, and infrastructure conditions, which are formulated through meetings for effective implementation. (3) Identifying Facilities and Barriers through SWOT Analysis has been conducted effectively through meetings. (4) Plan Development is carried out effectively by the school principal, curriculum vice principal, teachers, and staff with direct coordination and evaluation of the previous plans

Abstract

This research aims to analyze education marketing strategies in cultivating the interest of prospective students. The study uses a qualitative research method with descriptive characteristics. Informants include school principals, public relations officers, administrative staff, and students, and the information is obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, data validity is ensured through triangulation to ascertain the reliability of the data in this research. The results of this study reveal that MA Babul Ulum Mariana employs market targeting strategies to identify market segments based on location, with students as the primary target in their educational marketing efforts. When defining market segments, schools typically establish specific criteria that become the primary focus in educational marketing. In terms of competitive positioning strategies, MA Babul Ulum Mariana undoubtedly has its own advantages and uniqueness in educational marketing. This is done to compete with other educational institutions, as each school has its own flagship programs designed to support student potential development for them to achieve success. In the mix of strategies, MA Babul Ulum Mariana combines various elements to support its educational marketing efforts, including flagship programs, a strategically located school, good collaboration with human resources, and affordable pricing

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perkembangan psikologi anak dari Taman Kanak-Kanak ke Sekolah Dasar di MI Al-Amalul Khoir Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan karakteristik deskriptif. Metode dalam pengumpulan data yakni melalui wawancara, observasi dan juga dokumentasi berkaitan dengan objek yang dibahas. Teknik analisis data yakni melalui pengumpulan data, penyajian dan verifikasi data. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa memahami perkembangan anak dari Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) ke Sekolah Dasar di MI Al-Amalul Khoiir Palembang sangat penting karena ini adalah periode kritis dalam kehidupan anak. Pemahaman ini memiliki dampak positif pada anak, orang tua, guru, dan masyarakat secara umum. Beberapa alasan mengapa penting untuk memahami perkembangan anak selama periode ini, yakni dapat memberikan dukuangan yang tepat, dengan memahami perkembangan anak, orang tua dan guru dapat memberikan dukungan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak. Ini termasuk pendekatan pengajaran yang sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan kognitif dan emosional mereka. Mengidentifikasi mamsalah perkembangan anak, memahami perkembangan anak membantu dalam mendeteksi dan mengatasi masalah perkembangan atau keterlambatan perkembangan sesegera mungkin. Pemahaman perkembangan anak dari TK ke SD di kelas I MI Al-Amalul Khoir Palembang adalah kunci untuk memberikan dukungan yang dibutuhkan anak-anak dalam tahap perkembangan penting mereka. Hal ini juga memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak.
