Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic gives many impacts on various aspects, including marriage service requirement. During the pandemic, it is required to comply with government policies, namely submitting negative Covid-19 Swab test results for prospective brides, witnesses, and marriage guardians. Due to the high spending for taking the test, some prefer to unregister the marriage and delay the schedule. This research is a literature study with a normative type. The data was obtained qualitatively through observation and analysis of the policy of the Ministry of Religious Affair, its impact on Indonesian society, and how Islamic law percieves the policy. The results show that the policy of the Ministry of Religious Affair number: P-001/DJ.III/Hk.007/07/2021 aimed to cope with the spread of Covid-19 virus which is increasingly rampant. Meanwhile, according to the Islamic law, it is a temporary requirement formulated to prevent harm and therefore, it is not a part of marriage pillar. Islamic law furthermore puts it as an effort to maintain the soul's safety (hifdun al-nafs). (Pandemi Covid-19 memberi dampak pada berbagai macam aspek kehidupan, termasuk persyaratan layanan pernikahan. Selama pandemi, pasangan yang akan menikah, saksi, dan walinya diwajibkan menyerahkan hasil negatif test Swab sesuai kebijakan pemerintah. Karena mahalnya biaya test tersebut, ada beberapa pasangan yang memilih pernikahan sirri atau menunda pernikahannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka yang berjenis normatif. Data-data di dalamnya diperoleh secara melalui pengamatan dan analisis terhadap kebijakan Kementerian Agama nomor P-001/DJ.III/Hk.007/07/2021 yang bertujuan menanggulangi penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang sempat menggila. Sementara itu menurut hukum Islam, persyaratan tersebut sifatnya sementara dan bertujuan untuk mencegah munculnya hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan sehingga bukan meupakan rukun nikah. Hukum Islam melihat kebijakan tersebut sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menjaga keselamatan jiwa.)

Abstract

Abstract: Self-assessment has a strategic role to identify student achievement and learning development independently. This study aims to develop a self-assessment instrument based on self-regulated learning for the Basic Teaching Skills course through the Borg & Gall R&D model which has been adapted according to the needs of this study. The research data were collected using a questionnaire technique and field notes for expert validation and user testing which were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques. This self-assessment instrument based on self-regulated learning was developed by considering the results of the needs analysis that had been done previously. The results of the development of the instrument show that the self-assessment instrument based on self-regulated learning has been tested by an assessment expert for the Basic Teaching Skills course. Based on the results of the test of validity, reliability, and expert test, it shows that the instrument has had very decent qualifications. In addition, the results of the user test show that the product is very feasible to be used as an assessment instrument for learning in the Basic Teaching Skills course. From the test results, it is found that according to the user (student) this self-assessment instrument based on self-regulated learning is very useful for knowing learning achievement, especially in teaching practice. In addition, this self-assessment instrument can also help students find out the problems of learning independently.Abstrak: Self-asessment memiliki peran strategis untuk mengidentifikasi prestasi dan perkembangan belajar mahasiswa secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen self-asessment berbasis self-regulated learning untuk matakuliah Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar melalui model R&D Borg & Gall yang telah diadaptasi sesuai kebutuhan pada penelitian ini. Data hasil penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuisioner dan catatan lapangan untuk validasi ahli dan uji pengguna yang dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen self-asessment berbasis self-regulated learning ini dikembangkan dengan mempertimbangkan hasil analisis kebutuhan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil pengembangan instrumen menunjukkan bahwa instrumen self-asessment berbasis self-regulated learning telah teruji dari ahli penilaian untuk matakuliah Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji ahli menunjukkan bahwa instrumen telah memiliki kualifikasi sangat layak. Selain itu, hasil uji penguna menunjukkan bahwa produk sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian untuk pembelajaran pada matakuliah Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh hasil bahwa menurut pengguna instrumen self-asessment berbasis self-regulated learning ini sangat bermanfaat untuk mengetahui pencapaian belajar khususnya pada praktik mengajar. Selain itu, melalui instrumen self-asessment ini juga dapat membantu mahasiswa mengetahui permasalahan belajar secara mandiri.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of cultures that are generally implemented in various elementary schools, especially those in MIN 2 Kota Malang, which is about increasing religious character through the application of religious culture. The research was conducted using observations, interviews and documentation. In this research researchers use interview instruments arranged to get interviews. At this time many children are less concerned about the education of religious characters, the main cause is a poor community environment and the lack of religious character education in every educational institution. In this case researchers will discuss about the religious character of students in MIN 2 Kota Malang , the forms of implementation of religious culture, and the application of religious culture in improving religious character in MIN 2 Kota Malang. Related to this, researchers found its uniqueness in MIN 2 Kota Malang, namely religious character education started early and religious character education is applied through religious cultures that exist in Madrasah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peranan mediator dalam memediasi pihak yang berperkara dalam kasus perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Sintang, dan faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan bagi hakim mediator dalam meminimalisir perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Sintang pada masa covid-19. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dan teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegagalan mediasi dalam proses perkara perceraian secara umum memandang bahwa penyebab dari kegagalan mediasi itu terjadi karena para pihak tidak beritikad baik selalu bersikeras ingin bercerai karena persoalan yang ada dalam rumah tangga para pihak seperti masalah ada orang ketiga, meninggalkan salah satu pihak, meninggalkan kewajiban, ekonomi, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, salah satu pihak pindah agama, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Adanya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang bergerak begitu cepat ikut mempengaruhi praktik pembelajaran di pendidikan tinggi. Saat ini pembelajaran dapat dilakukan tidak harus dalam waktu dan tempat yang sama. Hal ini tentu harus didukung bahan ajar yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan pembelajaran online, untuk itu perlu dikembangkan bahan ajar elektronik untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran secara online. Pada penelitian ini peneliti membatasi pada tahap analisis kebutuhan saja, karena bagian ini merupakan informasi penting untuk dijadikan landasan dalam proses pengembangan produk yang sesuai kebutuhan di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner analisis kebutuhan pengembangan bahan ajar elektronik yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator-indikator analysis pada tahap model pengembangan ADDIE. Angket tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan hasil dari responden yang meliputi (a) analisis karakteristik pebelajar (b) analisis sumber daya, dan (c) analisis tujuan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa analisis karakteristik pebelajar menunjukkan bahwa 87,03% mahasiswa memiliki pengetahuan terhadap penggunaan bahan ajar elektronik dalam pembelajaran, 94,44% mahasiswa memiliki pandangan yang positif terhadap pemanfaatan bahan ajar elektronik dalam pembelajaran, 100% mahasiswa memiliki kebiasaan menggunakan digital resource dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, 100% mahasiswa memiliki ketertarikan terhadap penggunaan bahan ajar elektronik dalam pembelajaran, serta 94,44% Memiliki ketertarikan terhadap bahan ajar elektronik untuk menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar. Sedangkan hasil analisis sumber daya menunjukkan 87,03% mahasiswa mengetahui bahwa substansi konten bahan ajar tersedia di jurnal, buku, dan sumber-sumber yang ada kaitannya dengan materi perkuliahan, 100% mahasiswa memiliki laptop/gadget yang dapat mendukung pemanfaatan bahan ajar elektronik, dan 100% mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman terhadap penggunaan digital teknologi dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan inovasi strategi pembelajaran inklusi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan karakter siswa di SMKN 2 Malang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah paradigma kualitatif jenis studi kasus, tekhnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam analisa data, peneliti menggunakan teori analisis menurut Milles dan Huberman yang dikelompokkan dalam kondensasi, men-display data dan penarikan kesimpulan, kemudian diadakan analisis lintas kasus. Dalam pengecekan keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan metode perpanjangan keikutsertaan, perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1 Strategi Pembelajaran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKN 2 Malang secara garis besar menggunakan: (a) Pembelajaran berorientasi pada siswa (PBAS). (b) Strategi Pembelajaran Kooperatif (SPK) (c) Strategi pembelajaran kontekstual (CTL). (d) Strategi pembelajaran afektif. 2. Upaya Inovasi Strategi Pembelajaran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKN 2 Malang adalah sebagai berikut: a. Strategi Pengorganisasian meliputi: urutan isi pembelajaran (kurikulum) dari yang bersifat sederhana ke kompleks atau dari yang bersifat umum ke rinci. b.Strategi Penyampaian, meliputi penyampaian klasikal dan individual dan menggunakan media pembelajaran, c. Strategi Pengelolaan, meliputi:  metode yang digunakan guru bervariasi yang bisa membangkitkan daya persepsi, hasrat ingin meneliti,dan pengelolaan penempatan kelas inklusi, 3. Model Penempatan Siswa Inklusi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKN 2 Malang, yaitu: a. Model Kelas Reguler (Inklusi Penuh). b. Kelas Reguler dengan Pull Out. c. Model Subtitusi. Kata kunci: Inovasi, strategi pembelajaran, Pendidikan karakter sekolah inklusi.

Abstract

During this current pandemic situation, having activities in school was not allowed and changed into the online class system. Parents' can now keep an eye on their children more frequent because their children is always at home. This study tries to figure out the interaction between parents and their children, the children's ability to recognize the number and symbol during pandemic, and the correlation between those two. This study took place in TK Muslimat NU 18 Malang, specifically the students of A2 group. This research is utilizing qualitative approach. In order to collect the data, several data gathering techniques such as interview, observation, and documentation are employed in this study. The study found that all of respondents are able to handle their children's learning activities despite of the democratic parenting styles. The teaching method used was also well-applied to each of their children. The parents' accompaniment intensity was considered as high.

Abstract

This research was focusing on the development on gross motor of children group B RA AN-NUR Tunjungtirto, Singosari due to the lack of physical stimulation of the child’s gross motor. Fine motor activities are given more than the gross motor. Teachers only use books when stimulating child’s gross motor, and found 10 out of 16 children have difficulty walking on a level board, jumping on one foot, and throwing the ball with both hands. The type of research design used in this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the subject of research were 16 children group B RA AN-NUR Tunjungtirto, Singosari school year 2018/2019. The data in this research was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentations. This research was carried out with two cycles, first cycle and second cycle, and each of the cycle contains two meetings. The result of the research indicates that using traditional game, Egrang Batok, can enhance the child’s gross motor development assessments of aspect 1, aspect 2, and aspect 3. As the result of increases can be seen at the following exposure, in the pre-cycle’s action has been found 0% with the explanation that no child has met the predetermined standard of success. At the first cycle in the first meeting increased and reached 3 children or 18,75% of 16 children. The second meeting of the first cycle reached 9 children or was 56,25% of 16 children. Also an increase in second cycle in the first meeting reached 11 children or amounted to 68,75% of 16 children. As well as a second meeting of the second cycle reached 15 children or 93,75% of 16 children. This shows that using traditional Egrang Batok game can increase the child’s gross motor skills from cycle to cycle in the children group B RA AN-NUR Tunjungtirto, Singosari. This research was suspended on second cycle for fulfilling the expected targets of 80% and learning indicators.

Abstract

This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) to determine the early reading ability of children in group B RA sirrul khuluq, Singosari district, Malang district. The CAR method is used for action research by teachers carried out in classroom learning, with the subject of children aged 5-6 years, based on the results of research and data collection techniques by triangulation (interviews, observations, documentation). 1) This research was carried out in two cycles including: 1) planning including preparing RKH (Daily activity plan), determining themes, preparing media, preparing research instruments. 2) Implementation in accordance with RKH (initial activity, core activity, closing activity), 3) Observation, (4) Analysis and Reflection Stage. The ability to read in the first cycle was declared complete (15.625%), the second cycle (91.14%). The conclusion of this research is that illustrated letter card media is proven to improve the reading ability of children in Group B RA Sirrul Khuluq, Singosari District, Malang Regency.

Abstract

In learning process, a teacher must have broad potential and knowledge. Because a teacher must develop his potential to create creative and innovative learning media so that the students will be happy and they will not be bored easily. It becomes a teacher’s problem because of the lack of insight into the media that is fun for children. At the time of learning, they just imitate writing on the board, read books so it makes learning is less fun for children. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of languange skills by using the media busy book to the children of group B1 RA Panglima Sudirman Sumbersekar Dau. The use of the media busy book has many kinds of interesting game.         This study used qualitative approach with a type af classroom action research. Each cycle consists of four stage, they are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 17 students of group B1 RA Panglima Sudirman Sumbersekar Dau. The object of this study is about improving language skills by using media busy book. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and interviewas. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction and conclusions. Data validity techniques in this study by triangulating, discussing with colleagues and comparing the results of observations, documentation and interviews. The indicator of success in this study is that if a student reaches 75 percent or more so the student gets minimum criteria. The results of this study indicates an increase in language skills by using media busy book. It can be proven based on the average of language the students’ ability at pre-cycle 50,58, the number of 9 students passed. In cycle 1 the average was 33,11 with the number of 11 students passed. The average of cycle 2 was 37,29 with the number of 15 students passed. The average of students from cycle 1 to cycle 2 has increased. The percentage of completeness of the children of group B1 RA Panglima Sudirman Sumbersekar Dau.
