Abstract

After covid passed, many schools innovated in the learning process, so that the learning process could still run well. Students who have become accustomed to online learning need to be innovative again after COVID-19 has passed. The use of the metaverse has now been widely discussed for use in the learning process. Metaverse, a 3D digital space mixed with the real and virtual worlds, has been heralded as a future educational trend with great potential. However, as an emerging item, existing studies rarely discuss the metaverse from an educational perspective, so far, the metaverse is still used for games or product promotion. The community service that will be carried out is, so that teachers understand the concept of the metaverse, explain the role of the metaverse in the world of education and learning, design and build a simple metaverse ecosystem, operate metaverse applications, manage metaverse administration, choose pedagogic models that are suitable in the metaverse and represent the results of metaverse design. Thus, teachers are expected to make online learning fun. Training is held for ten (10) meetings, and each meeting is held for seven (7) hours. The results of the 100% training of participants consisting of 23 teachers ranging from kindergarten teachers to high school teachers, succeeded in creating a virtual learning space in the metaverse world.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, and product diversity on the purchase decision of Maybelline cosmetic products in Miss Glam Gunung Pangilun Padang. Data were collected through surveys using questionnaires administered to 89 respondents who are consumers of Maybelline cosmetic products, utilizing accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical methods and multiple linear regression, while hypothesis testing utilized t-statistic tests. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Brand image has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Maybelline cosmetic products. 2) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Maybelline cosmetic products. 3) Product diversity has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Maybelline cosmetic products. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance of efforts to strengthen brand image, improve product quality, and expand product diversity as marketing strategies to increase sales of Maybelline cosmetic products. This study contributes to the development of marketing strategies for cosmetic products in facing increasingly competitive market conditions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study has a problem formulation, namely whether price perception affects consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce and whether promotion affects consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce and whether online customer reviews affect consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. And this study aims to determine whether price perceptions, promotions, and online customer reviews have an effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. The research method used is the Explanatory Research method. The sample obtained is 80 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the price perception variable partially had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. While the promotion variable partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. And the online customer review variable partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce.Keywords: Buying Interest, Price Perception, Promotion, Online Customer Review

Abstract

Background: Currently, the development of basketball in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, has increased drastically. However, there are still some basketball players who cannot handle basic techniques well. They just play without understanding the basic techniques of basketball well. At a young age, the risk of falling can be affected by a low level of balance, Core Stability Exercise is a major component to improve the efficiency of sports movements.Objective: To know the effect of Core Stability Exercise intervention on dynamic balance in basketball players of SMP Negeri 152 Jakarta. Method: This study used Pre-Experimental research with two group pretest - postest which was conducted at SMP Negeri 152 Jakarta. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling and obtained 10 samples selected based on the inclusion criteria. Dynamic balance measurements were taken using the Y Balance Test at the beginning and end of the intervention for 3 weeks. Results: Paired T-test Core Stability Exercise before and after intervention obtained p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of Core Stability Exercise intervention on dynamic balance in basketball players of SMP Negeri 152 Jakarta.

Abstract

Uji paired sampel t-test merupakan salah satu metode pengujian yang digunakan untuk mengkaji keefektifan perlakuan yang ditandai dengan adanya perbedaan rata-rata sebelum dan rata-rata sesudah yang telah diberikan perlakuan. Tujuan dari artikel review ini adalah untuk mendiskusikan tentang penerapan metode paired t-test dalam penelitian farmasi. Penelitian farmasi sering kali melibatkan perbandingan hasil sebelum dan setelah intervensi pada kelompok pasien atau percobaan laboratorium. Metode uji paired t-test di susun menggunakan beberapa literatur riview jurnal di bidang ke farmasian yang relevan menggunakan metode uji paired t- test. Rentang waktu yang digunakan adalah 2016 - 2022 atau enam tahun terakhir. Pencarian jurnal ini menggunakan platform seperti google scholar, simetic scholar dengan beberapa kata kunci yaitu: paired t- test, uji paired t- test di bidang kefarmasian. Hasil yang di dapat pada artikel riview paired t- test ini ialah, untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi (p = 0,000) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol dan dapat mengetahui sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan suatu penelitian dengan perbedaan yang bermakna. Kesimpulan yang di dapat dari artikel riview uji paired t- test adalah secara signifikan yaitu mempengaruhi atau mengalami perubahan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi masyarakat Arab dalam pengembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Hubungan historis antara masyarakat Arab dan Indonesia telah terjalin sejak lama, dan perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia tidak dapat dipisahkan dari peran komunitas Arab. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan wawancara dengan tokoh masyarakat Arab dan ahli ekonomi syariah, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa masyarakat Arab telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam memperkenalkan dan mengembangkan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Kontribusi tersebut meliputi peran dalam penyebaran prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam, pendirian lembaga keuangan syariah, serta keterlibatan dalam perdagangan dan bisnis yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi ekonomi syariah, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa masyarakat Arab telah memainkan peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya meningkatkan kolaborasi antara masyarakat Arab dan pemangku kepentingan ekonomi syariah untuk memperkuat perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

The financial performance of local governments is a picture of the financial condition of the local government in an accounting period or cycle, in which the sources of revenue or the collection of funds and distribution or use of funds are listed. Financial performance analysis carried out by public sector institutions is different from that carried out by the private sector, this is because the accounting standards used by public sector institutions are not the same as those carried out by the private sector. The performance of public sector institutions is assessed based on the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of public funds as well as assessing the capacity of the regions in terms of achieving regional independence. Based on the results of the analysis of the financial performance of the Sleman district government, the ratio of the degree of decentralization of the Sleman district government is still low, therefore the government must increase this ratio in order to carry out development activities properly. The regional independence ratio of Sleman regency is also not optimal because it is still in the range of 30% - 50%. Meanwhile, the ratio of Income Growth in 2015-2019 is still very low. The sources of local government revenue need to be explored more optimally so that the Original Regional Revenue can increase so that the regional independence of the Sleman district government can also increase. Abstract

Background: Elderly is someone who has reached the age of 60 (sixty) years and above. The elderly are characterized by physiological decline, one of which is a decline in cognitive function. Cognitive function is a high-level function of the human brain which consists of several aspects such as visual perception and the construction of numeracy skills, perception and use of language, information processing, memory, executive function and problem solving. If cognitive dysfunction occurs, it can interfere with daily activities. A positive correlation was found between providing dual task education and better cognitive function for the elderly. Objective: This activity aims to introduce physiotherapy and prevent decline in cognitive function in the elderly. Method: This activity begins with identifying the problem using the interview method and giving a questionnaire, after that counseling is carried out in the form of education and providing dual task training, then in the final stage door to door monitoring and evaluation is carried out. Results: There was an increase in knowledge in the elderly after being given education to prevent decreased cognitive function disorders with dual task training. Conclusion: Providing dual task training and education can increase knowledge in the elderly.

Abstract

The banking sector played a crucial role in global economic stability, supporting financial and investment activities. Prior to making funding decisions within the banking sector, investors required reliable information disclosure. The assessment of book value and asset management were strategic steps that provided a precise representation of the company’s fundamental value, compared to volatile market value. This research aimed to investigate how the book-to-market ratio mediated the relationship between asset revaluation, return on assets, debt equity ratio, and future financial performance (ROE). Employing quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis using EViews 13. Path analysis was utilized to examine the mediation effect. This research conducted an unbalanced panel analysis consisting of 80 observations from 30 Indonesian banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2022 that fulfilled the sampling criteria. Data is derived from annual financial reports and selected through purposive sampling criteria focused on the presence of asset revaluation. The finding of this research indicated that asset revaluation negatively affects the book-to-market ratio when ROA has a positive relationship. ROA and book-to-market ratio positively affect debt equity ratio. Then, ROA has a significant positive impact on banking future performance, while DER has a significant negative relationship. Conversely, the book-to-market ratio proven can mediate the relationship between asset revaluation and debt equity ratio

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain pembelajaran matematika berbasis lintasan belajar yang dapat membantu siswa memahami konsep dasar bilangan bulat melalui soal cerita. Pendekatan lintasan belajar dirancang untuk memberikan tahapan pembelajaran yang sistematis, mulai dari eksplorasi konsep awal hingga penguasaan materi yang lebih kompleks. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana siswa dapat mengaitkan konsep bilangan bulat dengan situasi kontekstual melalui penyelesaian soal cerita, yang sering kali menjadi tantangan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode design researchHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran berbasis lintasan belajar efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa memahami bilangan bulat melalui pendekatan kontekstual. Aktivitas pembelajaran yang dirancang melibatkan penggunaan ilustrasi visual, diskusi kelompok, dan langkah penyelesaian bertahap yang mendukung pemahaman siswa terhadap soal cerita. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendekatan lintasan belajar membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang memandu siswa dalam menghubungkan konsep abstrak dengan konteks nyata yang dihadirkan melalui soal cerita. Kesimpulannya, desain pembelajaran ini memberikan solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pembelajaran bilangan bulat dan menawarkan panduan praktis bagi pendidik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran matematika.
