Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of customer service performance on customer loyalty in Astra Credit Companies Jambi. This study employs survey research using a questionnaire instrument. The samples taken in this study are a customer in Astra Credit Companies Jambi. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression to test the absolute value of the difference. This study shows that customer service performance (believable, enthusiastic, responsive, the best solution, professional) affects customer loyalty. The impact of customer service performance (credible, passionate, responsive, the best solution, professional) on customer loyalty has powerful coefficient determination. Based on this study, the advice that the authors can give is that the Astra Credit Companies are expected to increase the dimensions of reliability further because this dimension is the average lower than another dimension, namely by expanding the knowledge of customer service officers on work procedures concerning all customer needs who came to his desk and more able to interact with customers.

Abstract

This research delves into the study of innovation dynamics in the context of education and the local economy in Pasir Jambu Village, Sukaraja, Bogor. The study focuses on two main aspects: creative learning and the empowerment of small businesses in the rural community. Through a careful qualitative approach, we explore the role of innovation in stimulating local economic growth and improving the quality of education. The research findings indicate that creative learning in the schools of Pasir Jambu Village has had a positive impact on students' critical and creative thinking abilities. Teachers implementing innovative teaching methods have helped unleash students' potential in various academic and non-academic aspects. On the other hand, the empowerment of small businesses through various innovative initiatives has enhanced the productivity and competitiveness of small business owners in this village.

Abstract

Penerimaan teknologi dan internet di masyarakat sudah sangat luas sehingga tidak heran kegiatan pemasaran secara digital dijadikan pilihan utama oleh kalangan pengusaha, hal ini juga diaplikasikan oleh para penggiat Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Banyaknya digital marketing yang dipakai oleh para pemasar, membuktikan bahwa digital marketing memiliki banyak kelebihan dan manfaat guna perkembangan usaha. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengenalan dan pelatihan terhadap para penggiat UMKM yang berada di Kota Padang, Provinsi Sumatra Barat. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini para penggiat UMKM mampu meningkatkan penjualannya demi keberlangsungan usahanya.

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a growing global health concern, particularly in Indonesia, where the prevalence is projected to rise significantly. Diabetic Foot Ulcer (DFU) is a severe complication of DM that escalates the risk of amputations. Early detection of DFUs plays a crucial role in preventing associated complications Objective: This review aimed to assess the efficacy of infrared thermography in detecting DFUs in the Asia-Pacific region. Methods: A scoping review methodology adhering to PRISMA guidelines was employed. Databases were searched from 2011-2021. PICO strategy used keyword Diabetic foot ulcer, Skin ulcer, Leg ulcer, Foot ulcer, Diabetic neuropathic, Thermography, Temperature mapping, and Detection from PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Science Direct. Quality of article assessed by JBI. Results: Four (4) studies meeting the inclusion criteria were identified, primarily cross-sectional in design. The results indicated promising sensitivity and specificity of infrared thermography in detecting DFUs among DM patients. The technology's ability to capture thermal images revealing temperature variations associated with tissue inflammation, a common DFU indicator, underscores its efficacy. This non-invasive technique allows for early detection and monitoring of DFUs, facilitating timely interventions and improving patient outcomes. Additionally, infrared thermography provides a quantitative and objective assessment of tissue health, complementing traditional visual inspection and palpation methods. Its effectiveness lies in detecting subtle skin temperature changes, aiding in early identification and management of DFUs before they progress to more severe stages. Conclusion: Infrared thermography shows significant potential in detecting DFUs early, which is vital for effective management and prevention of severe complications. Despite the promising results, broader and more rigorous studies are necessary to validate these findings across different populations and healthcare settings. Further research across diverse settings and study designs is essential to reinforce these findings.

Abstract

Tourist satisfaction is an important indicator in assessing the success of tourism destination management, including geopark-based tourist attractions. Although social media, destination image, and facilities have been widely studied in the tourism context, research that specifically discusses the influence of these three factors on tourist satisfaction at the Silokek Geopark Tourist Attraction in Sijunjung Regency remains limited. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, destination image, and facilities on tourist satisfaction at the Silokek Geopark Tourist Attraction in Sijunjung Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 90 respondents selected through total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using regression statistical tests. The results show that social media has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, with the calculated t-value greater than the t-table value (2.132 > 1.987) and a significance value lower than 0.05 (0.036 < 0.05). Destination image and facilities also have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, with facilities showing a calculated t-value of 3.488 and a significance value of 0.001. These findings confirm that strengthening social media, destination image, and facilities plays an important role in increasing tourist satisfaction at geopark-based tourism destinations. The implications of this study provide a practical basis for the managers of the Silokek Geopark Tourist Attraction in designing digital promotion strategies, strengthening destination image, and improving the quality of facilities to support tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

Pengembangan jagung semi memiliki prospek yang baik karena permintaan pasar yang tinggi namun tidak didukung oleh produksinya. Upaya untuk memenuhi permintaan jagung semi yang terus meningkat maka para petani memanfaatkan lahan gambut. Pemanfaatan lahan gambut sebagai media tanam mempunyai faktor pembatas pertumbuhan yaitu kesuburan tanah. Dalam usaha mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kesuburan tanah, penambahan unsur hara ke dalam tanah dilakukan melalui pemupukan menggunakan pupuk NPK sintetis. Upaya untuk mengurangi pemakaian pupuk anorganik dan untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah adalah menggunakan pupuk hayati yang berfungsi sebagai suplai hara tanaman dan dapat mengurai residu kimia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan yang terletak di Jl. Bakti, Desa Rasau Jaya Tiga, Kecamatan Rasau Jaya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 11 April sampai 25 Mei 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis interaksi pupuk hayati dan pupuk NPK yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung semi pada tanah gambut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Faktorial dengan pola Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Perlakuan terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu dosis pupuk hayati (H) dengan 3 taraf perlakuan dan pupuk NPK (P) dengan 3 taraf perlakuan. Penelitian terdiri dari 3 ulangan dan 4 sampel. Perlakuan yang dimaksud terdiri dari faktor pertama dosis perlakuan pupuk hayati (H) yaitu h1 = konsentrasi 2 ml/L, h2 = konsentrasi 3 ml/L, h3 = konsentrasi 4 ml/L; dan faktor kedua dosis perlakuan pupuk NPK (P) yaitu p1 = 200 kg/ha setara dengan 1,87 g/tanaman, p2 = 300 kg/ha setara dengan 2,81 g/tanaman, p3 = 400 kg/ha setara dengan 3,75 g/tanaman. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm2), berat kering tanaman (g), volume akar (cm3), diameter jagung semi (cm), berat jagung semi berkelobot (g), berat jagung semi tanpa kelobot (g), berat jagung semi per petak (kg), panjang jagung semi (cm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi interaksi antara pemberian pupuk hayati dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung semi pada tanah gambut. Interaksi pupuk hayati konsentrasi 3 ml/L dan pupuk NPK 300 kg/ha setara dengan 2,81 g/tanaman menunjukkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung semi yang terbaik pada tanah gambut, tetapi dengan pemberian interaksi pupuk hayati 4 ml/L dan pupuk NPK 400 kg/ha setara dengan 3,75 g/tanaman sama baiknya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung semi pada tanah gambut.Kata kunci : Jagung Semi, Tanah Gambut, Pupuk Hayati, Pupuk NPK
