Abstract

Detection of pathogenic bacteria Listeria monocytogenes in processed food products of frozen meatballs is one of the critical test parameters in product quality testing. The challenge in testing product quality is how to find a reliable and effective test method to generate test results data. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide information or references for similar research. The method used in this research is the enrichment method with a direct isolation technique and amplification using real-time PCR. Data analysis was carried out based on 2 main criteria which included: (1) Ct analysis (Cycle threshold) and (2) melting temperature (Tm) analysis. From the results of the analysis using real-time PCR, the results of the tested samples were detected at Ct 11.60 with a Tm value of 81.50. For NTC control not detected, this indicates that the master mix used is in good condition and no contamination occurred when testing the sample. The use of this NTC control plays an important role in monitoring the quality of the master mic and test run. For the LOD control and positive control, the results were detected, whereas in the LOD control, the Ct value was detected at 10.08 and the Tm value was at 81.30. for positive control, the value of Ct was detected at 10.85 and the value of Tm was at 82.0. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the test method used can detect Listeria monocytogenes in processed meat products in the form of frozen meatballs.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and propose solutions to the obstacles faced in the study of Karacak Agropolitan Revitalization based on Mangosteen agroindustry in Bogor Regency as outlined in a structural model. The revitalization of agro-industry-based agropolitan areas is studied through science, technology, and innovation which are then formulated and analyzed with the Interpretive Structural Modeling Method. Primary data were collected through expert-based surveys and questionnaires from seven relevant and representative government agencies to formulate policy studies. This research resulted in a study of 9 sub-elements of constraints and found 1 key sub-element, arrange hierarchically based on its importance. At the most critical level, we identified the government's political will towards agro-industrial development incentives and disincentive programs in agropolitan areas. This study recommends the government start an integrated agropolitan area revitalization program by utilizing local biological resources. The systems model approach will facilitate sustainable development at the village level, promoting inclusive economic growth and resilience. Keywords: Agropolitan, Barriers, Interpretive Structure Modeling, Mangosteen Agroindustry.

Abstract

PLN UP3 Mataram sebagai salah satu unit dengan jumlah pelanggan dan kontribusi penjualan terbesar di Unit Induk Wilayah NTB memiliki realisasi kumulatif susut distribusi tahun 2019 sebesar 6,69% yang tentunya masih diperlukan beberapa usaha untuk mencapai target 6,28% di tahun 2020. Susut jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik terdiri atas susut teknis dan susut non teknis. Susut non teknis adalah hilangnya energi listrik yang dikonsumsi pelanggan maupun non pelanggan karena tidak tercatat dalam penjualan. Beberapa penyebab susut non teknik antara lain adalah pemakaian listrik ilegal, kesalahan baca meter, kesalahan alat pengukuran dan lain-lain. Dalam upaya untuk mencapai hal tersebut salah satunya adalah melakukan ekstra pemeriksaan, pemantauan dan target yang akurat terhadap pemakaian pelanggan terutama pelanggan Automatic Meter Reading (AMR). Pelanggan yang terdaftar di AMR per bulan terus meningkat, tercatat pada awal tahun 2019 sejumlah 1.210 pelanggan dan pada akhir tahun 2019 sejumlah 1.731 pelanggan. Dalam hal memantau pemakaian tenaga listrik, pelanggan AMR tersebut telah tersedia aplikasi AMICON (web based) namun belum dapat memberikan peringatan yang real time terhadap pengguna sehingga diperlukan Anomaly Early Warning System dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Telegram. Notifikasi dari early warning system ini cepat, akurat dan informatif, sehingga memudahkan pengguna untuk selektif mengeksekusi anomali pengukuran pelanggan yang telah dilaporkan. Dari hasil analisa perhitungan didapatkan pendapatan kWh sebesar 471.392 kWh pasca implementasi early warning system dan pada akhir tahun 2020 terjadi penurunan susut jaringan distribusi menjadi 4,55%. Kata kunci: susut distribusi tenaga listrik, automatic meter reading, anomali, early warning system

Abstract

Pemerintah dalam tujuannya mencapai target bauran energi terbarukan sebesar 23% pada tahun 2025 terus mendorong masyarakat dalam menggunakan energi terbarukan, terutama di jenis energi surya melalui pemanfaatan PLTS Atap. Dalam pembangunan sistem PLTS Atap, perlu dilakukan perancangan sistem PLTS terlebih dahulu, untuk mengkalkulasi energi yang dapat dihasilkan pada sistem tersebut. Perhitungan potensi daya listrik perlu dilakukan karena merupakan salah satu dari tahap perencanaan dalam pembangunan sistem PLTS. PLN UID Riau dan Kepri hendaknya dapat ikut berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan dan mensosialisasikan peraturan pemerintah tersebut dengan cara mengembangkan dan mensosialisasikan PLTS Atap di lingkungan Gedung PLN UID RKR. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perhitungan potensi energi listrik dari PLTS Atap jika dilakukan pengaplikasian teknologi PLTS Atap di lingkungan Gedung PT PLN (Persero) UID Riau dan Kepri sebagai salah satu tahapan dalam perancangan suatu sistem. Dari simulasi PVsyst yang telah dilakukan didapat potensi energi listrik di Gedung PT PLN UID RKR sebesar 9321 kWh/tahun atau 25,56 kWh/hari dengan kapasitas PLTS sebesar 6,08 kWp. Abstract

Sistem manajemen keselamatan, Kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan (SMK3L) menjadi prioritas implementasi disetiap pripadi agar terlindungi dari segala potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja. Implementasi SMK3L ini diterapkan dalam pekerjan proyek pembangunan pembangkit listrik yang berupa penggunaan Safety helmet sebagai proteksi kepala. Safety helmet ini digunakan untuk melindungi kepala dari benturan benda jatuh dari ketinggian. Pengujian Safety helmet ini menjadi penting untuk diteliti. Metode yang dilakukan adalah simulasi impact berbasis komputer dengan program computational aided engineering menggunakan explicit dynamic. Safety helmet yang digunakan memiliki model seperti yang ada pada proyek dengan bahan polypropylene. Material impact yang digunakan adalah mur dan baut structure steel tipe M16 pada ketinggian 30m dengan kecepatan 24,26 m/s. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu helm tertumbuk oleh mur dan banut dengan arah deformasi maksimum sebesar 15,2mm pada sumbu x, rata- rata total deformasi sebesar 30mm, maksimum Equivalent stress sebesar 2101,7 MPa, maksimum Equivalent strain sebesar 1,44 mm/mm. Abstract

This study aims to measure the environmental costs (eco-cost) and the eco-efficiency ratio rate (EER) of the production of pencils and formulate some recommendations to improve the manufacture sustainability. The measurement of Eco-efficiency was performed using life cycle assessment (LCA) with the eco-cost method. The pencil manufacturer produces a waste of 20 %, and the product rejects 37 %. The material used is wood, slat, and chemical material for painting. The result of the data processing shows that the eco-costs of IDR 50.593.583 for 4200 grosses production lot size. The eco-efficiency index or EEI for pencil product was 1,69, which means that the products are affordable and sustainable. The eco-efficiency ratio rate (EER) is 41% means that pencil production processes need improvement. The single score Impact Category Diagram shows that the most significant environment impact category is climate change. The recommendation to improve the EER of pencil production based on Impact Category Diagram is (1) to increase the utilizing of wood waste and (2) to increase the capability of technicians and operators to reduce the product rejection. These recommendations aim to reduce the wood consumed in production.

Abstract

In developing countries, low employment rates lead to manual material handling due to low labor costs. This article analyzes the impact of transitioning from semi-manual to fully automatic material handling systems by replacing the hand pallet system with AGV for transporting materials on the production floor. A simulation model was created to evaluate the impact of the transition on cost and quality. The model focuses on production lines with predetermined pathways and fixed working hours for workstations. The discrete event simulation was developed using ExtendSim. Queuing theory model is employed to assess the utilization of resources within the system. Three scenarios are developed: a human system, systems with 2 AGVs, and 3 AGVs.The findings suggest that systems with AGVs surpass human-operated systems in terms of system reliability, cost-effectiveness, and product excellence. The findings provide essential insights for management decision-making, specifically for deterministic production lines. The research findings emphasize the possibility of significant enhancements in production system performance by implementing autonomous material handling.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) producing tahu bakso face intense market competition and need efficient marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness. This study aims at developing strategy by identifyng criteria and selecting the optimal strategies. The research adopts the 4P marketing mix framework-product, price, place, and promotion-combined with the TOPSIS (Teqnique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. Five main criteria were identified: product price, retail location, product promotion, customer service quality, and product development. The weighting results show that produc price and customer service quality are the most importan factors, each with a weigh of 0.208. TOPSIS analisys indicates that stategy A8 - improving employee performance through targeted training and development-achieves the highest preference value. Improving employee performance is a strategyc priority, as it directly enhances service quality, customes satisfaction, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bermitra dengan CV Javatech Agro Persada. CV Javatech Agro Persada, sebagai perusahaan produksi peralatan pertanian modern yang baru berdiri. Peningkatan produktivitas dan kinerja, sangat tergantung pada penerapan manajemen dan kualitas pekerja yang dipengaruhi salah satunya dengan pelaksanaan program K3. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilatas penyusunan dokumen Sistem Manajemen K3 berdasarkan Iso 45001:2018. Diawali dengan menilai kesiapan implementasi Sistem Manajemen K3(SMK3) dengan tepat agar mendapatkan solusi sebagai rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas K3 pada CV Javatech Agro Persada.. Langkah pertama untuk menilai kesiapan implementasi SMK3, yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi risiko dan bahaya yang ada di tempat kerja. Kemudian dilakukan penilaian kesiapan perusahaan menerapkan SMK3 berdasarkan ISO 45001 dengan mengisi checklist klausul 4 sampai klausul 10, lalu dianalisis dengan membuat diagram PDCA (alat untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan) sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan, terakhir dibuat SOP sebagai output penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan termasuk kategori “hampir siap” untuk menerapkan ISO 45001 dengan persentase: Klausul 4 sebesar 45,5%; Klausul 5 sebesar 96,5%; Klausul 6 sebesar 87,5%; Klausul 7 sebesar 73,3%; Klausul 8 sebesar 8,3%; Klausul 9 sebesar 66,7%; Klausul 10 sebesar 60%. Dengan dilakukan penelitian ini, diharapkan perusahaan bisa meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas CV Javatech Agro Persada yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Semarang faces congestion issues in land transportation, prompting the city government to introduce feeder buses connecting lower-demand areas to major transit hubs. The preliminary survey found that the number of passengers increased steadily. However, the increase in this number was accompanied by an increase in the number of passengers’ complaints. Thus, this study attempts to measure passenger satisfaction using the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and evaluates operational performance with the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The literature review identified 14 aspects to measure passenger satisfaction, covering 28 attributes. Aspects needing improvement in quadrant I of the IPA analysis include vehicle condition, driver competency, and promptness of service providers in addressing complaints. Recommendations for improvement include adjusting departure intervals during peak and off-peak hours, implementing driver evaluation programs, conducting regular fleet inspections, and fostering customer engagement through forums.
