Abstract

The unemployment rates in Indonesia are deemed to be elevated, and a potential strategy to tackle this predicament involves augmenting entrepreneurial intention among university students. This approach fosters job creation prospects after graduation rather than pursuing traditional employment options. Hence, this study aimed to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship education and orientation in enhancing intention of entrepreneurship among students at a Private University. To achieve this objective, a comprehensive data collection process was conducted, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 327 students who had previously received entrepreneurship education. The data analysis method employed was Structural Equation Modeling, enabling a rigorous examination of the relationships between the variables. The results showed a significant role played by education and orientation of entrepreneurship in enhancing intention of entrepreneurship among the students. Furthermore, these results offered valuable insights into the importance of three variables and elucidated their intricate interrelationships.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of content marketing strategies on TikTok in increasing sales of the local brand "shayn". Two content marketing techniques, creative content without using advertising and using advertising, and their effectiveness are analyzed. These findings were obtained through a quantitative research approach and descriptive statistical analysis, the results show that leveraging creative content without advertising on TikTok can effectively increase brand awareness and generate sales, even with limited resources. This study emphasizes the importance of creating relevant and interesting content tailored to specific market segments. Active brand engagement on TikTok has also proven important in increasing brand visibility and attracting potential customers. This insight has valuable implications for brands looking to leverage TikTok as a platform for content marketing and sales growth.

Abstract

Traditional markets are places to shop for various kinds of vegetables and household needs. The background of this journal is that there is a lot of pollution around traditional markets, such as water, air, noise pollution and congestion around traditional markets. The purpose of the presence of OMA (Online Market Apps) is to reduce pollution around traditional markets, besides that it is efficient for a buyer because he can make transactions via a smartphone. With OMA, this application targets young people who want to shop easily and cheaply. The method used is literature review, there are many existing breakthroughs, but they are not efficient. The results of the OMA will increase convenience and reduce pollution and congestion around traditional markets. The limitation is the lack of further knowledge about parents' consumer interest in online shopping, compared to young people, young people prefer online shopping because it is more efficient and easier. The originality of this journal is that OMA provides convenience and has inexpensive selling prices. In addition, the OMA application has developed a payment system on the spot, but with the condition that you make a deposit first. With this convenience and efficiency as well as the ease of using the application, it is hoped that parents can use this application more easily.

Abstract

The Smart Money Management community service program was designed to improve financial literacy, self-efficacy, and reduce risky credit behavior among students at Kirirom Institute of Technology (KIT), Cambodia. In the context of students facing challenges in personal financial management due to lack of knowledge and experience, this program aims to equip them with basic knowledge of financial management through an educational and interactive approach. The implementation method includes delivering materials on the concepts of SMART Goal and Smart Money Management, as well as participatory training activities in the form of frugal living action pictures. The evaluation results showed that the financial literacy score increased from 2.37 to 2.57, and self-efficacy from 3.28 to 3.7, while the perception of risky credit behavior decreased by 0.08 points. In addition, the results of the personal assessment showed an increase in the number of students who had a high understanding of finance from 2 to 7 people. These findings indicate that the program was successful in improving participants' understanding and positive attitudes towards financial management. Thus, this program contributes to strengthening students' ability to make wise financial decisions and fostering a disciplined and independent attitude in managing their finances in the future.

Abstract

Tim Peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Penerapan Strategi Business Model Canvas dalam Upaya Pengembangan Bisnis UMKM Cocinero di Masa Depan”. Bisnis Cocinero merupakan bisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner, khususnya Kue. Dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 menjadikan usaha menghadapi tantangan yang berat dalam menjalankan bisnis, maka dari itu Cocinero menerapkan Business Model Canvas untuk dapat meningkatkan strategi serta mampu bertahan dalam situasi pandemi. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperdalam model bisnis Cocinero menggunakan metode penelitian Business Model Canvas yang memiliki 9 blok. Selanjutnya dari penelitian ini akan memperoleh Business Model Canvas yang lebih baik dari hasil mengembangan kemudian dapat menjadi cara alternatif untuk penerapan bisnis di situasi setelah pandemi. Hasilnya Cocinero dapat menjadi bisnis yang lebih terstruktur dan mengutamakan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Toko JIF merupakan Toko kelontong offline yang beroperasi dari tahun 1972 di Kota Bandung. Toko JIF menyediakan serta menjual barang kebutuhan pokok atau sehari-hari seperti beras, kopi, gula, minyak, dan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis permasalahan apa saja yang terdapat di Toko JIF, penerapan Business Model Canvas bagi Toko JIF sehingga dapat menemukan strategi atau perubahan apa yang bisa digunakan Toko JIF untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya. Peneliti menemukan permasalahan yang dialami oleh Toko JIF karena kurangnya optimalisasi bisnis dan hanya membuka bisnis dalam bentuk offline saja, sehingga pelanggan yang ingin membeli harus pergi ke Toko JIF terlebih dahulu, dan metode pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh Toko JIF masih dalam bentuk cash, tidak bisa menggunakan e-money untuk pembayarannya. Untuk membantu memperbaiki dan mengembangkan bisnis Toko JIF, peneliti menggunakan kerangka Business Model Canvas sebagai acuan dan pedoman untuk memberikan masukan serta saran untuk Toko JIF. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan berupa wawancara dan observasi langsung untuk mengumpulkan data disertai diskusi, sedangkan jenis penelitian yang dipakai peneliti adalah kualitatif. Hasil dari analisis Business Canvas Model adalah strategi pengembangan bisnis yang cocok diimplementasikan pada Toko JIF berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan pada intinya adalah pemanfaatan teknologi dengan optimal berupa penambahkan alternatif pembayaran dengan e-money serta penambahan penggunaan platform e-commerce untuk memperluas jangkauan konsumen.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini kami ingin menganalisis apa yang menjadi faktor kesuksesan Istana helmet dan aktivitas apa saja yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan serta mengembangkan usaha di era sekarang. Metode analisis yang kami gunakan adalah Model Bisnis Kanvas (MBK), yaitu suatu kerangka kerja yang membahas apa saja model bisnis yang dipakai dan disediakan dalam bentuk visual agar lebih mudah dimengerti. Analisis bisnis model canvas salah satu hal yang paling penting dalam dunia bisnis dikarenakan BMC bisa digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengenalkan bisnis kepada pembeli. Dengan adanya analisis BMC, diharapkan kita dapat memberi saran penyajian yang cepat mengenai produk dan promosi. Pada akhirnya kami mampu mengulas strategi dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi ketahanan Istana helmet dalam menghadapi keadaan pandemi yang cukup merusak perekonomian dan kemampuan konsumsi masyarakat.
