Abstract

Manajemen kinerja adalah alat pengendalian manajemen perusahaan atau suatu proses yang dilakukan oleh manajer untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 7 orang menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi melalui 3 indikator penelitian yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kinerja di Kantor Hukum Sekretariat Sulawesi Utara masih kurang dalam intensitas kerja dan tindakan, serta kinerja dan beberapa program yang tidak terlaksana dengan baik. Sehubungan dengan evaluasi kinerja ini, sangat membantu untuk melihat sejauh mana hasil yang diharapkan sesuai dengan realitas yang ada.

Abstract

Satisfaction refers to the level of feelings after comparing the perceived performance or results within expectations.Higher education leads to a place or forum to produce qualified human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of Student Satisfaction on Academic Services at the Faculty of Social and Law Sciences, State University of Manado to improve quality-based service quality. This research was conducted in the even semester, namely in the academic year 2021/2022. The technique of collecting data is using a questionnaire. There has been no research conducted on the effect of academic services on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Social and Law Sciences, State University of Manado, so this research is expected to improve the quality of academic services. Based on the analysis results obtained Ŷ = 3.105 +1.114 x where academic services have a verifiable effect on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State University of Manado.The results of the correlation show that the value of r = 0.874 proves that the relationship between Academic Services (Variable X) and Student Satisfaction (Variable Y) has a close relationship.

Abstract

Hasil yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Terbentuknya karakter kebangsaan dalam diri Pemuda Desa Tondegesan; 2) Mengembangkan kemampuan Pemuda dalam memberikan keputusan baik-buruk; 3) Dapat mengidentifikasi masalah kurangnya kesadaran terhadap pentingnya penguatan karakter. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan ini adalah Penyuluhan dan Sosialisasi Penguatan Karakter Kebangsaan bagi Pemuda Desa Tondegesan Kecamatan Kawangkoan Kabupaten Minahasa. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menjadi lebih efektif dan berjalan dengan baik dengan memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman yang benar dan baik tentang pentingnya penguatan karakter kebangsaan melalui saluran yang tepat dan aktivitas yang diminati oleh masyarakat

Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze and describe the performance of freelance daily workers at the Legal Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The number of informants in this study was 8 people. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the performance of freelance daily workers at the Legal Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province is not yet optimal in terms of four indicators: 1) the quality of performance is still low, seen from the fact that there are still employees who are careless and careless in their work, 2) knowledge about work where understanding , abilities and suitability of work with the title they have are good, 3) productivity and initiative are not yet effective and efficient, this can be seen where employees have not worked optimally where they work only on the basis of orders from superiors, have not prioritized work over personal matters and not careful in working. 4) responsibility and cooperation, employees have not been able to take responsibility for the work, this can be seen from the lack of discipline in terms of time, employees have not been able to complete the work according to the time set, each employee can provide assistance just to help and has not been able to take action. work that is their expertise and collaboration is only carried out by fellow sub-divisions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana kinerja tenaga harian lepas pada Biro Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja tenaga harian lepas pada Biro Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara belum optimal ditinjau dari empat indikator 1) kualitas kinerja masih rendah dilihat dari masih adanya pegawai yang kurang cermat dan tidak teliti dalam bekerja, 2) pengetahuan tentang pekerjaan dimana pemahaman pemahaman, kemampuan, dan kesesuaian pekerjaan dengan gelar yang dimiliki sudah baik, 3) produktivitas dan inisiatif belum efektif dan efisien, hal ini terlihat dimana karyawan belum bekerja secara maksimal dimana mereka bekerja hanya atas dasar perintah dari atasan, belum mengutamakan pekerjaan dari pada urusan pribadi dan belum teliti dalam bekerja. 4) tanggung jawab dan kerjasama pegawai belum dapat bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kurangnya disiplin dalam hal waktu, pegawai belum dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan, setiap pegawai dapat memberikan bantuan hanya sekedar membantu dan belum dapat mengambil suatu pekerjaan yang menjadi keahliannya serta kerjasama hanya dilakukan sesama sub bagian.

Abstract

This research aims to describe community participation in paying land and building taxes in Bitung Barat Village, Dua Maesa District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Research location in West Bitung Village Two Maesa District, Bitung City. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used in research, namely Credibility, Transferability, Dependability, Confirmability. The results of the research show that it is concluded that community participation in paying land and building taxes in Bitung Barat Dua Village, Maesa District is based on 2 indicators, namely: 1). Related to the reason why people who are taxpayers do not pay taxes is due to a lack of motivation from the taxpayer community regarding the importance of paying land and building taxes. 2) the efforts made by the government to foster motivation and understanding among the taxpayer community, namely outreach to the taxpayer community, have not been accepted by the community, this means that there are still many people who are in arrears and are lazy about paying taxes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan partisipasi masyarakat dalam membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kelurahan Bitung Barat Kecamatan Dua Maesa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi Penelitian di Kelurahan Bitung Barat Dua Kecamatan Maesa Kota Bitung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian, yaitu Credibility, Transferability, Depenability, Confirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menyimpulkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kelurahan Bitung Barat Dua Kecamatan Maesa berdasarkan 2 indikator yaitu: 1). Terkait dengan penyebab masyarakat yang merupakan wajib pajak, tidak membayar pajak karena kurangnya motivasi dari masyarakat wajib pajak mengenai pentingnya membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan. 2) upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam menumbuhkan motivasi dan pemahaman bagi masyarakat wajib pajak yaitu sosialisasi kepada masyarakat wajib pajak belum dapat diterima oleh masyarakat, hal ini masih banyak masyarakat yang menunggak, malas, untuk membayar pajak.

Abstract

The Long-Term Development Plan for 2010-2025 in the Minahasa district, establishes its area as one of the tourist destinations in North Sulawesi. In fact, the number of tourists visiting both domestic and foreign countries to this district is still far from what is expected, the objectives of this study are: (1) To find out more about the factors that influence tourist visits in Minahasa District (2) To find out more how is the potential of tourism competitiveness in Minahasa District compared to other Districts / Cities in North Sulawesi Province. This type of research is primary research using descriptive quantitative approach. The data sources used in this study are primary data obtained through survey data collection techniques. Secondary data used in this study are scientific publications issued by related parties, for example BPS and Minahasa District Tourism and Culture Office. The population in this study are all foreign tourists and domestic tourists visiting tourist attractions in Minahasa Regency. The researchers took samples accidentally from tourists who visiting the Kanonang Loving Hill and Moraya Tondano Fortress. 50 people each for each place. The total sample in this study was 100 tourists. The research questionnaire was prepared based on research variables, namely: the quality of human resources, promotion of tourism, tourism facilities. The data collected is analyzed using percentages which reflect the most dominant factors that affect to tourist visits in Minahasa District.

Abstract

This research is aimed at identifying, describing and analyzing the performance evaluation of officers in the Capital Plantation and Integrated Services Department of One Door Minahasa Cabinet. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods. Data is collected through observation techniques, interviews and interviews, documentation. The results of this study, showing the quality of the work of the staff in the license area, is still less related to the standards of work applied by the office not fully implemented by the existing staff, such as operating computers or mastering IT. The still poor work culture also greatly affects the performance of the existing staff. And there are barriers that affect the quality of the performance of officials, that is, the limitation of resources and supplies that are still lacking and the minimum budget of the licensing field.

Abstract

This research aims to learn to analyze and describe the Implementation of Surveillance Policy by the Environmental Services of Minahasa District. The research method used is descriptive dermatative. The number of informants in this study is five. Data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis through Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the research show that the Programme of Action: the program of cleaning up the toubeke river is only carried out by the plumage and depletion. Here DLH contributes to the transportation of garbage. DLH provides fleet/facilitating vehicles and involves several officers. In 2023, he's already done twice a garbage cleaning program on the toubeke river. Executives: No special units have been assigned from the Environmental Services, adding that this lack of skilled personnel clearly constitutes an obstacle to enforcing supervisory functions. Results: From surveillance seen by DLH the toubeke river is still dirty These problems arise, among other things, because the laws made by the government are less stringent so that the people do not obey or do not perform as they ought to be as already laid down in the law.

Abstract

The implementation of free education must be guaranteed to be implemented in accordance with existing government policies. One of them is evaluating the implementation of free education. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the free senior high school education program in North Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a descriptive-qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the evaluation was carried out to measure the extent to which free education was successfully implemented effectively and efficiently. Evaluation of the implementation of free education programs certainly does not necessarily always go according to what has been determined. By analyzing according to the evaluation approach implemented at State Senior High Schools in North Sulawesi, it can be concluded that the implementation of free education evaluation still does not meet the criteria for efficiency, equity, accuracy and responsiveness.

Abstract

Suatu kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) telah dilaksanakan untuk memberdyakan masyarakat berwirausaha tani terpadu guna menunjang pariwisata pantai desa Marinsow Kecamatan Likupang Timur Minahasa Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi metode kombinasi metode Andragogik dan Pilot Project aplikasi teknlogi tepat guna usaha tani terintegrasi dengan mengoptimalkan lahan dan usaha tani Mitra berada persis di tepian jalan utama menuju kawasan wisata pantai Paal desa Marinsow. Berdasaran kegiatan sampai saat ini diperoleh hasil yaitu, (1) terfasilitasi upaya menghadirkan satu unit cultivator untuk revitalisasi pengolahan lahan pertanian, (2) terfasilitasi pengadaan mulsa plastic hitam perak (MPHP) dan peralatan pertanian lainnya untuk menunjang usaha budidaya tanaman pangan, (3) terfasiitasi pemasangan tower dan pengadaan satu unit tangki air untuk pemenuhan irigasi lahan pertanian saat musim kemarau, (4) terfasilitasi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pengolahan lahan menggunakan cultivator, (5) terfasilitasi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra memproduksi dan mengemas aneka produk kacang tanah menggunakan vacuum sealer dengan plastic vacuum emboose. (6) Terfasilitasi satu aplikasi pemasaran digital
