Abstract

Gizi mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam hidup manusia. Jika kekurangan gizi maka akan menimbulkan gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, jika tidak diatasi sedini mungkin maka akan berlanjut sepanjang hidupnya. Gizi juga dipandang sebagai faktor penentu yang penting dalam upaya mempertahankan kesehatan dan mencegah penyakit. Pengetahuan merupakan tahap awal dalam perubahan sikap dan perilaku. Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai gizi akan berdampak pada timbulnya masalah gizi yaitu kekurangan zat gizi atau bahkan kelebihan zat gizi. Implementasi yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan kesehatan tentang isi piringku. Isi piringku merupakan program bagi masyarakat dalam memahami bagaimana porsi makan yang tepat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk menambah pengetahuan Masyarakat RT 01 dan RT 23 di kelurahan 13 Ulu kecamatan Seberang Ulu Dua di kota Palembang tentang isi piringku. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan media leaflet dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pengetahuan masyarakat terutama ibu-ibu, mengenai gizi seimbang meningkat. Edukasi kesehatan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan yang akhirnya akan mempengaruhi sikap dan tindakan anak-anak untuk memperbaiki kebiasaan hidup sesuai dengan anjuran gizi seimbang dan mengetahui porsi makanan apa saja yang ada di isi piringku.

Abstract

Pendidikan kesehatan dapat menjadi salah satu sumber informasi remaja perempuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan Pernikahan dini masih menjadi masalah penting dalam kesehatan reproduksi perempuan di Indonesia. Banyak dampak yang dapat di timbulkan bagi kesehatan reproduski tentang pernikahan dini seperti masalah psikologis dan masalah kesehatan reroduksi bagi remaja itu sendiri. Tujuan kegiatan ini diharapkan kedepannya siswa dan siswi memahami tentang dampak dari perniakahan dini, serta agar siswidan siswi dapat memahami dan menyadari akan bahaya dari pernikahan dini baik dari segi kesehatan maupun segi sosial ekonomi dan dapat berpikir ulang untuk melakukan pernikahan dini. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara ceramah dan tanya jawab. Hasil terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan siswi tentang dampak dari pernikahan dini terutama bagi kesehatan reproduksi wanita dengan nilai hasil pre test sebanyak 56% baik dan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan pengetahuan siswa/siswi meningkat menjadi 82%. Untuk mencegah terjadi pernikahan dini sangat diperlukan peran bagi orang tua, tenaga kesehatan serta dukungan dari masyarakat untuk mencegah dan memamahi akan dampak dari pernikahan dini.

Abstract

The purpose of the Economic Care Day 2024 program at SMK Negeri 1 Merangin is to foster student leadership, creativity, teamwork, and sociopreneurship. Utilizing several interactive training sessions, practical exercises, and realistic business simulations, this program seeks to equip students to become creative and socially conscious entrepreneurs. Four major areas are the program's focus: The first is Leadership Development, which teaches students how to make decisions, solve problems, and manage a team; the second is Creativity Enhancement, which promotes creative thinking and solution-based entrepreneurship; the third is Collaboration Training, which stresses teamwork and good communication; and the fourth is Sociopreneurship Education, which introduces the idea of business models that put profit and social.  Economic Care Day 2024 reaches 146 students as participants aim to equip students with strong social entrepreneurship knowledge, enhanced leadership, teamwork abilities, and an expanded entrepreneurial attitude. Through experiential learning, workshops, case studies, and mentorship, students are equipped to contribute to their communities and the global economy

Abstract

Job performance is an important issue in an organization, including educational institutions. In this particular setting, this study was carried out to investigate the significance of job involvement and job engagement, facilitated by organizational commitment in elucidating job efficiency for teachers and staffs of SMA Negeri 2 Merangin. The population was 60 employees consisting of teachers and staffs. Total sampling was used since the population was under 100 people. Hypothesis development would be tested by Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study results show that job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment with bootstrap results of 0.367 with a t-count value of 3.274<t-table 1.96 with a P-value of 0.047>0.05. Furthermore, job involvement can influence organizational commitment significantly and positively with bootstrap results of 0.547 with a t-count value of 5.879>t-table 1.96 with a P-value of 0.000<0.05. Likewise, organizational commitment can influence job performance significantly and positively with bootstrap results of 0.279 with a t-count value of 2.052>t-table 1.96 with a P-value of 0.041<0.05. Then, organizational commitment can indirectly mediate job satisfaction which is 0.102 or 10.2%, and job involvement 0.179 or 17.9% toward job performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh kondisi operasi yang efektif agar tannin yang dihasilkan maksimal.Penelitian ini akan mengamati pengaruh konsentrasi pelarut, ukuran bahan, suhu pengeringan dan waktu ekstraksi terhadap kadar tannin yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara ekstraksi dan distilasi dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan ekstrak tannin. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa terhadap kadar tannin yang telah diperoleh dengan cara titrasi yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh besarnya kadar tannin yang diperoleh dari setap sampel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pelarut etanol 96% sebagai pelarut yang lebih baik dan efektif untuk melakukan ekstraksi dibandingkan dengan pelarut etanol 70 % dimana kadar tannin yang dihasilkan adalah 10,50 % pada t=5 jam. Begitu juga ekstraksi daun yang digiling diperoleh kadar tannin yang lebih besar daripada ekstraksi daun yang tidak digiling. Selain itu pula, pada suhu pengeringan 70 C diperoleh kadar tannin yang lebih besar daripada suhu pengeringan 50 C. Setiap penambahan waktu ekstraksi ternyata kadar tannin terus meningkat sampai titik jenuh pada waktu ekstraksi 6 jam dengan menggunakan etanol 96 % sebesar 12,29 % sedangkan titik jenuh etanol 70 % terjadi pada t=5 jam sebesar 7,56%.

Abstract

Internships are widely recognized as a vital component of higher education, providing students with practical experience and enhancing their employability. This research reviews existing literature to examine the impact of internships on the development of professional skills. This study employs a quantitative research method. The data in this study consists of responses regarding professional skills, social skills, and internship placements obtained through a questionnaire on Google Forms. The respondents in this study totaled 49 individuals who are participants of MSIB internship program in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, which come from universities all over Indonesia, including the University of Indonesia, Gadjah Mada University, Airlangga University, Malang State University, Brawijaya University, and Bandung Institute of Technology. The data obtained was then analyzed descriptively with the help of the SPSS application. At the MSIB internship program in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk 96.74% of students stated that they gained advantages regarding professional skill while attending the internships program, while 96.16% of students were satisfied with the learning process during the internship. The findings indicate that internships significantly improve various competencies essential for career success, including effective communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, stress tolerance, and decision-making. Internships also offer valuable insights into specific industries, clarify career goals, and provide opportunities for networking. Despite the overwhelmingly positive impact, areas such as leadership development and career relevance require further attention. The study suggests integrating structured internship programs into academic curricula, enhancing leadership opportunities, aligning placements with career aspirations, and providing training on soft skills. By implementing these recommendations, educational institutions and organizations can maximize the benefits of internships, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their professional careers.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out whether there is a correlation between compensation and the performance of teachers and staff at MTs Syekh Maulana Qori. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlational. The population in this study were all teachers and staff at MTs Syekh Maulana Qori, with a total of 15 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique so the sample used in this study was the entire MTs Syekh Maulana Qori staff, totaling 15 people. The main research data were obtained from respondents' questionnaire answers which were constructed from each indicator of the two research variables. After the data is declared normal and homogeneous then the research is continued. In order to answer the research hypothesis, a T-test was carried out by considering the value of T count and the value of sig. The results of the analysis showed that the t count value was 3.332 > t table 2.131 and the sig. 0.47 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which also means that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on the performance of teachers and staff of MTS Syekh Maulana Qori. The results of the study also obtained an R square value of 0.795 or 79.6% compensation can contribute to the performance of teachers and staff of MTs Syekh Maulana Qori. So that compensation is highly recommended to be considered and carried out in order to provide a sense of justice for teachers and staff who have dedicated themselves to MTs Syekh Maulana Qori. Of course, their performance will have a direct, both positive and negative impact on student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by teacher satisfaction on Tahfidzil Quran Lebay Yasin Boarding School. A quantitative approach and explanatory research will be used in this research. Primary data comes from questionnaires of variables, while secondary data comes from school data, textbooks, and journals. The population were 41. The sample was used through non-probability sampling purposive sampling, were 41. The data analysis techniques used SEM PLS by SmartPLS 3. The results of this study indicate that there was significant direct effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance t-statistic 2.444 > 1.96 p-value 0.015 or (p < 0.05), transformational leadership on teacher satisfaction t- statistic 10.319 > 1.96 p-value 0.00 or (p < 0.05), teacher satisfaction on teacher performance t-statistic t-statistic 21.404 > 1.96 p-value 0.00 or (p < 0.05), The result also discovered that there was significant indirect effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by teacher satisfaction t-statistic 8.232 > 1.96 p-value 0.00 or (p < 0.05). So, the school leader was recommended to empower and develop peer relationships in order to achieve teacher performance effectively.

Abstract

The training includes introducing the concept of packaging, the benefits of packaging, packaging design, and making packaging product. Kemplang crackers, Rengginang, Chips, and Pempek are commodities produced by the SMEs assisted by the PPMK in Prabumulih City. However, the packaging is inadequate so that it is not feasible to be marketed to a wider market such as minimarkets, hotels, or other modern markets. The result of this training is that participants understand the importance of adequate packaging so the product has value-added and can increase product competitiveness. Participants become skilled in packaging after packaging practice. We recommend that the training program for packaging craft products be continued by providing packaging tools so that more groups of craftsmen can experience the benefits. The training participants are expected to be able to take an active role in improving the quality of the product and pass the knowledge they have gained to other craftsmen in their area.

Abstract

The integration of digitalization in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has become a cornerstone in enabling these businesses to thrive within an increasingly competitive and dynamic marketplace. This study, based on data from a survey of 5,553 MSMEs, examines the impact of digitalization on financial inclusion and enterprise productivity. The findings reveal that digitalization reduces MSMEs' dependence on traditional banking systems for credit, facilitating access to alternative financing options through internet-based technologies. Moreover, advancements in technology contribute to increased bank loans and improved MSME productivity by overcoming conventional barriers to financial inclusion and reaching previously underserved segments of the MSME sector. The adoption of formal business status fosters structured and organized operations, thereby enhancing overall performance, while the mere longevity of a business does not guarantee increased productivity. Additionally, improved financial management skills acquired through training are shown to diminish reliance on traditional bank financing. The study also highlights the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, including lockdown measures, supply chain disruptions, and changes in consumer behavior, which collectively led to a decline in MSME productivity.
