The sample used for this study is companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2019 period. There are 20 companies that are sampled in this study purposively. To determine the company's performance, a ratio of ROA and ROE is used for comparison. In this study using regression methods and individual tests (t-tests). The results of this study show that cash ownership does not have a significant relationship with company performance. Abstract

This article aims to examine the impact of working capital management and family ownership on the profitability and liquidity of family-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The research utilizes a quantitative approach by analyzing financial data about working capital, family ownership, profitability, and company liquidity. The data used in the study is obtained from publicly available financial reports of family-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection is conducted through a thorough review of documentation. The research sample consists of active family-owned companies that possess complete data for analysis. Multiple linear regression is employed to assess the relationship between working capital management, family ownership, profitability, and company liquidity. The findings reveal that both working capital management and family ownership significantly influence the profitability and liquidity of family firms. These findings offer valuable insights for family firm management to enhance their financial performance. Effective management of working capital can contribute to improved profitability and liquidity, while family ownership also plays a crucial role in determining the financial performance of family-owned companies. Furthermore, in addition to its practical implications, this research contributes theoretically to the existing literature on working capital management and family ownership, specifically in the context of family-owned companies in Indonesia.

The research sample used was conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2022. Data was taken from time series data for 2019 - 2022 for the independent variable and bank performance as the dependent variable. The methodology of this research is OLS with Eviews 12 software. The findings in this research are that Liquidity, Bank Size, Operational Efficiency, Asset Quality, CAR, NPL, LDR, Asset Share, Average Exchange Rate, and Inflation Rate simultaneously influence the performance of conventional banks. Bank size, operational efficiency, asset quality, CAR, and NPL, have a significant effect on changes in conventional bank performance as measured by ROA. Bank Size, Operational Efficiency, CAR, NPL have a significant effect on changes in conventional bank performance as measured by ROE. Bank size, operational efficiency, CAR, NPL, LDR, and inflation rate have a significant effect on changes in conventional bank performance as measured by NIM. Bank Size and CAR have a positive and significant effect on changes in conventional bank performance, while Operational Efficiency and NPL have a negative and significant effect on changes in conventional bank performance. Banks can take advantage of large bank size and CAR opportunities to improve their performance so that investors are interested in buying bank shares. Operational efficiency and low and controlled NPL will increase banking profits, especially in conventional banks, thereby improving the bank's performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input for banks and investors to consider bank size, operational efficiency, CAR, and NPL in managing their business and in making investment decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence stock prices. The independent variables in this research are book value per share, dividends per share, earnings per share, operating cash flow per share, and return on assets, while the dependent variable is the stock price. The research sample used 45 (forty-five) consumer cyclical industry companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the analytical method panel data regression. The results of the research explain that operating cash flow per share has a book value per share, dividends per share, and operating cash flow per share have a significant effect on stock prices, but earnings per share and return on assets have no effect on stock prices. The implication of the research that has been done is to provide direction for financial managers regarding the value relevance of financial information which can be seen from the book value per share, dividends per share, earnings per share, operating cash flow, and return on assets on stock prices. This research result is useful in the process of deciding on policies and assessing company performance. Meanwhile, the investors provide information that there is a strong relationship between financial information and stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test credit risk management on financial performance measured by return on assets and return on equity at commercial banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2020-2022. The data was collected from 44 banks and examined by applying standard descriptive statistics and the random effect model for hypothesis testing. It is concluded from the regression outcomes that only loan to deposit ratio which has not a significant impact to return on asset but only loan to deposit ratio, risk asset ratio, and size are have a significant impact to return on equity. Based on these findings, it is suggested that bank companies must watch carefully the loans’ performance and analyze thoroughly the clients’ credit history an ability to pay back their debts prior to any approval of loan applications. The researchers recommend that future studies on credit risk management influence on banks’ financial performance should consider more independent variables and longer periods of study such as twenty or thirty years to have more accuracy and generalized results.
