Abstract

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still lower than the specified amount. In Bengkulu Province, especially in Bengkulu City, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is only around 61.9% and it was found that the lowest was at the Kandang Community Health Center in Bengkulu City with a percentage of (27.0%). Objective: This research is to determine the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding for babies 0-6 months in the Kandang Community Health Center working area, Bengkulu City in 2024. Methodology: This type of research uses a cross-sectional research method with the Accidental Sampling technique. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies 7-12 months in the Kandang Community Health Center working area, Bengkulu City in 2024, totaling 99 mothers. Data collection used the Chi-Square Test and Multivariate Logistic Regression Test. Research: The results of the study show that there is a relationship between knowledge with a P-value of 0.003, there is no relationship with husband's support with a P-value of 0.875 and there is no relationship with the role of health workers with a P-value of 0.424 in giving exclusive breastfeeding. The most dominant factor influencing exclusive breastfeeding is knowledge with a value of OR= 3.521. Conclusions and Suggestions: Suggestions to health workers, especially midwives, are expected to be able to provide information about giving exclusive breastfeeding to pregnant women or to mothers during the exclusive breastfeeding period by providing education through classes for pregnant women or through counseling when conducting posyandu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak penggunaan Dramaturgi Instagram terhadap perilaku sosial keagamaan mahasiswa di era digital. Platform media sosial, terutama Instagram, telah menjadi panggung virtual di mana mahasiswa memainkan peran-peran sosial mereka, termasuk dalam konteks identitas keagamaan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana mahasiswa menggunakan Instagram untuk membentuk, mengekspresikan, dan mengelola identitas keagamaan mereka, serta dampaknya terhadap interaksi sosial dan persepsi keagamaan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan analisis konten terhadap akun Instagram mahasiswa yang secara eksplisit mengekspresikan identitas keagamaan mereka. Data yang dianalisis mencakup pemilihan foto, caption, hashtag, dan interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan sejumlah mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang pengalaman dan pemikiran mereka terkait dramaturgi keagamaan di Instagram.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menggunakan Dramaturgi Instagram secara aktif untuk menciptakan narasi keagamaan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan keyakinan mereka. Mereka memilih konten yang mencerminkan aktivitas keagamaan, berbagi kutipan agama, dan terlibat dalam interaksi sosial dengan komunitas keagamaan di platform tersebut. Dampak dari dramaturgi keagamaan ini juga mencakup pengaruh terhadap persepsi dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap nilai-nilai keagamaan

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Direct Learning Model (DLM) integrated with animated media in improving student learning outcomes on the topic of heat and expansion in junior high school. Initial observations at SMP Negeri 3 Muara Tiga revealed that conventional DLM was predominantly teacher-centred, lacked engaging media, and resulted in student boredom and low retention. To address this issue, the study employed animated media, which has the advantage of concretising abstract scientific concepts and enhancing student motivation. This research utilised a mixed-method approach combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. The design applied was a one-group pre-test and post-test model. The sample consisted of seventh-grade students selected through cluster random sampling. Data were collected through multiple-choice tests and interviews. The pre-test and post-test assessed cognitive outcomes, while interviews explored students’ difficulties in understanding physics concepts using animated media. The results showed a significant improvement in learning outcomes, with the average pre-test score of 60.1 increasing to 81 in the post-test. The N-Gain score was 0.5, indicating a moderate improvement. Statistical analysis also confirmed a significant correlation between the use of animated media and enhanced learning outcomes. In conclusion, the implementation of the Direct Learning Model using animated media positively affects student learning outcomes in science, especially on abstract topics like heat and expansion. However, some students experienced challenges, particularly in connecting animation with scientific concepts, indicating the need for scaffolding in media integration.

Abstract

This article explores the principles of Islamic education developed by Imam Al-Zarnuji in his book Ta‘lim al-Muta‘allim, as well as their relevance to modern educational practices. Using a literature review method with a qualitative approach, this study analyzes key principles such as sincerity of intention in seeking knowledge, respect for teachers, the importance of patience, applying knowledge, choosing beneficial knowledge, and the emphasis on manners and discipline in learning. Al-Zarnuji also outlines the characteristics of an ideal teacher, which include being knowledgeable (ʿālim), pious (wara’), authoritative, patient, and compassionate. The findings show that the educational principles in Ta‘lim al-Muta‘allim remain relevant in shaping holistic, value-oriented learning and in supporting the development of student character amid global challenges and the digital era. Al-Zarnuji’s educational values have the potential to serve as a strong ethical and philosophical framework for designing meaningful, civilized, and character-oriented educational systems.

Abstract

Angka kejadian ruptur perineum pada primipara persalinan normal adalah sekitar 88,9%. Piper crocatum extract atau ekstrak daun sirih merah diketahui mempunyai kandungan kimia yang berefek antiseptik dan antibakteri. Sebagian besar persalinan normal di Kota Bengkulu mengalami ruptur spontan atau episiotomi. Dari 10 persalinan, ada 7 pasien yang mengalami robekan perineum dan kering rata-rata dalam 7 hari, dengan perawatan menggunakan iodin atau merendam/ cebok rebusan daun sirih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menilai efektivitas penyembuhan luka perineum ibu nifas dengan menggunakan daun sirih merah dan obat antiseptik. Metode penelitian quasi eksperimental, populasi ibu pospartum dengan luka perineum yang ditolong oleh bidan praktik mandiri. Sampel perlakuan 35 orang dan kelompok kontrol 35 orang. Sampel diambil secara accidental sampling. Waktu penelitian bulan Mei – Agustus 2012 di Kota Bengkulu. Variabel lainnya yaitu status kesehatan, obat antibiotik dan status gizi. Analisis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata lama penyembuhan luka perineum menggunakan infusum sirih merah adalah 2-3 hari sedangkan pada kelompok obat antiseptik rata-rata lama penyembuhan 5 – 6 hari, artinya bahwa daun sirih merah lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan iodine dalam perawatan luka perineum pada masa pospartum. The incidence of perineal rupture in primiparous normal deliveries is 88.9%. Piper crocatum Extract or red betel leaf extract are known contained antiseptic and antibacterial effect. Mostly normal deliveries in Bengkulu City experienced spontaneous rupture or episiotomy. From 10 births, 7 patients experienced perineal laceration and were dry in 7 days by treatment using iodine or soak/ wiping with betel leaf decoction. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of red betel leaf in healing perineal wound of postpartum mother in Independent Practice Midwife in Bengkulu City 2013. The method of this study was quasi-experimental. The population was mothers with postpartum perineal wounds who attended by independent midwive practice. 35 sample as treatment group and 35 people as control group. Sample was taken by accidental samplingthis study doing at month May – August 2012 in The Bengkulu City. Other variables are health status, antibiotics and nutritional status. Analysis using the Mann-Whitney Test. The result of this study showed that the avarage length of perineal wound healing using infusum of red betel leaf was 2-3 days, while in group iodine was 5-6 days, meaning that red betel leaf is more effective compared with iodine in wound care in the puerperium.

Abstract

IPA adalah ilmu yang mempelajari fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi di alam, guru yang hanya menjadikan buku sebagai sumber bahan ajar kurang dapat membantu siswa untuk memahami konsep fisika, dibutuhkan suatu media pembelajaran interaktif sebagai bahan ajar yang kreatif dan inovatif, Salah satu media interaktif adalah media simulasi PhET (Physics education technology) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep materi hukum dasar kimia disekitar kita pada SMAN 1 Delima. Jenis metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan model rancangan One- Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Analisis instrumen tes menggunakan uji-t dapat diketahui bahwa data Post-test kelas eksperimen memiliki thitung ttabel  yaitu 9,08 1,69. Analisis peningkatan pemahaman konsep dengan skor N-Gain yaitu 0,528 kategori sedang. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik terhadap pemanfaaatan bahan ajar dengan media simulasi pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Delima.Kata Kunci : Bahan Ajar, Media Simulasi, Pemahaman konsep

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN 19 Rabangodu Utara Kota Bima Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Peneliti ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen, jenis Quasi Eksperimental Design tipe Nonequivalent Control Grup Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 19 Rabangodu Utara tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini tes hasil belajar kognitif (Pretest-posttest) untuk memperoleh data hasil belajar matematika. Instrument pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar sebanyak 30 butir soal yang telah memenuhi validitas. Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan t-tes polled varian. Sebelum melakukan uji hipotesis data yang diperoleh terlebih dahulu diuji normalitas dan homogenitas data, berdasarkan perhitungan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t diperoleh thitung 5,59 sedangkan t tabel 2,011 pada taraf signifikansi 5% sehingga thitung 5,59 > 2,011 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti bahwa trdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN 19 Rabangodu Utara Kota Bima Tahu Pelajaran 2020/2021.

Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat Makassar terhadap konsumsi sayur, kini semakin banyak orang yang membuka bisnis penjualan sayuran. Bisnis ini merupakan bisnis yang menjanjikan, karena sudah menjadi bagian penghasilan utama bagi warga Makassar selain kepopulerannya di bidang wisata dan kuliner. Keadaan yang diamati sekarang pada salah satu toko grosir sayuran yaitu Toko Baso Ewang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengendalikan persediaan stok barang. Dimana, sering terjadi kelebihan atau kekurangan stok dalam penjualannya. Untuk membantu para pengambil keputusan dalam menentukan ketersediaan jenis sayuran dengan jumlah yang tepat, maka dibuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode K-means Clustering dan double exponential smoothing. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bawang daun, kentang, kubis, wortel, cabai rawit, tomat sebagai komoditi terlaris. Selain itu, dari hasil yang diperoleh, dinyatakan bahwa kembang kol petsai atau sawi, lobak, kacang merah, kacang panjang, cabai besar, terung, buncis, ketimun, labu siam, kangkung, bayam, melinjo, paprika, dan jamur sebagai komoditi tidak laris.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of multimedia in integrated learning on mathematics learning outcomes in fourth grade elementary school students. This research uses a quantitative Meta Analysis method, this research uses calculations using effect size analysis techniques. The sample taken was 15 students at SDN Inpres Sambitangga to determine the effect of multimedia in integrated learning on student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in elementary schools. The calculated effect size result was 0.7 and looking at the interpretation of the effect size, it was included in the medium category. It was concluded that the application of multimedia in integrated learning on mathematics learning outcomes had a moderate influence on fourth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) for 2020 pregnant women class activities in each health center. The aim of the research is to know the factors that influence the participation of mothers in the implementation of classes for pregnant women in the working area of ??the Kandang Health Center in Bengkulu City. This type of research is an analytic descriptive research with a cross-sectional research design approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women with gestational age ? 37 weeks in the Working Area of ??the Kandang Health Center from January 2023 to February 5 2023 as many as 43 pregnant women, using a total sampling technique. The result of adequate knowledge is 62,8%, husband's support is 55.8%, multipara/grande parity is 60.5%, 53.5% is with low economy, pregnant women class participation is not active as much as 65.1%. The results of the bivariate analysis test obtained a p-value = ? ? 0.05 which showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge, husband's support, parity, and the economy. In multivariate analysis, the most dominant factor was parity in the mother. It is suggested to holders of the pregnant women class program to provide more interesting, innovative and adaptive material. Create a whatsapp group to provide info, remind you of the schedule.
