Abstract

This study aims to describe how the application of monopoly game media in mathematical arithmetic operations learning in class III MIM Talang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were III grade students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data using the method triangulation technique. After the collected data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman interactive analysis techniques. The results showed that planning mathematics learning by applying monopoly game media was carried out by preparing a lesson plan, monopoly game materials, and designing a series of monopoly game activities. The application of this monopoly game media received a positive response from students. Supporting factors for the application of monopoly game media to mathematical arithmetic operations include: the basic materials for making monopoly are easy to obtain and inexpensive, students actively participate, there is support from the school, and students feel like they are playing while learning. While the inhibiting factors include: class conditions that are not conducive because there are some students who are busy alone, students have difficulty answering the questions on the monopoly card, and time constraints. Solutions to overcoming these obstacles include: the teacher needs to recognize student characteristics, the teacher does ice breaking, students ask the teacher about difficulties answering questions, choose questions that are more focused and relevant to fit the existing time limit, and the teacher holds class sessions to help students who need understanding of the material.

Abstract

In the digital era, technology integration in learning is one of the solutions to increase student motivation and participation. One innovation that has been implemented is the use of digital-based interactive media, such as Kahoot, which is designed to make the learning process more interesting. This study aims to: 1) describe the planning of Kahoot media application in Indonesian language learning, 2) describe the application of Kahoot media in Indonesian language learning, 3) describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of Kahoot media application in Indonesian language learning, and 4) describe solutions to overcome the inhibiting factors of Kahoot media in Indonesian language learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research design is a case study involving research subjects in the form of 1 teacher and fifth grade students of Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong Elementary School. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Efforts to test the validity of data using triangulation of sources and techniques.  The data obtained were then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research can contribute to the development of more engaging and interactive teaching methods, as well as support teachers in designing more effective teaching strategies. Additionally, the findings of this research can provide guidance for other schools to integrate technology into the learning process, thereby enhancing the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kegiatan Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an (BTA) melalui media Iqro’ dalam pembelajaran Al-Islam di sekolah dasar. Kegiatan BTA merupakan kegiatan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan BTA pada siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru kelas 1, dan siswa kelas 1 SD Muhammadiyah PK Baturan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Selanjutnya data akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan tiga alur analisis data, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media Iqro’ yang diajarkan pada siswa disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Iqro’ berdasarkan jilid 1 sampai dengan 6. Kegiatan BTA dilaksanakan pada hari senin sampai hari jumat setelah siswa melaksanakan sholat dhuha. Berdasarkan kelompok yang telah dibagi, siswa membaca buku Iqro’ yang akan disimak oleh guru. Sedangkan kemampuan menulis Al-Qur’an diimplementasikan melalui pembelajaran Al-Islam. Dengan demikian siswa lebih mudah mengenal dan memahami huruf-huruf hijaiyah sesuai dengan tingkat kesulitannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas persepsi guru terhadap tantangan dan peluang dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusif . Pendidikan inklusif penting untuk memastikan semua anak, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, mendapatkan pendidikan yang setara. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tantangan, peluang, serta strategi guru dalam menghadapinya. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada guru dan kepala sekolah. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasilnya menunjukkan tantangan meliputi keterbatasan keterampilan guru, perbedaan jenis kebutuhan siswa, dan sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai. Peluang termasuk dukungan pihak sekolah dan kesempatan pembelajaran setara. Upaya yang dilakukan mencakup pelatihan guru, peningkatan fasilitas, serta kolaborasi dengan orang tua. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya penguatan pelatihan guru dan dukungan kebijakan untuk optimalisasi pendidikan inklusif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air di SD Negeri Jatisobo 03 melalui berbagai metode pembelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi studi kasus yang dipadukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn), wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, instruktur, dan siswa, serta dokumentasi berupa buku, jurnal, catatan, dan dokumen lainnya. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi prosedur. Dalam proses analisis data digunakan metodologi Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data naratif atau tabular, dan penyusunan kesimpulan setelah dilakukan penelitian mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai penanaman cinta tanah air terintegrasi dalam kurikulum PKn, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti Pramuka, dan pendekatan budaya dan teknologi kreatif. Menghargai jasa para pahlawan nasional, menggunakan produk dalam negeri, menghargai keindahan alam dan budaya Indonesia, menghafal lagu-lagu daerah, dan memilih berwisata ke daerah merupakan lima indikator yang digunakan untuk menanamkan karakter cinta tanah air. Keberhasilan program ini didukung oleh peran aktif sekolah, guru, siswa, orang tua, dan komunitas. Namun, kendala seperti kurangnya kesadaran orang tua, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan padatnya kurikulum tetap menjadi tantangan. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, sekolah meningkatkan komunikasi dengan orang tua, melatih guru, serta menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan teknologi digital. Dengan strategi ini, diharapkan pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air dapat berjalan optimal dan membentuk generasi yang nasionalis dan cinta bangsa.

Abstract

The challenges of the 21st century require students to be responsive to advances in science and technology. Students need to prepare 21st century skills known as 4C (Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaborative, and Creativity). So that in learning there needs to be integration of 21st century skills combined with thematic learning. This study aims to analyse the integration of 21st century skills in thematic learning in elementary schools. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were teachers and third grade students. Data collection techniques are using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity technique used is triangulation. The data obtained will be analysed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the integration of 21st century skills in thematic learning are shown through the activities carried out during learning. 21st century skills are integrated through discussion activities, solving problems that require high-order thinking skills, conveying arguments, and the ability to think with creative, innovative, and imaginative ideas. Through these learning activities, it can be concluded that the integration of 21st century skills in thematic learning is able to increase student activity in learning, increase potential, develop student skills, develop soft skill and hard skill competencies possessed by students in mastering thematic learning at school.

Abstract

The attitude of nationalism must be instilled in every citizen from the earliest possible age because due to the influence of globalization and the rapid progress of the times, concerns about the fading of nationalism in the nation's generation are becoming increasingly clear. By instilling the value of nationalism in Civics learning, it provides space and a place for teachers to instill nationalist values in students as much as possible at every opportunity starting from the introduction of learning to closing. This study aims to describe the strategies for instilling nationalist values, as well as the obstacles and their solutions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews,s and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study say that the role and strategy of teachers and schools in instilling nationalist values is quite good, the management of obstacles is also excellent thanks to the teacher's experience and ability to find solutions.

Abstract

Penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan media yang menarik tentu dapat mendukung peningkatan motivasi siswa untuk belajar sehingga suasana belajar menjadi tidak monoton terutama pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Salah satu inovasi yang telah diterapkan adalah penggunaan media interaktif, seperti Jengga Balok, yang dirancang untuk membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan perencanaan penerapan media Jengga Balok dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, 2) mendeskripsikan penerapan media Jengga Balok dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, 3) mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat penerapan media Jengga Balok dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, dan 4) mendeskripsikan solusi untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat media Jengga Balok dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Desain penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan melibatkan informan yaitu 1 kepala sekolah, 1 orang guru, dan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Jurug. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Upaya uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis data primer dan sekunder melalui hasil penelitian terdahulu berupa karya tulis yang sesuai dengan tema penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Jengga Balok sebagai sarana pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Jurug terlaksana dengan baik dan juga maksimal digunakan. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan metode pengajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif, serta mendukung guru dalam merancang strategi pengajaran yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, temuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi sekolah lain untuk mengintegrasikan media konkret ke dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Agroforestry management in dry land in Dompu Regency is important and strategic in efforts to improve resource sustainability and community welfare, namely by combining forestry and agricultural elements to create a sustainable and adaptive farming system to environmental changes. This paper aims to: (1) describe the concept and role of agroforestry in dry land farming; (2) analyze agroforestry management in realizing a sustainable farming system in Dompu Regency from an ontology perspective, and (3) analyze agroforestry models that can be developed in dry land farming in Dompu Regency. The method used in this study is a literature review: Data is analyzed descriptively. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Agroforestry is an integrated land management approach that integrates elements of forestry, agriculture, and livestock in one system to produce ecological and economic benefits simultaneously. (2) The application of agroforestry in Dompu Regency requires a multidimensional approach based on a comprehensive ontological understanding, covering physical and biological aspects, time dynamics, socio-economics, as well as axiological and epistemological dimensions; and (3) Several agroforestry models that have the potential to be developed in the dry land areas of Dompu Regency include: alley cropping (alley planting), silvopasture (combining trees and livestock), multistrata (tiered) systems, and intensive yard gardens. The selection of the right model must be adjusted to the biophysical characteristics of the land, the socio-economic conditions of the community, and the capacity of local institutions so that its implementation can run optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

Community service activities were carried out at the Sugih Hati Farmers Group which develops various seasonal horticultural crops (i.e. chili, tomato, watermelon and melon) on Vertisols land in Kawo Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok. This activity aims to popularize appropriate technology in the form of biochar-based organic fertilizers to increase soil fertility and horticultural crop productivity. The use of biochar in this agricultural land is an alternative solution to improve soil quality, namely by increasing the organic matter content of the soil, water and nutrient efficiency, and reducing soil acidity due to the use of high-analysis inorganic fertilizers. Dissemination activities have been carried out using participatory methods by involving members of the farmer groups and agricultural entrepreneurs in focused discussion activities. The results of the dissemination process reported that farmers played an active role in expressing various problems and challenges faced in farming, namely land management problems, especially fertilizer management, management of planting systems/cropping patterns and control of plant pests and diseases. Thus, they agreed to utilize biochar in the planting system. The discussion also discussed the phenomenon of climate change as one of the obstacles to horticultural crop cultivation, especially drought. Farmers are very enthusiastic in understanding the business prospects of horticultural crops, especially to meet the demand of hotels, restaurants and other tourism activities particularly in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (MSEZ), well known as KEK Mandalika.
