Abstract

The coffee shop business that is growing very rapidly lately has also made competition to continue to increase. So that requires every coffee shop owner to pay attention and balance every need and desire of consumers in order to create satisfaction and trust. Service quality and sales promotion is one of the factors that can influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of each indicator (1) Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions (Study at Kromosom 78 Cafe in Bogor City). (2) Sales Promotion on Purchasing Decisions (Study at Kromosom 78 Cafe in Bogor City). (3) to determine how the Effect of Service Quality and Sales Promotion together on Purchasing Decisions (Study at Kromosom 78 Cafe in Bogor City). This study uses quantitative methods and data collection is carried out by distributing online questionnaires to visitors to the Kromosom cafe, with a total sample of 150 people. With the analysis technique using multiple regression analysis processed with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPPS 23) program. The results obtained from this study are as follows: (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Kromosom 78 Cafe with a regression coefficient value of 0.028 and a significant value of 0.000. (2) Sales Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Kromosom 78 Cafe with a regression coefficient value of 0.845 and has a significance value of 0.000. (3) Service Quality and Sales Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Kromosom 78 Cafe with an F value of 165.165 and greater than the F table value of 3.06 with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Product Quality and Price Discounts on Interest in Buying Wuling Products. The data of this study were obtained from a questionnaire distributed to prospective consumers who have an interest in buying Wuling products, marked by a walk-in at Wuling Bogor dealerships from March 1, 2020 to May 31, 2020 with a total of 65 respondents treated. This research uses quantitative research methods with multiple linear analysis methods as a hypothesis testing tool. The results of this study indicate that the Product Quality variable has no influence on the Wuling Product Purchase Interest. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Application Quality on Shopee Customer Satisfaction in Bogor, (2) the effect of Service Quality on Shopee Customer Satisfaction in Bogor, and (3) The Effect of Application Quality and Service Quality together on Shopee Customer Satisfaction in Bogor. The sample used in this study was 385 samples of Bogor city residents who had shopped or used Shopee. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, where theoretical testing is carried out by measuring the research variables numerically and analyzing the data. In this study using primary data obtained directly from respondents who will be collected through a questionnaire. And using SPSS as a tool to solve problems. The questionnaire in this study uses a Likert scale as a measurement scale for research instruments. Based on the descriptive results on each variable, it shows that the independent variables Application Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction (Y). This can be seen from the results of the analysis of the testing of each variable X and Y, both partial testing (t test) and simultaneous testing (f test). Abstract

The butterfly and the double butterfly theorem are applied to a circle. In this paper, we will modify the double butterfly theorem on an ellipse. The method of proving the double butterfly theorem on an ellipse can be done if Haruki’s lemma can apply to any ellipse. Thus, in this paper will also be given a modified Haruki’s lemma on an ellipse.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of the agribusiness system to vegetable farmers which includes the production facilities sub-system, cultivation sub-system, handling and post-harvest sub-system and product marketing sub-system and to determine the effect of implementing the agribusiness system on the income level of vegetable farmers. The research was conducted using the survey method. A survey is research that takes samples from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. Meanwhile, the sampling method used was Stratified Purposive Sampling. Based on the results of research regarding the influence of the application of the agribusiness subsystem on the income of vegetable farmers, it can be concluded as follows: The application of the vegetable agribusiness system has been implemented well by respondents, especially in the production and marketing facilities subsystem. The independent variables of the production facilities subsystem (X1), farming subsystem (X2), post-harvest handling and processing subsystem (X3) and marketing subsystem (X4) which have a significant effect on income are the production and marketing facilities subsystem, because they have a smaller P-value from real level = α 0.05. Meanwhile, the post-harvest handling and processing subsystem has no real effect on income, because it has a P-value greater than the real level = α 0.05.

Abstract

A part of the triangular fuzzy numbers, is what we call pentagonal fuzzy numbers. Plentyof alternatives for fuzzy pentagonal numbers are suggested by some writers. Particularlyfor scalar summation, subtraction, and multiplication, there is no enormous diversity.However, for multiplication, division, and inverse as well, there are so many algebraicoptions proposed by various scholars. Some writers defined the form of inverse for pentagonal fuzzy numbers in parametric. But it does not always result in identity. Sucha thing will also have implications in the process of how to invers the pentagonal fuzzynumbers matric. This paper proposes an alternative method to decide the inverse ofpentagonal fuzzy numbers, in the form of parametric. The first thing to do is toconstruct two midpoint for any pentagonal fuzzy. The midpoint are used to constructthe multiplication, division and inverse. Algebraic to any pentagonal fuzzy number inany single inverse such that it produces an identity inverse, likewise for a pentagonal fuzzy number matrix it produces an identity matrix inverse. Abstract

Hexagonal fuzzy numbers are a development of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Just like algebra for trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. There are not many algebraic differences given by various authors for the many operations of addition, subtraction, and scalar multiplication.  However, for multiplication, division, and inverse operations, there are many algebraic alternatives offered by various authors in parametric and ordinary forms. But the problems that arise do not always have an inverse for any hexagonal fuzzy number  . In this paper, by changing hexagonal fuzzy numbers into another form  and defining two midpoints  and  for any hexagonal fuzzy number . Thus, for the algebraic forms of multiplication, division, and inverse there is one that is produced  using the elementary row method. Abstract

Product display is a way of structuring products, especially target products that are applied by certain companies to attract consumer interest. Product display has an important role for a company, especially companies engaged in retail. Arranging products using good techniques and concepts, of course, will produce an attractive appearance and be able to become a magnet for consumers and buy the displayed products. With this product display, it will certainly have a positive impact on the company, especially in increasing sales and sales. The objectives are to find out: 1) how to implement product display at Alfamart; 2) what are the obstacles in the view; 3) how to overcome obstacles in implementing product displays at Alfamart. The results are: 1) displays used by Alfamart: floor displays, vertical displays, wall displays, impulse buying displays, mixed merchandise displays, cut box displays, mixed displays, edge displays, special displays, island displays, and various product displays. ; 2) obstacles, namely the lack of human resources and an irregular task schedule; 3) in overcoming display barriers, namely by adding employees in the sales clerk and making a display task schedule, so that the display can run smoothly and in accordance with company expectations.   Keywords: display product, Alfamart

Abstract

The most famous theorem on the angle trisector of a triangle is Morley’s theorem, namely the existence of an equilateral triangle formed from the trisector of its three angles. In this article, the mixtilinear excircle concept will be developed for triangles formed by constructing angle trisectors in a triangle. The results obtained will be expressed in the form of a theorem which states the ratio of several mixtilinear excircles whose value is equal to one. Apart from that, the ratio of several mixtilinear excircles can also be expressed in tangen form of the angles formed.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The presence of reliable and continuous electrical energy is very important to support modern human life, therefore its necessary to build a transmission network that connect to each other between substations. One of the important components to maintain the availability of reliable electric power in addition to the electric power protection system is the grounding system at the substation. The grounding system is useful for minimizing electric power disturbances due to overvoltage originating from the operation of existing equipment in the substation system as well as due to other factors external is a lightning impulse. In this paper, we will describe how to design and install a grounding system in substations. The type of installation of the grounding system selected is the mesh or grid method. The making of this grounding system refers to the work plan and working contract conditions, formulas commonly use in electric power engineering theory, the applicable rules and regulation of electric power system.  The most important standards and variables in this design are the type and resistivity of ground resistance, step voltage, touch voltage and the length of conductor used. The result of this design after working for one month in the new substation area and measured using an Earth tester showed good result of ≤ 0.19 ohm as required by the owner is 0.3 ohm. The result of this measurement mean that the result of the grounding system design has been successfully implemented is 0.19< 0.3 ohm.
