Abstract

Penguatan pendidikan karakter menjadi kebutuhan mendesak di tengah arus globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berbasis seni keagamaan, seperti hadrah, berpotensi menjadi media pembinaan karakter religius dan gotong royong. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan hadrah, mengidentifikasi tantangan, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik di MTs Negeri 1 Karangasem. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, pembina hadrah, dan peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai religius ditanamkan melalui pembiasaan shalawat, pemaknaan syair, dan pembinaan sikap spiritual, sedangkan nilai gotong royong tercermin dalam kerja sama, tanggung jawab, dan kekompakan tim. Meskipun terdapat kendala teknis dan keterbatasan sarana, kegiatan hadrah berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan religiusitas dan praktik gotong royong siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai nilai karakter dalam tradisi ngerebeg. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Tradisi ngerebeg ini berlokasi di Pura Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton yang terletak di Desa Kukuh, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali. Tradisi ngerebeg ini berlangsung setiap 6 bulan sekali atau 210 dalam penanggalan Bali tepatnya 10 hari setelah hari raya kuningan. Ngerebeg berarti greget yang berarti rasa suka cita dan kegembiraan atau perayaan yang diwarisi secara turun temurun. Ngerebeg juga bisa berarti simbol pelepasan hawa nafsu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang dari tradisi ngerebeg adalah makna greget atau merayakan kemenangan sebagai simbol keberhasilan rangkaian upacara piodalan di Pura Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton. Sehingga dalam pelaksanaan prosesi ini, sorak sorai dan ekspresi kegembiraan terlihat jelas dan alhasil setiap perayaan menjadi sempurna dan berjalan dengan lancar. Dan tradisi ngerebeg ini memiliki nilai-nilai karakter, seperti nilai religius, nilai gotong royong, nilai tanggung jawab dan nilai persatuan.

Abstract

Problem Based Learning (PBL) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa karena dapat menyikapi suatu permasalahan yang bersifat kontekstual.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model PBL dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar Siswa SMA Negeri 2 Banjar Pendidikan adalah proses yang bertujuan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif untuk memungkinkan siswa mengembangkan potensi mereka secara aktif. Seperti yang diuraikan dalam Undang-Undang No. 20, pendidikan bertujuan membentuk individu yang berintelektual, bermoral, dan memiliki keterampilan praktis yang bermanfaat bagi dirinya sendiri dan masyarakat. Guru, sebagai tokoh utama dalam pendidikan, memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk dan mengembangkan masyarakat. Mereka bertanggung jawab untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan nilai-nilai kepada generasi muda. Sebagai agen perubahan sosial, guru memiliki kekuatan untuk mengubah kehidupan individu dan memengaruhi arah suatu bangsa. Pendidikan Pancasila, khususnya, berkontribusi pada perkembangan intelektual, sosial, dan emosional siswa, serta menjadi faktor penting dalam kesuksesan akademik mereka. Tujuan utama dari pendidikan Pancasila adalah membentuk warga negara yang memiliki identitas nasional dan pemahaman mendalam tentang bangsa dan negara dalam kerangka Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 1945.

Abstract

Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini guna menganalisis bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar siswa di SMAS Karya Wisata dengan menggunakan metode mind mapping, dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Mind mapping merupakan salah satu alternatif metose pembelajaran yang dipilih guru sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar siswa. Tingkat keberhasilan yang dicapai oleh siswa dengan memperoleh suatu nilai merupakan pengertian daripada hasil belajar (Dimyati, Dkk, 2009). Menurut Hamalik (2008) Hasil belajar adalah perubahan sikap selama proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Menurut Penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, berdasarkan analisis data dan kajian dalam pembahasan, Peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran mind mapping di SMA Karya Wisata hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Civics Education learning is still predominantly oriented toward theoretical content delivery, resulting in the suboptimal internalization of students’ character values. This condition necessitates the implementation of learning models that are more interactive, contextual, and capable of providing meaningful learning experiences for students. This study aims to analyze, evaluate, and interpret the implementation of the role-playing learning model in enhancing the character values of Grade X students. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive–interpretative research design. The research subjects consisted of one principal, one vice principal for curriculum affairs, one Civics Education teacher, and 36 Grade X students. Data were collected through observation using observation sheets, semi-structured interviews guided by interview protocols, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative techniques, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of the role-playing model was carried out effectively and succeeded in enhancing students’ character values, particularly responsibility, cooperation, self-confidence, courage in expressing opinions, and critical thinking, in line with the main objectives of the study. In conclusion, the role-playing learning model is effective and relevant as a character-based instructional strategy in Civics Education. The findings imply that role playing can serve as an alternative learning model that supports the Merdeka Curriculum and the Pancasila Student Profile through active, reflective, and contextual learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the implementation of the Consciousness-Based Education Program in shaping the character of students at SMA Negeri Bali Mandara, analyze the factors that support and hinder the implementation of the CBE Program in shaping the character of students at SMA Negeri Bali Mandara, and describe alternative solutions designed to overcome various obstacles in the implementation of the CBE  Program, so as to strengthen the positive impact and minimize the negative impact on the formation of student character at SMA Negeri Bali Mandara. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The qualitative data analysis process employed the analysis techniques according to Miles and Hubermen, namely data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Consciousness-Based Education Program has been implemented since 2012. To support the success of this program, several activities are implemented, including Transcendental Meditation and Physical Fitness, which have been successfully implemented to date in shaping the character of students, particularly in grade 10 at SMAN Bali Mandara. Furthermore, the Consciousness-Based Education Program, supported by school commitment, adequate facilities, and intensive mentoring, faces obstacles such as initial student adaptation, limited concentration, and a busy schedule. To address these obstacles, alternative solutions have been designed and implemented, including initial orientation, schedule restructuring, and strengthened mentoring. These have been proven to increase the effectiveness of character development in grade 10 students at SMAN Bali Mandara. This research is expected to provide practical contributions for educational institutions, particularly boarding schools, in implementing the Consciousness-Based Education (CBE) program to strengthen the development of students’ discipline and responsibility character.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the understanding of the Keliki Village community, particularlythe younger generation, of the values contained in Calonarang Basur; (2) the role of CalonarangBasur in strengthening the character of the Keliki Village community; and (3) the analytical valueswithin Calonarang Basur as a means of character reinforcement for the Keliki Village community.This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The qualitativeresearch involved data collection from various sources, including interviews, observations, anddocumentation. The research subjects consisted of traditional leaders, Calonarang artists, theyounger generation, and the Keliki Village community. Data were collected through observation, indepth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that: (1) the community’s understanding,particularly among the younger generation, of the values of Calonarang Basur is generally adequate,although some youths have not yet fully comprehended its philosophical meanings; (2) CalonarangBasur plays an important role in strengthening community character through the cultivation ofreligious values, responsibility, discipline, togetherness, and respect for customary norms; and (3)the analytical values contained in Calonarang Basur can be interpreted as a form of charactereducation based on local wisdom that is relevant to the lives of the Keliki Village community.

Abstract

This study evaluates the use of artificial intelligence (AI)-generated comics as an instructional medium for assessing students’ literacy skills and their understanding of Indonesian local wisdom values. In the context of increasing educational digitalisation, this research explores how AI-generated comics can be integrated into culturally oriented learning. The study employed a mixed-methods design involving 450 students from 15 schools across seven provinces in Indonesia. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests, student response questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and participatory observations. The findings show a significant improvement (p < 0.05) in students’ performance after using AI-generated comics, with average increases of 32% in literacy scores and 28% in students’ understanding of local wisdom. Qualitative analyses indicate that students responded positively to the interactive comic format, which provided personalised content aligned with their preferences and learning needs. Overall, the results demonstrate that AI-generated comics can serve as an effective instructional tool for integrating digital technology with culturally relevant learning materials, offering implications for curriculum development and instructional practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ learning outcomes through the implementation of the cooperative learning model of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) in the Pancasila Education subject for class VIII A at SMP Muhammadiyah Singaraja. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 29 students of class VIII A. Data were collected using learning achievement tests and observation sheets. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques to evaluate students’ academic progress during each cycle. The findings indicate that the implementation of the STAD learning model contributed positively to improving students’ learning outcomes, participation, and engagement in classroom activities. Therefore, the STAD cooperative learning model can be considered an effective instructional strategy for enhancing learning achievement in Pancasila Education.
