Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui atau menganalisis besarnya pengaruh cashless society terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Nusantara Kediri dengan pengendalian diri sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri sebagai populasi dengan Teknik sampling menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Analisis data dan pengolahan data di hitung dibantu dengan software SSPS. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh mediasi dari variabel pengendalian diri antara variabel cashless society terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Penelitian diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi terhadap perilaku konsumtif serta sebagai pertimbangan dan masukan agar mahasiswa terhindar dari perilaku konsumtif dan dapat memiliki pengendalian diri yang baik. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah pada sumber data yang dipakai hanya kuesioner dan keterbatasan sampel yang hanya di lingkup program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which leadership, soft skills, and academic performance affect student engagement in organizations. This investigation employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a questionnaire for data collection. The study's population comprises students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at UNP Kediri, specifically those involved in organizations, totaling 172 participants. A purposive sampling technique was applied, resulting in a sample size of 63 students. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 24, revealing a t-test value for the leadership variable with a significance level of 0.00, which is less than 0.05, indicating a significant impact. Similarly, the t-test for the soft skills variable yielded a significance level of 0.02, also below 0.05, demonstrating a notable effect. The analysis of the learning achievement variable, represented by a commendable GPA of 4.00, further supports these findings. The results of the F-test indicated that the significance value exceeded the critical F-table value of 335.080, confirming that leadership, soft skills, and academic performance collectively influence student participation in organizations within the Faculty of Economics and Business at UNP Kediri.

Abstract

This research intended to describe the causes of high school students' difficulty learning accounting during the covid-19 pandemic. This study was implemented at 6 Public Senior High School Kediri. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method for data collection, including questionnaires for internal and external factors, interviews, and observations. According to the study, the causes of difficulty in learning accounting for high school students during the covid-19 pandemic fell into internal and external factors. The Internal factors consist of lack of confidence, lack of talent in calculating or analysing financial transactions, lack of interest, and lack of student motivation; on the other hand, the external factors include a less harmonious relationship and a lack of communication between children and parents, the way the teacher explained, the teacher relationship was not close to students due to the pandemic, boredom during online learning, unstable internet connection, friends who frequently invited students to play, and activities which were more engaging than studying accounting.
