<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to describe and explain: (1) the struggle forgender equality of female characters in Ratih Kumala's novel KretekGirl, and (2) educational values in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girl.This type of research is qualitative research. This study used descriptivequalitative method. Qualitative descriptive method is a researchprocedure that produces description data in the form of words. Theresearch data is a novel by Kretek Girl by Ratih Kumala.This study usesa feminism approach to describe the profile of female characters, thestruggle for gender equality, and the sociological approach of literatureto find out about the social conditions of the community in RatihKumala's novel Kretek Girl. The data collection technique used in thisstudy was to read the entire contents of the novel and document analysis.The results of this study are as follows: (1) The struggle for genderequality of female leaders in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Gadis isagainst forms of gender injustice in the form of (a) stereotypes, (b)marginalization of women, (c) subordination of work, and (d) internalviolence household. (2) Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girls educationalvalues include: (a) the value of religious education that emphasizesbetween humans and God, (b) the value of social education refers to therelationship of individuals to other individuals in a society (c) the valueof education morals that relate to the good or bad of human behavior,and (d) the value of cultural / customary education that is related totradition, people's habits.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to describe the religious element contained in the novel “Dalam Mihrab Cinta”. This study used a qualitative description of the research. Qualitative research is used to obtain a picture empirical about religiosity in the novel “Dalam Mihra b Cinta” Habiburrahman El - Shirazy work. This study uses a structural approach and pragmatic approach, this analysis can be seen from the aspect of religion (aqidah, sharia, morals, and jurisprudence) and researchers trying to find the values contained in t he novel “Dalam Mihrab Cinta”. Results from this study are able to analyze the elements of religious values (aqidah,sharia, and morals) and aimed to introduce the science of jurisprudence that stirs the soul trough a love story that is so unique and intere sting to the reader in the novel “Dalam Mihrab Cinta” Habiburrahman El - Shirazy work.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This research describes a personality of a character'sextrofet which is implied by the study of psychoanalysis put forward bySigmund Freud in Habiburrahman El-Shirazy's Faded PesonaCleopatra novel. The problems that the writer will study are: 1. Howare the personality forms of the character's extrofet in the novelPudarnya Pesona Cleopatra by habiburrahman el-shirazy whichincludes (1) the main character or I, (2) the raihana character or wifeof the main character, (3) the mother character , (4) the figure ofyaqulbi, and (5) the figure of yasmin or the wife of yaqulbi and 2. <![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of cooperation between parents and teachers on Islamic religious education at MTs Muhammadiyah 03 Sedayulawas Lamongan. This research is a qualitative research with a background at MTs Muhammadiyah 03 Sedayulawas Lamongan. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews / interviews, and documentation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, so the presence of researchers in the field is very important. Researchers act directly as instruments and as data collectors from in-depth observations and are actively involved in research. Data in the form of words were obtained from informants,while additional data was in the form of documents. Data analysis is done by examining existing data, then reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions and the final stage of data analysis is to validate the data by using the accuracy and persistence of triangulation observations. The results showed: (1) The cooperation of parents and teachers. (2) Efforts to improve Islamic Religious Education. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTPamekasan, have great potential for the development of seaweed farming. The aims of this study are to know: marketing channels and marketing margins. The method of sampling was done by using incidental sampling and snowball sampling. Mean while, the methods of collecting data through observations, distributing questionnaires, interviews, library research and documentation.Data analysis using analysis of R/C ratio to determine the feasibility of the business and margin analysis to determine the efficiency of marketing. The results showed that a). seaweed farming are viable with R/C ratio 1.151 for the wet sales and 1.77 for the dry sales. B) there are two seaweed marketing channels, first: farmers – middlemen – plant collectors – factories, second: farmers – plant collectors – factories. The analysis of marketing margins, showed that marketing channels of wet seaweed was inefficient, while marketing channels of dried seaweed was efficient.Keywords: seaweed, marketing.]]>

<![CDATA[This journal discusses the marketing training program for home business products of onion crackers and breadfruit chips through online media. The program is very important to do because based on observations in the field the two processed home products still sell their products in conventional ways. The method used in this assistance program is 1) identifying problems, 2) making training programs, 3) making product labels, 4) making product advertisements on online media. The results of the training showed that the participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the program.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) Surabaya dengan pengukuran berbasis Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard merupakan alat pengukuran kinerja yang memiliki empat perspektif, yakni perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Penelitian dilakukan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) dengan mengambil data keuangan dari tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2019 untuk menganalisis perspektif keuangan dan melakukan wawancara untuk menganalisis perspektif proses bisnis internal. Peneliti juga menggunakan kueisoner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan dan karyawan dalam pengambilan sampel untuk menganalisis perspektif pelanggan dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Dari hasil yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa kinerja Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) secara umum sudah baik, hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan hasil analisis dari masing-masing perspektif. Kinerja keuangan menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun, kinerja kepuasan pelanggan menunjukkan nilai kepuasan yang baik. Kinerja proses bisnis internal juga menunjukkan hasil yang baik pada proses inovasi, operasi, dan layanan. Begitu pula dengan kepuasan karyawan yang menunjukkan nilai kepuasan yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Balanced Scorecard merupakan pengukuran kinerja yang sangat baik digunakan karena Balanced Scorecard mengangkat aspek-aspek penting yang selama ini diabaikan oleh pengukuran kinerja secara tradisional.Kata Kunci:Balanced Scorecard, Kinerja, Kinerja Bank Muamalat Indonesia]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Hasil riset bertujuan untukmenganalisis dampak culture organisasi serta spiritualitas ditempat kerja terhadap prestasi karyawan UMSurabayaindividual maupun bersama-sama. Populasi dalam riset ini adalah karyawan UMSurabaya. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proposional sampling. Sampel yang terdiri dari 435 pegawai.Adapun cara pencarian data yang dilakukan yaitu dokumentasi dan angket. Sedangkan cara menganalisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil riset secara individual culture organisasi berdampak positif terhadap prestasi pegawai UMSurabaya, spiritualitas ditempat kerja secara bersama-sama berdampak positif terhadap prestasi karyawan UMSurabaya. Kemudian hasil analisis data secara simultan culture organisasi serta ditempat kerja berdampak positif terhadap prestasi karyawan UM Surabaya. <![CDATA[Jurnal ini membahas tentang program pelatihan pemasaran produk usaha rumahan krupuk bawang dan kripik sukun melalui media online. Program tersebut sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena berdasarkan hasil observasi dilapangan kedua olahan produk rumahan tersebut masih menjual produknya dengan cara-cara yang konvensional. Metode yang dilakukan dalam program pendampingan ini adalah 1) melakukan identifikasi masalah, 2) membuat program pelatihan, 3) membuat label produk, 4) membuat iklan produk di media online.
