Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide education about the use of shopping bags (totebags) from patchwork waste as an alternative to plastic bags to MSME business actors processed fish in Kampung Nelayan Desa Salira. The method used by the author in this activity begins with providing training on plastic bag waste, then also an introduction to the utilization of fabric waste that can be reused to make new products that are useful and ends with the handover of helanja bags to the business actors of processed fish MSMEs in Kampung Nelayan Desa Salira. The processed fish MSME products are in the form of payus fish amplang crackers, fish rolade, fish nuggets, fish meatballs made from fish, and in their sales require reusable shopping bags and have product selling value.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to develop digital marketing skills through training on the use of digital applications Canva and Capcut to promote Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in fish processing and tourism in the Fisherman Village located in Salira Village, Serang Regency. This activity aims for MSME entrepreneurs to enhance their skills in taking photos and videos, as well as processing these images and videos into more engaging, innovative, informative, and professional content.The method used in this activity involves training on the use of the Canva and Capcut applications with the theme "Application of CANVA and CAPCUT in Digital Marketing." The research results indicate a positive and significant improvement in marketing content compared to previous efforts. However, there are still challenges to address, such as the inadequate facilitation of supporting tools for content creation, which must be improved for the content produced to continue evolving for display on various digital marketing platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study were employees of PT. Indah Kiat, Serang Regency, Banten with a research sample of 100 people. This study uses primary data sources by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face increasingly complex challenges, especially in maintaining competitiveness in local and global markets. Digital marketing is one of the key strategies that can help MSMEs take advantage of technological developments to expand market reach, increase interaction with customers, and create a competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the importance of implementing digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in increasing their competitiveness. The method used involves literature studies and case studies on MSMEs that have successfully implemented digital marketing strategies. The results of the study show that digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and data-driven marketing, are able to increase brand visibility, operational efficiency, and customer loyalty. Thus, digital marketing is not only a promotional tool, but also as an innovative solution to support the growth of MSMEs in the digital era. The adoption of this strategy requires adequate knowledge, skills, and technological adaptation so that MSMEs can survive and thrive in the midst of global competition.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the way companies do business, including in the marketing aspect which is now shifting to digital platforms as the main strategy. Digital marketing requires an approach that is not only technology-based, but also supported by competent and strategic human resources (HR). In the digital era, the need for special competencies such as data analytics, social media management, and interactive content design is becoming increasingly important. However, the challenges that are often faced include weak employee competencies, resistance to change, and limited budgets for training and skills development. To overcome these challenges, companies need to implement a proactive HR management strategy, including organizing ongoing training, implementing supporting technology, and establishing an innovative and adaptive work culture.

Abstract

Collaboration between Human Resources (HR) and Marketing divisions strategically builds competitive advantage amidst increasingly complex market competition. The Human Resources (HR) division manages human resources as the company's main asset, while the Marketing division focuses on strategies to meet market needs and strengthen customer relationships. When these two divisions work collaboratively, they can create significant added value for the organization. The success of the collaboration depends on several factors, such as effective communication, a work culture that supports cross-divisional collaboration, and the use of technology to support data-based decision-making. The main challenges in this collaboration include differences in operational objectives between the Human Resources (HR) and Marketing divisions, lack of coordination, and obstacles in aligning strategic priorities. However, these challenges can be overcome with a structured approach to create optimal synergy.

Abstract

Plastic is a non-organic waste that has uses, especially in daily activities. Plastic is widely used by traders to package food and others. The widespread use of plastic by the community and its indiscriminate disposal after use can lead to the accumulation of waste. The problem can be solved with the 3R strategy, namely Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Not all locations have facilities to dispose of waste. Nowadays, landfills are a necessity, so it is necessary to provide these facilities. The solution is to make ecobrick products because they can be made easily. This research aims to increase public awareness in Pamarayan Village, Jiput Sub-district, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province regarding ecobrick products as an invitation to care for the environment in order to create a healthy environment. The method used was the observation method and the approach was training in ecobricking. The result is that the community can understand the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and health through proper waste sorting, and are able to make ecobrick products in the form of trash cans from bottle waste for personal or community use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze public perceptions of the quality of motor vehicle tax payment services at SAMSAT Serang Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The research method used is descriptive statistical test, linear regression test and correlative test. distributed to taxpayers who have used services at SAMSAT. The results showed that public perceptions of service quality at Samsat Serang Regency were in the good enough category. This study recommends improving service quality through officer training, simplifying administrative procedures, and optimizing physical facilities at service locations. With these improvements, it is expected that taxpayer satisfaction and compliance in Serang Regency can increase sustainably.

Abstract

Tax is a source of regional income which has an important role in the development of infrastructure and public services. However, the effectiveness of tax compliance is often influenced by various factors, including public perception of services in the motor vehicle tax payment process, which is often considered complicated and confusing. This article aims to provide an overview of taxpayers' perceptions of motor vehicle tax services at the Serang Regency Samsat. This research used a quantitative approach involving 68 respondents who were taxpayers in the Serang Regency Samsat. The methods applied in this research include descriptive statistical analysis, correlation tests, and linear regression.
