Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has transformed the way people conduct transactions, including in the street food sector. QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), a national QR Code standard established by Bank Indonesia, is expected to facilitate digital transactions. However, the implementation of QRIS among street food vendors at Maulana Yusuf Stadium, Banten, faces various challenges, such as low understanding among vendors and difficulties experienced by consumers in using the system.This study aims to identify the obstacles faced by vendors and consume The results show that although QRIS offers convenience and efficiency in transactions, there are several barriers hindering its optimal use. The main challenges identified include the vendors' low understanding of QRIS mechanisms and the consumers' difficulties in scanning QR codes.The study concludes that more intensive education and socialization efforts are needed to improve users' understanding and trust in the system. With the right measures, QRIS has the potential to become an effective solution for simplifying transactions in the street food sector and supporting more inclusive and sustainable local economic growth

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with diverse culture and tourism. The rapid development of technology causes changes. Sukaraja village has religious tourism potential which has not been utilized optimally through social media.  The BATU GOONG Cultural Heritage Site and its MSME actors are one of the main attractions, but have not utilized platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter for promotion. Therefore, there are three stages of activity plans which include training on creating social media accounts, tourism and MSME digitalization seminars, as well as developing Instagram and Facebook content. These three stages aim to increase the promotion of Batu Goong religious tourism so that there will be an increase in visitors.

Abstract

Digital transformation and e-commerce have changed consumer behavior in purchasing products. This research aims to analyze the role of Affiliate Marketing and Live Streaming on purchasing decisions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytic method, which focuses on analyzing the role of Affiliate Marketing and Live Streaming in product purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This research takes an analytical approach based on a literature review, analyzing the role of affiliate marketing and live streaming in influencing product purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The results of this research show that affiliate marketing plays a role in purchasing decisions, as well as live streaming has a role in shopee purchasing decisions because according to the results of analysis from several sources and journals, both have an influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Indomaret DC Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Indomaret DC Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang yaitu sebanyak 6.357 pelanggan. Sampel penelitian didapatkan menggunakan rumus lemeshow untuk dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 94 pelanggan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Uji kesesuaian dengan menggunakan uji t dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen dengan asumsi bahwa variabel lain dianggap konstan. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier sederhana, diketahui bahwa persamaan regresi linear sederhana dari penelitian ini adalah: Y = 16.054 + 0.530X + e. Nilai persamaan positif menunjukkan bahwa apabila ada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan maka kepuasan pelanggan juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial diketahui bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X) berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0.507 atau sebesar 50.7%. Artinya persentase pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan (X) terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). sebesar 50.7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49.3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi keberadaan Monyet ekor panjang (macaca fascicularis) di Desa Geger Kabupaten Bangkalan Madura sebagai bahan media edukasi konservasi bagi masyarakat. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasinal dengan luas wilayah 44 Hektar. Aspek yang di teliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu habitat monyet, pola penyebaran monyet, populasi monyet, dan tingkah laku monyet. Hasil dari penelitian ini habitat monyet terdiri dari hutan lebat, pendopo yang terdiri dari bangunan, dan makam yang terdiri dari bangunan, pada pola penyebaran yaitu di ukur dari jarak sisi barat (900m), timur (4.6km), utara (2km), dan selatan (500m), untuk kepadatan populasi sebanyak 107 ekor monyet mulai dari yang belita, muda dan dewasa, yang dibedakan dari jenis kelaminnya, sedangkan pada tingkah laku terdiri dari 4 bagian dan di lihat dari cara, waktu, dan tempat monyet ekor panjang beraktivitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah habitat monyet ekor panjang di kawasan bukit geger di kategorikan masih layak sebagai habitat monyet ekor panjang, pola penyebaran yang sangat luas mulai dari jarak 500 m – 4,6 km, untuk kepadatan populasi monyet termasuk di kategori rendah  (0,178 ) dan sedangkan untuk tingkah laku monyet ter diri dari 4 bagian yaitu : 1, makan –minum, 2, reproduksi, 3,istirahat , dan 4, interaksi dengan sesama spesies.

Abstract

Organizational Design is the process of determining the structure, layout, and relationships between parts of an organization to achieve goals and increase efficiency. This process includes planning the organizational structure, division of responsibilities, and how tasks are carried out. Organizational design is dynamic and needs to be adjusted to the development and needs of the organization. Advances in technology and organizational culture play an important role in organizational development. A strong and positive organizational culture can increase employee motivation, engagement, and commitment, which have a positive impact on productivity, efficiency, and innovation. Therefore, the preparation of organizational design is very important in determining the right strategy. A well-designed organizational structure can facilitate the exchange of knowledge, communication between members, and uphold employee moral and professional standards. This study uses a literature study method with the PRISMA approach, using data sources from the ScienceDirect database in the last three years. The results of the study show that strategies in organizations must be formulated and implemented in an organized manner to achieve predetermined goals, while paying attention to the existing organizational culture. A flexible and up-to-date organizational structure allows organizations to adapt more quickly to change. Therefore, organizations need to continue to develop and update their organizational structures to remain relevant and effective in achieving their goals.

Abstract

The selection The selection process for prospective crew members is a crucial stage for the company, especially at PT. Timas Suplindo. However, it is often difficult to determine prospective crew members who are competent in their fields. The selection process for prospective crew members is considered ineffective because decision making still has to consider many aspects. The purpose of this study is to create a website-based application and make it easier for the company, especially Human Resource Development (HRD), to obtain competent crew members who meet the specified criteria. This method was chosen because the assessment process is transparent because each stage of assessment and weighting can be tracked and increases accountability in decision making. .

Abstract

Kolega Muda Inspirasi merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di bidang produksi pakaian dan telah bekerjasama dengan beberapa pemasok (supplier). Dalam hal memilih supplier terbaik dengan kualitas bahan twill drill yang sesuai kebutuhan, perusahaan masih kurang efektif dan efisien yang disebabkan bebrapa faktor seperti, pemilihan pemilihan pemasok masih dilakukan secara manual. Pemilihan supplier juga sering mengalami ketidakpastian karena kriteria yang digunakan tidak memiliki informasi yang cukup dan tidak memiliki nilai yang tepat. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mempercepat proses penilaian spplier, mengotomatisasi perhitungan nilai, serta mengurangi ketidakpastian dalam pemilihan pemasok. Metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung dan menentukan hasil nilai dalam pemilihan supplier terbaik. Sistem ini dibangun berbasis website dengan menggunakan model pengembangan waterfall. Hasil dari perancangan sistem penunjang keputusan dalam menentukan supplier bahan twill drill terbaik untuk PT. Kolega Muda Inspirasi, memiliki dampak positif. Sistem ini memungkinkan penilaian dan perhitungan dilakukan lebih efektif dan efisien dengan perhitungan otomatis, serta hasil akhir perhitungan yang dapat dicetak.

Abstract

Water turbidity is a major concern in maintaining water quality for daily use. Manual monitoring of turbidity levels is often inefficient and prone to errors. This study aims to design and implement an automatic system capable of monitoring and controlling water turbidity using Arduino and fuzzy logic methods. The system employs a turbidity sensor to detect the clarity level, which is then processed through fuzzy logic to determine the activation of a water pump. The testing results show that the system can respond to turbidity changes in real-time with up to 95% accuracy. Fuzzy logic provides more adaptive control compared to binary logic approaches. This system demonstrates high effectiveness in maintaining water quality automatically, especially in environments requiring stable water clarity levels.
