Abstract

In a government agency or organization, it is one that requires serving the community well, community satisfaction is one of the factors to assess whether an agency or organization is good or not, work ability and service quality are the ones that can assess whether or not the community feels satisfied. This research aims to determine the effect of work ability and service quality on community satisfaction at the Ciruas District Office, Serang Regency. This research uses the literature review method, which is a research method used to collect, compile and synthesize existing research results. The research results in the study show that work ability influences community satisfaction, service quality influences community satisfaction, and work ability and service quality together influence community satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keterlibatan influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, dengan studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas Bina Bangsa (UNIBA) yang membeli smartphone merek Samsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengetahui Tingkat keterlibatan influencer terhadap perilaku konsumen. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan influencer dengan Keputusan pembelian konsumen merek Samsung memiliki peran signifikan atau Tingkat hubungan yang kuat dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa UNIBA. This research aims to analyze the level of influencer marketing involvement in consumer purchasing decisions, with a case study of Bina Bangsa University (UNIBA) students who bought Samsung brand smartphones. This research uses a quantitative approach to determine the level of influencer involvement in consumer behavior. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the involvement of influencers in consumer purchasing decisions for the Samsung brand has a significant role or a strong level of relationship in shaping purchasing decisions among UNIBA students.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a strategic role in supporting the increase in customer loyalty as one of the indicators of business success. Customer loyalty is not only influenced by the quality of products or services, but also by the interactions carried out by employees in various business lines, such as customer service, sales, and marketing. Customer service-oriented employee training is an important aspect of this strategy. By providing the right training, employees can better understand a customer's needs, respond effectively, and create a positive, memorable experience. In addition, the development of a corporate culture that focuses on superior service and employee empowerment also contributes to increased work motivation, which has a direct impact on the quality of interactions with customers.

Abstract

The phenomenon of digital transformation in MSMEs can be observed from several aspects, including: resource challenges during digital transformation because transformation, like any change, requires resources. Another phenomenon is organizational barriers: such as limited digital literacy, resistance to change, lack of skilled labor, limited capital, infrastructure, and technological barriers due to lack of knowledge. Apart from that, the lack of managerial support, a limited digital ecosystem, as well as concerns about data security and trust in technology are also obstacles. The technique for analyzing data in this research uses a literature review study. The research results show that there are multiple opportunities and attention for MSMEs, where there is a special need for MSMEs to carry out digital transformation in order to increase business competitiveness and expand market share. With digital transformation, the processes and operations of product downstreaming from producers to consumers will increase, speed of service, better trust, secure data exchange platforms, but also an opportunity for digital transformation to increase competitive advantage and expand market reach, increase operational efficiency. because it reduces time and costs for business activities, and increases market access.

Abstract

Several factors influence consumer purchasing decisions at PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera Medan including product quality, e-WOM and network. This research aims to find out how much influence product quality, e-WOM and network have on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera Medan. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research, the sampling technique in this research is using the Slovin Formula, where a population of 120 is then a sample of 55 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression test. Based on the research results, there is a partial influence of product quality variables on consumer purchasing decisions. The e-wom variable influences consumer purchasing decisions. Network variables influence consumer purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, product quality, e-WOM and network variables jointly influence consumer purchasing decisions at PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera Medan.

Abstract

This study explores the role of digital leadership in enhancing competitiveness, focusing on the Ratu Lestari Women's Farmers Group (KWT) in Tegal Ratu Village. Using a survey approach and deskriptive statistical analysis, the research found a significant influence between digital leadership and competitiveness, with a correlation coefficient of 0.460 (p < 0.05). The results show that the more influential the digital leadership strategy implemented by MSMEs, the greater the impact on increasing competitiveness.

Abstract

Maulana Hasanuddin, the founder of the Banten Sultanate, played a pivotal role in establishing international business strength and global trade networks in the 16th century. Through his strategic policies, he transformed Banten into a maritime trade hub connecting Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Capitalizing on its strategic location in the Sunda Strait, Maulana Hasanuddin developed the Port of Banten into a crucial node for the spice trade. He fostered trade alliances with various parties, including foreign merchants, and strengthened diplomatic relations through Islamic cultural and religious approaches. This role not only bolstered the local economy but also positioned Banten as a significant power in the global trade network. This study examines Maulana Hasanuddin's role in the economic and maritime political context and its impact on the development of international trade during the period.

Abstract

Digitalization has changed the way MSMEs operate, such as interacting with customers and competing in the market. Business developments in the current digital era mean that every business actor must also change the way they run their business, such as by utilizing digital platforms. This research discusses the importance of digital competence in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the market. This research aims to provide understanding for business actors to improve their competence in using digital technology in running their business. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method, using a research sample of 50 respondents who are considered to represent the population, namely MSMEs in Serang Regency. The research results show that digital competence has a positive effect and has a big impact on the competitiveness of MSMEs in the market.

Abstract

Banten, sebuah provinsi di Indonesia, kaya akan potensi wisata budaya dan keagamaan, dengan situs bersejarah seperti Masjid Agung Banten, Keraton Kaibon, dan tradisi lokal seperti Debus. Meskipun demikian, pariwisata budaya dan religius menghadapi tantangan untuk tetap relevan dan kompetitif di era modern. Transformasi digital memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan pariwisata, menawarkan peluang untuk promosi, manajemen, dan akses informasi yang lebih baik melalui platform seperti media sosial, situs web, dan aplikasi perjalanan. Teknologi ini juga dapat mendukung pelestarian budaya dengan mendokumentasikan tradisi dan memfasilitasi komunikasi di antara pemangku kepentingan pariwisata. Namun, digitalisasi pariwisata budaya dan religi Banten menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan literasi digital di antara pengelola pariwisata lokal dan infrastruktur yang tidak memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran teknologi digital dalam mempromosikan dan mengembangkan pariwisata budaya dan keagamaan Banten, mengidentifikasi hambatan dan peluang, serta menawarkan rekomendasi strategis untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan yang menghormati nilai-nilai budaya dan spiritual lokal. Dengan memanfaatkan alat digital sambil melestarikan tradisi, sektor pariwisata Banten dapat berkembang menjadi tujuan yang kompetitif dan diakui secara global, mendorong pelestarian budaya dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the strategies implemented by companies to increase competitiveness in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach with a technology case study in Indonesia, namely the company PT Bukalapak.com. This research found that digital transformation, product innovation, customer experience expertise, and cross-sector collaboration are key strategies that support business competitiveness. This study concludes that companies need to integrate technology with organizational values ​​to remain relevant in a dynamic business environment.
