Abstract

This study aims to analyze the kiyai leadership model in developing the quality of boarding school education. A qualitative approach with an interpretive paradigm was used in this study. A case study was designed at Pondok Pesantren Khas Kempek Cirebon during the year 2022-2023. Primary and secondary data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews. After that, the data were analyzed, which included information reduction and data validation. The results of this study show that Kiyai implements a transformative leadership model in four dimensions, namely Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, Individual Consideration, Inspirational Motivation. Efforts made by the Kyai to improve the quality of education by making changes to the boarding school education system, namely with a directed and modern curriculum. The results of this study provide important insights for kyai in particular and for pesantren education managers in general about how to optimize their leadership to improve the quality of education being implemented by their pesantren institutions. This study also shows that a transformative leadership model of kiyai is needed in moving boarding school educational institutions to produce quality education.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Preeklampsia berat merupakan salah satu komplikasi kehamilan yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap tingginya angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu serta janin. Rendahnya pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai tanda bahaya dan penanganan preeklampsia berat menjadi faktor utama keterlambatan deteksi dan penatalaksanaan. Inovasi edukasi keperawatan berbasis media yang menarik dan mudah dipahami diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu hamil. Tujuan: Mengetahui efektivitas edukasi terstruktur berbasis video animasi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang penanganan preeklampsia berat di Ruang VK RSUP Dr. Ben Mboi Kupang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan proyek inovasi keperawatan berbasis Evidence-Based Nursing dengan pendekatan Plan–Do–Study–Action (PDSA). Desain yang digunakan adalah pretest–posttest one group design. Subjek terdiri dari dua ibu hamil dengan diagnosis preeklampsia berat yang dirawat di Ruang VK RSUP Dr. Ben Mboi Kupang. Intervensi berupa edukasi terstruktur menggunakan video animasi mengenai konsep, tanda bahaya, dan penanganan preeklampsia berat. Pengetahuan ibu hamil dievaluasi sebelum dan sesudah intervensi secara deskriptif. Hasil: Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil setelah diberikan edukasi terstruktur berbasis video animasi. Ibu hamil dan keluarga mampu memahami konsep preeklampsia berat, mengenali tanda bahaya, serta menjelaskan kembali langkah penanganan dan pencegahan komplikasi. Kesimpulan: Edukasi terstruktur berbasis video animasi efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang penanganan preeklampsia berat. Intervensi ini mudah diterapkan, bersifat edukatif, dan berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari asuhan keperawatan maternitas di ruang VK/PONeK.

Abstract

Selecting an appropriate cloud computing service remains a major challenge in web-based application development, as it directly affects performance, scalability, security, and operational costs. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) offers multiple computing services, yet empirical comparisons among its core services are still limited. This study aims to evaluate and compare the performance of Compute Engine, App Engine, and Kubernetes Engine in hosting web-based applications. A quantitative experimental approach was employed using a Node.js and PostgreSQL-based e-commerce application, tested under various workload scenarios using Apache JMeter. Performance metrics, including response time, throughput, latency, scalability, reliability, security, and cost, were analyzed. The results indicate that Compute Engine provides stable performance for predictable workloads, App Engine delivers low latency with higher operational costs, and Kubernetes Engine offers the best scalability and resource efficiency. Performance optimization techniques such as caching and CDN integration further improved API responsiveness. This study concludes that Kubernetes Engine is the most suitable choice for large-scale and dynamic web applications. Optimal GCP service selection should align with workload characteristics and organizational requirements.

Abstract

Penguatan budaya religius di madrasah menjadi isu strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan degradasi moral dan perkembangan globalisasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala madrasah dalam membangun budaya religius di Madrasah Aliyah Mafatihul Huda Desa Suak Labu, meliputi aspek perencanaan, implementasi, serta mekanisme pengawasan dan evaluasi program. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan informan utama kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, guru, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepala madrasah diwujudkan melalui integrasi kurikulum kepesantrenan dan kurikulum nasional, penguatan program pembiasaan religius seperti shalat dhuha, tadarus Al-Qur’an, serta sistem supervisi dan evaluasi berkala yang melibatkan guru dan manajemen madrasah. Implementasi yang terstruktur dan konsisten tersebut berdampak pada terbentuknya lingkungan belajar yang religius, disiplin, dan kondusif bagi pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan madrasah yang berbasis nilai dan dikelola secara sistematis merupakan fondasi penting dalam membangun budaya religius yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif terhadap dinamika pendidikan modern.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemeliharaan tanaman di Desa Neglasaimelalui penerapan teknologi otomatis berbasis time. Permasalahn utama yang di hadapi masyarakat adalah penyiraman tanaman yang masih manual sehingga kurang teratur dan tidak efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), dengan melibatkan masyarakat sebagai subjek dan mitra kegiatan. Prosedur yang dilakukan meliputi survey, wawancara warga, perijinan, perancangan dan pemasangan penyiraman sistem penyiraman otomatis serta penyuluhan dan evaluasi. Subjek kegiatan warga yang mengelola tanaman pekarangan dan kebin lingkungan. Analisis dilakukan secara deskritif dengan membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan tenologi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan keteraturan penyiraman, penghematan waktu perawatan tanaman, serta peningkatan pemahaman warga terkait teknologi tepat guna. Kesimpulannya, digitalisasi pemeliharaan tanaman berbasis timer terbukti efektif dalam mendukung dalam praktik urban farming yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

An increase in basic motion occurs in childhood. As we enter adolescence, our ability to use our motor skills as needed allows us to master increasingly complex movements. The development of motor mastery occurs in line with physical growth, in the early days and the formation of basic movement patterns. Kodular application is a visual mobile application development platform that is easy to use for beginners. The Kodular application is an easy-to-use visual mobile application development platform. This application can help integrate play activities and technology to increase locomotor movement activities in grade V students of SDN Ibu Dewi 5. The results of the implementation of activities and the results of reflection carried out during the process took place in cycle I and cycle II in developing gross motor skills through traditional cat games had a good effect on improving ability. This is proven by the results obtained that show an increase during the activity process, initially achieving a completion percentage of 63.33%. to a percentage of completeness of 96.66%

Abstract

Arabic language education in pesantren-based madrasahs faces an ongoing tension between the demand for communicative competence as emphasized in KMA Curriculum No. 183 of 2019 and the pesantren scholarly tradition that has long been oriented toward the study of classical Arabic texts. Previous studies have generally addressed these two orientations separately, leaving an empirical gap regarding how both paradigms can be systematically integrated into classroom learning practices. Based on this context, the present study aims to examine the formulation and implementation of an integrative Arabic language learning model at MTs Miftahul Ulum Al-Azizah. This research employs a qualitative case-study design in a pesantren-based madrasah. The data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with Arabic language teachers and the madrasah principal, as well as an analysis of relevant instructional documents. Data analysis was carried out thematically through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, supported by source and technique triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings reveal a structured, integrative Arabic learning model comprising a linguistic preparation stage (tamhīd lughawī), communicative instruction aligned with the KMA curriculum, in-depth grammatical study through the text Mukhtashar Jiddan, thematic dialogue practice, and linguistic reflection activities. This model represents a pedagogical synthesis that integrates the development of linguistic competence with character formation and the internalization of spiritual values within the context of pesantren-based madrasahs.
