Abstract

Changes in the criteria for Human Rights Care based on Permenkumham number 22 of 2021 have caused many districts/cities to not get the status of Regency/City Caring for Human Rights, the number of regions that care about human rights decreased from 2020 and 2022. This evaluation aims to provide an overview of the implementation of Permenkum HAM Number 22 of 2021 in Jambi Province and what are the obstacles faced in its implementation as well as the relevance, sustainability and effectiveness of MMAF HAM programs/activities, in Jambi Province. Evaluation using an evaluative research approach using the Goal-freeevaluation model, descriptive analysis, evaluation carried out in Jambi Province with samples of Legal Bureaus and Legal Sections of Province/District/City Setda. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the process/mechanism for implementing the fulfillment of the Human Rights KKP Criteria in Jambi Province has run well, and is in accordance with the scheme that has been stipulated in the guidelines for the implementation of the Human Rights MMAF. However, there are several obstacles in its implementation such as a long and costly reporting mechanism; supporting data that is difficult to meet; the officer's lack of understanding of the form and supporting data; still not optimal socialization and technical guidance; and MMAF HAM activities have not become regional priority activities, which have an impact on budget availability in their implementation, from the results of the analysis also obtained several notes on the relevance, sustainability and effectiveness of MMAF HAM programs / activities in Jambi Province in the future, namely on the fulfillment of data supporting the right to legal aid and the right to diversity and pluralism these two aspects are partly difficult to fulfill in Jambi Province because they are hit by the availability of regulations. However, this does not significantly affect the sustainability and effectiveness of KKPHAM activity programs in Jambi province in the future. Keywords: Human Rights, Human Rights Care Criteria, Jambi

Abstract

Salah satu media yang dianggap tepat dalam menyampaikan pesan ialah media Pop-Up Book yang merupakan salah satu jenis media berbasis cetakan. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan media Pop-Up Book dilaksanakan di TK Pertiwi 44 Kelurahan Sukorejo, Gunungpati, Semarang. Adapun alasan diadakanya kegiatan tersebut,karena dirasa TK Pertiwi 44 belum melakukan secara maksimal dalam pembelajaran menggunakan media lain selain majalah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: pertama, Pemberian pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang pentingnya media dan penerapannya dalam proses belajar mengajar. Pemberian wawasan tentang media pembelajaran yang sesuai. Pemberian materi disampaikan oleh dosen pengampu media pembelajaran. Kedua, pengenalan Pop-Up Book sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan dalam kelas, dan yang terakhir pelatihan pembuatan Pop-Up Book beserta penentuan Langkah-langkah pembelajaran dalam kelas yang dilakukan oleh seluruh tim pengabdi dan guru-guru. Hasil dari pengabdian ini merujuk pada indikator keberhasilan kegiatan yaitu peserta paham dan mengerti apa itu media pembelajaran, pentingnya media pembelajaran apa itu Pop-Up Book serta apa manfaatnya sebagi media pembelajaran, peserta mampu membuat Pop-Up Book, dan peserta mampu menjelaskan langkah penggunaan Pop-Up Book yang telah dibuatnya.

Abstract

Perilaku delinkuensi remaja di Indonesia sering kali dipengaruhi oleh dinamika keluarga dan keterikatan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan Power-Control Theory oleh Hagan dan Social Bond Theory oleh Hirschi dalam menjelaskan pengaruh struktur keluarga terhadap perilaku delinkuensi anak di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks budaya lokal. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi pada satu SMA di Jakarta Selatan serta studi literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur keluarga patriarkal memberikan kebebasan lebih besar kepada anak laki-laki dibandingkan anak perempuan, yang meningkatkan risiko perilaku delinkuensi, seperti yang dijelaskan oleh Power-Control Theory. Di sisi lain, Social Bond Theory menegaskan bahwa keterikatan emosional, komitmen terhadap nilai-nilai, dan dukungan sosial dari orang tua maupun sekolah dapat menurunkan risiko perilaku delinkuensi. Triangulasi antara teori dan data empiris menunjukkan bahwa kontrol sosial dalam keluarga besar di Indonesia memperkuat peran kolektif sebagai mekanisme pencegahan perilaku delinkuensi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori dengan menyesuaikan Power-Control Theory pada konteks budaya Indonesia, sekaligus memperkuat peran Social Bond Theory dalam memahami perilaku remaja. Secara praktis, temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pola pengasuhan keluarga dan keterlibatan sekolah dalam membentuk karakter positif remaja.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental guidance on children's religious character. This study uses a quantitative research type. The population in this study was 112 children in Bandar Jaya Timur Village, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency. Research sample. The research sample using the Slovin formula obtained 53 research samples. The results of the study based on a significance value of 0.006 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be said that there is an influence of parental guidance on children's religious character.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the3 most effective raw material procurement method at PT. Trianugrah Metalindo, by comparing the method used by the company with the just in time (JIT) method. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method so that it describes the numbers. From the analysis using the just in time method, it can be concluded that the just in time method is more effective in calculating the total cost of PT. Trianugrah Metalindo. The cost savings obtained were Rp. 3,246,039 from the initial inventory cost of Rp. 3,694,380.

Abstract

The construction of criminal sanctions for money laundering (TPPU) in Indonesia is still a classic problem that has not been successful. The dependence on proof of the original crime in the criminal process is often the main obstacle in its enforcement. This is compounded by the weakness of legal norms related to the process of confiscating assets resulting from money laundering. Data from the 2021 PPATK National Risk Assessment (NRA) report, the estimated value of the proceeds of crime reached IDR 44,200,000,000,000 (forty-four trillion two hundred billion rupiah) and has not been confiscated by the state. The results of the PPATK analysis also stated that the length of the TPPU criminal justice process was a factor. The procedure for criminalizing money laundering only focuses on fulfilling the elements of the crime while the object of the crime has always not received attention and has not been a special consideration as the main door to arresting the perpetrators of the crime even though there are indications of improper acquisition of assets. In Australia and America, the TPPU criminal process uses a combined criminal and civil system, namely through the in rem lawsuit method in the NCB concept which can be the main door in enforcing TPPU. The use of the in rem method in enforcing TPPU does not only focus on the purpose of "asset confiscation" but also finding the perpetrators of the crime. So in this study the author reconstructs the expansion of the criminal punishment for money laundering (TPPU) which will be determined through NCB Asset Forfeiture and In Personam. Using the normative juridical method to analyze the concept of the approach to expanding the punishment of money laundering through NCB Asset Forfeiture and in personam in doctrine, theory, rules and concepts, as well as a comparative study of its application within the framework of the Theory of Justice, Theory of Asset Confiscation and Alternative Punishment Theory. So it can be concluded that the reconstruction of the expansion of TPPU criminalization through NCB asset forfeiture and In personam is an alternative TPPU criminalization that can be implemented considering that the current positive legal provisions cannot accommodate the actions of criminals who continue to enjoy the proceeds of crime, which greatly injures the sense of justice for victims and/or the state, even though we have ratified the UNCAC since 2003. For the sake of achieving justice (gerechtgkeit) and the realization of laws that provide certainty (rechtssicherheit) and benefits (zweckmassigkeit).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of collaborative learning models and mini research assignments on the critical thinking skills of Postgraduate Students of the Islamic Education Study Program (PAI) of the State Institute of Islamic Studies (IAIN) Curup. The research design used in this study was non-experimental. The sampling technique used was total sampling by taking the entire population as research respondents. The sample in this study was the first-semester Postgraduate students in Class A and B of IAIN Curup. They have taken the History of Islamic Educational Thinking Course in the Academic Year of 2021-2022. Based on the statistical analysis to determine the relationship between collaborative learning and critical thinking skills, the tobserved (9. 110) was more significant than the tcritical (2,056). Furthermore, the obtained tobserved (26,674) was more significant than the tcritical (2,056) to determine the relationship between mini research assignments and critical thinking skills. The analysis also shows that Fobserved (571.6) was more significant than Fcritical (3.34). Therefore can be concluded, there was an effect of collaborative learning, partially and simultaneously, on the critical thinking skills of IAIN Curup Postgraduate Students.

Abstract

According to many studies, emotional intelligence is a crucial factor that can contribute to the success of the academic and non-academic domains. This research aimed to assess the emotional intelligence of Islamic students in higher education. The participants in this research were 151 Islamic higher education students. The researcher employed the survey technique with Likert scale parameters. This research empirically states that 39 emotional intelligence measuring instruments were spread into five dimensions. The construct validity results using factor analysis showed that the items that had been successfully estimated were 39 indicators that were higher than 0.50. Of the 56 items, 14 items were invalid based on the MSA value in stage one, namely items 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7 on the understanding self-emotions dimensions, item 24 on the managing self-emotions dimensions, items 25 and 34 on the self-motivation dimensions, and items 36, 39, 40, 41, 42, and 43 on the building relationships with other people dimensions. Furthermore, for understanding other people's emotions, all of the items’ MSA values were above 0.5. In the second stage, the assessment was based on the loading factor. Three items were invalid because they did not meet the requirements. The three items were item 1 of the understanding self-emotions dimension, items 10 and 13 on managing self-emotions dimensions. For the other three dimensions, all of the items’ loading factors were higher than 0.50. Likewise, the reliability index in the first stage was 0.761, and the reliability index in the second stage was 0.817 (both indexes were higher than 0.70). Therefore, the emotional intelligence instrument could be declared reliable.
