Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and training on the performance of Nurses of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. The type of research described is explanatory research with the Systemic Random Sampling method as a sampling method. The study population was nurses at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang and the study sample were 84 respondents. This study uses quantitative analysis with validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression, significance, t test and F test with SPSS 21 application. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between motivation and training variables on nurse performance which means that if an independent variable increases in the dependent variable there will be an increase in the dependent variable. The correlation coefficient between the two independent variables with the dependent variable has a strong relationship. The amount of contribution owned by the motivation variable shows that both variables are able to explain and predict the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination of motivational variables is worth 27.1% and the coefficient of determination of training is worth 42.5%.

Abstract

The tourism industry is currently was developing and growing rapidly which made people look for a recreation or vacation with their friends and family. One of the tourism that exists in Central Java was Umbul Sidomukti Semarang which offers beautiful and comfortable natural attractions to visit. Umbul Sidomukti was a Nature Tourism Area in Semarang to encourage tourist satisfaction and also the interest of visiting it back. The purpose of this study was to understand about the effect of the price and the destination image on the interest of visiting back the tourism based on tourist satisfaction. This study used explanatory research type. The sampling technique used purposive accidental. The object of this study was Umbul Sidomukti Semarang tourists. To analyze the data, the writer used SPSS 21.0 for Windows. As the results of discussion, it proved several things such as an effect of price on tourist satisfaction with t arithmetic (9,491) > t table (1,984), an effect of destination image on tourist satisfaction with t arithmetic (11,061) > t table (1,984), an effect of price on interest of visiting back with t arithmetic (3,891) > t table (1,984), an effect of destination image on the interest of visiting back with t arithmetic (7,534) > t table (1,984), and an effect of tourist satisfaction on the interest of visiting back with t arithmetic (6,190) > t table (1,984). Based on the sobel and mediation test, there are an effect of the price on the interest of visiting back satisfaction with t arithmetic (4.6527) > t table (1.984), and the destination image of the interest of visiting back satisfaction with t arithmetic (1.458) > t table (1,984). The suggestions of this study were Umbul Sidomukti Semarang to adjust the prices and improve the destination image and a sense of tourist satisfaction, so as to increase the interest of visit it back.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to measure the effects of e-word of mouth, location, and tourist attraction to visitor’s satisfaction through visiting decisions. The type of this research is explanatory research. The population of this research is visitors who had visited Pantai Menganti, while the sample is 100 visitors who use social media using purposive sampling technique.The analysis used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and sobel test using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that e-word of mouth has a positive effect on visiting decisions, location has a positive effect on visiting decisions, tourist attraction has a positive effect on visiting decisions, visiting decisions have a positive effect on visitor satisfaction, e-word of mouth has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction, and tourist attraction has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis e-word of mouth, location, and tourist attraction simultaneously have a positive effect on visiting decisions. In addition, based on the results of the sobel test is that visiting desicions is an intervening variable on visitor’s satisfaction in this study. Based on those results, it is suggested that Pantai Menganti can improve the ability to improve e-word of mouth, accessibility and its facilities, and increase the existing tourist attraction so that the level of visiting decisions increases, with high visiting decisions it will lead to visitor’s satisfaction so then they will interested to revisit Menganti Beach. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Pantai Menganti, sedangkan sampelnya adalah 100 wisatawan yang pernah menggunakan media sosial dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive sample. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, Uji t, Uji F, dan sobel test menggunakan software SPSS 26.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa e-word of mouth berpengaruh positif  terhadap keputusan berkunjung, lokasi berpengaruh positif  terhadap keputusan berkunjung, daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan berkunjung, keputusan berkunjung berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, e-word of mouth berpengaruh positif  terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, dan daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda e-word of mouth, lokasi, dan daya tarik wisata secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil sobel test keputusan berkunjung merupakan variabel intervening terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka disarankan agar Pantai Menganti dapat meningkatkan e-word of mouth, meningkatkan aksesbilitas dan fasilitas yang ada, dan meningkatkan daya tarik wisata yang ada sehingga tingkat keputusan berkunjung meningkat, dengan keputusan berkunjung yang tinggi maka akan menimbulkan kepuasan pada pengunjung dan berminat untuk mengunjungi Pantai Menganti.Kata kunci : e-word of mouth, lokasi, daya tarik wisata, kepuasan pengunjung, keputusan berkunjung.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research. The population of this study were employees of the Semarang Post Office, while the sample was 74 employees of the Semarang Post Office from representatives of all divisions. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling. The data obtained is primary data which is the result of respondent’s answers for dissemination of questionnaires. After the data was obtained, it was processed using the SPSS program. The data analysis method used in this research is the data instrument test and hypothesis testing. Test the data instrument by using the validity test and reliability test. While for the hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination, and significance test (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation and motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Kantor Pos Besar Semarang, sedangkan sampelnya adalah 74 karyawan Kantor Pos Besar Semarang dari perwakilan seluruh bagian divisi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan proportional random sampling. Data yang diperoleh adalah data primer yang merupakan hasil dari jawaban responden atas kuesioner yang disebarkan. Setelah data diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji instrumen data dan uji hipotesis. Uji instrumen data yaitu dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji signifikansi (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta kompensasi dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi; Motivasi; Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstract: The Old city Semarang area is one of the tourist attractions which is expected to become a mainstay/tourist icon for the city of Semarang. The revitalization carried out by the government of the Kota Lama Semarang Area in 2017-2019 has made the face of the Kota Lama Semarang area more attractive. However, the majority of tourists who come to make tourist visits are only to take pictures and sit around, even though the tourist facilities provided by the Kota Lama Semarang are quite diverse.“This research was conducted to determine the effect of attraction and electronic word of mouth on the decision to visit the Kota Lama Semarang area. The type of research used is explanatory research with data collection tools questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The population in this study are domestic tourists who have visited in the last 3 years and have social media. The samples taken were 100 respondents. The sampling technique for this research is nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. Akan tetapi wisatawan yang datang untuk melakukan kunjungan wisata mayoritas hanya untuk berfoto dan duduk-duduk saja, padahal fasilitas wisata yang disediakan Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang sudah cukup beragam. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik dan electronic word of mouth terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang.“Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan alat pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu wisatawan domestik yang pernah berkunjung pada 3 tahun terakhir dan memiliki media sosial. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 100 responden.Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work training and compensation on the performance of customer service representative at Plasa Telkom Semarang telecommunication area. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sampling technique of this study was proportional random sampling techniques 57. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis method used is regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between job training and compensation variables on CSR performance which means that if an independent variable increases in the dependent variable there will be an increase in the dependent variable. The correlation coefficient between the two independent variables with the dependent variable has a strong relationship. The amount of contribution owned by the motivation variable shows that both variables are able to explain and predict the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination of job training variables is worth 45,9% and the coefficient of determination of compensation is worth 41.5%.Keywords: Job Training; Compensation; Employee Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada CSR Plasa Telkom Witel Semarang. Tipe penelitian yang dipakai adalah explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling sebanyak 57 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi  terhadap kinerja CSR yang berarti jika terjadi kenaikan variabel independent terhadap variabel dependen maka akan terjadi kenaikan variabel dependen. Koefisien korelasi antara kedua variabel independent terhadap variabel dependen memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Besarnya sumbangan yang dimiliki variabel pelatihan kerja menunjukkan kedua variabel mempu menjelaskan dan memprediksi variabel dependen. Adapun koefisien determinasi variabel motivasi bernilai 45,9% dan koefisien determinasi kompensasi yang bernilai 41,5%Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the Development of Entrepreneurial Orientation through Specific Critical Incident (SCI) Entrepreneurial Learning on Business Performance. This study use qualitative research design. The result shows that effect of entrepreneurial orientation on specific critical incident (SCI) entrepreneurial learning has a p-value of 0.002 where the value is less than 0.1 (0.002 < 0.1), so it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 of this study is acceptable or there is an influence of entrepreneurial orientation on specific critical incident (SCI) entrepreneurial learning at a real level of 10% with a parameter coefficient value of 0.466. This means that better entrepreneurial orientation is able to increase specific critical incidents of entrepreneurial learning in entrepreneurship for culinary business actors in South Kalimantan.

Abstract

Implementasi Local Economic Development (LED) sudah dilakukan baik ditingkat nasional maupn tingkat regional. Local Economic Development (LED) dilaksanakan sebagai jawaban atas kekurangefektifan paradigma pembangunan sektoral dan nasional yang belum mampu meningkatkan kinerja perekonomian daerah. Program pembangunan tersebut masih didominasi oleh arahan pemerintah dan kurang partisipasi masyarakat sehingga potensi lokal belum terdayagunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pola kelembagaan klaster usaha dan menganalisa daya lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kelembagaan klaster pemula maupun berkembang mampu mengembangkan potensi ekonomi lokal di Jawa Tengah, bahkan sebagian klaster-klaster sudah mempunyai kriteria daya saing internasional. Abstract

Kain tenun sebagai kain budaya menjadi sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu sentra pengrajin kain tenun berada di desa Troso kecamatan Pecangaan kabupaten Jepara, yaitu pada UKM Ampel Jaya dan UKM Tiara. Permasalahan yang dihadapi salah satunya adalah masalah manajemen usaha dan produksi. Pada umumnya pengrajin tenun Troso memproduksi kain tenun berdasarkan pesanan dari klien atau pedagang kain dari luar daerah. Oleh sebab itu, maka diperlukan kecermatan agar dapat berproduksi seefisien mungkin. Pengrajin sering kali menghitung biaya produksi hanya berdasar perkiraan dan tidak ada ukuran yang jelas dalam menghitung besar biaya produksi. Tim Pelaksana IbPE memperkenalkan metode perhitungan biaya produksi dengan menggunakan Kartu Biaya Pesan Produksi untuk penetapan harga jual dan pengendalian biaya. Penerapan kartu ini juga sekaligus melengkapi program tahun sebelumnya yaitu tentang penggunaan Papan Informasi Produk dan Papan Informasi Stok. Dengan memanfaatkan media yang ada, UKM mitra dapat terbantu dalam menganalisa kondisi usahanya secara lebih jelas dan akurat sehingga bisa menjadi bahan rujukan dalam mengambil keputusan bisnis yang tepat.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted human activity throughout the world. This disruption is also supported by the advancement of technology, particularly in the field of information and communication. However, significant change may cause negative effect for the well-being of many people, which could lead to the imbalance of work-life. With the concept of well-being that divided into four components, personal resources, organizational management, functioning at work, and experience at work, also the concept of work-life balance from the perspective of conflict theory and enrichment theory, this research will examine the well-being of workers and teachers and how it affected their work-life balance amidst pandemic. The study uses qualitative content analysis, the research findings include: (1) the negativity and positivity caused by the pandemic towards the well-being of workers and teachers, (2) and how to achieve work-life balance amidst pandemic from the conflict theory perspective and enrichment theory perspective.
