Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of  the outlet and product quality toward purchase decisions through brand trust of herbal medicine consumers of Nyonya Meneer in Semarang. This type of research is explanatory, to explain the causal relationship between the outlet and product quality toward purchase decisions. Population ini this research is Nyonya Meneer consumers who was 16 until 35 years and live in Semarang. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 people.                                                         The sampling on this study is used purposive sampling’method. Data collection methods used is literature studies and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using a test of validity, reliability, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. While hypothesis testing using t-test, F test and path analysis.                                                         The results showed that outlet and  product quality affects purchase decisions. Based on the path analysis, its show that direct effect of outlet toward purchase decisions is 0,122. Meanwhile, the impact of outlet toward purchase decisions through brand trust is 0,027192. Its show that the impact of outlet toward purchase decisions is higher though not  through the brand trust. In the other side, the  direct effect of  product quality toward purchase decisions is 0,126. Menawhile, the impact of product quality toward purchase decisions through brand trust is 0,032857.  Its show that the impact of product qulity toward purchase decisions is higher though not  through the brand trust.             Based on this analysis, the advice that can be given to improve the brand trust or purchase decisions is that the PT Nyonya Meneer and the outlets owner should be able to improve the outlet with improving the desain and facilities outlet. And then to maintain product quality by improve quality packaging and the addition of variants taste. And to be able to invite young consumers, Nyonya Meneer can also add activities involving young consumers.But, based on the path analyse showed that coefficient has small number, so its better to the company also give the attention to other factors that impact the purchase decisions.

Abstract

Business global era requires companies to have employees who are high quality and have a good performance . Compensation received by employees and the implementation of career development is a factor that can improve employee performance. PT Nasmoco Magelang is one car company Toyota which has a fairly high level of sales. Based on preliminary survey found problems regarding compensation and career development that is not in accordance with the wishes of employees . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable compensation and career development partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The analysis tool used is quantitative analysis includes correlation , simple linear regression , multiple linear regression , koerfisien test of determination ( R2 ) and the significance test with SPSS 16.0 . The test results demonstrate the compensation and career development and simultaneous partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously compensation and career development affects the performance of employees is the coefficient of determination of 51.4 %. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test career development have the greatest influence on employee performance with a significance of 0.000. PT Nasmoco Magelang is expected to adjust the amount of bonuses and incentives with the performance of each employee, As well as informing CAN do career development To employees well and that more attention to education

Abstract

employee performance affects for the continuity of the company's business, the company needs to pay attention to its employees in order to be able to work in accordance with the company's goals.several things that can be affect employees performance include supervision and training. The type of research used is Explanatory research, 67 sample out of 201 employees of CV Laksana Finishing Department with a sampling technique that is simple random sampling. the resultsof statistical test showed the correlation coefficient of supervison is 0.421 and training is 0.463 and have t count> t table, and supervision 3,746 and supervision 4,216, indicating supervision and training have  a significant and positive influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination for supervision and training together contributes 25% of the overall performance of Finishing Department. Advise given by making news for rules violators and training must change from fundamental focus to progressive training and focus on improving quality of product.

Abstract

The development of car wash services for years to yeras are increasing and becoming on concern for the society. From the customer complains data in CV. Jasa Raya Baru Semarang from Juni to December 2013, there are complains such as the car is not well drained, lack of cleaness and the washing time is too long. This research aims to determine the level of car wash customer satisfaction in CV. Jasa Raya Baru Semarang. Viewed from the dimension of realibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence.The type research that is used is descriptive analysis. The data used in the research is the primary data obtained by using the instrumens of gathering data in the from of a questionnaire and question’s guidelines. The population in this research is all customers in 2013, 4025 samples are taken according to Donald R. Cooper aboute 100 respondens by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis that is used in the research is important and performance analysis.On the basis of importance analysis, can be concluded that:The customers of car wash service in CV. Jasa Raya Baru Semarang are less satisfied with the dimension of reability.The customers of car wash service in CV. Jasa Raya Baru Semarang are less satisfied with the dimension of responsiveness.The customers of car wash service in CV. Jasa Raya Baru Semarang are less satisfied with the dimension of assurance.The customers of car wash service in CV. Jasa Raya Baru Semarang are less satisfied with the dimension of empathy.The customers of car wash service in CV. Jasa Raya Baru Semarang are less satisfied with the dimension of physical evidence.The average satisfaction level based on the importance and performance analysis is 3,55 (less satisfied). This indicates that respondens fell less satisfied with the services provided by car wash in CV. Jasa Raya Baru Semarang. In here are advices for car wash CV. Jasa Raya Baru Semarang: to improve the performance of the car wash services that are considered less attention from the company, such as, checking the car before it is about to be wash, easy costumers in establishing interaction with employes, employee’s capability in instealing a sence of trust to be customer, the company is having employes who are provided with the appropriate, field experinces with their work, giving attention regardless of the customers social status, the understanding of companys employees to understand the customers needs the company appreciating the customer’s time, the design of car wash place that interesting.

Abstract

The province of Central Java has a good potential to be developed into tourism areas. One of the tourism object that is developing, namely Bondo Beach in Jepara which has unique tourism potential. But the number of visitors from 2014 to 2016 quite fluctuating, as known in 2014 and 2015 there was an increase in the number of visitors but in 2016 there was a decrease in number of visitors. This study aims to determine the influence of Tourism Products, and Electronic Word of Mouth to Visiting Decision in Bondo Beach Attractions. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample used is 100 respondents. The sampling techniques are accidental and purposive sampling.T he respondent is a Visitor Bondo Beach Attractions who have been visiting the Bondo Beach. The technique analysis are validity and reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and test of significance (t-test and F) and SPSS. Based on the results of the analysis is known that the variable Tourism Product contributes influence on Visiting Decision by 36%. Variable Electronic Word of Mouth contributes influence to the Visiting Decision of 45.1%. While simultaneously, The Tourism Product and Electronic Word of Mouth contributes to the influence on Visiting Decision by 53%. This means that the better of Tourism Product and Electronic Word of Mouth the higher the Visiting Decision in Bondo Beach Attractions. Based on that, the researcher suggested that the management of Bondo Beach Objects can pay more attention to the existing tourism products, and improve the toilet feasibility facility, signpost directions so as to facilitate visitors and more active in offering facilities in Bondo Beach information to visitors, so as to increase tourist visit at Bondo Beach.

Abstract

A new measurement system based on performance become necessity in managing an organization. The study was conducted in District Company BPR Bank Pasar Region of Kudus. The research design is for performance measurement model business balanced scorecard approach through four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth. Performance measurement model is considered able to balance financial performance with non-financial performance.Type of research is a case study. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through focus group discussion (FGD) and using data collection instruments such as questionnaires. And secondary data from the bank's financial statements for 2009, 2010 and 2011. Data analysis begins with translating the vision and mission into strategic goals, set targets and weights through the FGD, performing measurements on each perspective and calculates a score balanced scorecard. Based on the analysis, it could be concluded that the balanced scorecard is a total score of 94.12 and in the category of healthy according to predicate the health of BPR. Financial and customer perspectives in the category of healthy as expected, but in the perspective of internal business processes and learning and growth in the category is quite healthy. Advice can be given to the company is to improve the performance of the non-financial aspects, especially in the perspective of internal business processes and learning and growth.

Abstract

Susan Spa & Resort Bandungan is a service company offering lodging services such as resorts and SPA. The problems in this research is the fact that employee turnover¸ increased employee absenteeism, low awareness to help each other and low achievement. This indicates low employee performance. Susan Spa & Resort Bandungan need to take attention to factors affecting employee performance to increase work productivity so that can compete with other service companies. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of commitment organizational, self efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) for employee performance (case study on permanent employees Susan Spa & Bandungan Resort) in Semarang Regency. The type of this research using explanatory research. The sample used are 38 respondents respondents permanent employee Susan Spa & Resort Bandungan. The sampling techniques is Saturation Sampling method. The data collection technique are questionnaire and literature review. Data analysis techniques are using validity test, reliability test, cross tabulation test, correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, and f test with SPSS 21.0. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant between, organizational commitment, self efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) influece to the employee performance partially and simultaneously. The recommendation for the company to improve self efficacy of employees from indicators solutional (able to give the best advice), leadership (teamwork) and experience ( experience from failure). In addition, the company also have to improve organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) employees from indicators volunteer to help (help other employees without rewards), competition (to be the best employee), avoid conflict, participation (participation in the activities company), initiative (looking for information of competitors and new trend), and fairness (not spending time to raise the issue).

Abstract

Every company needs a resource that has an important influence to achieve success. Human resource management play an active role in improving employee performance through a number of variables that influence including leadership and occupational health and safety (K3). Based on the existing problems in this study was a decrease in the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPJ-Central Semarang technique in 2014 in repairing damaged transformers, transformer damage that should be the target of 25 units, but in reality to 39 units and the target shrinkage transformer is supposed to 8.55% but in fact 19.62%. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and occupational health and safety (K3) on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPJ-Central Semarang techniques. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study are employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPJ Middle Semarang engineering section with a sample size of 50 respondents. Census sampling techniques. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used is validity, reliability, cross tabulation, correlation, determination, regression analysis, the significance test with SPSS. Research, leadership is in excellent health and safety (K3) is quite good, and the performance as very good. It shows when the leadership is getting better and with the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) is good, then the performance will increase. Researchers suggest that high employee performance it should be more assertive leadership, solid, and clear in giving instructions, so that each employee can capture well the instructions given by the leader and carry out their work according to the instructions of work that has been directed. Listening to complaints from employees, employee supervision until the work is completed on time. More attention to the work tools and equipment that are not proper to use immediately replaced a new one, so that employees feel comfortable in their work.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of CSR of field economic, social and environmental of the corporate image toward Nasmoco. The population in this research is community of Semarang City whose feel the impact of CSR Nasmoco activities. Sampling is taken by proportional sampling technique. The sample size in this research were 160 respondents and only 100 respondents are qualified. Data analysis is performed by correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis, coefficients test of determination (R2), while hypothesis is tested by using the t test and f test. The results of this research indicate that the CSR field of economic, social and environmental dimension affected the corporate image of Nasmoco. From three variables which is studied, the CSR field of economic has greater influence on the corporate image of Nasmoco compared to the CSR field of social and environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated growing fashion industry, one of fashion products are rising that the veil or hijab. From a business perspective, hijabers phenomenon has great potential in the fashion industry, especially in industrial veils. Manufacturers producing veil one of which was Rabbani who is a garment company and one of the first instant veil companies in Indonesia. Many manufacturers competitors like Zoya, Pashmina, and shasmira are also more aggressively promote its products. Rabbani has decreased the percentage of sales in 2011 to 2014This research aims to determined the effect of the Promotion, Price and Quality Products toward Interest Buy of the consumer of Rabbani’s Veil Dipatiukur Bandung. This type of research is explanatory research, data collection techniques are based interviews questionnaires, cluster sampling technique of sampling and the number of samples 120. Data were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and F test data were analyzed quantitatively using SPSS.This study showed that promotion, price and product quality effect on consumer buying interest either partially or simultaneously. The quality of products provide greatest influence on the consumer buying interest Dipatiukur veil Rabbani Bandung.The conclusion promotions, price and higher quality products, the higher the purchase interest. Rabbani suggested further enhance the promotion of the use of language which clear and persuasive language, pricing according to segmentation, diversity of models and styles, and products provided should continue to follow the fashion trend.
