Abstract

Human resources is an important factor in the company as it can support the achievement of goals in the company. Hence, the company must maintain human resources in order not to leave the company and find work in other companies. So to suppress human resources especially laborers out of the company (turn over intention) the company should pay attention to the factors that support turnover intention, including compensation and job insecurity factors. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job insecurity on turnover intention in the case study at PT. Pura Barutama Unit Offset Production Division. This type of research using explanatory research and sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, data collection technique using the questionnaire method. Thenumber of samples used in this study as many as 100 respondents. This research uses quantitative and qualitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination, simple regression and multiple tests, and significance of T and F test. The results of this study indicate that the compensation and job insecurity variables have a strong influence on turnover intention variables. The compensation variable has a strong influence as well as the direction of a negative relationship to the turnover intention variable. While job insecurity variables have a very strong influence and have a positive relationship direction to the variable turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the characteristic of enterpreneurial business owners, conditions of business environment and the role of the business environment in the development of industries of rattan furniture, rattan weaving and lampit in Amuntai HSU, South Kalimantan. Population in this research is all businesses in Rattan Crafts Center in Amuntai HSU South Kalimantan. Sample in this research is taken using purposive and snowbal sampling. Data collecting is done by interview, observation and documentation methods. The result showed that enterpreneurship characteristics owned by the business owners are attitude of product innovation and authenticity, the willingness to take risk in having product diversity, and strong leadership in having harmonious relations with employees. The business owners have not yet had an attitude toward duties and maximum profit results within the internal and external business environment. Furniture and webbing rattan producers should be able to build duty-oriented attitude and an attitude towards maximum profit. They need to also be a risk-taker and a leader in facing the challenges of business world within internal and external business environment.

Abstract

In the midst of intense mobile wallet competition that is present in Indonesia, LinkAja was born as a result of the collaboration of seven well-known SOEs in Indonesia, the birth of LinkAja is expected to match, even rival the dominance of Go-Pay and Ovo, to be able to compete with its competitors LinkAja needs to increase customer loyalty by improving customer experience and customer satisfaction. The background of this research is due to a decrease in the number of LinkAja users and from the results of a survey it is stated that the loyalty of LinkAja users is in the lowest order compared to its competitors. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of customer experience on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for LinkAja users in the city of Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research. Data were collected by using a questionnaire, the sample was taken using purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents using LinkAja in the city of Semarang. The analysis technique uses validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression analysis, t test and Sobel test using SPSS 25.0 software for Windows. The results of this study indicate that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Di tengah ketatnya persaingan mobile wallet yang hadir di Indonesia, LinkAja lahir sebagai hasil dari kolaborasi tujuh BUMN ternama di Indonesia, lahirnya LinkAja diharapkan dapat menyamai, bahkan menyaingi dominasi Go-Pay dan Ovo, untuk dapat menyaingi kompetitornya LinkAja perlu untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggannya dengan cara meningkatkan customer experience dan kepuasan pelanggannya. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini dikarenakan adanya penurunan jumlah pengguna LinkAja dan dari hasil sebuah survei menyatakan bahwa loyalitas pengguna LinkAja berada pada urutan terendah dibandingkan dengan para kompetitornya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh customer experience terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening pengguna LinkAja di kota Semarang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Data dikumpulkan dengan dengan kuesioner, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden pengguna LinkAja di kota Semarang. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t dan uji sobel dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa customer experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Customer experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

MSMEs are a form of social entrepreneurship that is able to absorb up to 97% of the workforce. This of course can be optimized to reduce the unemployment rate which is a strategic issue from year to year. Unfortunately, this is not offset by the reported entrepreneurship rate of only 3.47%. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions in business students in the city of Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The primary data in this study is data obtained from the results of a questionnaire, while the secondary data in this study is statistical data collected from various secondary sources. Respondents in this study were 100 business students in the city of Semarang. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with the help of software SmartPLS ver 3.3.2. The results showed that entrepreneurial competence had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. On the other hand, attitudes towards entrepreneurial behavior and subjective norms of entrepreneurship have no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This Research aimed to analyze Consumer behavior of Janji Jiwa coffee which focuses on the buying decision process from consumers, which includes the influence of Instagram promotion and word of mouth on buying decisions, which mediated by purchase intention and brand awareness from Kopi Janji Jiwa in East Jakarta. This Research survey was conducted through Questionnaire on 100 Janji Jiwa customers who have bought the Janji Jiwa coffee at least 4 times in Janji Jiwa outlets in AEON mall Jakarta Garden City and Transera Waterpark at East Jakarta. All the responses are processed with path analysis using Smart - PLS application. The results finding reveal that between Instagram promotion (Advertising) and word of mouth, Purchase Intention and Brand Awareness, and Buying decision, each of these variables has an effect on each other. But there are no influence between word of mouth on purchase intention. In Addition, Purchase intention and brand awareness are proven to mediate and strengthen the relationship between Instagram promotion and word of mouth towards buying decision.

Abstract

The significant development of the cosmetic industry, particularly in Indonesia, is facing various challenges and issues. Apart from the problem of packaging quality that does not meet environmental standards, there are still cosmetic products found to contain harmful chemicals (such as mercury, banned colorants, carcinogens, and microbial contaminants) that can negatively impact the health of users. The environmental issues and negative effects of cosmetic products on consumers indicate that there are still cosmetic manufacturers or distributors who have not been able to implement the Triple Bottom Line principle, consisting of People, Planet, and Profit (3P's). These companies focus solely on maximizing profits while disregarding the impact of products containing harmful chemicals on public health (people) and continue to use environmentally unfriendly raw materials and packaging (planet). This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of green brand image and LOHAS on Green Purchase Intention, either through green attitude. The study gathered 200 respondents as the sample. The research utilized the SEM analysis method using the Smart PLS 3.3.3 statistical tool. The results of partial significance testing found that Green Brand Image can influence Green Attitude and Green Purchase Intention. Meanwhile, LOHAS only has a direct influence on Green Attitude. The mediating test results found that Green Attitude can mediate the influence of Green Brand Image and LOHAS on Green Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Developing business networks in international markets by carrying out export activities can encourage the acceleration of the country's economy, which is currently being assisted by the FTA Center from the Indonesian Ministry of Trade. The aim of the FTA Center is to provide a public service to micro and small business actors in terms of carrying out export activities by providing assistance regarding export procedures. Thus, the FTA Center plays an important role in developing international business networks to promote or be able to increase export numbers in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research results show that there has been an increase in the number of exporters with a total of 42 times from micro business actors using export assistance service facilities. From the results of this research, the FTA Center, especially in Semarang City, has succeeded in carrying out its role as a partner for MSMEs by becoming an international business network in implementing free trade agreements. Thus, to improve the work achievements of the Semarang FTA Center, an approach using social media is needed to provide outreach services related to free trade agreements. Abstract

Kemampuan berinovasi berperan penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan sebuah usaha untuk bertahan lama di pasar. Banyaknya penurunan jumlah IKM Mebel pada Kabupaten Jepara selama beberapa tahun terakhir mengindikasikan adanya sebuah masalah dalam berinovasi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap innovation capability melalui knowledge sharing pada IKM Mebel di Desa Tahunan Kabupaten Jepara. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang dengan pemilihan desa menggunakan teknik multistage random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Tipe penelitian ini ialah explanatory research dengan data diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan struktur organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap innovation capability melalui knowledge sharing. Adapun batasan penelitian ini hanya membahas pada lingkup KM foundations saja. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilaksanakan pada sektor IKM, desa, maupun kota yang berbeda dengan lingkup bahasan KM yang lebih luas, serta indikator variabel yang lebih menyeluruh guna memperoleh hasil yang lebih beragam dalam penelitian selanjutnya.Innovation capability plays an important role in maintaining the sustainability of a business to last long in the market. The large decline in the number of furniture IKM in Jepara Regency over the past few years indicates a problem in innovation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational structure and organizational culture on innovation capability through knowledge sharing at IKM furniture in Tahunan Village, Jepara Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people with using a multistage random sampling technique to pick a village. Data collection was carried out directly using a questionnaire. This type of research is explanatory research with data processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study show that organizational structure and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on innovation capability through knowledge sharing. The limitations of this research only discuss on the scope of KM foundations. Suggestions for further research can be carried out in different sectors of IKM, villages, and cities with much wider scope of KM, and more comprehensive variable indicators in order to obtain more diverse results in future research.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the world makes companies look for competent human resources for technology development, qualified skills and a good desire to learn. Telkom Indonesia as the telecommunications market leader in Indonesia needs to pay attention to employee digital competency in maintaining competitive advantage. Telkom Indonesia with a strategic approach implemented a corporate university concept with Telkom Corporate University as a learning unit that provides employee development programs. This research aims to determine the application of the talent development strategy in the industrial era 4.0 at PT Telkom Indonesia Regional IV Jateng-DIY by using the talent management framework as a reference material for analysis. This research is qualitative research with a literature review of various scientific articles and reports published by trusted organizations. The findings show that good talent management can support the talent development system or strategy at telecommunications companies in Indonesia. A strategic approach with the corporate university concept is the key in the talent development strategy of telecommunications companies facing the industrial revolution. The results of this research can be developed by paying attention to corporate culture activation programs that influence talent development programs in the industrial era 4.0.Perkembangan teknologi membuat perusahaan mencari karyawan yang kompeten dalam teknologi dan keinginan untuk belajar yang baik. Telkom Indonesia sebagai market leader telekomunikasi di Indonesia perlu untuk memperhatikan kompetensi digital karyawan sebagai modal manusia dalam menjaga keunggulan kompetitif di era industri 4.0. Telkom Indonesia dengan pendekatan strategis menjalankan konsep corporate university dengan Telkom Corporate University sebagai learning unit yang menyuguhkan program-program pengembangan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan talent development strategy di era industri 4.0 pada PT Telkom Indonesia Regional IV Jateng-DIY dengan menggunakan talent management framework sebagai bahan acuan analisis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan tinjauan literatur berbagai artikel ilmiah dan laporan yang diterbitkan oleh organisasi terpercaya yang membahas terkait manajemen talenta khususnya talent development. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa talent management yang baik dapat mendukung sistem atau strategi talent development pada perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia yaitu PT Telkom Indonesia. Pendekatan strategis dengan konsep corporate university & learning & development framework menjadi kunci dalam strategi talent development perusahaan telekomunikasi menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Diperlukan culture activation perusahaan yang baik pada setiap lini guna mendukung talent development strategy yang optimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan dengan memperhatikan program aktivitas budaya yang mempengaruhi program talent development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan investasi pada saham Initial Public Offering (IPO) dengan mempertimbangkan peran moderasi literasi keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa risk perception, risk propensity, dan herding behavior memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi saham IPO. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi risiko, keberanian mengambil risiko, dan perilaku ikut-ikutan investor, semakin besar kemungkinan mereka untuk berinvestasi dalam saham IPO seperti Bukalapak, GoTo, dan Blibli. Selanjutnya, literasi keuangan terbukti memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan hubungan antara risk perception dan risk propensity terhadap keputusan investasi saham IPO, yang berarti investor dengan pemahaman keuangan yang baik dapat mengelola risiko lebih rasional dan optimal dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Namun, literasi keuangan tidak memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan antara herding behavior dan keputusan investasi saham IPO, yang menunjukkan bahwa perilaku ikut-ikutan dalam investasi lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis, sosial, dan informasi eksternal daripada tingkat literasi keuangan individu. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi investor dan regulator pasar modal dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan guna menciptakan keputusan investasi yang lebih rasional dan optimal.
