Abstract

Pada 8 Mei 2024 SMK Ar-Rasyadiyyah Kota Serang mengadakan pelatihan kepemimpinan untuk Generasi Milenial dan Generasi Z. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kepemimpinan siswa-siswi agar siap menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi, meningkatkan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan, memahami pentingnya kerja tim, mengasah kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif, serta menumbuhkan tanggung jawab dan integritas. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi dasar-dasar kepemimpinan, teknik komunikasi efektif, manajemen waktu, pengambilan keputusan strategis, kerja tim, konflik manajemen, inovasi, dan kreativitas dalam kepemimpinan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup ceramah, diskusi, studi kasus, simulasi, role play, workshop, dan praktik langsung. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh siswa-siswi dari berbagai jurusan yang menunjukkan antusiasme dan potensi besar sebagai pemimpin masa depan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa program ini merupakan langkah positif dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda menjadi agen perubahan yang membawa kemajuan bagi masyarakat dan negara, dengan membekali mereka pengetahuan, keterampilan, karakter, dan sikap kepemimpinan yang kuat. On May 8, 2024, Ar-Rasyadiyyah Vocational School in Serang City hosted an impactful leadership training session for the Millennial Generation and Generation Z. The goal of this training was to empower students with the essential leadership skills needed to confront and conquer the challenges of tomorrow. This comprehensive training program was meticulously crafted to cultivate robust communication abilities, enhance decision-making prowess, emphasize the vital role of teamwork, hone critical and creative thinking skills, and instill values of responsibility and integrity. Topics covered during the training encompassed the essentials of leadership, cutting-edge communication strategies, time management, strategic decision-making, teamwork, conflict resolution, and fostering innovation and creativity in leadership. The training employed a diverse array of methods such as engaging lectures, dynamic discussions, real-life case studies, immersive simulations, interactive role plays, hands-on workshops, and practical exercises. Students hailing from various academic disciplines wholeheartedly participated in the training, showcasing unparalleled enthusiasm and unwavering potential as the torchbearers of the future. The resounding success of this training program unequivocally indicates that it is an exemplary leap towards preparing the next generation to become catalysts of change, propelling societal and national advancement through the dissemination of knowledge, honing of skills, nurturing of character, and fostering resolute leadership qualities.

Abstract

The aim of this community service implementation is to design interactive learning evaluations with wordwalls as a form of teacher innovation and creativity in teaching so that learning in the classroom can be maximized. The development of information technology is currently in the era society 5.0 so that the education system is increasingly developing, especially in learning. Existing educational development mean that teachers need to carry out developments in learning both in terms of the learning methods carried out and the learning media used. This is a challenge for teachers in utilizing technology-based media for use in learning. There are still teachers who have minimal knowledge regarding the used of technology-based learning media so they have no been able to optimize interactive learning evaluations using wordwalls. Appart from that, the main objective in implementing this community service is to assist teachers in creating innovative and interesting learning evaluations that can be used in learning. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of reflective abstraction of prospective teacher students in solving Bayes' theorem problems in the opportunity theory course. Using a qualitative approach, this research data was taken from prospective 5th semester mathematics teachers, as many as 56 students. The subjects of the study were then selected 5 subjects using purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used are problem-solving tests and interview guidelines have been validated by experts. Documentation data in the form of written test results, videos when doing test questions, and videos during interviews. Qualitative analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation, data interpretation, and conclusions. The validity test of the data in this study used triangulation of data collected through various sources, namely comparing the results of student answers and in-depth interviews. The results of this study show that there are differences in the level of skill or capacity of students in solving problems regarding Bayes' proposition. This difference was observed based on the way students thought when given a problem in the form of a story problem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the risks associated with the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum at the elementary school level using the FMEA method. This research is a literature study employing a qualitative approach, followed by the FMEA method to conduct a risk analysis of the issues in implementing the Merdeka Belajar curriculum at the elementary school level. The findings indicate several levels of issues and corresponding solutions for the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, including:1) Teachers' lack of ability to develop learning models, evaluation methods, and learning tools. This issue can be addressed by involving teachers in training and workshops to enhance their skills in creating effective learning models and tools to improve classroom teaching, 2) Insufficient teacher understanding of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum implementation. This can be resolved by enrolling teachers in training programs focused on implementing learning with the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, 3) Limited teacher ability to understand diverse students and student heterogeneity. This can be addressed by enhancing teachers' psychological skills to better understand their students, 4) Lack of understanding of information technology usage among teachers and staff, as well as limited internet access and infrastructure. Solutions include government support for the provision of learning facilities such as internet access and infrastructure. Additionally, schools can involve teachers and educators in workshops and training sessions on technology and information usage, 5) Suboptimal time management. This issue can be addressed by improving time management to effectively organize teaching activities using the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, 6) Lack of student competitiveness. This can be enhanced by motivating students to value the importance of striving for progress and success in their learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendesain dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis budaya bagi siswa kelas VIII SMP Semester 1. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE dengan tahap sistematis yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil berdasarkan penelitian dan pembahasan secara singkat dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran matematika berbasis budaya dalam bentuk ICT ini memiliki kriteria baik dengan perolehan presentase dari ahli desain sebesar 80%, ahli materi sebesar 91%, ahli media sebesar 65% dan penilaian guru sebesar 96%. Sehingga tingkat validasi media pembelajaran matematika berbasis budaya dalam bentuk ICT ini diinterprestasikan baik untuk direalisasikan pada peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kelas VIII Semester 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara konsep matematika dengan budaya pencak silat dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data dikumpulkan dari lima artikel relevan, yang membahas unsur-unsur matematika dalam gerakan bela diri pencak silat di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gerakan pencak silat mengandung konsep matematika, seperti sudut, yaitu lancip, siku-siku, tumpul dan lurus, bangun datar, yaitu segitiga, layang-layang, trapesium dan jajar genjang, hubungan antara garis sejajar, berpotongan dan tegak lurus, dan transformasi geometri, yaitu refleksi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pencak silat memiliki potensi besar sebagai media pembelajaran matematika berbasis budaya. Pendekatan etnomatematika melalui pencak silat dapat membantu siswa memahami konsep matematika secara kontekstual dan relevan. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam cakupan data.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar lembar kerjasiswa yang efektif sesuai dengan pembelajaran matematika pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama kelas VII. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain instruksional modern M.Atwi Suparman yang terdiri dari beberapa langkah, yaitu pertama mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan menulis tujuan instruksional umum, kedua melakukan analisis instruksional, ketiga mengidentifikasi perilaku dan karakteristik peserta didik, keempat menulis tujuan instruksional khusus, kelima menyusun alat penilaian hasil belajar, keenam menyusun strategi isntruksional, ketujuh mengembangkan bahan instruksional, dan terakhir evaluasi formatif. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini adalah tersusunnya Bahan Instruksional Lembar Kerja Siswa Mata Pelajaran Matematika Berbasis Kontekstual yang berkaitan dengan masalah-masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk memfasilitasi siswa dalam pencapaian Tujuan Instruksional Umum dan pemecahan masalah matematis serta meningkatan pemahaman peserta didik. Bahan instruksional ini berisi materi dari kurikulum terbaru yaitu, kurikulum edisi revisi 2017. Setelah Lembar Kerja Siswa selesai dibuat, maka dilakukan evaluasi formatif dengan proses uji pakar media, uji pakar materi dan uji pakar bahasa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of collaborative innovation in improving the quality of education in schools. This study is a qualitative study using the Focus Group Discussion method. FGD was conducted on several teachers at one of South Jakarta's junior high schools with different educational backgrounds. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that innovation in education is very much needed. With innovation, teachers can be more creative in creating interesting learning and motivating students to learn. One form of innovation needed by teachers is collaborative innovation. With collaborative innovation, teachers' insights will increase and teachers will be able to create innovations in learning that can increase students' interest and motivation to learn. In addition, with collaborative innovation, teachers can learn new things outside their fields that can increase knowledge and improve the quality of education. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that collaborative innovation can improve the quality of education in schools, although the results of the increase are not significant, this is due to the background of students who are mostly not from academic achievement. However, with collaborative innovation, teachers maximize the learning process and there is an increase in students' willingness to learn.

Abstract

Indeks keberadaban warganet Indonesia di posisi terendah di Asia Tenggara. Fakta ini diperoleh berdasarkan laporan Digital Civility Index (DCI) oleh Microsoft tahun 2020. Tujuan dari survei ini adalah untuk menghitung tingkat keberadaban digital yang dimiliki pengguna internet di seluruh dunia saat berkomunikasi secara digital. Sebagai negara yang berlandaskan pancasila, seharusnya persoalan keadaban tidak menjadi masalah bagi karakter bangsa Indonesia. Artikel ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran digital warga negara Indonesia rendah karena tidak memiliki kompetensi yang ideal dalam memperoleh pembelajaran kewarganegaraan digital. Warga digital yang kompeten mampu menyelesaikan tantangan baru yang berkaitan dengan partisipasi masyarakat seperti perbedaan budaya, menghormati hak-hak individu, dan menjauhi kejahatan digital. Dalam usaha membangun keadaban digital tersebut, dibutuhkan proses pembelajaran yang tepat guna agar kompetensi kewarganegaraan digital dapat dimiliki oleh setiap warga negara

Abstract

A Muslim's success in life is when he can read the holy Quran believed in his religion. This is what An-Nahl Islamic Kindergarten aims to do to make students able to read and memorize short letters in the Quran. Schools are required to adapt to current developments in terms of finding methods that are appropriate to the present. One method of learning the Quran is through the UMMI method. Because the UMMI method places the teaching process like a mother teaching her children. In the process of finding the right method, the institution uses the PDCA technique, where the PDCA technique is a technique for guaranteeing the quality of an organization so that the quality of the organization increases or is maintained. Qualitative descriptive methods were used in this research. The results obtained show that the UMMI method is the appropriate method to use in learning the Koran. And the PDCA technique is also the right technique for finding a way out of a change in an organization in order to improve the quality of the organization.
