Abstract

The accompanying facilitator is a program from PT Bank BTN Syariah Tbk which aims to empower productive underprivileged mothers who are MSME actors by providing business assistance to customers. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the biggest drivers of economic growth in Indonesia. However, in running their businesses, MSMEs often experience difficulties such as small scale businesses having difficulty accessing markets, limited capital, limited employees and limited knowledge. Where this happens to MSME actors, underprivileged women who are productive BTPN Syariah customers who are in rural areas who lack access to information to expand the market for products or services, due to the limited knowledge of MSME actors. The access to knowledge facilitator program aims to increase customers' entrepreneurial knowledge capacity so that they gain wider market access. In empowering productive underprivileged mothers, BTPN Syariah provides access to accompanying facilitators to customers with the aim of providing significant benefits and effects regarding increasing income, accessibility and customers gaining knowledge about entrepreneurship. It is hoped that this empowerment can improve the performance of MSME players so that they can develop business in businesses run by Bank BTPN Syariah customers.

Abstract

Doctors at the Tanjunganom Health Center UPTD use a medical action approval form before taking medical action. Baseded on the findings, the implementation of the medical action approval form at the Tanjunganom Health Center UPTD was difficult to read and the writing was not in accordance with the rules for documenting medical records. Whereas approval of medical action as evidence of legality in court and avoiding malpractice actions that harm patients. The purpose of the study was to design an electronic medical action approval form according to the needed of the officer, based on color, layout and control. This study used a qualitative descriptive, for the population and a sample of 2 inpatient registration officers who use informed consent. The result of this research is the interface design of the electronic medical action consent form. The results of interviews with 2 inpatient registration officers obtained that the colour uses light green as a colour symbol from the Tanjunganom Health Center, the layout was neatly arranged according to the comfort of the officers when using the application, and the controls used are icons and explanatory text adjusted to their functions so that the use of buttons was easy. understood. These results are adjusted to the needed of officers to make it easier for officers to operate the application. It should be realized immediately by organizing training, outreach to officers so that services are more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Diagnostic codification must fulfill 10 characteristics of quality data, namely one of which is accurate, namely the truth and validity of data values. External Causes are external causes of fracture cases which classify based on the place and activity of the incident. It is very important that external causes codes are documented in medical record files for financing analysis, health services and reporting. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the fracture diagnosis code and external causes at Mardi Waluyo Hospital, Blitar City in 2021. The research method used a retrospective descriptive. The sampling technique is simple random sampling, with 52 samples. The implementation of coding at Mardi Waluyo Hospital, Blitar City, was carried out by coder officers and was in accordance with the policies and standard operating procedures at the hospital. The level of accuracy of the fracture diagnosis code with a percentage of 85% is included in the category that needs improvement and external causes with a percentage of 6% is included in the unsatisfactory category. The inaccuracy of the external causes code is caused by the use of the 5th character or the activity code that has not yet been coded. The inaccuracy of the officers in coding caused the resulting code to be inaccurate, so it was suggested that filling out medical record documents must be filled in completely and clearly to support proper and accurate coding of fractures and external causes so as to produce a better percentage of accuracy.

Abstract

Efforts made by the management of PT Pegadaian Tigaraksa branch in terms of policy, especially the compensation variable X1 and work discipline X2, the performance of Y employees at the Tigaraksa branch pawnshop, Tangerang. Research). The data analysis technique used in this study used date instrument test analysis, multiple linear regression test, correlation test, determination test, t test and f test by testing compensation and work discipline variables on employee performance at the Tigaraksa branch of pawnshops, Tangerang. Results of the research distribution of 100 populations absorbed by statistical analysis, namely a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, the H1 decision is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the Tigaraksa branch of pawnshops, Tangerang, obtained from a correlation coefficient value of 0.59, meaning quite strong, the coefficient of determinant between the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the pawnshop branch of Tigaraksa Tangerang contributes 68% while the remaining 32% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The multiple regression equation formed is significant between the variables of the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the Tigaraksa branch pawnshop, Tangerang, of Y = 41,520 + 040 + 034, the significance value (sig) is 0.000 <0.05, so F count 2.24 > 3.44. then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning accepted, in the multiple regression equation test formed between the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at branch the Tigaraksa, Tangerang

Abstract

Hukum Islam merupakan sistem hukum yang bersumber dari Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah, berkembang sejak era Nabi Muhammad SAW hingga zaman modern. Sebagai pedoman hidup yang holistik, hukum ini tidak hanya mengatur aspek keagamaan, tetapi juga mencakup dimensi sosial, ekonomi, dan politik, menjadikannya relevan dalam berbagai konteks sejarah dan budaya. Penelitian ini membahas perjalanan hukum Islam mulai dari penerapan langsung di masa Nabi, perkembangan mazhab-mazhab hukum pada era klasik, hingga tantangan globalisasi di era modern. Mekanisme ijtihad yang diterapkan para ulama menjadi kunci fleksibilitas hukum Islam dalam menanggapi perubahan zaman, memungkinkan sistem ini tetap adaptif tanpa kehilangan esensi dasarnya. Pada era klasik, hukum Islam berkembang melalui pembentukan institusi peradilan yang terstruktur dan karya-karya ulama besar, seperti Al-Muwatta dan Al-Umm. Sementara itu, era modern menunjukkan upaya kodifikasi seperti Majallah al-Ahkam al-Adliyyah, yang menjadi model bagi integrasi hukum Islam dalam sistem hukum nasional di berbagai negara. Selain itu, konsep keadilan restoratif dan perlindungan hak asasi manusia yang ditawarkan oleh hukum Islam berkontribusi pada pembentukan norma hukum internasional yang berkeadilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka untuk memahami fleksibilitas hukum Islam dan potensinya dalam memperkaya sistem hukum global. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa hukum Islam mampu tetap relevan di tengah perubahan sosial dan tantangan global, menjadikannya salah satu elemen penting dalam menciptakan keadilan universal.

Abstract

Product quality is affected by the conventional turning process that requires coolant to maintain surface smoothness and reduce tool wear. Vegetable oils such as coconut, corn, and palm oil are environmentally friendly alternatives to chemical coolants (dromus). This study tested the effect of vegetable coolants on the surface of ST 60 steel using an experimental method with variations in a mixture of oil, water, and liquid soap. Turning was carried out at a depth of 0.5 mm, a rotation speed of 1035 rpm, and a cutting speed of 65 mm/min. The results showed that the lowest roughness was in variation 7 (80% corn oil + 10% water + 10% liquid soap) with an initial roughness value of 2.438

Abstract

Dunia politik dalam era virtualitas menampilkan dirinya dalam berbagai wujud penampakan: kebenaran, kepalsuan; permukaan, kedalaman; kejujuran, absurditas, esensi, ironi. Diperlukan metafora untuk memahami makna berbagai penampakan politik yang saling bertentangan itu. Makna politik dapat dibentangkan melalui metafora cahaya. Cahaya adalah sesuatu yang memberikan penerangan, semacam pelita yang mengantarkan manusia guna mendapatkan pencerahan. Pencerahan yang dikemukakan dalam buku ini ditampilkan dari tiga sudut pandang kajian, yakni pembahasan permasalahan politik dari segi cultural studies, metode semiotika, dan fenomenologi-hermeneutika. Abstract

Camshaft lift is an important parameter that determines the height of the valve lift, calculated from the valve position when it is completely closed to the fully open position. This component plays a crucial role in regulating the flow of the air and fuel mixture into the combustion chamber. This study aims to improve the performance of a 200cc 4-stroke motorcycle engine through camshaft lift modification, which is expected to affect the characteristics of engine torque and power. Modifications were carried out by designing two types of modified camshafts, namely series A and series B, as a comparison to the standard camshaft. The research method used is experimental testing using a dynamometer to measure engine torque and power at various speeds, ranging from 4,000 to 10,000 RPM. The data obtained were analyzed to determine the effect of each type of camshaft on engine performance. The test results show that the B series camshaft provides the most significant performance improvement compared to the standard and A series camshafts. At 7,500 RPM, the standard camshaft produces an average torque of 19.2 Nm, the A series camshaft 19.6 Nm, while the B series camshaft reaches 21.2 Nm. Meanwhile, at 10,000 RPM, the average power of the standard camshaft is recorded at 22.2 HP, the A series camshaft 24.1 HP, and the B series camshaft reaches 26.3 HP. This increase indicates that the camshaft lift modification is able to optimize the duration and height of the valve opening, so that the supply of the fuel and air mixture to the combustion chamber becomes more efficient. Thus, camshaft modification, especially the B series, is an effective and applicable solution in increasing the performance output of a 200cc motorcycle engine without having to make major changes to the overall engine structure.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of work environment and work-life balance in improving employee job satisfaction at PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. The purpose of this study was to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of work environment and work life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. The population and sample for this study consisted of 100 respondents, with a saturated sampling technique used. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, with a calculated t-value of 5.038 (p < 0.05). Work life balance also has a positive and significant influence, with a calculated t-value of 5.765 (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee job satisfaction with a calculated F value of 89.787 (p < 0.05) and a variable contribution of 64.9%. These findings emphasize that both factors are crucial for management to consider in efforts to enhance employee job satisfaction. Based on the research results, it is recommended that companies improve workplace conditions by providing adequate facilities and creating a supportive work environment. In conclusion, enhancing a conducive work environment and implementing effective work-life balance are key factors in improving employee job satisfaction at PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, which will positively impact overall company productivity and performance.

Abstract

Thermal spray arc is a familiar coating method used around 100 years ago. This coating technique was chosen to reduce damage and improve the surface quality of materials with coating bonds that are in direct contact with extreme marine environments. The minimum thickness of the TSA coating is around 100 – 500 µm. According to NACE/AWS/SSPC, a coating layer submerged in seawater will lose 20 µm every year, for a minimum bond strength of 6.89 Mpa. The research aims to analyze the effect of coating distance on AISI 1020 steel. The tests carried out are dry film thickness, pull of adhesive, and bending tests. This research uses distance variations of 150 mm, 250 mm, 350 mm. The research results show that the use of distance has an effect on the bond strength of the layer and the substrate. The best bond strength and bending ability values ​​were found at a distance of 350 mm, with a coating strength of 10.81 Mpa and no bending cracks. Increasing distance variations in the thermal spray process increases bond strength and bending ability.
