Abstract

The Independent Learning of the Independent Campus Policy has a goal to improve the competence of graduates, both soft skills and hard skills. Students are expected to be better prepared to meet the needs of the times and become graduates who can become future leaders of the nation with superior personalities. Experiential learning programs with flexible pathways are expected to facilitate students to develop their potential according to their talents and potential. To realize the implementation design of the Independent Learning Campus Learning Curriculum that is per the needs of the job market, the University of Flores conducted a Student Perception Survey about the Independent Learning Implementation Design for the Independent Campus at the University of Flores. The perception study conducted at the University of Flores involved the study of student perceptions of the University of Flores on MBKM Policy Implementation Design involved 4212 students from all faculties and study programs using the Survey Method. The results show that in general, students at the University of Flores are quite aware of the existence of the MBKM Policy and are willing to be involved in the MBKM program that will be run by their respective study programs.

Abstract

Basic literacy is an ability that children must have from an early age, especially with increasingly developing technological developments; children must have good basic literacy skills. This mentoring activity aims to overcome the existing problem, namely that some children still need to be more active in reading and writing even though they have joined the Reading Park. The assistance provided is not only limited to reading and writing literacy but also numeracy literacy, scientific literacy, digital literacy, financial literacy and cultural literacy. It is done so that children in reading gardens do not feel bored with reading and writing with the same activities but are also allowed to learn other things. Apart from that, companions also provide educational games that can help motivate and entertain children. Educational games themselves cannot be separated from literacy activities. The implementation method is to apply the PALS (participatory action learning system) method. Some of the activities carried out in this mentoring provide very good benefits for the children. The children feel very motivated to continue moving forward and improve themselves to become better. The conclusion from this assistance is that children feel increasingly motivated and have quite a high interest in learning basic literacy and other forms of basic literacy as part of this assistance.

Abstract

This community service activity aims at increasing English learning motivation through games. English learning methods used in Rumah Baca Sukacita are the Simon Says Game, Taboo Game and Four in Row Game. This activity is held at Rumah Baca Sukacita Ende and consists of three groups; the group early childhood education and Kindergarten, the Group Elementary School and the group Junior High School. This activity had three stages namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The result of this activity showed positive activity. Result of this activity shows that the learning process using games can increase motivation in English vocabulary, self-confidence, and participation in learning English.

Abstract

Pergaulan bagi anak akan berdampak positif karena membawa nilai-nilai kebaikan jika berada dalam koridor yang benar. Namun, pergaulan juga sering menyeret para remaja ke dalam perbuatan melanggar hukum, melakukan perbuatan asusila, amoral, bahkan tindakan kejahatan. apabila anak dibawah umur melakukan Tindakan pidana semisal pembunuhan, diatur dalam Undang-undang No.11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Bentuk sanksi terhadap anak yang melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan tidak diatur secara eksplisit, namun dalam UU No. 11 Tahun 2012 diatur mulai dari Pasal 69 s/d Pasal 83 yang pada intinya mengutamakan upaya diversi dan pidana penjara ½ dari maksimum pidana orang dewasa yang dikenakan sebagai upaya terakhir, tergantung dari unsur-unsur tindak pidananya dan juga melihat apakah akibat dari perbuatan tersebut mengakibatkan korban meninggal ataukah masih hidup.

Abstract

Restorative justice is an approach that is oriented towards resolving conflicts through dialogue between perpetrators, victims and the community. This approach provides an opportunity for perpetrators to understand the impact of their actions and take responsibility for their actions. Restorative justice is an approach to the justice system that focuses on recovery and rehabilitation, not punishment. This concept emphasizes dialogue between the perpetrator, victim and community to reach an agreement that benefits all parties. Restorative justice has emerged as a promising alternative, offering a different paradigm from the conventional justice system. This approach focuses on restoring relationships between perpetrators, victims, and society, and provides opportunities for perpetrators to understand the impact of their actions. The application of restorative justice in juvenile criminal cases shows significant potential in creating more positive outcomes for all parties involved. While challenges remain, steps to increase understanding and engagement of all parties can help optimize the effectiveness of this approach. Thus, restorative justice can be a valuable alternative in handling child criminal cases in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tanggung jawab hukum aparatur negara dalam pelanggaran Asas-Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik (AUPB) serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dan pendekatan perundang-undangan serta konseptual, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya prinsip AUPB seperti kepastian hukum, keadilan, keterbukaan, profesionalitas, dan proporsionalitas dalam keputusan administratif. Pelanggaran AUPB yang sering terjadi, akibat kelalaian atau kepentingan tertentu, berimplikasi pada kerugian masyarakat dan menurunkan kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintah. Mekanisme tanggung jawab hukum melalui sanksi administratif, perdata, pidana, dan etika profesi menjadi instrumen penting, meskipun penerapannya sering terkendala oleh lemahnya pengawasan, resistensi aparatur, dan minimnya pemahaman tentang AUPB. Penelitian ini juga membahas strategi pencegahan, termasuk reformasi kebijakan, penguatan pengawasan, dan peningkatan kapasitas aparatur negara untuk mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang transparan dan akuntabel. Hasil penelitian memberikan rekomendasi strategis guna memperbaiki mekanisme penegakan hukum dan implementasi AUPB untuk menciptakan pemerintahan yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

A community service program (PKM) aims to improve children's mastery of English vocabulary related to the culinary world at the Naungan Kasih Ende Orphanage. The program was implemented through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage includes Observation, Coordination with the orphanage, Preparation of training materials, and Preparation of learning media. The implementation stage, a hands-on learning experience, involves giving a pre-test, introducing and explaining basic culinary English vocabulary, having game sessions, doing writing and speaking practice activities, and practising cooking. The evaluation stage includes a post-test, evaluation of program effectiveness, collection of feedback, and preparation of reports. Through this PKM program, it is hoped that the orphanage children can improve their mastery of English vocabulary in the culinary field, which can help them learn, prepare to enter the world of work in the culinary industry and motivate them to continue developing their culinary-related English skills.

Abstract

Akta perdamaian merupakan instrumen hukum yang memiliki kekuatan eksekusi yang setara dengan putusan pengadilan yang sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap. Akta ini lahir dari kesepakatan antara pihak-pihak yang bersengketa di hadapan hakim dalam proses persidangan, yang kemudian dituangkan dalam berita acara persidangan. Dalam praktik penyelesaian sengketa di bidang ekonomi, akta perdamaian sering menjadi pilihan karena mampu memberikan kepastian hukum sekaligus menghemat waktu bagi para pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kekuatan eksekutorial akta perdamaian dalam penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi berdasarkan perspektif hukum perdata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akta perdamaian memiliki kekuatan eksekusi yang sebanding dengan grosse akta, sehingga dapat langsung dilaksanakan tanpa harus mengajukan gugatan baru. Dasar kekuatan ini tercantum dalam Pasal 130 HIR yang menegaskan bahwa akta perdamaian memiliki kekuatan hukum yang sama dengan putusan pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap. Kendati demikian, terdapat beberapa batasan hukum seperti keabsahan kesepakatan, kejelasan isi akta, dan syarat bahwa objek perdamaian tidak boleh bertentangan dengan ketentuan hukum. Oleh karena itu, pembuatan akta perdamaian harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati agar tidak menimbulkan sengketa baru pada tahap pelaksanaan.
