Abstract

Teacher performance in learning is the performance carried out by a teacher in carrying out his duties and responsibilities in providing learning guidance in the form of knowledge and skills so that there is an increase in student learning achievement.The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects of innovative learning models and pedagogical competence on teacher performance and educational quality. This study was conducted in elementary schools in Serang Regency with a sample population of 189 students, drawn using random sampling. This study used path analysis and the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that hypothesis testing shows that the innovative learning model has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance (β=0.497 t=6.417 p=0.000). The innovative learning model has a positive and significant influence on the quality of education. (β=0.205 t=2.499 p=0.012). pedagogical competence has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance (β=0.299 t=4.127 p=0.000). pedagogical competence has a positive and significant influence onquality of education (β=0.262 t=3.945 p=0.000. teacher performance has a positive and significant influence onquality of education (β=0.425 t=4.561 p=0.000). Innovative learning modelspositive influence on teacher performance throughquality of education (β=0.133 t=3.073p=0.002). pedagogical competence has a positive influence on teacher performance throughquality of education (β=0.171 t=2.958 p=0.003).So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between innovative learning models and pedagogical competence on teacher performance with the quality of education as mediation in elementary schools in Serang Regency.

Abstract

Regional financial digitalization is a strategic component of the bureaucratic reform agenda and a key step in strengthening governance in Indonesia. The implementation of Regional Government Transaction Electronification (ETPD) through the Regional Digitalization Acceleration and Expansion Team (TP2DD) is a crucial instrument in promoting efficiency, transparency, and accountability in regional financial management. This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) strategies and practices in supporting the success of TP2DD through a case study of ETPD implementation in South Tangerang City. The study employed a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method that involved in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of policy documents. The results indicate that ETPD's success in South Tangerang City is supported by strengthening the apparatus's competencies, increasing digital literacy, and implementing sustainable training and capacity-building programs. Adaptive HRM strategies can minimize resistance to bureaucratic change and foster a work culture responsive to digital transformation. These findings confirm that human resources play a key role in the success of regional financial digitalization and can serve as a reference for other regional governments in implementing ETPD.

Abstract

Curug Sawer, also known as Curug Sawer, is one of the natural tourism destinations located in Nembol Village, Mandalawangi Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency. This tourist attraction offers natural waterfalls, rivers, mountainous scenery, camping areas, and supporting recreational facilities. However, the potential of Curug Sawer has not been optimally managed, especially as an educational-based nature tourism destination. Problems identified include limited community capacity in tourism management, lack of educational tourism concepts, minimal environmental awareness, and underutilized local resources. This community service activity aims to optimize Curug Sawer as an educational and recreational nature tourism destination through community empowerment, environmental education, and tourism management assistance. The methods used include socialization, training, mentoring, and participatory activities involving local communities, youth groups, and tourism awareness groups. The results of this activity show increased community understanding of sustainable tourism, improved environmental awareness, and strengthened local participation in tourism management. This program is expected to support the development of Curug Sawer as a sustainable educational tourism destination and improve community welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role and challenges of Human Resource Development (HRD) in organizations, particularly in facing digital transformation and the dynamics of the modern work environment. The research method used was a qualitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which analyzed various national and international scientific literature for the 2020–2025 period through a process of selection, data reduction, thematic grouping, and data synthesis and interpretation. The results indicate that HRD plays a crucial role as a manager, developer, and driver of human resource quality through recruitment, training, competency development, increasing employee engagement, and establishing an adaptive and performance-oriented work culture. Furthermore, HRD also plays a role in integrating digital technology to improve the effectiveness of HR management. However, HR faces various challenges such as accelerated technological change, a skills gap, changes in digital and automated work methods, and the emergence of non-standard work models that raise ethical and regulatory issues. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that HRD must strategically transform by strengthening digital competencies, building flexible HR management systems, and integrating technological innovation to maintain the long-term sustainability of organizational performance.   Keywords: Human Resource Development, Digital Transformation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of human resources (HR) in organizations and how the management of HR functions contributes to the achievement of company goals and operational success effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with library research, involving the identification, selection, and comparative analysis of relevant scientific literature and textbooks published between 2021 and 2025. The results indicate that HR plays a key role in driving organizations through the implementation of workforce planning, appropriate recruitment and selection, competency development through training, performance management, and the provision of competitive compensation and benefits. Furthermore, synergy between the HR department and line managers in fostering organizational culture has been shown to increase employee flexibility and engagement. The study concludes that HR is the most valuable asset and key to an organization's competitive advantage; optimizing individual potential through holistic and technology-adaptive management is crucial to achieving superior, inclusive, and sustainable organizational performance in the digital age.   Keywords: Human Resources, Organizational Management, Employee Development, HR Strategy, Organizational Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role and function of Human Resource Management (HRM) in improving organizational effectiveness and productivity and supporting the sustainable achievement of company goals. The research method used is a qualitative approach with library research. Data was collected from books, scientific journals, and relevant literature. Data were then analyzed using descriptive-qualitative techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that HRM plays a strategic role in workforce planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, industrial relations management, and employee welfare. Furthermore, HRM functions encompass managerial, operational, and strategic functions that are integrated to ensure the availability of competent, adaptive, and productive human resources in facing the dynamics of the organizational environment. The conclusion of this study confirms that effective and systematic human resource management is a key factor in organizational success because people are the primary asset that determines the achievement of a company's short-term and long-term goals.   Keywords: Human Resource Management, Work Productivity, Organization

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the employee selection process and the interview methods and techniques used to recruit human resources suited to the company's needs. The research method used was a qualitative approach, using interviews with HR Management at a manufacturing company located in Serang, Banten. The results indicate that the selection process involves several stages: CV screening, psychological testing, user interviews, HR Manager interviews, General Manager interviews, and Director interviews. The interview process is differentiated based on job categories: operator and staff. At the operator level, interviews emphasize work attitude, motivation, and interpersonal skills, while at the staff level, a structured, competency-based approach, such as the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method and the Behavioral Event Interview (BEI), is used to explore candidates' analytical, conceptual, and leadership abilities. The study concludes that a systematic, structured, and competency-based selection and interview process can help companies recruit candidates who meet job requirements and have the potential to become future talent or leaders.   Keywords: Employee Selection, Job Interview, Human Resource Management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of technology in digital recruitment to improve the quality of employee selection, particularly in terms of speed, cost efficiency, assessment accuracy, and candidate experience. The research method used is a literature review, reviewing various scientific sources, journals, and relevant references discussing the application of digital technologies such as online recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and video-based interviews in the recruitment and selection process. The results show that the use of digital technology can expand candidate reach, accelerate the selection process, reduce operational costs, minimize subjective bias, and improve the accuracy of matching candidates to organizational needs. Furthermore, the application of AI and data analytics has been shown to increase the accuracy of evaluating candidate competencies and potential, as well as providing a more transparent and positive recruitment experience. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of technology in digital recruitment significantly improves the quality of employee selection and provides organizations with a competitive advantage in facing the dynamics of the modern labor market.   Keywords: Digital Recruitment, Technology, Employee Selection, Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

Kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan guru dalam merancang perangkat pembelajaran yang sistematis, reflektif, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan belajar siswa. Namun, hasil pemetaan awal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kubutambahan masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang selaras dengan pendekatan deep learning, khususnya dalam mengintegrasikan tujuan pembelajaran, aktivitas belajar bermakna, dan asesmen autentik. Kondisi ini berdampak pada praktik pembelajaran yang masih berfokus pada penyampaian materi dibandingkan pengembangan pemahaman konseptual siswa. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan guru sekolah dasar melalui pelatihan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan deep learning guna meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Mitra kegiatan adalah guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kubutambahan dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 40 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari melalui metode workshop partisipatif, diskusi kelompok terfokus, pendampingan intensif, serta praktik langsung penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran yang meliputi perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, pengembangan aktivitas pembelajaran bermakna, serta penyusunan asesmen yang berorientasi pada pemahaman konseptual. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang perangkat pembelajaran yang lebih sistematis, kontekstual, dan berpusat pada siswa. Selain itu, guru menunjukkan perubahan sikap yang lebih reflektif dan inovatif dalam merancang pembelajaran yang mendorong pemahaman mendalam siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Dengan demikian, pelatihan berbasis pendekatan deep learning tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi teknis guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran, tetapi juga memperkuat paradigma pembelajaran bermakna di sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini berpotensi menjadi model pemberdayaan guru yang berkelanjutan dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Divorce is currently a social phenomenon increasingly common across various circles, including the Civil Service (ASN), particularly among Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). Unlike the general public, divorce among ASN follows a special procedure that involves administrative stages, starting at the work unit and BKPSDM, and culminating at the Religious Court. In Serang Regency, this phenomenon needs attention because it affects family stability and ASN performance. Domestic conflicts, poor communication, and the inability to manage problems are the dominant factors leading to divorce. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of divorce among ASN and PPPK in Serang Regency and to examine the local government's strategic steps to address this issue. The research uses a mixed-methods approach, combining descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative methods. Data was obtained through interviews and secondary data from the Serang Regency BKPSDM. The results show that divorce is influenced by prolonged conflict and ineffective communication, even though mediation efforts have been made. Local governments need to strengthen ongoing guidance and prevention efforts to reduce divorce among civil servants.
