Abstract

This research aimed to determine (1) the effect of inquiry learning model with value approach to student learning result, (2) the students attitude of the implementation of inquiry learning model with value approach. The research was at SMA Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung in-class X9 and X4. The research used Quasi Experimental design with Pre test-post test Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The statistical analysis used N-gain scores and Independent Sample T Test. The results showed that the N-gain average learning result of students in the experimental class using inquiry learning model with value approach was 0.73 (high category), while the control group using conventional methods was 0,62 (medium category). The result of research indicated that inquiry learning model with value approach gave a better influence on physics learning result and positive attitude of students.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan pendekatan nilai terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) sikap siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan pendekatan nilai. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung di kelas X9 dan kelas X4. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan desain Pre test Post test Non equivalent Control Group Design. Analisis statistik menggunakan skor N-gain dan uji Independent Sample T Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata N-gain hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan pendekatan nilai sebesar 0,73 (kategori tinggi), sedangkan pada kelas kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional sebesar 0,62 (kategori sedang). Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan pendekatan nilai memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan sikap positif siswa.Kata kunci : hasil belajar, inkuiri terbimbing, pendekatan nilai.

Abstract

Student worksheet is one of the media used in the learning process to develop the skills, attitudes and knowledge.This development research aimed to (1) produce students worksheets, (2) knowing the interesting, (3) ease of students worksheet, and (4) effectivity of the students worksheet in terms of outcomes increase creative thinking skills. Research steps starting from need analysis, identification of resources, identification of product specifications, product development, internal testing, external testing, and production. Results of this research were (1) the development of students worksheets that can enhance creative thinking skills of students, (2) the attractiveness of the students worksheet has been categorized as very attractive value 3.34; (3) ease of students worksheet has been categorized as good with a value of 3.2; (4) the effectiveness of students worksheet has been effective with 83.3% of the students completed the KKM.Lembar kerja siswa merupakan salah satu media yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan keterampilan, sikap dan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan produk LKS, (2) mengetahui kemenarikan, (3) kemudahan LKS serta (4) keefektifitasan LKS ditinjau dari hasil peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kreatifnya. Langkah-langkah penelitian dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, identifikasi sumber daya, identifikasi spesifikasi produk, pengembangan produk, uji internal, uji eksternal, dan produksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) pengembangan LKS yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa, (2) kemenarikan LKS sudah dikategorikan sangat menarik nilai 3,34; (3) kemudahan LKS sudah dikategorikan baik dengan nilai 3,2; (4) efektifitas LKS sudah efektif dengan 83,3% siswa tuntas terhadap KKM.Kata kunci: keterampilan berpikir kreatif, LKS, scientific approach.

Abstract

This research aims to know average mastery students in Learning Skills through sika Internet process of Science (KPS) and the concept of Learning approach (PK). Experimental design on this research uses Kuasi Experimental Design with Posttest-Only type Control Design. Data analysis techniques mastery PK using an average score of an average mastery of concepts and hypothesis testing using the test for Independent Samples T Test, While the concept of mastery KPS data analysis using data based on the learning process of observation and hypothesis testing using the test for Independent Samples T Test.Based on concept mastery test obtained average mastery students in experimental class 1 (KPS approach) se be sar 90 (due diligence). On the experimental class 2 (PK approach) gained an average mastery students exactly sar 80 (completely). Based on the results of calculations known drift score concept mastery students in classes of KPS 79,32% (completely), while the average grade PK, known to score students ' mastery of 65,60% (completely).These results indicate that KPS approach more effectively used as an effort to promote mastery of the concepts students in learning.Keywords: Science Process Skills Approach (KPS), Concept Learning Approach (PK), mastery of the concepts students.

Abstract

Physics is one of the lessons which the students are less preferred because it has a high degree of difficulty, this factor causes the students reluctant to learn physics independently. This condition makes the students' physics learning activities becomes low, and it makes the learning achievement of physics becomes low too. This research was intended to investigate the influence of scaffolding in students' learning activities on their learning achievement by using guided discovery model. The research was conducted in X8 class of Al-Azhar 3 Senior High School Bandar Lampung, which consisted of 35 students. The sample class was chosen by using purposive sampling. This research design was one-shot case study. In this research, the data were obtained from the students’ learning activities and learning achievement. Furthermore, in order to test the influence, it was done by using correlation and simple linear regression. The results of research showed that there was influence of scaffolding in the students’ learning activities on their learning achievement by using guided discovery model which was 30%.Fisika merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang kurang disukai siswa karena dianggap memiliki tingkat kesulitan yang tinggi, faktor inilah yang menyebabkan siswa enggan belajar fisika secara mandiri. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya aktivitas belajar fisika siswa, dan menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa menjadi rendah juga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh scaffolding pada aktivitas belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar menggunakan model penemuan terbimbing. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X8 SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Pemilihan kelas sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one-shot case study. Pada penelitian ini, diperoleh data aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar. Selanjutnya untuk menguji pengaruh dilakukan dengan uji korelasi dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh scaffolding pada aktivitas siswa menggunakan model penemuan terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 30%.Kata kunci: scaffolding, aktivitas belajar, model penemuan terbimbing, hasil belajar.

Abstract

Physic teachers have used cooperative learning in the learning groups to teach the material. However, student mastery of physic is still relatively low. The cooperative learning is not maximized. It makes the mastering concept of the material becomes low. This study purposes to investigate the influence toward the critical thinking skills of the students' mastery through STAD cooperative learning. This study was conducted in class IXb SMP 5 Bandar Lampung which consists of 35 students in the second semester of academic year 2012/2013 and the material is about Magnetism. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis showed that both data were distributed normal and linear. Furthermore, to examine the effect, the researcher did the correlation test and simple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that there was an influence of critical thinking skills to students' mastery of concepts by STAD cooperative learning. The determination coefficient’s value with the correlation coefficient is 0, 49 which was included in the medium category with the regression equation positif where a and b constants are significant coefficients. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of experimental skill with the discovery approach at student’s learning outcomes. This research had been done in the class of X15 at SMA Perintis Bandar Lampung. The sample of this research was consist of 40 students and it used cluster random sampling technique type. According to the result of this research, the data contained the experimental skill and the student’s learning outcomes. The data, which was analyzed by correlation and regression analysis showed that it had normal distribution and linear result. The result of this research indicated that there was a linier and significant effect of experimental skill at student’s learning outcomes which got percentage 18,5 % of the coefficient value of the determination and the coefficient value of the correlation was 0,430.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan eksperimen dengan pendekatan discovery terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X15 di SMA Perintis Bandar Lampung. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 40 siswa dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Rancangan eksperimen penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk Pre-Eksperimental Design dengan tipe One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh data keterampilan eksperimen dan hasil belajar siswa yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data tersebut berdistribusi normal dan linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang linear dan signifikan atas keterampilan eksperimen siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 18,5% yang merupakan nilai koefisien determinasi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,430.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, keterampilan eksperimen, pendekatan discovery

Abstract

This research aimed to develop student worksheet project based learning has been done to train science process skills and growing student scientific attitude, where learning LKS PjBL that are used have been developed and validated constructs by experts. Design in this research is research and development, with the subject test consists of test materials experts, expert design and test individuals. This worksheet project based learning is tested validated. Based on the results of validated test, in this research is got the conclusion that result of development worksheet project based learning can predicted science process skills and growing student scientific attitude.Penelitian pengembangan LKS project based learning telah dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melatih keterampilan proses sains dan menumbuhkan sikap ilmiah siswa, di mana LKS PjBL pembelajaran yang digunakan telah dikembangkan dan tervalidasi konstruk oleh ahli. Desain penelitian ini adalah research and development, dengan subjek uji coba terdiri atas uji ahli materi, ahli desain dan uji perseorangan. LKS diuji validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli desain serta enam orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa LKS project based learning hasil pengembangan diprediksi dapat melatih keterampilan proses sains dan menumbuhkan sikap ilmiah siswa.Kata kunci: penelitian pengembangan, LKS project based learning, keterampilan proses sains, sikap ilmiah.

Abstract

This study purpose is to investigate the effect of students activity in the phisics learning of the momentum and impulse material to the physics student learning outcomes. Design of experiments in this study is using the One Shoot Case Study. Then, to test the effect of the linearity test, and simple linear regression are based on data activity on student learning outcomes. The results showed that there are significant positive linear and significant correlation between physical activity on learning outcomes of students with determinant contribution by 22% .Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas belajar fisika siswa pada materi impuls dan momentum terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa. Desain eksperimen pada penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk One Shoot Case Study. Kemudian untuk menguji pengaruh dilakukan uji linearitas, dan regresi linear sederhana berdasarkan data aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh linear yang positif dan signifikan antara aktivitas terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa dengan kontribusi determinan sebesar 22%.Kata kunci: aktivitas, hasil belajar, pembelajaran sains teknologi masyarakat

Abstract

Physics is a subject that can be presented in a variety of representations, such as representations of image, graphs, verbal and mathematical. The purpose of this research is to determine the form of physics learning module based on multi representation in the subjects of temperature and heat for tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Punduh Pedada. The development method was adapted from media development model of Suyanto and Sartinem (2009) which is includes seven stages of development. After testing the feasibility of the product, it shows that the module is worth to be used. After testing the product, it is known that module is interesting and effective to be used as a learning media. This research’s produces a product, that is a learning module based on multi representation in the subject of temperature and heat in the printed-media form.Fisika merupakan mata pelajaran yang dapat disajikan dalam berbagai representasi seperti representasi gambar, grafik, verbal dan matematika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan bentuk modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis multi representasi pada materi suhu dan kalor untuk siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Punduh Pedada. Metode pengembangan diadaptasi dari model pengembangan media Suyanto dan Sartinem (2009) yang meliputi tujuh tahapan pengembangan. Setelah dilakukan uji kelayakan produk diperoleh hasil bahwa modul layak untuk digunakan. Setelah dilakukan uji coba produk diketahui bahwa modul menarik dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis multi representasi materi suhu dan kalor dalam bentuk media cetak.Kata kunci: modul, multi representasi, pengembangan.

Abstract

The thinking skills of students can not be separated from the role of a teacher, because the role of a teacher affect student learning outcomes. Besides questions given by the teacher is also one important factor to consider, as most questions given to students not refer to the thinking of students, the student should be able to think in symbolic or imaginative in solving a problem. The results showed that students ability to think in SMAN I Abung Pekurun only covers in three categories A1, C1, and C2. In the category A1 with a percentage of 20%, category C1 2.85% and category C2 at 77.14%. Based on data analysis results show that most students have the ability to think in the concrete operational stage C2. In this category students' mastery of concepts is pretty well.Kemampuan berpikir siswa tidak lepas dari peran seorang guru, karena peran seorang guru berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu soal yang diberikan oleh guru juga merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan, karena sebagian besar soal yang diberikan kepada siswa belum mengacu ke arah berpikir siswa, yaitu siswa diharapkan dapat berpikir secara simbolik atau imajinatif dalam emecahkan suatu permasalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir siswa SMAN I Abung Pekurun Kota Bumi hanya mencakup tiga kategori yaitu A1, C1, dan C2. Pada kategori A1 dengan persentase 20%, kategori C1 sebesar 2,85% dan kategori C2 sebesar 77,14%. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki kemampuan berpikir pada tahap operasional konkret C2. Pada kategori ini penguasaan konsep siswa cukup baik.Kata kunci : kemampuan berpikir, tahap operasional konkret, dan tahap operasional formal.
