Abstract

Communication skills influence of science on students' mastery of physics concepts in a static fluid material, especially static fluid, which requires the student's ability to perform trial and analyze experimental results in order to assist them in understanding the concept. The teachers, who are involved in the process of teaching materials, need to choose the right way to do lab work. Through this technique, students create the concepts and solve problems easily. The purpose of this experiment was to determine the increase in student’s mastery of physics concepts using science communication skills and influence skills to communicate science to students' mastery of physics concepts in a static fluid material. Results of this study indicate that there is an increasing mastery of concepts by 0.55 and there is a linear effect of body skills to communicate science to the physics students' mastery of concepts by 14%. The degree of relationship between science communication skills and mastery of concepts have a influence strong relationship. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare the cognitive result mean of students who use realia media with students who use computer simulation media. Another purpose of this research is to determine the increasing of cognitive result mean from using each of those media. The results of this research showed that there was an increasing in cognitive result of students who used computer simulation media, the average of normalized gain was increasing 0.36 at medium categorized; There is an increasing in cognitive result of students who used realia media, the average of normalized gain was increasing 0.31 at medium categorized; There is a difference cognitive result mean of students in physics class who used computer simulations media with students who used realia media, 71.92 for the class that used the computer simulations media and 67.37 for the class that used realia media.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media realia dengan siswa yang menggunakan media simulasi komputer. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan mengetahui ada tidaknya peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa dari penggunaan masing-masing media. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media simulasi komputer, dengan rata-rata kenaikan gain ternormalisasi 0,36 yang berkategori sedang; Ada peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media realia, dengan rata-rata kenaikan gain ternormalisasi 0,31 yang berkategori sedang; Ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif fisika siswa yang menggunakan media simulasi komputer dengan media realia, yaitu 71,92 untuk kelas yang menggunakan media simulasi komputer dan 67,37 untuk kelas yang menggunakan media realia.Kata kunci: hasil belajar kognitif, media realia, simulasi komputer.

Abstract

The aims of this research was to develop students' worksheet (LKS) based on guided inquiry of the elasticity and hookes law subject, which were attractive, easy, usefull and effective to be used as learning media. This research used development model based on Suyanto Sartinem, which are need analysis, resource identification, identification of product specification, product development, internal test and external test by the user, and final production. Based on internal and external test result, it showed that the LKS was very attractive, very easy, very usefull and effective to be used as learning media.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi Elastisitas dan Hukum Hooke yang menarik, mudah, bermanfaat, dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan menurut Suyanto dan Sartinem yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, identifikasi sumber daya, identifikasi spesifikasi produk, uji internal dan eksternal, serta produksi akhir. Berdasarkan hasil uji internal dan eksternal, diketahui bahwa LKS sangat menarik, sangat mudah, sangat bermanfaat, dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: elastisitas dan hukum hooke, inkuiri terbimbing, LKS

Abstract

The research aimed is to know the influence of ICT media experiment skill to physics students achievement. In this research, the optics instruments of learning process used virtual laboratory experiment with Yenka software. Research was conducted in SMA YP Unila Bandar Lampung with population were students of X MIPA. Research was carried out using experimental research with Pre-Eksperimental Research Design with The One Shot Case Study. Data of research statistical was analyzed by model of simple linear regression. Result of analysis indicated that correlation coefficient value was 0.89 and determination coefficient value was 0.78. Based on the result, it can be assumed that there is a very high positive linear influence of ICT media experiment skill to physics achievement at physics learning with a contribution of 78% and equation regression is Y = 0.89 X + 7.06.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan media TIK eksperimen terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa. Proses pembelajaran materi alat-alat optik pada penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen secara virtual dengan aplikasi Yenka. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA YP Unila Bandar Lampung dengan populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MIPA. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pre-Eksperimental Design The One Shot Case Study. Data penelitian di analisis statistik menggunakan model regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,89 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,78. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif linear yang sangat tinggi dan signifikan antara keterampilan media TIK eksperimen terhadap hasil belajar fisika dalam pembelajaran fisika dengan kontribusi sebesar 78% dan persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 0,89 X + 7,06.Kata kunci: keterampilan, TIK eksperimen, pembelajaran yenka

Abstract

The Purpose of development is to make worksheet based guided discovery, knowing learning outcomes and responses’s students on the worksheet. The Development procedures that used are: 1) identification of needs, 2) the development design formulation and tool for measuring success, 3) product development, 4) product trials, 5) revision and product ready. The research’s result is worksheet shaped practical instructions for PhET simulation’s program of Ohm's law and Kirchoff's law 1 experiments. Worksheet effective because 84.2% students completed the test. The average of students’s learning outcomes is 87 with standard deviation of 11. Student performance is very good with a percentage of 93.02%. Attitude of students during learning process using worksheet is very positive with percentage of 82.83%. Based on test result got attractiveness score is 3,17 and easiness score is 3,05 so worksheets attractive and easy used by students.Tujuan pengembangan ini adalah membuat LKS berbasis penemuan terbimbing, mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dan tanggapan siswa terhadap LKS tersebut. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan antara lain: 1) identifikasi kebutuhan, 2) perumusan desain pengembangan dan alat ukur keberhasilan, 3) pengembangan produk, 4) uji coba produk, 5) revisi dan produk siap. Hasil penelitian berupa LKS berbentuk petunjuk praktikum sebagai panduan program simulasi PhET, percobaan hukum Ohm dan hukum 1 Kirchoff. LKS efektif karena 84,2 % siswa tuntas. Rata-rata hasil belajar adalah 87 dengan simpangan baku sebesar 11. Keterampilan siswa sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 93,02 %. Sikap siswa selama pembelajaran menggunakan LKS sangat positif dengan persentase sebesar 82,83 %. Berdasarkan hasil uji diperoleh skor kemenarikan 3,17 dan skor kemudahan 3,05 sehingga LKS menarik dan mudah digunakan oleh siswa.Kata kunci: pengembangan, lembar kerja siswa, penemuan terbimbing

Abstract

Learning process should be concerned to the students and didn’t set a teacher as the only one students’ learning source. This research compared the mean difference of students’ physics among talking stick learning technique and make a match learning technique. The objective of this study were to investigate the mean difference of learning achievement among talking stick learning technique and make a match learning technique and to find the class which got the higher learning achievement among the implementation of talking stick learning technique and make a match. This reserach used experiment design as research design with one-shot case study type. The research showed that there is the mean difference of students’ learning achievement by using cooperative teaching learning model among talking stick learning technique and make a match learning technique.Proses pembelajaran seharusnya berpusat pada siswa dan tidak lagi menempatkan guru sebagai satu-satunya sumber belajar siswa. Penelitian ini membandingkan hasil belajar fisika siswa antara teknik pembelajaran talking stick dengan make a match. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar antara teknik pembelajaran talking stick dengan teknik pembelajaran make a match dan mengetahui kelas mana yang memperoleh hasil belajar lebih tinggi antara penggunaan teknik pembelajaran talking stick dengan make a match. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian menggunakan bentuk Eksperimen Design dengan tipe One-Shot Case Study. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif antara teknik pembelajaran Talking Stick dengan teknik pembelajaran make a match.Kata kunci: teknik pembelajaran talking stick, teknik pembelajaran make a match, hasil belajar

Abstract

Data observations of necessity analysis at SMPN 12 and SMAN 1 Bandar Lampung showed that eighth grade student was difficult to understand material of Light. Teacher needs innovation to explain the material so that student can receptive easier the lesson. Considering these issues, the researchers developed the Student Worksheet. Development method in this research is the necessity analysis, resource identification, identification of product specifications, product development, internal testing, external testing, and production. The results showed that developed media fit for use as a medium of learning. Thus, it can be concluded that has produced a Student Worksheet in learning of material of Light and has tested in accordance with the theory of attractive quality, easy to use, and benefecial, and declared effective use as media in learning.Data hasil observasi analisis kebutuhan di SMPN 12 dan SMAN 1 Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa sulitnya siswa kelas VIII memahami materi cahaya. Guru membutuhkan inovasi untuk menjelaskan materi agar siswa lebih mudah menerima pelajaran. Mempertimbangkan masalah-masalah tersebut, maka peneliti mengembangkan lembar kerja siswa. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kebutuhan, identifikasi sumberdaya, identifikasi spesifikasi produk, pengembangan produk, uji internal, uji eksternal, dan produksi. Hasil uji menunjukkan media yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa telah dihasilkan lembar kerja siswa materi cahaya yang teruji sesuai teori dengan kualitas menarik, mudah digunakan, dan bermanfaat serta dinyatakan efektif digunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran.Kata kunci: penelitian pengembangan, lembar kerja siswa, cahaya

Abstract

Perception student is the perspective student to an object. on this research it is learning media. While the learning media is an important tool in learning a lesson. Current media usage has grown with the Technology Information and Communi-cation who gave birth media based computer, so it is necessary to develop media animation simulation. This research is done at SMA Persada Bandar Lampung, using a class that X.1 class with a sample population of 35 students from the class X. This research to determine the effect of perceptions student about media animation physics simulation to result learning. This research data perception students regarding media animation simulation physics used questionnaires completed by the students and the students have calculated the value of the end. As for the data result learning obtained from the test in the form of multiple choice questions that have been recapitulated in value. Then to examine the effect of the normality test, linearity, correlation and simple linear regression. Results of research based on the analysis of hypothesis testing are a very strong effect perception student about media animation simulation physics to result learning with the value of r is 0.996 with a positive direction and the regression equation is Y = 7.858 + 0.939 X on the material in class X.1 at SMA Persada Bandar Lampung. Abstract

The aims of the research are to produce learning modul based on guided inquiry for elasticity material and Hooke's law and describe the attractivenes, easiness, the benefit of modul, and the effectiveness of the developed modul. The development of procedures consist of the potential and problems, gathering the data, product design, validity design, revision design,product test, revision product, and the production. The result of the research is it has been produce a learning modul based on guided inquiry for elasticity of material and Hooke's law which has a very good attractiveness with the score 3.32, a very good easiness with the score 3.43, and a very good benefit of product with the score 3.42. Modul has been proper used because it has average gain with the score 0,69 included in the medium category.Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi elastisitas dan Hukum Hooke serta mendeskripsikan kemenarikan, kemudahan, kemanfaatan, dan keefektifan modul yang dikembangkan. Prosedur pengembangan tersebut meliputi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk, dan produksi. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan modul pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi elastisitas dan Hukum Hooke yang memiliki tingkat kemenarikan sangat baik dengan skor 3,32, tingkat kemudahan sangat baik dengan skor 3,43, dan tingkat kemanfaatan sangat baik dengan skor 3,42. Modul dinyatakan efektif untuk digunakan karena memiliki rata-rata gain sebesar 0,69 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang.Kata kunci: inkuiri terbimbing, modul, pengembangan

Abstract

The development's aim was to produce an attractive, easy, useful, and effective students work sheet (LKS). The steps of LKS development used development procedure bassed on Suyanto Sartinem, while the research method used One-shot Case Study. The results of this development research was guided inquiry model of LKS that was tested and proper to be used with a very attractive, very easy to be used, very useful, and very effective to be used as learning media, because students have completed 90% of the minimum standard value (KKM).Tujuan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan LKS yang menarik, mudah, bermanfaat, dan efektif digunakan. Tahapan pengembangan LKS mengacu pada prosedur pengembangan Suyanto dan Sartinem, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah One-shot Case Study. Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan LKS model inkuiri terbimbing yang teruji dan layak digunakan dengan kualitas sangat menarik, sangat mudah digunakan, sangat bermanfaat, dan sangat efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, karena 90% siswa telah tuntas dari nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM).Kata kunci: impuls dan momentum, inkuiri terbimbing, LKS.
