<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze: (1) The partial effect of Budget Planning on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, (2) the partial influence of Cash Budget Availability on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government (3) Simultaneous influence of Budget Planning and Availability of Cash Budget on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government.This research was conducted at the Regional Government of Balangan Regency. This type of research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were financial managers at 22 Regional Work Units (SKPD) in the Balangan Regency Government. The sampling technique used the saturated sample technique, namely 66 people consisting of 3 financial managers in 22 Regional Work Units (SKPD).data was obtained from the questionnaire results and processed by data analysis techniques using the SPSS (Statistics Program for Social Science) for Windows. Testing the validity using Pearson's Product Moment and for reliability testing using Alpha Cronbach. The classical assumption test uses linearity, normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression.Based on the results of data analysis shows that: (1) partially there is no significant effect of Budget Planning on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, with the value of t arithmetic (0.572) < t table (1.66). In this study, the planning that has been prepared and proposed does not affect the optimal realization of budget absorption. (2) Partially there is a significant effect of the Availability of Cash Budget on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, with the value of t arithmetic (2.955) > t table (1.66). The availability of the cash budget greatly influences the optimization of budget absorption in the Balangan Regency Government. (3) Simultaneously there is a significant effect of Budget Planning and Availability of Cash Budget on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, with a value of f arithmetic (71,167) > f table (3.14) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze: (1) The partial effect of Return On Assets (ROA) on Stock Returns in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period, (2) The effect of Partially Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016 – 2020 Period, (3) Partial Effects of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016 – 2020 Period, (4) Partial Effects of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2016 – 2020, and (5) Simultaneous Effects of ROA, ROE, DER, and GCG on Stock Returns in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector g Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016 – 2020 period. Data obtained from the results of the company's financial performance questionnaire (ROA) , ROE and DER), stock returns and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) obtained on the website www.idx.co.id. and processed with data analysis techniques using the SPSS for Windows program. Based on the results of data analysis shows that: (1) Partially there is a significant effect of Return on Assets (ROA) on Stock Return of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (2) Partially there is a significant effect of Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Return of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). <![CDATA[Women play an important role in entrepreneurship even though the number offemale entrepreneurs is lower than male entrepreneurs. However, the distancebetween the two genders of entrepreneurs (male and female) varies due to theinfluence of different roles and stereotypes on entrepreneurial behavior. Thepurpose of this study is to find these differences, this paper analyzes the culturebetween male and female entrepreneurship from a cultural perspective in 35SMEs. The results of the study show that there is no clear relationship betweengender types and differences in entrepreneurship based on gender.]]>

<![CDATA[Business planning is very important as to start run both small and large aims to make a profit. To find out the extent of the benefits derived from the business / business that is run requires careful recording. The recording of both business expenses and income must be done carefully so that the analysis and calculation of profit and loss of the business carried out with results that reflect the business potential. Pesantren Al Hikmah sub-district is located in Banjarmasin City, an trading area, where most of the population (57%) live in small medium entrepreneurship and most (53%) of them (families) depend their livelihoods / livelihoods from the land as traditional traders. Thus, there has been an outreach and counseling about designing small businesses by a group of community, but it has not provided adequate results. This is due to not doing a good business analysis. Through community service activities it seeks to provide knowledge about how to analyze or calculate the price of a product so that it can benefit the producers. <![CDATA[Business startup that is run both small and large with digital platform aims to make a profit. To find out the extent of the benefits derived from the business startup that is run requires careful managing. Managing of business startup is expenses and income must be done carefully so that the analysis and calculation of profit and loss of the business carried out with results that reflect the business potential. Banjarmasin City are many schools including Pesantren Al Hikmah, a river cultural area, where most of the population (52%) live in small business fields and most (48%) of them (families) depend their livelihoods / livelihoods from the sea as traditional trading. Finally, there has been an outreach and counseling about designing businesses startup by a group of students, but it has not provided adequate results. This is due to not doing a good business startup. Through community service activities it seeks to provide knowledge about how to manage their business with low price of a product so that it can benefit the producers.]]>

<![CDATA[Community empowerment must be carried out continuously considering that changes occur all the time. Changes can be caused by government policies, economic conditions or changes in natural conditions. This has an impact on people's life patterns and follows these changes. This training activity to foster creativity aims to help and provide assistance to rubber farming communities in overcoming economic disparities while waiting for the harvest period. This activity can encourage the emergence of creative thoughts/ideas to produce other products so that you can earn your own income without expecting continuous government assistance. It is hoped that this training can increase rubber farmers' innovation with their own capital. The problem faced by rubber farmers is that they do not have the skills to fulfill their daily needs and while they wait for the harvest period. Therefore, the environment demands creativity and innovation with one's own capital. Through this training, it can open the thinking horizons of farming communities in opening up business opportunities with relatively small capital.
