Abstract

Anak usia dini memerlukan aktivitas  bergerak untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciotakan suatu produk permainan yang menstimulasi kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development. Hasil yang dipeoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa permainan jump hap. Permainan jump hap terdiri atas tiga zona. Setiap zona memiliki rintangan yang berbeda-beda. Zona petama merupakan zona berlari zig-zag, zona kedua merupakan zona jump hap yakni zona lompatan, dan zona ketiga merupakan zona berjalan meniti di atas papan sederhana. Permainan jump hap dengan serangkaian validasi dinyatakan sangat layak. Validasi dilakukan dengan dua tahapan. Tahap pertama ahli materi memperoleh 80%, ahli media 76%. Tahap kedua ahli materi memperoleh 95,6%, ahli media 92,5 %. Berdasarkan temuan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi pendidik  berupa kegiatan permainan jump hap untuk menstimulasi kecerdasan kinestetik anak.

Abstract

To increase the productivity and maximum efficiency of teachers at work, job satisfaction is an important concern for every organization. Increasing job satisfaction is important for organizations to increase commitment and organizational citizen behavior (OCB). The effect of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teacher job satisfaction is the subject of this research. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with the help of IBM SPSS version 25, and the research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. 71 respondents were taken as a sample through the census method, and data was collected through a questionnaire. The results showed that the organizational commitment variable (X1) influenced teacher job satisfaction (Y1), as shown by testing the t-test hypothesis, where Tcount>Ttable (5.413>1.995) and a significant level that was less than 0.05, namely (0.021< 0.05). Organizational citizen behavior (OCB) variable (X2) influences job satisfaction (Y1).

Abstract

Kegiatan Pembiasaan shalat Dhuha memiliki peran penting dalam penguatan karakter siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Sarana pendukung untuk menunjang penguatan karakter adalah lingkungan yang kondusif dengan sarana pra sarana yang mendukung. Lingkungan kondusif merupakan lingkungan yang mendukung untuk mendorong penguatan karakter kedisiplinan dengan pembiasaan shalat dhuha, metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini adalah pembiasaan Shalat Dhuha merupakan ibadah sunnah yang dapat membantu meningkatkan keimanan dan ketakwaan siswa. Shalat Dhuha memiliki manfaat yang signikan dalam membentuk karakter siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Shalat ini membantu mengajarkan kedisiplinan, konsistensi, ketertiban, dan ketaatan agama kepada siswa. Selain itu, melalui shalat Dhuha siswa dapat merasakan kedamaian dalam jiwa dan meningkatkan fokus dalam proses pembelajaran. Semua ini berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter siswa yang kuat, bertanggung jawab, dan tangguh. Hasil dari Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini dapat di Implementasikan praktik shalat dhuha di MI Darunnajah 2 Cipining sudah berjalan dengan baik dan cukup efektif. Karena dilihat dari sedikitnya para siswa/i yang tidak mengerjakan shalat dhuha. Selain itu kegiatan ini juga berhasil meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa, di luar pelaksanaan shalat dhuha, para siswa/i yang sudah melaksanakan shalat dhuha lebih mudah diingatkan atau diarahkan oleh guru dibandingkan mereka yang belum melaksanakan shalat dhuha dan juga sudah mulai bisa membedakan mana yang benar dana mana yang salah. Abstract

Plastic bottles have become part of the daily activities, especially in activities relating to packaging of mineral water. The use of plastic bottles for packaging of mineral water is an alternative that is practical and concise, but on the other hand is also harmful to the environment because it adds to discharge garbage plastic bottles. Plastic bottles is not derived from biological compounds, plastic bottles have difficult nature degraded (non - biodegradable) that can contaminate soil, water, sea, and even air. Specific target science and technology community service programs for the community (IBM) are (1) understanding of the technological waste processing machine plastic bottles into plastic pellets, (2) the public's understanding of the plastic bottle waste management, (3) labor absorption and production of plastic pellets more leverage. The program will increase the sale value of plastic garbage that has become plastic pellets, so as to improve the economic welfare of society. Activities in this program include: (1) design and design thrasher plastic pellets, (2) sending power to the transfer of knowledge (apprentice), (3) socialization to the community group enumerator plastic pellets, (4) submission thrasher plastic pellets, (5) trial thrasher plastic pellets, (6) the application of machines in the field and practice of making plastic pellets, (7) management training.

Abstract

Tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum L.) is the most popular vegetables in the world. Softening and decay are the main factors of post-harvest losses caused by microbes Alternaria tenuis marked black spots Microorganisms enter through cracks and sores on the tomatoes. The wholesale vegetable seller group in Karangploso have difficulty when faced with the harvest of vegetables, especially tomatoes, the difficulties encountered when the amount of commodity is plentiful but the buyer is not much. This resulted in a vegetable stock is also abundant that eventually decay so sellers mangalami financial losses. Vegetable wholesaler of Commerce business management IbM1 Partners is managed by the simple management, and with the information by word of mouth for marketing, so marketing results can not be maximized. While partners IbM2 Partners also have the same problem, but it has solutions to problems but is constrained by the science and technology of food processing tomato base material. Partners for the assistance given IbM1 is (a) training of products from basic ingredients of tomato, (b) a comparative study into food production center of apple ingredients to Kota Wisata Batu and vegetable marketing website creation. While IbM Partner 2 (a) training the manufacture of products from raw material tomatoes in food / beverage to another, (b) a comparative study into food production center of apple material in Kota Wisata Batu. Manufacture of products derived from tomatoes may have a positive impact in the economy of the groups greengrocer, where tomatoes are unsold and has not experienced decay will soon be converted into other foods such as tomatoes dates, juice tomatoes, tomato jam, jelly / candy tomato and has a level of durability compared with the tomatoes in the form of vegetables. The positive impact in terms of marketing online through the website is an increasing number of buyers from all over the city that could eventually increase the economic value of the vegetable wholesalers.

Abstract

Very high fertilizer prices pose a very serious problem for farmers in Sumberdadi village, Bakung, Blitar, East Java, but this can actually be overcome with the available resources, but the knowledge and the community are very lacking on the information on fertilizer making. Therefore, to use livestock manure to be used as compost, it is necessary to conduct activities to start socialization and workshops on the use of molasses in accelerating the processing and utilization of animal feces for the manufacture of organic fertilizer. The method used in community service activities is the method of Participatory Action Research (PAR). The enthusiasm of the representatives of the community was very good, 85% of the community representatives invited to attend the event. The process of making organic fertilizer with molasses begins with the preparation of materials and tools needed. Molasses are good bacteria that are used to make compost. After organic fertilizer with a catalyst (bio-activator) molasses is made, then the next step is the implementation of the plant and eventually, it will be evaluated. Based on a five-day evaluation between rice that was given organic fertilizer with molasses it grew faster by an average of 1.5 cm compared to rice given an organic fertilizer with a length of 1.4 cm, whereas in the seeds of rice plants that were not given fertilizer at all the growth rate is around 1.2 cm. In corn kernels, there is a very significant difference between corn seeds which are given organic fertilizer and anorganic fertilizer compared to corn seeds without fertilizer at all.

Abstract

Penyuluhan hidup bersih dan sehat adalah salah satu program kerja mahasiswa kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) Universitas Muhammadiyah Pringsewu yang dirumuskan dan disampaikan dalam seminar program kerja dan direalisasikan dalam bentuk program kerja yang dijalankan dalam kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata. Sosialisasi dan Penyuluhan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa-siswi untuk menjaga kesehatan diri dan lingkungan hidup sekitar. Sasaran kegaiatan ini adalah siswa-siswi di SDN 2 Kedondong dan MIS. Mathla’ul Anwar yang merupakan Sekolah Dasar yang ada di Desa Pesawaran Kecamatan Kedondong Kabupaten Pesawaran. Pemilihan siswa sebagai objek kegiatan dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat sejak dini, memperhatikan kebersihan diri serta lingkungan sehingga mereka terbiasa dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari sabtu 20 Juli 2024 dan jum’at 26 Juli 2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah diawali dengan observasi, sosialisasi perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat khususnya mencuci tangan, penyuluhan dan bimbingan cuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Penyuluhan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada siswa di SDN 2 Kedondong dan MIS. Mathla’ul Anwar sangat bermanfaat bagi siswa karena dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang cara mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Sosialisasi dan penyuluhan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat perlu dilakukan berkesinambungan serta dikembangkan sehingga siswa dapat menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

In the contemporary era marked by profound societal shifts influenced by technology, the increasing integration of digital devices into educational settings necessitates a closer examination of educators' proficiency in leveraging these resources. Despite the availability of state-of-the-art learning facilities at SDN Bunulrejo 1 Malang, the limited optimization of digital tools by teachers presents a critical gap. In contrast, students exhibit a proclivity towards enhanced learning experiences facilitated by digital devices. This study endeavors to elucidate the outcomes of research and development pertaining to augmented reality video animation (ARVA) instructional materials, a mobile-based digital teaching resource. Adhering to the Lee and Owen model encompassing assessment/analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases, this research engages 18 fourth-grade students and two expert validators (design and material experts). The design expert validation yielded a commendable score of 109 (72.6%), indicative of adequacy, while material expert validation attained a score of 103 (68.6%), similarly meeting adequacy standards. Subsequently, post-implementation, students' average learning outcomes, with a mean score of 75.27, demonstrated a commendable understanding of materials science concepts, qualifying as "good" and meeting the minimum criteria for completeness. In conclusion, the integration of ARVA into pedagogical practices emerges as a promising avenue, bridging the gap between technological resources and effective learning outcomes, as evidenced by the positive impact on students' comprehension of materials science concepts. This research contributes valuable insights into optimizing digital tools for educational purposes, offering a blueprint for future enhancements in instructional materials.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presentation of media in print which is still considered less interesting, because it tends to be boring in learning. For this reason, new breakthroughs are needed in presenting material with interesting summaries. This research and development uses research and development (R&D) research methods using the ADDIE model. As a result of this research and development, the researcher concluded that interactive learning media based on Adobe Animation can improve science learning outcomes for class V at MI Modern Mutiara Iman Ngunut Tulungagung. The research results showed that interactive media was declared feasible by experts with an average score of 92%. The use of interactive media received a positive response from teachers, getting 84% and a positive response from students getting 91%. The media was effectively used by students with the results of an increase in the average pre-test and post-test scores of 88%. Thus, interactive media based on Adobe Animation is declared feasible, practical and effective for use as interactive learning media in class V science studies learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the portion of mental training given to athletes is not well designed. The results of the athlete's performance are much less consistent with what was found that motivational factors were the cause of weak drive during the practices. This research aimed to establish the motivation of Riau Gymnastics athletes. The population consisted of 16 gymnastics athletes in Kuantan Singingi Regency using a total sampling technique of 16 athletes. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was determined that the performance score percentage of two athletes (12.50 percent) was in the excellent category, eight athletes (50 percent) were in the high category of motivation, and one athlete (6.25 percent) had poor motivation. Based on the average score, the motivation of the Riau Gymnastics athletes to face the Porprov X Kuantan Singingi is in the moderate category because the psychological aspects are not paid enough attention to by the coach when coaching the training program.
